As you know, there are several steps that you take to prepare for a show, whether it’s just you and the mic, or if you have a guest or co-hosts. There are even more steps to take after you publish a podcast episode, so here are just the first steps.
- Promote on website/blog/newsletter or article
- Create a blog post
- Submit to podcast directories
- Create a transcript
- Follow up with guests
- Be a guest on other shows
- Analyze your stats
- Create visuals
