Dans chaque épisode, l'historien et pédagogue Patrick-Aurel Fournier répond à des questions sur une mission de maintien de la paix et présente l'histoire d'un Canadien qui y a participé. Cette série de balados est créée parallèlement à une série d'articles qui traitent des mêmes sujets et que l'on peut trouver sur le site web de Moments Déterminants Canada.
