"Laurie"
So….here we go again. I cannot even count how many overdoses it has been, I believe 7 in which 3 he had to have cpr and took quite some time to come back. A very immature 18-year-old that acts and looks 12, so this makes it very hard to just put him outside. He weighs about 100 pounds and really is extremely immature, it’s like letting go of a child. He really has no friends to call and will not willingly go to a rehab. I do not believe he is Physically addicted to anything, he can go weeks and he doesn’t get sick or to have any withdrawal symptoms, but if he gets a dollar in his pocket he gets fentenyl. I sure don’t want a rehab to get him started on suboxone which he really does not need. He is currently in the hospital with number 7 overdose. I refuse to go sit at his bedside, I am awaiting a phone call in which I am going to say he cannot return here and he is homeless. I have a year restraining order which will help. I will advise him and the hospital he needs to go to a rehab or a men’s shelter. If He’s still unwilling to go, I do not have an answer. I am so tired…..Thank you for reading, just trying to stay strong. Any suggestions?
