Each episode features a new interview conducted by licensed Clinical Psychologist, Dr. Cratissa, and will include tips on how to choose a healthier natural hair journey while embracing your true self. You will also identify meaningful hair memories to help you reflect on your identity. You are going to learn about those who chose the natural hair journey and ways they've maintained their natural hair and mental health. You will hear your family, friends, and yourself in these stories. You are going to witness these stories, validate your emotions, and grow closer to others through these natural hair stories.
