I say to all..."Grab your popcorn and hot tea or coco, take a seat, and wrap yourself in your blanket and listen in, as I open up the Diary of my life and give you a preview of the events in each chapter. The ups and down and everything in between and how I am now a strong believer that humans are so much more resilient than they will ever truly understand." **With such a revelation, I want to assist others in finding and tapping into their inner strength to keep pushing and climbing, no matter how steep the hills of life may seem. And for us all to always try to remember, we really don't have to do life all alone.**

I share how the grieving process has been like - the up and down emotions and how I am still learning to find peace, despite such a devastating loss. At the end of the episode, I added a few recordings of my dad, so I can share his voice and laughter with my listeners.
