When Nikki’s former editor refuses to talk, Myah turns to her old hacking skills and uncovers a deleted email about a secret source: James Bennett, an employee inside Athena. With Melvin’s reluctant help, Myah breaks into Nikki’s apartment to recover her missing phone and hears Bennett’s terrified voicemail—proof someone was watching him. As Myah follows the trail, her path collides with Perseus, the underground hacker who once betrayed her, forcing her to choose between staying hidden or risking everything to expose Athena from within. Armed with forged credentials and a new identity, Myah prepares to infiltrate the system that destroyed her sister.
