I am an Ayurvedic Coach, Integrated Trauma Coach, Mindfulness Teacher and a Reiki Practitioner. I spent 12 years in Corporate America and experienced extreme burnout. On the quest to heal myself and get my energy and power back, I learned and applied practical wellness tools.
