Deeply Simple Wellness

I am an Ayurvedic Coach, Integrated Trauma Coach, Mindfulness Teacher and a Reiki Practitioner. I spent 12 years in Corporate America and experienced extreme burnout. On the quest to heal myself and get my energy and power back, I learned and applied practical wellness tools. In this podcast I share wellness oriented conversations, stories and tools that if applied can improve the quality of our lives! My dharma is to make wellness a priority and not an after thought. This podcast is perfect for busy bodies with short 5-7 min videos! WELCOME!! Website: www.deeplysimple.info
