Saturday 29/03 was Nyepi - the day of silence in Bali. I spent the day recording an epic DJ-mix (in headphones). This is part 1 - the warm-up section. I was really channelling a couple of my favourite DJs: Moodymann, Floating Points and DJ Food. They all like playing extended sets with downtempo warm-ups like this, including rnb, hiphop and reggae. I also threw in some classic rock, like Z-Trip. Definitely not my usual thing - although I'd hope I'm not pigeon-holed.
