(00:00):
I woke up 1 morning just a regular schmo.
Green Bay was restless. The spirit ran low and then it
hit me. I had to let it show.
So shout it so loud. Go, pack.
Go. But the fans started roaring.

(00:38):
Lambeau Field shook from the very first moment.
That's all it took down the line.
If I told you, I could bare the thought, stealing a chance, some
soccer team God. No need for a Viking to borrow
tune. I choose out the power of the

(01:00):
frozen monsoon, the acid. But that's not my policy.
These words are my name. Go back gold.
Go back gold. Go back gold.

(01:28):
Go back, Gold that cheese head spit go back, go.
He was hot up and loud screaminggo back, go.
Said, you know we ain't no choir.
Go back, go. So we shouted so loud.
Go back, go, go back, go. Yeah.

(01:54):
Go back. Go.
Yeah. Ladies and gentlemen, welcome
back to Derailed. We are here for you in your time

(02:16):
of greatest need. I know that's not typically how
we start this podcast, but a 40 to 40 tie is not usually how the
Packers typically close out a football game.
And I understand that that the people have needs.
And So what we're gonna do, we're gonna bring the three BS,

(02:37):
all right? We're gonna bring some some ball
breakdowns. We're gonna bring some blame.
And we're gonna bring some pure grade A baloney.
We've been saving some topics, haven't we, Jake?
For, for the bye week we have and we we've we've got one in

(02:57):
particular that I think is goingto be a lot of fun.
We don't have a ton of time tonight.
We only have one hour. So we're going to have to work
fast. And so the more you guys derail
us, you know, the less ball we're going to get to.
And maybe that's OK. Maybe that's what you guys want.
Maybe you don't want to think about the Green Bay Packers
right now. I understand.

(03:18):
Jake, would you say that a tie is like a good compromise?
It just leaves everybody mad. Yeah, I'm.
I'm ticked. This weekend sucked, by the way,
this was a terrible weekend. Just letting you know.
Just terrible in the sports world.
Just awe Drew. Drew, I can't read this out

(03:39):
loud. Terrible time, but I'll pin it
Had a terrible time. Yeah, you you did have a
terrible time. What a terrible time.
So is there anything that you want to highlight in particular
for the good folks? I noticed that our viewership is
like 10% of what it normally is at this point in the in the live
stream and that and we appreciate those of you who

(04:00):
showed up. Urschel said he's on his way.
I'm not sure where that get fired up.
If you see, I will. I want, I want to hear, I want
to hear. Give me your give me your big
thing, your big thing that you need to get off your chest.
There. There are lots, but I I think,
yeah, there there's a few things.
One, Keegan Bradley, I have no idea what you're doing.

(04:23):
Friday and Saturday morning, theUS loses the Ryder Cup by two
points. It almost had one of the
greatest comebacks we've ever seen, but they blew it, simply
blew it on Friday and Saturday. So that was super annoying.
League neighbors is done for theseason.
My family can tell you. I was silent for 30 minutes
after that happened. Just completely silent because I

(04:45):
was, I was so mad. When did the yelling start for
that? Yeah, like after 30 minutes.
Or was it? Was it?
No, no, I I cursed out John Mayra.
Funny enough, say before that's a concerted announcement.
I cursed out Woody Johnson. I cursed out that field.
I tweeted they should burn it. So, you know, I, I was pretty

(05:09):
ticked about that one. One of my guys, Adlai Mitchell
does the fumble at the goal linething.
That's super annoying. And he was having a good game.
That, that, that ticked me off. That one at least looked like it
was accidental. It didn't look like a
celebration. It did.
It looked like unforgivable whenit's a celebration.
I think that he truly did just fumble.
He just actually thought he was,it looked like he thought the

(05:31):
defender was coming in and he was trying to like switch and
extend and like get out of the way almost.
But like, man, you're a big guy,you know, you feel like you
shouldn't get the ball punched out.
So there was a lot of that. The Bears blocked the field goal
at the end. Knew that was going to happen
when the Raiders started settling around.
Really annoying stuff there. So yeah, it was it was not fun.

(05:53):
It was not fun. Fantasy was fine, but like,
everything else was just rough. I will say though, can I tell
you what I did in fantasy I-11 thing before you say that?
I will say I made some money on Saturday because two things
continue to be true about Saturdays.
Alabama owns Georgia, yeah, PennState can't win a big game under

(06:13):
Franklin. So I won money on both of those
simply saying easy money man, easy money.
On Saturday. I lost almost all my other bets.
I had a had a touchdown prop beton Dobbs.
I thought about doing 2 plus andI should have and instead I
parlayed it with a Dobbs golden touchdown.
And so, but I I did, I did have a single on just Dobbs getting

(06:37):
A1 touchdown. Yeah, golden terse show.
One of those is was sick by the way, taking away Wix's.
Catch. My guy did the like, hey, I know
he not catching it thing there. Do you know what this is Jake a
la Boo Boo. I I don't I I've heard it said.
I don't quite understand the fascination.
Is this like I Google it? This is what kind of came up

(06:58):
when I googled. La Boo Boo.
I don't know what this is, but Dershel said he had to go sell
one new Gen. Furbies, right?
Like that's what this is, sure, infinitely creepier than
Furbies, although maybe it's just because I've been used to
seeing Furbies for, you know, 30years.
That could be Joel for this saidthis show doesn't usually

(07:18):
complain about the refs, particularly today.
I'm I I spend more time. Complaining about.
Commentators than I do refs, I agree, but I will say this
here's two things that with NFL officiating that are absolutely
deserving of crapping on. I've been watching a lot of
baseball and in baseball they just voted to approve starting

(07:43):
in 2026 season. You're going to have I forget
already what they call it, but it's it's basically a a robot
assisted review of you know youryour ball placement on the pitch
right. If I wasn't on the live stream
right now, the term would come to me right away.
That's how it is when you're recording and, and it, it takes

(08:07):
like maybe 10 seconds tops to get a confirmation.
And, and, and so number one, I'mmad that the NFL is dragging
their feet about robot officiating because we need that
so bad. Secondly, secondly, in Major
League Baseball, now you're gonna have two challenges that

(08:32):
you know for for if you're gonnago have the robot double check
this. And if you win your challenge,
then you get your challenge back.
And if you win your next challenge, you get your
challenge back. You win your next challenge, you
get your challenge back. You never run out of challenges.
Keep winning because you know who should not be penalized for
refs sucking at their job playerlike if if athletes are that's

(09:00):
true, correct when they say, hey, ref, you blew it.
Guess who should not be penalized for being right an
infinite number of times in a row.
So I don't Jake, I get very annoyed when this subject comes
up and you get people who start saying like.
Well, but you know, the human element of the game, blah blah

(09:22):
blah. Screw the human element of the
game when it comes to officiating and referees and fat
elderly men jogging down the field going I can't see.
You know, I think the placement of that ball 30 yards away was
right there. The game's too fast.
For them which? Is making stupid calls, players
making boneheaded moves or missing, you know, taking banana

(09:43):
angles on a tackle, whatever. Keep that in the game.
I want that type of human element.
I don't want. A. 70 year old ref squinting to
decide where he thinks the ball was when we all know he didn't
see it. That's not the human element the
game is officiating. No, Yeah, yeah.
The game's too fast for them. It, it just, it just is at this

(10:05):
point. They can't tell if people are
getting 2 feet in bounds, right?Like they can't, I don't know
it, it's just replay assist doesn't seem to do a really nice
job when called upon. And I feel like they just need
to be called upon more, you know, and, and people are like,
well, if they're replaying, they're slowing down the game.
They're really not like replay assist.
They have all the angles. They're all in that like part of
the big trailer that's got all of that.

(10:27):
Like they can see it. They can relay it very quickly.
Like, that's not going to slow the game.
Also having any play that's not reviewable, like, what?
What why? Why would a panel, why would a,
a, a, an officiating call not bereviewable?
That's stupid. They don't want to keep slowing
it down because college slows itdown.
But college takes forever. Like college should be doing

(10:47):
replay assist and they should bereleased so fast.
College used to take forever. Yeah.
It's so like they, they run likea third of the plays now that
they did five years ago. Yeah, but it's just kind of
like, I don't I yeah, I don't know.
I don't know what we're doing. Don't know.
Don't know, Jake. But you're annoyed when we go

(11:09):
like. Oh, hey, yeah, that was
grounding, by the way. That's like that Sick.
I'm so glad that you told me afterwards.
The thing I already knew. Fix it during the game, right?
Yeah, Well, the other thing. Nah, never mind.
I I I we've, we've done refs long enough.
We only have I so much time to do this.

(11:31):
I was going to say shout out to old for this for saying that he
appreciates my random golf tweets in the middle of
everything. I was like, I probably don't
tweet that much about it. It's about like 5 or 6 * a year.
But you know how certainly goingto be one of them.
People complain about me tweeting about college football
and they're like, I don't care about college.

(11:52):
We talk about college. We want to talk about the NFL.
I'm like, it's Saturday, man, what?
What do you possibly want me to say about the NFL on Saturday?
There's nothing to talk about here.
Why are they on Twitter on Saturday?
What are you doing? Go spend time with your family.
That might that might be a deal here.
If you're not going to watch college football, then go spend

(12:13):
time with your family. So for the said Bubbles from
Trailer Park Boys will be a better ref than what we have.
That is honest to God, the truth.
You know, I shouldn't say this. I won't say it 'cause I
shouldn't say it. I want to, but I'm not gonna.
All right, Jake, make for me your best sincere argument for

(12:37):
why Rich Passaccia should finishout this season as the Packers
special teams coach. I politely decline.
Like we both agree, politely decline.
He should not have been back this year.
He should not have been back last year.
We we have been agree in agreement on this for a while.
What is he doing? What what is he doing right now?

(13:00):
I don't know. I feel like he's not doing
anything. I, I lost the last little bit of
patience I had for that man. And I didn't have any to begin
with, but I lost the last littlebit that I had after the Browns
game when he was talking about his thoughts on the blocked

(13:20):
field goal. And he's basically like, well,
you know, sometimes it just happens like our guys did.
You know, the the execution was right and the, you know, the
technique was right. Sometimes it just happens.
It's like, no man, right? First of all, it's not right.
First of all, the kick was really low.
Second, you got defenders comingin unblocked.

(13:46):
I just. And then, of course, to open
this, it was your guy Luke Musgrave.
I remember like when I know they're freaking out about like,
hey, we can't have Elton and Tucker craft on the special
teams unit because we're worriedabout the depth and injuries and
all that. But like, buddy, that cost you
it it it's not the only thing that cost you, but it was one of

(14:06):
the major things, one of the, you know, 6-7 high leverage
plays in the game that that results in your tie here.
And so, you know, just like saying it happens is super
annoying, but like, I guess maybe the one thing to that is
maybe coaches not like calling out players in public right to

(14:31):
the media and rather handling itin house.
That's fine. Like I can understand you don't
have to call the players out. You can say you can say it was
the guys were in a position. My guys weren't in position
because I didn't do a good enough job making sure that they
knew where they needed to be. And that's on me.
You could say that, and that's absolutely the truth.

(14:51):
It's very true. Like, you don't have to.
You don't have to say, hey, I put the wrong guys out there.
You could say the guys that I put out there, I had not
properly prepared to be in that situation.
Yeah. Coach Lynn says I'm beginning to
see your point on Musgrave. Maybe Fitzpatrick should be in

(15:12):
that spot. Yeah, absolutely.
Fitzpatrick is a much better tight end than Luke Musgrave is.
It's not close, no. Like Drew says, sometimes that
just happens dot dot .2 weeks ina row.
Yeah. Oh, we lost Jake.
I'm here, I'm here. One second Jake is blowing his

(15:36):
nose. Potentially.
We we've got a lot of problems to fix.
This is clearly a a very talented team.
I'm not worried about this team the same way that I was last
year, but there's some significant issues.
Number one, first and foremost, the cornerback situation is

(15:57):
every bit as bad as I was worried it was going to be.
This is not a good cornerback room and there is no depth at
all. Secondly, the defensive tackle
room is as thin as we thought itwas.
Devante Wyatt is a monster. The second he's gone, we are.
Screwed. This has been a problem.

(16:19):
This is squarely on Brian Gutikins for failing to address
cornerback and defensive tackle adequately.
This was a really good defense for the first two weeks in Week
3. Defense was not the reason we
lost, but there were some problems, most especially the
cornerback play and Evan Williams against the Browns were

(16:44):
quite bad. Quite bad.
Love Evan Williams, he had himself a bad week against the
Browns and the quarterbacks werewere not good week 4.
I'm sorry CE Lamb was not out there.
I've always liked George Pickens.
George Pickens should not be doing that to you.
Kevante Turpin and whoever the heck else got it.

(17:05):
Mustache hair, just work his way.
Tolbert Tolbert's and and and a couple other McDonald's players
out there. McDonald's employees out there.
And Jake Ferguson carving you upall day.
DAC is a good quarterback. This is a great offense, all
right. It is coughing up 40 points to

(17:26):
the Cowboys. Honestly, that's not damning,
but the way that it happened wasinexcusable.
Just just the way they could just March down the field so
quickly, completely unchallenged.
Nate Hobbs a lot of passer rating when targeted like 145.

(17:46):
It was there was some weird calls and deployment as well in
the red zone. Like why does Hobbs like almost
look like he's dropping into a like a a a too high shell look
on that first touchdown to the game that he gave up?
Like just a very weird like alignment and like how everybody
was aligned when they kind of show the replay.

(18:08):
I was kind of like what what is this call?
It was very strange. Like some of the I I'm just not
sure one, I agree. Hobbs did not play well at all.
And it, it looked really, reallybad, But also just some of the
calls and like not getting, I think your defenders in the best
spots as well. Like, I get it if you don't want

(18:31):
to press Hobbes, but like, it was just a very that first
touchdown was very weird in terms of what that call was
defensively. So yeah, I, yeah, I, it was very
strange. I, I didn't, I the, the corner
room, as you said, that everybody was calling for
Valentine and then Valentine gotshook, you know, by Pickens.

(18:56):
And it was like, yeah, that's about right.
Nixon kind of giving up on the Tolbert deep ball that Prescott
kind of just heaved up there wasweird as well.
We, you know, there are just like an offense and defense
where you could just tell the guys thought the play was over
and just quit. And it's like, buddy, you got a

(19:17):
play through to the whistle. Cornerbacks and receivers.
Like there was there, there was a play where I think it was
third and long and Jordan heavesit up to Wicks and I'm not sure
that Wicks could have caught it,but he he broke off his route
and quit running before the ballgot there and the ball hit the
dirt. There is a non zero chance that

(19:39):
he prevented a pick by doing that 'cause you had a safety
screaming in there that maybe was really in position.
And like when Wicks broke off the route, the safety broke off
the route too. I think it's a little bit weak
to just give Wicks credit for that as like a heads up, like
I'm sorry, man, if the ball's inplay, just go get I I I don't

(19:59):
think that that that's what happened.
It's it's a non zero chance That's what happened.
I have three other pre season concerns with this team besides
cornerback and defensive line. And I don't think the corner and
defensive line need a lot more talk from us because we just we
know what it is. It's a thin at defensive tackle,
and now Wyatt is. We're not sure sure when it's

(20:22):
gone back week to week. That's really good.
And then and then at corner, like there's some stuff we can
do to help it, but like there's there's not a good floor.
There's not a good solid floor. The floor is the basement.
And I would argue that the ceiling is not that high And I
would I would argue that they have played at their ceiling.

(20:44):
I mean, you look at that, the Washington game where like, you
know, the first of all, we're just thrashing Jayden and that
offensive line all day. But like Keyshawn had five pass
breakups in that game. Like you're not going to get
that every single week. But the the other three pre
season concerns that I had special teams.

(21:07):
OK, it's as bad as I thought it was going to be.
And like the the blocked kicks are bad, but it's far from the
only thing that's going wrong. These horrendous returns that
we're giving like that that third Dobbs touchdown should
have iced the game and instead we immediately give up what a 47
yard kick return after that justcompletely inexcusable at the

(21:29):
worst possible time. And then offensive line.
I I was very nervous about our our guard room and it's been
it's been a lot worse than I thought it would be now Aaron

(21:50):
Banks has been missing but like I have not thought that Aaron
Banks looked good when he's out there.
Shawn Ryan has been kind of the bad version of Shawn Ryan.
Elton has not adapted well to center so far other than week 1.
Ryan yeah, has not been good. And the biggest problem with it
we've always had with Ryan is not like, oh, he can't be good.

(22:14):
It's he frequently is bad. That's all it is.
He frequently is bad. He can be good, he frequently is
bad. So we've gotten two really
atrocious games from him, one mediocre game and one decent
game through 4 weeks. And then the the 5th concern
that I had pre season was wide receiver.

(22:36):
I think that's been fine. This receiver room has been Oh
yeah, we're good, we're cooking.Like, you know, knock on wood
here, right, But it's been good the the problems that we saw
last year, Poof. And like, I'm really sad that
Jayden Reid is hurt. I would like him back, but we
haven't felt him being gone yet.You know, you could say like,

(23:00):
hey, maybe maybe that Browns game goes better if he's there.
I don't really think so. You had guys who were open like
it was it was the offensive linegetting their butts whipped all
game and special teams laying goose egg after goose egg every
time they're out there. So five huge pre season
concerns, one of them has not been a problem.
The other four have now reared their ugly heads.

(23:22):
And I would say defensive line really I, I had two concerns
about defensive line, which was like depth and who's next to
Devante and the who's next to Devante has really not been a
problem. But but depth is an issue now
without Devante there. It's it's it's not good.

(23:44):
So they need to fix that. I would say Jeff Haffley figure
out the defensive line problem. Let this just be a blip against
a very good offense and like allis forgiven with the defensive
line thing. But you got to fix the
cornerback problem. All right.

(24:05):
The secondary has been problematic.
We had two good games of secondary play and two really
atrocious games of secondary play.
That's got to get fixed. Do I do I do I dare say
something absolutely you do on this podcast.
Heck yeah. All right.
Do it for the derailers has did was John inactive again like

(24:27):
healthy scratch inactive for forBaltimore this past week.
I I know he was twice in a row. I don't know if it was did he
play Hold on. I'm going to double check.
I'm just saying, like, I, you know, not saying, you know, we
had to give him a lot, but like,I don't, I don't see him having

(24:51):
snaps here. So I don't know if he's hurt or
not. Yeah, he missed, yeah, 3, three
straight games. OK.
So, you know, I mean, if Baltimore's going to cut him
loose, like, listen, you know, we're paying you plenty this
year. I, I, I might do it, I might do

(25:12):
it. I, I would consider it.
I know it's, it's insane thing to say, but man, at this point,
I, I guess at this point, where are you going to go?
Like, I actually would have loved to do the deal The Jets
did to get Jarvis Brownlee Junior, who like, I get it, he

(25:34):
has some penalties, but man, he plays physical and he plays hard
and and I'm really upset that The Jets got him because I think
Aaron Glenn got a player he really likes.
Like that would have been a great move to make for very,
very cheap for this team. I don't, again, I don't know
where else. It's indisputably it's time at a

(25:59):
minimum for Goody to go dumps driving the way he did in 2021
for Rasul Douglas. Like at a minimum.
All right, the way you went and found us, Rasul Douglas and
Andre Campbell, at a minimum, gofind us another cornerback who
can play. You have to start working guys
out, cycling through. I don't think Kamal Haddon is

(26:21):
the is the answer. Go find a veteran out there.
There are guys available who canmake this room better than what
it is. Yeah.
No it's true, Adam Huddle said what's Christian Wilkins doing
So he is still re having an injury.
I'm sure Jake and I disagree on this but I am 100% in favor of

(26:43):
bringing him in. Like I get him his own locker
room. Go get him his own locker room.
Just empty out Rich Passachi's office and put a, build a, a
temporary locker room in Rich Passachi's office for Christian
Wilkins and tell him like, sorrydude, he can't be in the locker
room with the other guys. But like, on game day, we need

(27:05):
you out there. Yeah, do what it takes.
Yeah. I mean, here's the other thing
with this, right, Philly. Philly needs a corner as well.
They need, they need a corner too.
They're going to go get somebody.
They're going to go get somebody.
So like, be proactive right now.Like they, they're they're
looking, I guarantee you they'relooking around right now.

(27:27):
Because again, I that, that Tennessee one that really hurts
because I, I think they're extending McCreary in Tennessee.
So I don't think he's going to be available.
But Brownlee was such a good oneto to go, you know, kick the
tires on. Yeah.
I, I mean, again, you got to watch some of these teams that
are struggling right now, like go, go take a peek at some of

(27:50):
them. And Asante Daniel Junior is
going to be available probably at some point late in the
season. Yeah, that's, that's probably
true. And I know a lot of people.
I, I know some people were putting putting that, that in
there in the comments. I, I know Rasul Douglas is doing

(28:10):
OK with Miami right now. I know, I know.
Hey, I was playing, I was playing Madden last night and
Rasul Douglas had four picks in that game for me.
So that like that's a sign. It's a sign, man, I'm looking.
Our friend Easton Butler tweets out like every single

(28:33):
transactional thing ever for thePackers.
The last time he tweeted any Packers workouts was one week
ago today. 0 cornerbacks worked out.
But don't worry, we signed wide receiver Jacoby Keeney James to
the practice squad making. Let's see what Bo Belton's got

(28:59):
all right, let's see what he's got Ayers says.
I think we throw him to the wolves.
JJI think we throw him to the wolves got chase and he's coming
to town in two weeks don't care that old line stinks.
Let's see if he can cover like the pass rush is probably going
to win a bunch. So it probably doesn't matter if
Belton's out there. It probably doesn't matter.

(29:19):
They're going to shred them. Jeff Haley knows what to do.
He's going to put six guys on the line, mug the A gaps and
confuse the protections, which is what Denver did all game last
night. Happily will do that all game.
I'm not worried about their ability to go get to Jake
Browning. I would just like to see on a
few occasions see if Beau Beltoncan cover one of those too.
Because if he can and there's promise, they're like, OK,

(29:42):
you're ramping up with like games against Arizona and
Pittsburgh and Carolina. Like you, you tell me.
I think those are plenty of plenty of good reps in there to
get against players like that. And you may get the occasional
Rep against DK, against Marv, against tet.
Like I know this isn't like A.J.Brown November 10th.
I don't know Friday night, but like you could cover Marv right

(30:02):
now. I don't know.
Absolutely not, absolutely not, Absolutely not.
So yeah, I, I, I, I would like to see Bo Bo belt at some point.
Like like very clearly things are not working.
You want Hobbs and and Bullard to kind of rotate as the slot
corners. That's fine.
Do that Ford has been a lot better than you and I were

(30:26):
expecting. He has been better.
He has which is which is a good sign and and I think very
important for this team. He he is playing with his hair
on fire when he get when he's working to the line of
scrimmage. That is for sure.
And that's kind of what you needyour nickel players to do in
this day and age. So I am very impressed with
that. I'm gonna admit I've always had
a problem with Bullard just likeas a personality.

(30:49):
It's been hard for me to. It's been hard for me to like,
like watching him in the Packersuniform and like trying to find
the role for him. Like, I agree.
I I want him closer to the line of scrimmage and and he really
tears around, you know, flies around and rips to the ball.

(31:13):
I don't know. Yeah, I do.
I I do think like I know coach Lens been putting in the chat
about Elton at center and some concerns there.
We don't have another center option.
The only the only two other guyswho can play Center for us,
Zach, Tom and one of The Who is hurt?

(31:35):
We can't he can't do it. We we can't simply simply can't
do that after what I've seen. Like I don't he's got play left
tackle. Zach has play left tackle.
Yeah, he's got play left tackle.I've wanted him to left tackle
over. It's over.
He's got play there. It's done because you want to
bench Rasheed. I think so at this point, like,

(31:55):
I don't, I mean, I want Jordan Morgan at left tackle, I get it.
But I I don't want Jordan Morganat left guard anymore.
Jordan Morgan at left tackle we can live with, oh, someone asks
a good question. I can find it.
But yeah, I just don't. I mean, I think Elton, like
legitimately hopefully if he's here, who says Sean Ryan can

(32:16):
play center? He has never done it for us
ever. He's never done it for us.
He was a left tackle in college. We have played him exclusively
at right guard. I think he was a right tackle
also, but very minimal. He was mostly a left tackle or
no? Was he the guy who did like
5050? I'm looking just so we just so

(32:39):
it clears up here, Aris said. Rashid played so bad, it should
be allowed for Morgan to competewith him.
Dude, Morgan can play left tackle and it's kind of the only
position he's good at. No, you're right.
Why? I understand that we don't have
any left guards. Yeah, I don't.
But like Sean Ryan at center, I feel like he was.

(33:01):
We're we're making 2. Positions bad Struggling to by
putting Jordan Morgan at left here.
Put Jordan at left tackle and you've at least solved left
tackle. We have two bad, bad spots on
the left side of the line because we have Morgan out of
position. Put him at left tackle where
it's just the only place he's ever played well and then try

(33:21):
and plug left guard. And like, I don't think Canard
has been fantastic at right tackle.
I think Belton has been a littlebit better than Canard, but both
of them have been OK enough thatyou could live with it.
Rashid's been bad at left tackle, Sean Ryan has been bad
at right guard. Elton Jenkins has been bad at
center. Jordan Morgan has been bad at

(33:42):
left guard. Some of those guys are out of
position. Jordan Morgan needs to get moved
to left tackle immediately. Zach, Tom to center fixes
himself 'cause you got Belton orCanard at right tackle.
Canard's not doing that bad. Honestly, like we were worried
about. I think we were worried more
about Canard like going over there just based on very

(34:03):
limited, you know, limited snapsin in like real NFL game action.
Like he'd done it a lot of pre season stuff, but he hadn't
been, you know, doing a lot of regular season stuff.
And it was kind of like, OK, canhe like, can this actually work?
And it's like he's been way, waybetter than the guards have to
this point. Like it's not even close.
Think about this, the differencebetween think about this.
So it's like, you know, Morgan at left tackle, Elton at left

(34:27):
guard, Tom at center. Don't care who at right guard
because nobody's good there. And Belton or Canard at right
tackle. Tell me I'm wrong.
Tell me I'm wrong. That's our best lineup.
Wait, you say Tom at center, Tomat center, Morgan at left
tackle, Elton at left guard. And just accept the fact that we

(34:53):
don't have a right guard in the roster.
Yeah, and what if Morgan's bad at left tackle?
It's the only place he's ever been good in college.
No, for the Packers, he's he's he was good at left tackle in
the preseason. We've never played him at left
tackle in the regular season andhe's never been good in the

(35:16):
regular season. Right.
We have played him at right tackle, right guard and left
guard and he's been bad at all three of those.
We played him at left tackle where he played in College in
the preseason and he was really good.
And I don't know, like looking at on on paper, why would you

(35:37):
expect him to be good as a guard?
Why would you expect him to be good as a right tackle?
On paper, he's only going to work at left tackle and it's the
only place he's been good. So keep him there.
Jenkins at right guard was his best position.
Strong disagree. Strong disagree.
Maybe you mean left guard? Jenkins was good at left guard

(35:59):
and he was good at left tackle. He was quite bad at right
tackle, but as we've said a bunch of times, that was a
really stupid plan because he was rehabbing an ACL at that
point and had had not done righttackle.
He played a little bit of right guard.
His what his first season with us?
2020 No. 20/19/2019 would have been season 1.

(36:24):
Coach Len said Andre Dillard is not even on a team.
The Niners dropped him a wonder 1.
Might be It might be, yeah. Might be a reason for that one.
The Niners also let us pay $10 trillion to Aaron Banks.
Very kind of them yeah. Yeah, I mean, I think Ayers is

(36:50):
asking why we haven't asked thisquestion, this one, Ayers who
yelled at Jordan to run, that was Rashid Walker.
Did you see that, Jake? Yes, yes.
So for anybody who didn't see this was hilarious.
Is that, is that Apham's question, 'cause I know he's at
is that's the one he asked. He's he's asked a couple.
You can, you can find another one of his.
But Apham, I'm looking for you. I'm trying to put them on the

(37:11):
start area right now. So Miles Gear is miked up, and
so he he beats Rasheed inside. That's the question.
Completely unblocked, flying toward Jordan.
Rasheed yells. Jordan run.
So Miles, Miles is miked up and he's over on the sideline.

(37:31):
That's you gotta go find the clip.
If you haven't seen it. It's very funny.
Miles Garrett. That's that's up there with like
Jameis yelling, you know, come on, jump off sides and then Dino
go Dino Smith going oh God, is like Aaron Donald's face.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. That's up there with those like
as really, really funny miked upmoments.
I forgot about James. James is better though.

(37:54):
James is hilarious. He's just like yelled at people
that jump off sides, which I think is hysterical.
Some hop off, sides come. On yeah, James, he's he's great
not as a football player, but asa as a Cincinnati should give
him a call as a caricature. He is one of my favorite human

(38:16):
beings in the NFL. It's like it's like Jon Gruden,
like Jon Gruden and Jameis Winston.
You keep them around both for the exact same reason.
They're just wildly entertaining.
Yes, and they do some stuff thatyou like.
I feel like Gruden could coach up special teams.

(38:36):
Just saying, I think he's havingtoo much fun doing his media
thing. You do you watch him at all.
Some of it it it takes he does kind of take a little while to
get into it. Oh, yeah.
Which is which is a little bit much.
But like just kind of you just kind of go skip ahead to find
that sweet spot of it, which I think is is good.

(38:57):
AFAM says he's not sure after the crab claw incident.
But wow, he grows on you. I'm going to be honest, Jameis,
there's a handful of guys in theleague who, like, they have been
around and done so many things that, like, I start to forget
about some stuff. And so like, I know for a fact,
and if I Googled it, it would take me 10 seconds to see what
it was. I know for a fact that Jameis

(39:19):
did something a long time ago that we're all still supposed to
be upset about. And I don't remember what it was
because so much life has happened since then and he's
done so many wacky, crazy, zany things.
I don't remember what he did wrong anymore.
Genuinely. I know I could look it up.
Don't put it in the chat. I know I could look it up.

(39:39):
I do. The other thing is that there's
so many, so many guys in the NFLhave done bad things.
It's hard to keep track of it all.
I'm not excusing any of it. That's but it it just as as a
brain, it gets hard to remember at all.
Yeah. Then you get guys who are repeat
offenders and do like a bunch ofterrible stuff off field.

(40:01):
The guy who got hurt last night.I know, yeah, it's exactly where
my brain went instantly being one of those guys.
Those are the guys that it's nothard to remember because it's
like, Oh yeah, happens every 5 minutes he does something new.
And so every time he does something new, you know, the
media like re litigates for us everything he's ever done.

(40:21):
And so it keeps it fresh for youthat way.
Yeah, Eris says Kennard is a really good run blocker,
according to BFF. Yeah, according to my eyeballs,
he's also a good rod blocker. I don't love him in pass pro,
but he's not horrible. He's good enough.
He's not. He's not losing as quick as
others are at the moment. That's interest.

(40:50):
That's an interesting theory by tool for this here.
That's interesting tool for this, says James.
You have my curiosity. Now you have legs to get away
with the store giving them to him because Nil wasn't a thing
yet. That's that is 4D chess because
it is better to get in trouble for stealing than it is to get

(41:12):
in trouble for accepting a free gift.
Yeah. When you're in the NCAA back in
that era, that's that's very interesting to anybody who is
not a college football fan. Makes you your head is spinning
right now. What the heck are you talking
about? So that's interesting.
Joe says can we Please wait and see with Banks and Hobbs?

(41:34):
I mean, Banks has to come back and play some freaking football
1st. And guess what?
We're going to have a very long time to wait and see with Banks
because he's under contract and it's not a contract we can get
out of quickly. We're paying him a lot of money
as soon as he's healthy. He has is an entrenched starter
for us for the foreseeable future actually.
Can we now, Aaron Banks, I know is completely unwilling as far

(41:57):
as all the reporting has gone toplay right guard.
He only wants to play left guard.
I kind of don't care because I think he would be a better right
guard than a left guard. So if we do my shuffle that I
wanted to see Morgan to left tackle, Elton and Banks lock
down the guard spots, figure it out between you.

(42:18):
Who's gonna be better at each one?
Zach, Tom at center and then Belton and Canard maybe rotating
a right tackle. I actually like that plan a lot.
Yeah. And you should get on board with
Jake because it's a smart plan and you should cosign on it.
Tom. Playing center, you said?
Yeah, I've said it several times.

(42:39):
No, not getting on board. Sorry, can't do that because you
don't think you can play Center for us.
No, I just would never put the best guy at at that position.
Yeah, but OK. But again, but again, if he's
your best tackle and your and your right best right tackle,
where are you going to put him? But left tackle but but Jordan

(43:01):
Morgan cannot play anywhere else.
He's terrible. Cut your losses.
It's over. Cut it.
Cut the losses. We don't have.
We we don't have we don't even have 5 competent offensive
lineman. Listen, that's not on me.
That's not on me. That's on that's on somebody
else. OK?
I can't be held liable for that.I'm putting Zach comment left

(43:21):
tackle. No, no, no, I'm just simply
saying, you know, that maybe like getting a player like
Dominic Pooni probably would have helped you out, bud.
You know, it's funny. Funny enough, he actually played
some tackle, which is usually requirement and we didn't want
him. I, you know, but I rest my case.

(43:42):
I rest my case. If Jacob Monk got healthy, I
think we should give him a shot at centre.
He can't play guard, but maybe astener.
He's he's definitely not gettingmaybe a center.
Definitely can't do the guard thing.
Let's play him. Musgrave.
Can Musgrave play center? Can Musgrave play long snapper?
Can we trade for Darnell Washington?
He can play left tackle. Daren trade for Darnell Savage.

(44:03):
No, no Darnell Washington for Pittsburgh, 100% could play left
tackle. He's bigger.
He's bigger than Broderick Pickens.
All right, listen, listen. He's bigger than Broderick.
Pittsburgh might do it. So better make that happen
before, Drew said. I think you guys are forgetting
how bad things can get with the terrible center.

(44:26):
That's what we're talking about, though, is that we don't think
the center play is good enough. Like it's it's not good center
play right now. We're we're trying to, I'm
trying to solve this. I'm trying to get good center
play. I don't know what Jake's plan is
at center. I think it's to leave ultimate
center. My plan is Zach, Tom to center
because I think we have more tackles than we do centers and

(44:49):
we have more tackles than we do guards.
I think we think we So let's let's put some of our guys who
can play competent NFL tackle attackle and put our guys who can
play competent NFL center at center and then take our our one
lone guy who can competently play guard and stick him at

(45:09):
guard and then let Aaron Banks play the other guard spot.
We have a lot of tackles on thisroster.
We have one guard and that is also happens to be our only
center. Here's the deal, guys.
All I'm going to say is get ready to learn.
Connor Loo buddy, get ready to learn.
Jake Slaughter buddy, get ready to learn.

(45:30):
That'll be a lot of fun when we start doing that for 2026.
I kind of want to win a Super Bowl this year, though.
Get ready to learn. We also have the Bungles coming
up. So, yeah, I I can't be worried
about that team, that team that seems to be ashamed of
themselves. I hope this is the only you talk
about. You talk about, you talk about

(45:51):
offensive. You saying that?
Because if we have to drag this clip out after we lose to the
Bengals, I'm going to be ticked.Well, then we need another
therapy session, OK? You know, what are you going to
do? OK, The Bengals stink.
They're terrible. Like, you know, if you lose to
them, then your season's over. That's too bad, Theresa.
We need to draft a center and put Jenkins at guard.

(46:12):
Jenkins is not back next year, man.
This is Jenkins last year. We need a center and a guard,
probably. Can we get at least a minimum of
two guards? I think we need 3 or 4, but a
minimum of adding two guards to this roster.
The best I can do is 2 at this juncture, but I'm good with
that. I'm I'm fine with that.

(46:33):
I'm pulling up ourourpackers.comroster.
All right, let's just look at this for a second and then and
then we're going to do our rapidfire.
We got to do rapid fire questions.
That's fine, That's fine. All right, let's review the guys

(46:53):
who we think can play guard. Jordan Morgan?
No. Shawn Ryan?
Yes. Sometimes not.
Well, sometimes. Yes, sometimes.
Sometimes. Sometimes.
Elton Jenkins, yes, but we currently don't have another
center to play and he's not backhere next week.
Next we do not have a center to play at all.

(47:15):
Anthony Belton I'm going to go. No, I don't really want a six
foot six 336 LB guard. I do.
I don't. We haven't really seen play
guard. I mean 336 I'm OK with six foot
6, not so much. Kinnard perhaps?

(47:36):
Has Kinder ever played guard to your knowledge?
I'm looking Donovan Jennings is intriguing.
Maybe it's maybe it's Jennings time.
By the way, question is my camera working better than it's
been working the last month or so?
Am I crisp and smooth or is it laggy like it's been?

(47:59):
No, you're it's been better for sure.
OK, OK, the change I made is a little inconvenient, but it's it
seems to be paying off. Joe says.
Kennard has played guard, has played three synaps in the
regular season. Now if I go to the if I go to

(48:20):
the pre exact time is our only If I go to the pre season, he
has played right guard a lot more.
Our options for guard are Aaron Banks, Donovan Jennings, Darien
Kennard, Shawn Ryan. You're gonna be looking at
that's it squad guys. I mean, we got John Williams.

(48:40):
They're listing as a guard. He was a tackle at Cincinnati.
But but we know how that goes. This is like Jacob Monk.
They have listed as as centre slash guard.
We need to find Jason, what's his name and make him change
this. He cannot be listed as centre
slash guard. He's pure centre only.

(49:01):
You play him at guard, somebody's going to get shot.
They do say, JJ, you're an IMAX if you didn't see that.
I didn't see that. Lucidus Smith?
Yes, who we elevated for this game playing guard.
I don't know where else he wouldbe playing.

(49:21):
That's a heck of a beard. Let's look at this guy.
We got a couple dudes here with some looks.
Hold on. Lucidus Smith.
Of course they don't use the same picture.
Oh, there he is. Look at that beard.
That's a good beard. That is a very.
Oh, you guys can't see my screen?
I'm so mad. I've been sharing my screen this
whole time to nobody. That's the beard.

(49:43):
We like that. Jake, you have.
You have to call me out when I'mdoing that.
Oh, I didn't know if you. I didn't know if you were ready
to do it yet. I thought you were like, no,
I've been sharing my screen thiswhole time.
I'll go back here. Here's the picture I was trying
to pull. Look at that picture right
there. Yeah, that's a good one.
That's a good beard. And then Aaron Mosey has some
eyebrows. Holy moly.

(50:03):
Let me zoom out on this. Whoa.
I zoomed in too much. Aaron Logan there.
Look at them. Look at them eyebrows.
There's some there's some beautiful eyebrows on that.
Man, I like AI, like big eyebrows, and I cannot lie.
Yeah, I like it. All right, let's reptify these

(50:27):
questions. Oh, here we go.
Tool over that says any good oldlineman available with a mullet
and four teeth. Yeah, there have been plenty of
those in the draft, and the Packers have not taken any of
them, most notably Cody Mock. There's also Royce Newman had a
mullet. Well, here's the other thing you
want. You really need some gross O

(50:47):
lineman, some very smelly O lineman.
If you don't have some very smelly O lineman, you're doing
football wrong. Just saying.
This is true. Coach Lynn says Monk can't play.
It's true on 2 levels. He can't play at guard in the
NFL, and he also is physically unable to perform right now

(51:09):
because he's injured. That's true on 2 levels.
If he's going to play at all, it's going to be a sender.
But I will just mark me down that I have always been a Monk
hater. So yes, there you go.
OK, go for this, said Royce. Newman had that fake mullet.
He actually used shampoo. Yeah, that was the whole

(51:30):
problem. If he would have, if he would
have let that thing stank up a little bit, he might have been
better. Yeah.
All right, let's wrap a fire of these.
OK, OK, few comments and stuff that was starred.
All right, first up, first up, Joseph says every team needs
their pass rush to help out corners, loads of teams and have
awesome corners. I remember this this kind of
being a thing that they did the study on is, is pass rush

(51:52):
affecting coverage more or is coverage affecting pass rush
more? I think it was pretty
inconclusive that kind of most people would obviously lean pass
rush helps your corners out. But of course, good corners and
good corner playing, good coverage, communication,
responsibility and execution canlead to players getting clean up

(52:12):
sacks, right? And that's where you see some of
that production come up. So I think yes, loads of teams
don't have awesome, awesome corners.
But like, again, I think the bigthing to take away a little bit
from Sunday night is Dak Prescott.
Lowest time to throw the season so far.
Like they were clearly trying toget Green Bay to tackle in open
space and there was a lot of struggle with that and and

(52:34):
running the football too. That's how you neutralize it.
And when Devante Wyatt goes out of the game and Edrin Cooper
isn't making tackles, that's what happens with the run game.
It gets better. So yes, I get what you're saying
there, Coach Len saying Hobbs dropped back on both touchdowns
that were caught on him. Yes, that that again, this is
some weird like again, were theyjust dropping into like match
three? I don't I don't know.

(52:56):
Were they invert 2 on the 1st touchdown?
I have no idea. I have to go back and look at
that one again. Can I admit something?
Yeah, sure. I, I normally do a Monday
morning film review with very strong coffee and I was so mad
at the Packers. I didn't do it this week.
So I still have not rewatched the game and I don't know if I'm

(53:22):
going to. It's fair.
I should. I really should.
It's fair, but I don't know if Idon't know if I have enough
diesel to put my coffee to say handle that.
Gotta get some. All right, continue pumpkin.
Do you like pumpkin spice lattes?

(53:43):
I think they're fine. I would rather put like, I'd
rather do it myself than have somebody else do it.
I would rather just get like cream and, and the spices for
the pumpkin, mix that together and then dump a little bit of
that into like just pure coffee and, and go there.
Well, if you get a even just a Grande PSL from Starbucks, it's
like 460 calories. I know there's so much sugar,

(54:07):
really, truly so much sugar. And it's just kind of like I, I
do, I do a couple of things of asugar free syrup in my black
coffee. I'll either do caramel or
hazelnut mean sugar free. I used to do cream and no sugar
and no sweetener of any kind. And then I quit doing cream and

(54:29):
just switched to doing like 2 pumps of caramel sugar free or
hazelnut sugar free in my black coffee.
That's what I've done this past year.
It's, it's helped. Oh, Coach Len, thank you.
He says I have not either. You have two weeks.
That's true. I have some.
I have some time to stop being mad at him.
Here's the here's the thing though.
I have to decide what it is I want to look for when I go back

(54:51):
and do the rewatch. Cause usually I just go in like
seeking A deeper understanding of what happened.
But I have to decide, like, whatis it?
I want to get out of a rewatch on this Cowboys game because I
don't know if I need to understand what happened.

(55:13):
You know, like, am I going to learn some stuff?
Yes. But like, do I need that?
Because hopefully it's going to be a different team anyways
coming out of the buy. So I I think if I'm going to do
it, it's probably mostly just going to be to watch the
offensive line. Yeah.

(55:36):
As we continue the rapid fire. Why can't we run the ball, Drew?
I'm I'm looking into that Thursday or Friday, I'm going to
put something together on that. And just Josh Jacobs has not
been innocent in this. It's no, no, he's mostly the
offensive line, but he shares some flame.
My guess is, if I were to guess based on kind of the live

(55:57):
viewings and a lot of that stuffright now, because again, when
I'm, when I've done the rewatches, I've been really
focusing a ton on the run game. I've been how are the receivers
doing? How's the coverage unit?
How's the pass rush more so thananything?
We're in for two and 34 yards inthis game.
Yeah, my guess, JJ is 1. I think there are certain
concepts that are not working that and certain ones that are,

(56:17):
and they want to stay mixed and And so they're going to keep
battling through that until someof that works.
Now, I think also a great point by you, I think Jacobs is also
probably freelancing because he knows what's getting called and
he knows what has been struggling.
And so when they call a run that's been struggling where
they're losing some of those blocks initially, I think he is

(56:37):
anticipating that to happen and trying to do too much because of
it. That's that would be my guess at
this moment. I think they got a lot of quick,
they got some quick hitting runsright with Jacobs that were that
were working really nicely. I think they, I think the
touchdown, if I'm not mistaken, was duo, which I, I would love
to see them get to more. But JJ, I think that's the key

(56:59):
if they're going to get to that.Jordan Morgan can't be playing
guard if you're getting a duo, right?
He cannot be playing guard if you're doing that.
That's got to be a big. He can't be playing guard
period. He's not, he is not.
This is not a zone only team. That's where he could.
That's where you could sell me on him playing guard full time
as if this was a fully zoned team.
It isn't anymore. They're not doing that anymore.
They want to do multiple things and I think you have to.

(57:20):
So I just don't think these armsare too long to play guard
anyways. It's just it's not going to
work. So like I want two big big dudes
like Elton Jenkins for a center is a big dude.
So a center and a guard like, you know, with some beef moving
guys is, is I want that. So I think I think there's a lot
going on and I love that question.
So Drew, Drew says Jacobs is more patient, which doesn't work

(57:42):
when you have no blocking. So Wilson is better sometimes
because he just gets N more quickly.
So so my, my, my pronunciation on Jacobs, certainly for through
the first three games. And I don't, I don't know what
someone more learned than me would call this, but he's been

(58:04):
hesitating too much in deciding when to, to, to go for it and
when to kind of dance around and, and, and go big play
hunting. Like he'll, he'll look for a big
hole instead of taking a little hole that's there.
And sometimes it's like, you know, you got 2 yards and then
fell forward for 1/3 yard. And if you, if you would have

(58:26):
just been decisive and just taken what was there initially,
you would have gotten 3 or 4 andthen maybe you could have fallen
forward for that theft and so some.
But it's inconsistent because sometimes then he does just die
for it. And it's like, you know, a half
second later you could have actually bounced outside and,

(58:47):
and really picked up some steam there.
And so I would just call that rust.
I would just say he's, he was rusty through the 1st 3 weeks
and it made him look old and worn out and slow.
And I don't think he is. I think he's just been rusty.
And week 4 seemed like again to your point, the game plan was a
little bit different. There was more of that quick

(59:08):
hitting run, you know, drawn up for him and it seemed like he
was more dialed in on just taking what was there.
And that's really what was needed.
And also the Dallas defensive line and linebackers are not
good at all, right? So that was the other thing.
When you when you have numbers on, on a certain part of the
line, right, you can check to a run like when you have Ezaraku

(59:31):
is kind of like the only guy near the BCD, probably more the
C&D gap, right? When you have the strength of
that line, you can check to thatrun.
Kraft and left tackle are going to be in a great position to a
move, move a guy like Ezaraku who's smaller off the ball and
get to and collapse it to get tothat second level.
And that's what creates some of those big lanes Jacobs was
running through. So they're able to check to some

(59:51):
of that when they know they havethe numbers to do so.
I'm I'm trying to find, I think I bookmarked something about
this because somebody mentioned it on I think one of the big
runs by Jacobs. I don't think I have it.
I'll I'll find it maybe and postit.
But like when they had the numbers in certain spots, they

(01:00:13):
were able to get to two runs to help things out.
But I do think, you know, some of the some of some running
plays, right, some of sometimes some of the gap stuff, right?
Sometimes some duo is in large part like pressing a line of
scrimmage, getting the linebackers to move in, move in,
move in so that then guys can get hands on them and you have

(01:00:37):
room to potentially bounce that out, right?
So some runs are requiring patience where others aren't.
It's very, very possible that they want Wilson to just Hey,
this is your gap or this is likepay outside.
Maybe it's a zone run where it'slike, OK, this is where you're
starting, then work here, then work here, right?
That's to kind of follow those principles with with certain

(01:00:57):
cutbacks against zone. But like Jacobs are probably
giving the full the full platter, right, in terms of the
run. So it's like, OK, some of this
is going to be, you know, be patient, be patient, be patient,
boom, go like that. Some of that requires that.
So yes, I think it's a complex thing.
I think that's really interesting and that's something
I I will be diving into for sure.

(01:01:20):
I got a few more JJI know you you have this one.
If you want to get to this really quick tool for this set,
I need to send you guys some coffee.
Can't technically sponsor you because we are Minnesota based
and are the official Bleep coffee partnership.
Though you know what, this is the story of my life.
All the brands that I love the most not sponsoring is this
show, you know. So then I'm going to look back

(01:01:42):
at, you know, these early days when all my favorite brands
weren't sponsoring our show and I'll go, no, those were the
days. Can't imagine that life anymore
as I look at, you know, my walls, sponsorships from all my
favorite brands. But I'll also have found my.
By then, I'll have found my special overseas Baltimore

(01:02:02):
Orioles cap that I've been trying to order for forever.
That you can't get shipped to the US because of tariffs.
Interesting. Interesting.
Yeah, we'll pay tariffs on our backup Canadian kicker, but not
on a Orioles cap apparently Messed up.
All right, listen, Jake, I am. I am like, completely out of
time. So if we're going to do any of

(01:02:23):
our fun stuff, we gotta really rapid fire this rapid fire
golden that's been clutched as Derschel.
Completely agree. Joseph's saying I'm not saying
Green Bay's perfect. They can correct some of these
issues. Certainly some of the issues
they can definitely be corrected.
Some of them will be corrected with health.
And Durst also saying that CesarRuiz would have been fun until
he got hurt. That was somebody Easton Butler
mentioned as somebody Goody checked in on and he got hurt

(01:02:46):
for the New Orleans Saints Center for or not center.
No, no guard guard for the New Orleans Saints.
He was drafted as the center, wasn't he?
He was yes. And then they I think they moved
him after, or at least, or maybeMcCoy was already there and
McCoy was locked in and then they had to move.
Either way, we're getting hung up on those details.
But yes. All right.

(01:03:09):
Do you want to go to your thing?I have a thing.
Is your thing long? If your thing is long, then
we'll just do yours And and not mine.
Mine is not long. OK, get yours.
OK. And in the meantime, while he's
doing this, people start puttingin the chat pizza toppings that

(01:03:32):
you love and pizza toppings thatyou hate and specify which is
which. Yes.
OK, so I did this because I, I didn't.
Again, if somebody had donated, we were going to be ready.
Somebody, somebody commented Lulu earlier.
And then I quick downloaded thispicture you sent me and I was

(01:03:54):
going to post it on screen and pretend it was my mock draft.
And then I forgot to do that. I have it open right here on
this monitor, but I forgot to put it on the screen.
So you get the credit for your mock draft because the world is
unsure. So, yeah, so I figured, you
know, we'd throw a little something together here for the
therapy session in in in the form of a mock draft.

(01:04:16):
Thanks, Brian. Appreciate the insight.
Not too bad it happened here. Too bad.
Too bad. So sad.
Why didn't you take Michael Parsons in the first round?
Why didn't I? Yeah, that would have made this
mock draft better. Yeah, you're right.
This is true. But I do think, again, defensive
line, corner offensive line, that's where it's got to be

(01:04:37):
right now. So, yeah, put this, put this
little guy together just because, you know, I was
thinking about it like, you know, what are we going to do
during the bye week? Little bit of this.
So, yeah, just you know what, I you know, what kept going
through my head, You know what kept going through my head
during that Dallas game, while we're watching this offensive

(01:04:59):
line not be able to to block anything.
What went through your mind? A beautiful name.
Beautiful name. Yoanna.
Yeah. Alive of Ania.
Yoanna. Alive of Ania.
Yeah, Oh, good player, good player.

(01:05:22):
He's going to be a Packer. I can feel it.
I I hope so. I hope so, Ayers said.
I saw something where we've onlyranked middle of the pack
special teams just one time in the past, like 10 to 15 years.
Yeah, I think Dara Carriger posted a list of like just the
PFF ranks. But the other thing that you
guys should check out if you haven't, and I've been talking

(01:05:42):
about it on podcasts for four years at this point.
Easy. Is is it Rick or Rich?
I think it's Rick. Rick Gosselin.
He does a full special teams analysis of all 32 teams.
He's been doing this for foreverand he routinely has the Packers

(01:06:03):
as somewhere between the 30th and 32nd best special teams unit
in the NFL every single frickin year.
And the MO Drayton year, which was 2021.
That was the one where and it actually got better toward the
end of the year, if you can believe it.
But earlier on in the year, do you guys remember the horrific
Chicago Bears game from that season?

(01:06:25):
Obviously everybody remembers how it ends in the play offs,
but there's a Chicago Bears gamewhere like basically we should
have just gone for and every single fourth down because every
time special teams took the field for anything, kicking the
ball off, receiving kickoffs, both sides of the punt, anything
regarding field goals or anything, it was a disaster.

(01:06:49):
Every single time they took a field, you had multiple
turnovers. So like at that point in the
season, Gosselin is putting stuff up there and comparing
that special teams unit to the 2009 Chargers, which if you
recall, 2009 Chargers had the number one offense #1 defense.
And they missed the play offs because their special teams unit

(01:07:10):
was the worst of all time. And he's talking about the Green
Bay Packers and he's referencingthe 2009 Chargers because that's
how bad they were. And you look anywhere you want
to look, PFF Rick Goslin, anywhere you want to look.
The Packers never have good specialty units.
Ever. Sure.

(01:07:32):
You ready for this, Jake? Yes, I'm ready.
All right. I'm going to make sure I'm
actually sharing my screen this time.
OK, we see it now. Yes.
All right, so here's what we're going to do.
First of all, we need our tiers. What we're going to be doing is
we're going to be ranking NFL logos.

(01:07:54):
We're going to do it objectively.
This is something we've been wanting to do for a while, and
we're going to use pizza toppings as the tiers.
Oh, Jake, what's your favorite pizza topping of all time?
It's the most elite pizza topping price.

(01:08:18):
I would, I would, I would say sausage.
Yeah. Sage.
It's the best one there is. I as a kid, I think we liked
pepperoni better. Probably for some pepperoni,
it's probably the second best. It's probably the second best,
yeah. And it's like, it's still good,
but I think the older I've gotten, the more I've flipped

(01:08:39):
that. You know, my favorite pizza of
all time is, is pepperoni and sausage and mushroom.
You do those three together? That's interesting.
I've never done the pepperoni with the mushroom.
Yeah, pepperoni, sausage and mushroom together.
If you if you like mushroom for pizza, I like canned mushrooms.

(01:09:01):
I'll do fresh mushrooms for other things in life, but not
pizza. Too old for this says love
olives, onions, sausage, mushrooms, Peppers, jalapeno,
pineapple, salmon, reindeer and duck.
Duck would probably honestly be pretty good.
I gotta think about it. Anchovies, peanut butter and
bubble gum. Mr. Deeds specialty.
You know what I never saw Mr. Deeds.

(01:09:22):
I was watching a whole bunch of Adam Sandler movies, I don't
know, like 15 years ago. And I I saw a whole bunch of
them and I liked them. And then I got to Billy Madison
and it was just like, it was just not my movie.
And that that was the end of my Adam Sandler movie marathon.
I was like, I'm done. I can't watch anymore.
It just wasn't for me. I've seen a bunch of his that I

(01:09:44):
really like, but Billy Madison was not for me.
And so I didn't see Mr. Deeds. That would have been the next
one I was going to see, though, after that.
OK, two of us said, if you're ever in Anchorage, just go to
Moose's Tooth. Best beats ever.
OK, I'm almost positive. All right, this is super niche,
but I'm almost positive. I I watched dude perfect's

(01:10:06):
Alaska thing that they did and I'm pretty sure that's where
they got pizza from. OK, I'm almost positive they got
pizza from that place that that moose's tooth.
I'm I'm almost positive. So it's a Joe's comment.
Oh, sheesh, We are starting withthat player.
Ain't happening in this or that round.
Listen, you got to understand that is Brian Moppy's favorite

(01:10:28):
game. All right, So if you don't like
that game, you're not gonna likeBrian Moffy.
I'm just don't have to like the game either.
You don't have to like the game. But if you like Brian Moffy's
the game, you're gonna, OK, you're gonna you're gonna be a
part of that game a little bit. Yeah.
The game's the game. We play that game, Drew Low
Pepperoni. Spicy sausage.

(01:10:48):
Pepperoni. How do you say that word?
Pepperon. Pepperoncini.
I've seen it. Pepperoncini.
Yeah. And mushrooms, I think.
Yeah. Let me, I I think I put all of
the pizza stuff in in the starred, by the way.
Oh, this. That's what that is.
Yeah. That's what's called that banana
garden that's in there. Olive Garden salad.

(01:11:09):
They always put wood in there. I always call that a banana
pepper. These are very good, but I don't
like people also ask that, wait,go to that, go to that, go down,
go down, go down, go down. Are they the same?
Keep going. People are asking if they are
the same. Are they?
They're not not the same. A key difference is the

(01:11:29):
pepperonsteini wrinkler, thinnerskin and tangy flavor compared
to the banana Peppers longer, oh, banana Peppers, curved and
altered and sweeter profile. We have I'm, I'm derailing
myself here. My, my wife and I put together
this nice garden this spring andwe had a humongous bed of just
Peppers, like every kind of pepper you can imagine had

(01:11:50):
banana Peppers in there. You know, every wax Peppers,
ghost Peppers, jalapenos, everything.
And it was there was so much rain this spring that like, and
Peppers need really hot, dry conditions.
And we got like nothing. It was so sad.
Oh, that's not good. It's not really last night.

(01:12:13):
OK, so we have we have pineapplementioned a few times by people.
Yes. Oh, Drew hates black olives.
We have. Oh, he hates every kind of
olives. Yeah, I've, I've, I'm in with
Drew on this one, to be honest. You hate you hate olives.
Yeah, I was just. I was super out.
See, I love black olives. I mean, I I like green olives on

(01:12:35):
pizza too, but black olives I love.
We will say why. Why I hate olives.
Story for the next time. We will.
Where are you on pineapple? I love it.
See, I love it on pizza too, butit's super controversial.
It is. I think pineapple should be the
controversial tier in here. Yeah, I don't think we can put

(01:12:55):
it and any of these. I think there's a clear D tier
if we want to go there. Well, let's let's I, I want
pineapple to be. It's controversial.
You either love it or you hate it.
I I want that in there as as that.
OK. And I love pineapple and pizza
and you say you love it. Yeah.
But like there, I think we can find a logo that we think is

(01:13:19):
great, but it's also very deeplydivisive.
See, I would Chris says jalapenos trying to see if I've
missed any. Oh, wait, where'd it go?
I saw one and I missed it here. Error said mushrooms are not

(01:13:40):
bad. See it as a bee tier.
We need something else that's like definitely bad.
I would I would. Here's what I would do with with
pineapple because everybody putsit with ham, right?
That's like the the go to. I don't like ham.
I would put it, I would put the pineapple with spicy salami.

(01:14:01):
Yeah, that's good. I would do that.
And then you could do that with like a little arugula if you
want to go that direction, little honey drizzle.
So you're getting some sweet stuff with that spicy sausage
and they're like, I think, I think that works really nicely.
I like doing pineapple is the backer.
I like doing steak and jalapenoson a on a pizza that has a white

(01:14:25):
sauce. Like a garlic white sauce That's
a red sauce. Yes, with onion.
Steak with red sauce is weird. That would be weird.
I feel like when we get together, we need to do people
like the steak with the red sauce would be like putting
ketchup on your steak. And we're just not doing the
we're not doing the Mahomes thing.
We're not doing that right. Right.
Completely out. Absolutely not.
If this were a a Chiefs podcast,we would, we would.

(01:14:46):
But here's The thing is that he also, he signed a deal with
Hunt's ketchup, which is like way lower tier than Heinz
ketchup. I'm sorry.
Yeah, that's messed up. Anyway, All right, so I, I think
I have like the really bad tier topping, but you tell me what
you think yours is. I think I got I think I got the
really bad one. I mean, I, I mean you don't have

(01:15:12):
one. I I I'll go.
I I think you could for me, olives would be there, but I
think you could, I think you could talk me into onions too.
Honestly, I don't. I like the sausage pepper.
I don't think it needs the onion.
I think you can go a different direction when you put sausage
and Peppers. I think you can absolutely go
different direction than onion. Like anchovies is like I, I feel

(01:15:35):
like anchovies see that as much, but like, that's clearly like a,
a, a very poor one. You don't see it because nobody
orders it because it's awful, right?
I tried it one time and it's it's horrible.
I kind of think that the B tier should be cheese because it's
like, yeah, no topping, all right, It's technically a pizza.

(01:15:56):
Yeah, but topping, like you, yougo with that.
You technically completed the assignment, but you did a
terrible job. Like Margarita pizza, a little
bit of like, isn't that just tomatoes?
I think that's like, yeah, I think it's like you've kind of
done something. But like, I see a lot of people

(01:16:16):
hating onions. I don't think you've done a lot
of hating on onions. If you ever had a bacon and
onion pizza, bacon and onion pizza is very good.
Yeah. Margarita pizza is literally
just tomatoes, mozzarella and basil.
I feel like that's a perfect middle of the road of like,

(01:16:38):
Basil's great, but like you've you have really not done
anything to it. And like, you can call it that
with the. I think it works perfectly.
Do you in in the part of the country where you live?
Do you guys have Marco's Pizza? Is that a chain?
I don't think so. Not I don't recall that in in
the more of the Midwest where where I frequent, we have Marcos

(01:17:03):
and they have this white cheesy pizza where this is like feta
cheese and tomatoes on top on top of already tomato sauce and
cheese. So it doesn't have a red sauce.
It's it's like bacon. It's it's bacon, it's bacon and
feta and tomatoes on top of cheese.

(01:17:26):
And then that's on top of a white Turkey sauce.
Interesting, interesting. It's very good.
Oh, and there's but there's alsobig onions on that though, and
you don't like onions on pizza onions.
So that would be problematic foryou.
It's still quite good. So are we going Margarita pizza

(01:17:46):
for the middle tier? I think that's perfect because
it's technically something, it'sgot something on it, but like
you've kind of that's like your completion of set assignment.
Yeah. All right.
Are we good with this 5 tier? All right, I remember pineapple
is controversial. It's not.

(01:18:07):
You may as well put, you might as well put that in parentheses.
Honestly, almost put pineapple in controversy.
Controversy. That's really unfortunate.
That's fine. OK, so the reason we're doing
this is because Jake and I had adiscussion.

(01:18:28):
We were talking about he was trying to predict Ayers.
That is a deep, that is a deep pole.
That's interesting. Pineapple is enriched uranium.
You have my attention. Yeah.
No, I'm I Yeah. Pineapple controversy.

(01:18:50):
Uranium enriched your. Yeah.
All right. Where are we?
All right, So are we going alphabetical?
I got to. Close or are we going like tabs
hey, this is we're just startinghere because we got to get some
off the board. I, I think what we need to do is
we need to start by trying to find the best logo out of the

(01:19:10):
whole bunch, or at least some ofthe good ones.
Because I was looking at them inpreparation for this.
And I had to be honest with myself that the NFL has worse
logos than most sport than most sports out there.
They're not that there's not a lot of great ones.
And there, there's, there's one logo that I crap on routinely

(01:19:31):
for just being what I, I just think it desperately needs an
update. But then I look at all the rest
of them. I'm like, it's actually not that
much worse. And the, the one I'm talking
about is the Houston Texans. I think the Texans logo is in
bad neodymium update. I just don't think it's good at
all. It's very boring.

(01:19:51):
It's one of the it's it's the only logo that I can see that is
trying to actually be a shape that has no depth to it at all.
Yeah, it is weird that they leftit 2D.
Yeah, it is very weird. So they did that because the
Jaguars isn't like a it's not really 2D.
I think the closest one you would compare it to would be the

(01:20:13):
Seahawks, but the Seahawks has athird color in there in in the
eye, and I think that makes a big difference.
So so I have a logo that I thinkis clearly sausage tier and that
is the Detroit Lions. I hate the Lions, but that it's
a pretty good logo. Yeah, that's good.
I like it. Yep.

(01:20:35):
And, and the reason that we're doing this is because Jake and
I, I said this is current. Yeah, we're only doing current
logos. But what's relevant, though, is
that I was, I was trying to get Jake to guess which team I was
talking about. What did I say about this logo
that this is the team that desperately needs to go back to

(01:20:57):
one of its older logos? And I couldn't.
And what was the other thing I said about it?
I think I said that it's, this is like an uncommon take.
It's not. I think so, yeah.
OK, I think you're right. So, so where did your mind go
when I was, when I was saying where did my where did it go?

(01:21:19):
I think it went to New England. I think 'cause there was and
then it went to, I had a guess about where I thought you were
going to go with it and my guesswas wrong.
Oh, oh, Miami, Miami was like a clear like, yes, the low go, you
go back. But that's, but that right to me
was I think we had this discussion.

(01:21:40):
To me, that's not an uncommon take.
Like I think everybody is super in Miami going back to what they
like. Like my dad, you know, collects
and updates the collection of hats, right?
NFL hats. And it's like he was like, hey,
find me a Miami one. And I'm like, OK.
And I found a Miami one that hadthe old logo on it that was
still a new newly made hat because I just don't want

(01:22:03):
Miami's new logo. Right.
Yeah. So yes, where I thought you were
going with with the guests. And it's similar to the
Dolphins. I thought you were going to go
with the Broncos. Yes, right.
Which is the Broncos. The Broncos, You know, if you
look at and I would say that the93 to 96 logo where they've
removed some of the detail in like the, the, the Bronco's

(01:22:28):
breath, yeah, versus the older one.
I'll, I'll zoom in here a littlebit.
You can see there's it's just a little bit.
Busy of a logo. But like this logo on helmet,
Either one of them. Yeah, the the especially the
older of the two. It looks like there's a face on
the back of the horse. Yeah, yeah, I've seen that
before. This is like it.
It literally looks like almost, but here's the thing, all you

(01:22:50):
need to do is just kind of when you go back to this D logo, just
redraw the horse, more modern, same pose, just the same way
they've done with the Vikings. The the Viking logo, they've
redrawn it. It's exactly the same, except
they just keep simplifying it and making the lines bolder.
Also, how close is that 19601961to like Wyoming's logo?

(01:23:14):
You're very, very close. Absolutely.
It's also very close to what the, the Baltimore Colts had for
a while. That's right, yeah.
With, I think like tugging on the helmet.
They're like the helmets flying off 'cause it's, I don't know.
Yep, it is, Yep. Whatever.
One of the So I, I, I, I, I think that the, the Broncos
current logo, I, I think it's terrible.

(01:23:37):
I think it's really terrible. And they, their old D logo was
very, very good. I don't want to put this logo
any higher than Margarita. And I'd, I'd rather put it in
Angelvis. Yeah, I think that's fine.
For where? Where do you want it?
Do you like it? Not really.

(01:23:58):
I, I, I could, I, I think for me, I, I, you mentioned
Margarita because it's almost like a very like take it or
leave it. Like I'm not overly offended by
it to me, but it's also like, I'm not moved.
So like, yeah, I feel like it isa perfect Margarita tier because
it's kind of like not that not that like into the idea of it.

(01:24:20):
So that said horses don't play kazoos, though.
I don't know what what he's talking about.
Anyways, that's funny. Oh, that's really that's good.
I'm gonna that's a good. That's a good one.
Saving that. That's really funny.
So I I'm gonna put another team in sausage tier unless you

(01:24:41):
disagree. And, and I want to give extra
credit to this team for breakingwith tradition and moving on
from a classic logo to a much better alternate logo.
Oh, oh, who is it? They made their alternate their

(01:25:05):
permanent about two years ago. It's much better than their very
classic long time logo. I'll give you a hint to the NFC
team. They made their alternate this
logo. Where am I looking?
Yeah, the the logo that's on screen right now.
Like 3 years ago, this was theiralternate and now it's their

(01:25:28):
primary. The fact that you can't
immediately tell shows what a good move it was because you've
already forgotten that the logo they've worn for your entire
lifetime, it's no longer their current logo.
It's a packer's rival. Now you have me second guessing

(01:25:52):
myself because I'm not sure it'sthe packer's rival.
Chicago changed. That's their permanent now.
That's their permanent logo as of last season.
I was gonna OK, Yeah, no, I, I Ithink that's, this is their
official primary. Yeah, that's really.

(01:26:12):
So now they've made the C their alternate.
Yeah, that's really good. For a second, I thought they
were going. I thought for a second I thought
it was Rams, but I was like, I don't, I don't get no, no, no,
'cause the Rams logo is, is brand new.
No, this Bears logo, I'm giving them extra credit for
recognizing that this needs to be their primary.
It's it's very good. Honestly, it's, it's not very
modern. It's it's, it's retro.

(01:26:36):
I'm fine with either one be on the helmet honestly.
I'd also be fine with doing Caleb Williams claws on the side
of the they. I I feel like they should at
least just do it on a mini helmet if they haven't already
so people can have it 'cause I think that'd be sick.
Like if I were a bear's hope. They said it's not a Reds logo
anymore. That's a clause.
You you're right, that's true. And it's not half of a Twins
logo either. But they're also conceding,

(01:26:59):
though, defeat to the the Reds and the Twins.
Yes, but they're but it's the right conceding.
It's like we don't want to be onthat island with you anymore.
We shouldn't be there. We don't want to be there.
And that's that's the smart move.
The Packers, I think the Packersare not collecting royalties
from the University of Georgia, but they are drafting all of
their players. So them and Philly, yes, tool

(01:27:24):
for this is just put the Vikingsin sausage and get the north
over with. Heck no, Vikings don't go in
sausage, but Vikings are pepperoni at best.
It's an OK logo. You could do so much better.
Like the nice tough Viking. This is like a austere regal
Viking. He's not tough.
That doesn't inspire any fear inme.

(01:27:45):
They also keep shrinking the horns on the side of his helmet.
Over the years they've shrunk the horns a lot it it used to be
bigger horns. Also I hate the Vikings color
palette. Get rid of the purple.
Purple is a terrible color for Vikings.
They should be. They they should do like what
the Raiders do and really lean into black.

(01:28:06):
And so, yeah, we've done this a bunch of times.
We, we we can't spend more time on this, about the Vikings in
purple and why why the purple isa big part of it.
Maybe not. I thought we did.
Yeah. I thought we talked about this
offline at one point. You got 15 seconds.
No, no, we, we, we don't have time for that.
You're right. You're right.
OK, we'll save it. We'll save there.

(01:28:26):
There is a significance to why that they they have purple on
that. I'm putting this no higher than
pepperoni. Where are you putting it?
I kind of wanted to put it in pineapple for controversial.
That's fine, 'cause there's a lot of people out there, neutral
observers. There's a lot of AFC people out
there who think the Vikings lookis like really awesome and

(01:28:49):
classic and they really love thepurple and they really love the
the horn and the skull chant andall that.
So anyways, moving on. I, I think we need to talk about
the Buccaneers. OK, Buccaneers.
I can't do any higher than Margarita.

(01:29:10):
And here's the thing. The Buccaneers need to do what
the Bears did. They have a much better
alternate logo that they need tomake permanent here Let's see
here it is the pirate ship is somuch better.
This should be their permanent also it's so much better the

(01:29:36):
going just to your right Sir elite uniform match up coming up
this week. Please watch please watch the
uniform match up Seattle, Tampa Bay.
Oh my gosh, Oh my like like I'm my screen is going to be just
it's feeling it. 50th anniversary for both by the way,

(01:29:57):
2/19/76 teams having a little having a little hey, let's throw
these back, which is sick. Do you like you like black ship
or red ship better? Oh, I would say red ship.
I would say red ship and I I kind of like their 2014 to 2019
shifts a little bit just that shade a little bit brighter, but

(01:30:18):
it's the the new one is fine. I don't mind the oldest color.
The oldest one looks like it's floating in water and it's
disintegrating. That's weird don't know why they
would do that. I can't believe have you have
you seen? Well, we'll get to it in a
minute. Can't believe this.
Joe wants him to go back to, to this Buccaneer.
Works for me. Little, little more Musketeer

(01:30:41):
than Buccaneer. Though I will say, you know, a
little too much of that. I kind of want a little bit more
like Pirates of the Caribbean. Like I I want some dirty, grimy,
thick pirates. And this is like the thin,
elegant, gentlemanly pirate. And that does that's that's
that's Will Turner. OK, Period.
Yeah, it is. It's Will Turner.

(01:31:03):
Sure, sure. That's fine.
But I want Barbosa. Give me the Barbosa pirates.
That's fair. Or Blackbeard.
So I'm, I, I, I can't go higher than than Margarita for the
well, I don't know. Here's the thing.
OK, it looks I like the flag with the sword.
You know, you know what I'm saying?
I'm glad they went with a sword with the flag at least like

(01:31:26):
that. I I'm, I'm good with that.
OK, we've, we've done 5. All right, Let's, let's, I'm,
I'm gonna put one in anchovies. You ready for it?
You should put a few in there. All right, Chargers, this is the
worst logo in the NFL. And here's the thing.

(01:31:47):
So Chargers at one point had a horse logo.
All right, 'cause that apparently that's what their
Charger is. It's a charging horse.
No, we already have the Colts and the Broncos.
We don't need a third horse team.
The Chargers need a rhino and then make his horn a lightning
bolt. Interesting.

(01:32:07):
Come on. That'd be so cool.
Yeah. I don't remember if that one
girl who redesigns logos on Instagram.
I don't like her work. Actually, I really don't.
I gotta figure out if but he check this one out.
Here's here's one that kind of accomplishes.
I don't like the colors they chose 'cause I think you should

(01:32:27):
really do powder blue and yellow, but this kind of this
kind of accomplishes that's likethat's like pale blue and like
almost that that's we are that is inching to green.
No, that's straight up green. That is highlighter green.
That is the Seattle Seahawks have trademarked that as action
green. OK, let's roll going back here.

(01:32:51):
So another one I'm going to put in anchovies tier, the Titans,
The Jets. The Jets are awful.
Yeah, that's a horrible logo. All of their logos are terrible.
And this is better than what it has been, but it's still
terrible. That little thing on top of the
word doesn't look like. What is that supposed to be?
It's supposed to be a jet. It looks like a ski jumping
hill. OK, look, that looks like many

(01:33:13):
things that are not a jet. It looks like a ski jumping
hill. I don't like, put a plane in
there anyway. OK, Another anchovy.
Where? Where are the Titans?
You're right. The Titans do belong there.
This is just terrible. I understand that you're trying
to pay homage to the the logo. I think they had a chance to
make this flag. I mean, I think they had a

(01:33:33):
chance to make this better. It kind of looks like it kind of
looks like a comet. You're not the comet here.
Alternate logo concept. Like you're not the comets.
This is OK, but again, like, why?
Why are we doing a night thing? Like, dude, that's not what a

(01:33:53):
Titan, an actual celestial being.
Yeah, it's not Titan with the ginormous WAVY beard with stars
in it. They do 100% look like the
Tennessee Comets. Like, I, like, you could
convince me that, like, they aren't the Titans from that logo

(01:34:14):
that they put that JJ put on theon the tier list.
There's nothing. Nobody's even made anything
good. See, part of the problem,
everybody's trying to do an homage to the Tennessee State
flag. I'm sorry.
Get over it. You can keep the colors.
That's fine. But see, like their normal one
literally looks like a comet. It doesn't look like I don't
know what it's supposed to be like.
No. Anyway, it's bad.

(01:34:36):
It's bad. They just change your name to
the comets and we can move you up the tier list.
All right, You get to be controversial.
Where does the Commander's logo go?
I think it's Margarita. All right.
I think it's fine. Can Texans go in anchovies?

(01:34:56):
Sure. All right, so let's do the Rams,
because I think that this one might end up in pineapple.
My goodness. I love the Rams logo.
Oh, yeah. How are you on it?
You like it? Yeah, I'm in.
Are you you in pepperoni tier for it?
Yeah, I like that. OK, I'm in.

(01:35:17):
Let's talk about the Colts for asecond.
So this is a classic. It's a classic logo and I
understand not wanting to changeit.
But but but but they have a fantastic unless, unless Drew
and Apham are talking about Washington's, but I assume
they're talking about the Rams. So this alternate logo that the

(01:35:39):
Colts came up with is quite good.
I really, and I don't think it should be their primary, but if
they made their primary, I wouldn't be mad.
Yeah. I think my biggest problem with
it is it doesn't. As somebody who has worked at a
horse ranch for over a decade, it doesn't look much like a

(01:36:00):
horseshoe. That would be my problem with
it. But it's pretty good.
Obviously, the, the state of Indiana being the negative space
in there, pretty darn good. So I don't know.
For me, this gets a Margarita. OK, yeah, it's fine.

(01:36:20):
Yes, it's not that interesting, but it's fine.
Druid is not like the alt logo. Afam says it's not terrible.
Ayers says the new logo, new uniforms look bad.
They did do that weird at the old logo was positioned like
that to catch luck, but they definitely didn't catch law.
They certainly didn't help it either.

(01:36:41):
Anyway. Joe said.
That looks terrible, JJ, but yousaid that.
One minute ago. Which would be like 4 minutes
ago in stream time. He didn't like he didn't like
Washington's either. Anyway, let's keep rolling.
We've got a lot to get through here.
So I will tell you we have not hit the logo yet that I was

(01:37:01):
talking about. Do you do you feel like you're
honing in on anything yet or? No, No, no, I'm not all right.
I don't feel like I am. I think the Falcons it's at
least pepperoni. I mean it's certainly clever
that they have. I love it.
It's in the shape of an F It's ait's a pretty good Falcon.
I'm I'm so in. I think you could make this
better and keep the exact same concept and just like make it a

(01:37:25):
better looking Falcon, but I'm fine with it right there.
Does it belong in sausage tier? I would say no, but I think it's
pretty good. I'm putting in pepperoni.
Everybody likes it, but it's not.
But you have it like perfectly again, the, the claw in there
being part of it, the, the, the wing, you know, I, I think they

(01:37:45):
accented it nicely. Like, again, the old one is
fine. The old logo I think is totally
fine. But like, I, I like that there
is just a little more pizzazz tothe new one and that there's
actually some red accent with the new one as well.
So yeah, yeah, yeah, the old oneis fine.
Like you're not gonna hear any complaints from me on the old

(01:38:06):
one 'cause it's doing the same thing.
The shape of the new one is the shape of the nurse.
Yeah. I think it's hilarious.
How long? From 1966 to 1988.
They have a backwards F. And then finally somebody
realizes maybe we should turn that around and that's an F But
I will say years, 22 years, the red helmets are sick.

(01:38:29):
Give me all of the red helmet biz for sure yeah they don't
really wear the red helmet anymore, do they No, they've
done they're doing that little throwback deal.
I don't think they've done it yet No.
Anyway, all right, OK, I'm goingto I'm going to be controversial
here. I think hackers logo is is

(01:38:52):
Margarita. It's finally true.
Yeah, it gets the job done. You should never update it.
I've seen people put forward concepts and I I always hate all
of the all the concepts that areout there.
Just don't mess with it. I'm fine with accepting that
it's we're never going to have the best logo in the NFL, but

(01:39:13):
it's fine. But it's but don't touch it.
Have you seen look at this one, the one they had for four years.
This is hideous. This is so bad.
I will say they did take a majorstep up, in my opinion, to the
next one of. But again, yeah, it wasn't.
But the problem with that one isit wasn't.
It wasn't hard to. Yeah, there's a lot going on.

(01:39:35):
But my goodness, now I 51 to 55,what the heck is that?
Stall for a second for me, because I'm pulling up.
I'm pulling up something really interesting.
I'm going to show you. Here's what I'm going to say.
I I can almost guarantee you that JJ is going to put San
Francisco where it belongs. Well, OK, going to guarantee it.

(01:39:57):
I'm, I'm calling that he knows where it goes.
I, I think he knows where it goes.
Scrambling Georgia. Wow.
Oh, and it's got the other one on the side.
This is the first time I've everseen this logo used on merch.
And I think that when you embroidery it, it works because
it's bad. All the faults you see in it,

(01:40:18):
you go, Oh, well, it's because it's embroidered, not, oh,
that's how they drew it, 'cause look, it's identical.
But it sucks. Yeah.
But then when it's embroidered, it's like, oh, that's it.
Yeah. Interesting throwback.
I don't understand the crosses on here.
Yeah, that's weird. It's fine.
It almost looks like field goal posts, just very crudely.

(01:40:44):
Very crudely. And why is there?
That's gotta be what it is. It's goal posts on either side.
It's gotta be what it is. I don't know.
But then it's orthogonal design of the exact same size as each
other. Yeah.
I don't. I listen.
All right. You want to do San Fran next, So
I'll tell me where you think it belongs.

(01:41:05):
I think I I think I know where it's where I would.
I don't. I'm not a fan of this.
I don't. I think it's straight up bad.
Yeah. I just don't think there's any.
It's not more interesting than the Packers logo.
No, but it's busier because of the outline.
Yeah. And then, like, the serif font
doesn't really rescue it for me.I don't.

(01:41:26):
Yeah, I don't like it. I don't like it one bit.
Not fam. Check this out, though.
Where is this? JJ?
We're not half done. No, no, it's OK.
It's OK here. So the Niners rivalry thing that
they did, first of all, it just looks amazing and I love the

(01:41:48):
glossy gold and the old timey old western font that they use
for the numbers like this. This should be the permanent
numbering font for all of their unis now.
And I still don't like the logo, but like use some do something
in here to inspire a facelift For the logo.

(01:42:10):
I actually like it better on theblack helmet.
It does look better on the blackhelmet, but the fan their fans
are would never be OK with getting rid of the gold helmets.
No, no, that's the problem. No, I think that when it's on
the black helmet, the black doesn't stand out so much
because it just looks like a negative space.
Yeah, it the numbers are very interesting.

(01:42:33):
They almost look like the Saintsshould be using them.
So I I think I'm going to put the 49ers down here in
anchovies. It's it's not a huge gap between
Packers and Niners, but it's harder to read.
It's busier. The letters are smaller.

(01:42:57):
And. And that outline just it just
kills it for me. Yeah.
I just think you could do so much better.
Yeah. But I acknowledge that the
Packers logo is not loads betterthan that.
Yeah, they do have a good color scheme.
Yes. But the logo itself, Agree
completely Agree completely. It's just can't get there.

(01:43:20):
OK. Are there people want us to put
the Cleveland Browns logo in anchovies?
And I can't defend it. That's just the orange helmet.
Like, Yeah, not Yeah, OK. And and they're not called the
oranges either. So.
Yeah. All right.
The Miami Dolphins current logo.I think it's OK, but it's like

(01:43:44):
it's just not intimidating in the slightest and doesn't have
any character. It's like it looks like a clip
art. This this could be the logo for
SeaWorld. Do people like this logo?
Is it pineapple or does everybody hate it?
I don't think anybody likes it, but maybe I could all right, I'm
putting it in anchovies. If anybody watching likes it,

(01:44:05):
then put it in the chat and let us know.
I just Joe says JJ send link forthat hat.
I already closed it. I will.
I can message it to you. I just that my my only issue.
And again, I think it's probablya hypocritical thing to say

(01:44:26):
because there's plenty of them that don't have football related
things on their logos, but it just it feels I I just don't
know. I don't.
The dolphin is a favorite for the kids here.
I put the, I put the product ID in the chat.
So copy that and go to mitchellandnest.com and then if

(01:44:48):
you search that, you should be able to find it, I think.
There you go. You're welcome.
I wish I had an affiliate code for it, but I don't.
So Venmo me a dollar, I guess, if you love me.
I think. I think we've spent as much time
on that logo as the Dolphins deserve.
Yeah, 'cause they're also a terrible football team.
Yes, they are all right. I hate the I hate the Cardinals

(01:45:11):
logo. And then to make matters worse,
the Saint Louis Cardinals have shown exactly how you do a
Cardinals logo Brilliantly. Yes.
Is there anything defensible about this fat Cardinal head
that looks like Looney Tunes? Yeah.
I was going to say it kind of looks like it should be in a
superhero cartoon type of deal. And I Yeah, You know what?

(01:45:31):
It goes in Margarita because it accomplishes the goal.
I think most of these don't accomplish the goal of like
being a recognizable Yeah, I think sure it it's it's the
minimum of what you'd expect. Again, I think a couple things
on the anchovy tier while you'reyou can go grab another one JJ
while you're doing it. Like I think there's a lot of

(01:45:52):
good color schemes in the anchovy tier.
The problem is the logo, right? Like the chargers color scheme
with with that logo is sick. The Niners great color scheme.
Honestly, some people don't likethis.
I think the dolphins color scheme is kind of sick.
I I love the green and orange. I, I think it works really
nicely together, but it's just the wait, what did you call the
dolphins color scheme? Green and orange.
What you want Aqua and sunshine.Aqua and sunshine.

(01:46:15):
Turquoise, turquoise and orange.Aqua sunset combo.
That's what I'll call tangerine Aqua sunset and sea foam Aqua
sunset is what I'm gonna go withfrom now on.
I think the Bengals have at besta Margarita logo, but I think

(01:46:35):
it's pretty bad because of the concept material.
Silly looking. Just do a cool tiger.
Yeah, it's silly. It's silly here.
I'm just, I just googled tiger logo concept.
Look at how many better tigers there are.
Do something like this. Do this.
Do any of these, their logo history do a crouching logo if

(01:47:01):
you've not gone through it? They literally have.
They have a a tiger. I mean, it's not a good tiger,
but yeah, they have one, though. And they decided to put stripes
on a bee. Yeah.
It's like, why have you done that?
Listen, now, now I will say whenthey put the stripes only on the

(01:47:23):
helmet, I'm in like that's totally fine.
I like helmet strips all over the uniform and on the helmet.
That looks great. The problem is, is the logo is
the B and it's not good. The other thing is that it's not
going to be other sports teams. You can think of that just do a
letter. It's the litter for their city,
but it's not the Bincinnati Tigers.

(01:47:45):
Yeah, like the Twins, They do. They did the M for Minnesota.
They do TC for Twin Cities now, like they don't do like it's not
just for the Twins. Like, that's so yeah, it
Cleveland does the C Yeah, I, I don't, I, I this one's
indefensible. Sorry.
This one, this one might be the worst one.
Jets, Jets. You're creeping up there,
though, in Browns, but this is it's not good.

(01:48:07):
Joe says put Raiders in sausage tier.
Here's my only qualm with that is I just think that like the
the dude looks kind of wimpy. It's just kind of boring and
wimpy, like go, go swashbuckling.
Here's what I will say. They did try to make him look
more like a football player thana Raider, right?

(01:48:29):
They clearly won. K, it's OK.
I the one thing I don't like is I, I will say I don't even mind
the player and I don't like is The Jets, Steelers and Raiders
saying we need to put the the name of the team on the logo.
Why? Why must you?
You don't need to do that. I think it looks the best on the
Raiders very clearly of the three.

(01:48:49):
But I I just I don't like doing that.
But they did the football air says Raiders pineapple seems
based on the chat looks like their textbook pineapple.
Do you hear Steelers pineapple. Yeah, I think that's fine.
I'm this is the type of pineapple I'm nodded in on is
Pittsburgh's I I don't like it. Yeah, but that's it.
It's it's controversial. If we were, if everybody was

(01:49:10):
unanimous about Steelers, then are the three colors like part
of Pennsylvania's flag or are they for the Three Rivers?
It might not even be either of those.
Dude, that's a not a good flag. It's like a carousel horses.

(01:49:36):
That's not good. Tell me that is not a marijuana
leaf. What is that?
That's what it looks like. Like that's not even a Buckeye
leaf. What the heck is that?
Oh, OK. I should have known this.
It's yellow star for Cole, orange for iron ore, and blue
for scrap metal. Yeah, you should have.
That's so obvious. Every idiot knows that.

(01:49:59):
That's what those three colors randomly stand for.
I don't. Cole is yellow.
Does it burn you? I don't understand.
I don't get that. I don't know why that's that.
Well, whatever. Sure, that's totally fine.
I know that's fine. It must be the let's the Process

(01:50:21):
must be doing something. Let's, let's do the Chiefs.
Here's the thing. All right, You you have some of
the same problems that the 49ershave.
I'm going to put this in pepperoni tier.
It's really more like Margarita tier.
Here's the thing, this logo would be so easy to elevate

(01:50:42):
because, like, the shape of it is very interesting.
The letter treatment shape is really not.
And I'm going to show you the shape.
Or they can make the shape better.
They could, Yeah, they certainlycould.
They could add more depth to it,like some of these that KC and

(01:51:02):
the shape of. Yeah.
I mean, there's definitely some good ones out there.
Yeah, sure. There's there's like a heat wave
shaped one that I loved for a bunch of years.
I wonder where it is. I bet I still have it saved on
my hard drive. Actually I.
Can't find it? You have to remember, Joseph,
what pineapple tier is, right? You have to remember what

(01:51:25):
pineapple tier is. High ceiling, low floor, right?
It's like enriched geranium. I'm still in on it.
I think it does better than someof the other margaritas.
But, you know, how would I have saved this in?

(01:51:47):
I have. I know for sure I saved it at
one point. Here it is.
I think I found it. OK Now I just got a.

(01:52:08):
Yeah. All right, where's my which tab
am I supposed to sharing stuff? Here's the image.
Share image at this location. Oh gosh.
OK, I'm gonna have to do a mock draft.

(01:52:30):
I'm trying to. The problem is that it's my
cloud storage doesn't have this synced and I can't get it to
sync it for me. It's downloading now.
Oh, that's why I turned off my cloud storage software.
Dang stinking thing. Oh, no.
To speed up the I went on, I went on Twitter There I found

(01:52:53):
something really hilarious. It's awful.
I got it. It's it's it's sharing right
now. Here it is.
This right here. Look at that.
Yeah, I'm actually, yeah, I'm kind of it, Although, hey, you
lose the black a little. Is it a little too WAVY?
I don't think so, 'cause it's supposed to be like, you know,
the Arrowhead is like chipped away with a, a hard, right,

(01:53:14):
Right. Yeah.
But I think like, I think you can do it and just have the, the
furthest outside tier be more defined, right, for this outside
line that's defined of the lines.
I think that would make it work really, really well.
So AFAM says no way. Clark Hunt changing the logo.
It's not a big change though. It's a very subtle change.

(01:53:36):
All you're doing is just modernizing it a little bit, and
then you get to just resell so much merch.
Oh, look at how my thing is. My stream is slowing down now
that I got my cloud storage syncing again.
Gonna kill that. And then my Internet should
hopefully speed up a little bit.You get to resell so much merch,
though. Look, I mean, all the stuff I've

(01:53:59):
sold in the last 30 years, I canresell it all now with the new
logo. So I'm gonna put is it going to
Margarita or pepperoni? It's fine.
It just could be so much better.I think Margarita is where it
belongs. I think it's a little better
than they once that it's on the same tier with though.
All right, we can put it in herethen.
I just, I feel a little bad having it on the same tier as

(01:54:21):
like the Buccaneers and Falcons, but I think it's OK where it is.
I understand. Where are we on Cowboys?
I think it's, I think Cowboys logo is kind of fine.
Honestly. I think that's fine.
Is it called Margarita or pepperoni?
I mean, it's, it's fine. I think it's fine.
It's also like, here's the thing, it's instantly
recognizable. Like you show this to somebody

(01:54:42):
overseas who's not an NFL fan and they they don't go like, oh,
is it the some star team? They know what to say.
I will say I remember the Titansdoing their schedule release and
everybody thought the Colts werethe Cowboys.
That's the one thing. That's the one thing which I
understand. Again, Cowboys are on horses.
Horses have the horseshoes. Like I, I, I get where they're

(01:55:02):
coming from, sort of, but like, no, no, it's but anyway, so I'm
gonna go, hey, Jaguars, old logo, terrible new logo, just
not that much better. This is a pretty boring logo,
but like, the Bengals should at least do this.

(01:55:24):
The Bengals should at least do this.
Does it go higher than Margarita?
Can it go in pepperoni? I think it it's as good as like
the Cardinal bird or the the Bronco horse.
Like they're just you accomplished the assignment, but
it's not good. Yeah, I'm not gonna put the
Eagles in sausage tear. I think that the Eagles could do

(01:55:46):
a lot better than this. It's OK.
It's it's good, it's good NFL logos don't get much better than
that, but it could be a lot better.
Panthers again, like I can't it's not good.
I love the color palette. Do you like the Jaguars or

(01:56:06):
Panthers better? I think that the Panthers are
much more fierce looking than the Jaguars and so I'll give
them the edge for that. OK, OK.
Also I think that the the Panthers like branding all
overall other than their stupid chant of keep pounding like
that's terrible like get rid of keep pounding.
But all the rest of their branding is miles better than

(01:56:30):
everything the Jaguars have. I don't like the Jaguars colors.
I don't think their Jaguar logo looks very fierce.
Drew says Jaguars logo is better.
The only thing is, is it it it looks like it looks like a ghost
Pokémon kind of the Panthers does where it's got this like
that like neck that's trailing it and it feels like it's a

(01:56:50):
ghost Pokémon A. Little.
Bit that's my only thing is I think if the Panthers were just
like the fearsome head, I think it'd be better than
Jacksonville. But it's got this weird thing of
like it looks like a ghost with the with a sheet like kind of
flying around behind it. It It does like look kind of
strange in that regard, AlthoughI do agree.

(01:57:10):
I I, as you said, I think it looks fiercer though, and the
color scheme is better. But that's the one hold of other
Panthers logo for me is I just don't know why it's got like,
well, let's talk about another team that kind of does the same
thing, the neck thing. And that's the the Seahawks.
Yeah. And I think if you're gonna put
the Eagles in pepperoni, you can't really put the Seahawks

(01:57:31):
much lower. And it's a nice way they drew
it. I no, I like the current color
scheme best, but I think that some stuff that they did
previously was better. My biggest critique of anything
of the Seahawks look I don't like is 2011.

(01:57:53):
That color is weird. Yeah.
I'm glad they leaned into the Navy.
The Navy's better. That is a weird color I don't
like. This is the worst thing that
Seattle does. That is not doing this.
Why did you have to just put wings?
Just put wings. Yeah.
Or just don't connect them. You didn't have to connect them

(01:58:13):
back there. It does look odd.
It looks like cat dog now when they do this and that is a
problem. But it's a fine logo and I like
that by itself is solid. Yeah, I like that they have
stayed true enough to what it originally was and you still get
definitely the the Native American art homage comes

(01:58:35):
through strongly enough. It does a good job.
So we we got Joe says NY is trash and that he thinks that
the the old giants logo should come back.
I think that the giants helmet needs to come back.
Let me see here. This one like this needs to come

(01:58:57):
back for sure. Yep, make that permanent.
But as far as the logo goes, I think it's a great logo.
I'm I kind of want to put it in sausage tear, but I can't.
I pepperoni probably feels. I personally, I it doesn't do
much for me. Like like it's kind of like it's

(01:59:18):
kind of like cool, you're in newlike New York sick.
But like, what else? Oh, nothing.
OK, very cool. This is like this is 100% like
you. You show someone this logo has
never seen anything. They don't know what to think.
Is this the city's logo? Is this an alternate Yankees,
right, Because they're probably more popular.
Like are they like, is this the Knicks?

(01:59:38):
The problem is like it's hard togo literal with the Giants as as
a logo because and they tried that.
They tried having a big looming giant over the city and it's
like it's way too busy for a logo.
So it's it's it is hard to have done like do you want to lean
like Paul Bunyan? No.
Then it just looks like lumberjacks.
Could they have done NY with skyscraper background a little

(02:00:00):
bit? Could they have tried that?
Could they have tried a skyline type of thing?
I don't know, you're getting into pretty busy territory right
through there, I think. I think not necessarily, not
necessarily, but I get what you're saying.
I think there's a way to not make it busy.
But I, yeah, I just, it doesn't do much for me.

(02:00:22):
It's like kind of like the Bengals a little bit of like I
just it's a it's a it's letters thing, but I know it's just
leaning to the skyline because it's famous.
That's what it means. Like we have to move the Raiders
out of pineapple tier. I don't think you understand
what pineapple tier is. Pineapple mean and pineapple is
worse than Margarita. Like, look, do you feel better

(02:00:45):
if I put pineapple right here? Does that make you feel better?
I think so. I think that would probably make
him feel better. Honestly.
It makes me feel better too, actually.
That's totally fine. I think that's fine.
Like, yeah, I think that the floor to leave for the Saints,
this is I think this is a great logo.

(02:01:05):
It's pretty good. Like if if you set out to design
A Saints logo, would you ever think of Florida Lee?
No, I think it's it's inspired. I think it's great.
I think it's good. Does it belong in sausage?
I think it belong in sausage. I feel like I would have to put

(02:01:26):
two others up there in front of it.
If so, just a second. All they've really ever done is
just kind of tweak the coloring,I guess.
Yeah. Well, they do have a Yeah.
Like a guy that's terrible that should never see the lighted.

(02:01:49):
Never. No, it's it's it.
They still have. It it's a present day I love, I
love this font. Fantastic.
Can we give them an extra point for that?
I I don't think so because I think we're just doing the the
logo that's on the screen, but we can give them extra fake
points for like totality. All right.

(02:02:10):
You want them in pepperoni tier.I think if you move the Saints
up, you got to move the eagles and Falcons up also just in just
in one person. So I do agree we need another
tier in here. What's one more chat?
What's one more topping that we can put in here in between
pepperoni and Margarita so it can go, like, I don't know,

(02:02:34):
below pineapple, I guess. And we can we can demote some of
these logos into that new tier. We only have three more, Jake.
Yeah. Let's keep rolling.
Saints. Where are you on the Saints?
Where am I on the Saints? I think that's fine.
I I mean the Patriots. Sorry.
Oh, I think it's OK. I think it's fine.

(02:02:58):
Do you like yes, the Pat Pat thePatriot logo better?
Yes, I think if you read read him and made him little little
blockier. The first one looks like a
zombie. I will say, though, the oldest
one looks like a zombie. Yeah, it does.
It's not great. It's not.

(02:03:18):
We don't want we don't want that.
I do hate this one right here. This is terrible.
One's weird. Yeah, I it's weird.
For me. This at least gets a passing
grade. It's not, it's not the worst.
It's that's a fine logo. Honestly, it kind of feels like

(02:03:39):
it belongs next to the Giants logo.
Yeah, it's pretty ugly, though. Like I'm getting accomplished
double checking the work here tomake sure.
Yeah, I'm double checking the work to be like this.
The Patriots are this, Patriots are this, Patriots are this.
That's kind of like most of the others.

(02:04:00):
Drew said they took the Peach color away.
So he wasn't a white guy. I don't really have a problem
with that. Like you can make him silver.
I guess that's fine. I will say the, the Peach color
looks kind of silly because likeagain, right, Like it's, it's
tough because like the color scheme bothers me.
The color scheme, that's the problem.

(02:04:20):
It looks weird with that when the color scheme is like
legitimately 3 colors. So I, I understand the move when
you think completely match like his, his pants and kind of the
straps on the, on the shirt. Like I get why they're trying to

(02:04:41):
match those more because it looks, it's kind of like, OK,
it, it blends in better and the logo is just the three.
Yeah, when you think Patriots, you think founding fathers and
Paul Revere and like, yeah, it was a bunch of white guys, but
now most of your players are black.
And so I understand not using the Peach.
I kind of think you could get away with just doing like a pure

(02:05:04):
white though, and like just accepting that it's like it's a
oh, the silver, it's a single color person.
Like it changed the silver to white just so it's a less
complicated, but I don't have a problem with the silver either.
The silver can work because theyhave used it a lot, right?
Like they're obviously using it in their scheme.
I think this dark Navy is more offensive than the silver.

(02:05:26):
Like this this more royal blue. It's closer to how it actually
flag is. I agree.
I think 90 nines is better, but then they were obviously using
JJ those like all like royally blue uniforms.
Yeah, with that. And so I get why they went to
Navy a little bit, but also I again, I'm just sitting on the
red unis too. Like when they go throwback,

(02:05:46):
it's sick. OK, got 2 left.
What are we going to do? So we're we're doing a ham tier
and we're we got a demote ham tier.
These ones. What was the other one we're
demoting? Was it the Seahawks?
I think it's Seattle. Probably.
Did you. I don't know if you want to
demote Tampa or not, but Patriots probably belong in

(02:06:09):
Yeah, no, I'm good with that. I think Ray, it defeats the
Yeah, I guess it defeats the here.
Maybe this will help. We'll, we'll make pineapple a
different color and we're going to put it at the top to say I
bet you. Can't.
Go there. Oops.

(02:06:31):
There we go. It belongs like right here, all
right? It's just, it's just
controversy. It's not.
We're not saying it's bad. We're saying people can't agree
on it. Yeah, No, I I get what you're
saying. Anchovies bad.

(02:06:51):
See, Margaretta needs a new color.
Margaretta's going here, and Anchovies is going here.
All right, we got 2 left. So let's let's look briefly here
at the, at the Ravens. The Ravens will have only had

(02:07:13):
two logos. Boy, I don't particularly think
either one of them is good, but somebody in the chat was my only
thing is the bee saying it was their favorite.
That's the whole problem. I don't, I don't care for the
bee. That's my problem.
It's weird 'cause they're like clearly like tucking it into the
feathers here, but then not making it look like anything.

(02:07:35):
It's just, it's just a bee that's just I love, I love the
Raven itself. It's it's does a great job.
I like this Raven a lot. Yeah, Oh, man, that 99 alternate
one with just AB Gosh, Cincinnati alert.
Like, please don't. Yeah, that's bad.

(02:07:55):
Also, I, I like the state of Maryland.
I want to use this insistence onusing the Maryland flag in
everything sports. They insist on themselves.
They insist on themselves. I I I got your reference.
And if you know the reference, that's awesome.
If you don't learn the reference.
But like, I, I I don't know why the state of Maryland must do

(02:08:17):
that. It's crazy.
I'll I'll settle for I'll settlefor anybody alive who's broken,
though. I mean, it's so good.
You think it's pepperoni. I think it's pepperoni as well.
I'll sell for pepper. I think what keeps it out of
sauces here is simply the BI think that's what keeps it out
of it. I just don't.
I also we have multiple. We have what, 4?
We have 1-2. Here's another bird logo.

(02:08:39):
The Broncos are a bird. OK, you got the the Eagles does
do Ravens, the Seahawks and the Broncos.
These are four birds that have their heads cut off.
Oh, and the Cardinals, another bird that has a head cut off.
You got some cats to have their heads cut off.
Then the Panthers have their just like muscly neck ghost
looking thing there. I I just I I can never Broncos

(02:09:01):
used to be a cat, but then when they beat the Panthers in the
Super bowl, they upgraded to bird.
Oh no. And then you get the head.
Then you have the man Viking. Yes, the man.
All right, so this leaves the Buffalo Bills.
So this is the one that I said they need to go back to this
Buffalo. OK, they desperately need to go

(02:09:24):
back to this Buffalo. I just think that this is just a
such a downgrade their current 1/19/74 through the present.
It's such a downgrade from this classic red Buffalo and so let's
see can we look at look it on the helmet?
Oh my gosh, it. Looks so good.

(02:09:45):
Can we get let me see here classic?
Bills. I'm simply drawn in because I
think I'm look at that. I get it.
I so much better. Yes, I'm with you.
I just need another color on theBuffalo.
I'm fine with adding another color.
That's fine. I think if you put just put a
blue outline around. Yeah, if you put a blue outline

(02:10:05):
on that. My gosh, are we cooking?
We are. I think you have you have two
problems with the logo, though we do have to acknowledge this.
There's 2 problems. One, the eye is hole.
Just get rid of the weird. Get rid of the eye hole.
That's not exactly where the eyeon a Buffalo even is.
Yeah, it's. And then the second problem, and

(02:10:26):
they included it on the current logo.
They just made it more subtle. Do I have to say what it is?
Just it's hanging down there andI just don't want it to be
hanging down. Oh, my gosh.
So if it weren't hanging down there, honestly, I didn't notice
it on the new one. And I think that making it more

(02:10:46):
subtle like that on the new one,you have to include it a little
bit because like if it's if you got rid of it, that's just not
what they look like. Although you could go with a
female Buffalo and that would help.
Drew says. I like that the Buffalo is
charging. It's not charging.
It's jumping through a hoop. I think it's and like I think
it's it's a lot of Buffalo. It's dashing of us.

(02:11:09):
It's dash attack. It's got this.
I've seen a lot of Buffalo. They stand there in graze a lot.
I know Aris said. Buffalo always felt mad to me.
Like the old Buffalo better 100%I think.
I think the only reason I like the newer 1 is because it has
the two colors. I think if you added the second
color somewhere, as you said JJ,either an outline or whatever

(02:11:29):
and kind of I think modernized the look of that Buffalo just
slightly to where like I think the the new one to me.
Oh my gosh, yeah, JJ scrolls away from alternate logo.
Wait, go back to the alternate logo real fast.
Is that did that first one have like an outline or was I?

(02:11:51):
No, I'm losing it. It didn't have an out where this
one. Yeah, I thought it outlined for
a second. No, it doesn't.
How's that alternate? What makes that?
Here's a two color with white and we can kind of just use our
imagination a little bit. I think the new shaped bison is
her Buffalo is nice. It's the undercarriage is a

(02:12:13):
little bit of improvement, but that's about it.
I think like the head looks a little better.
I think if you drew the pose of the first Buffalo and just drew
it with the same style as the New Buffalo.
No, I agree. I think we're that would work.
Yeah, I think we're fishing in the right pond here with this
too. Here's the biggest problem I
have with it, even though there is white in it, the new logo

(02:12:36):
only comes across as being whereis it only comes across as being
A2 color logo. It's not a Tri color logo.
It's two color. And if you look on here, there's
not any. There's not a lot of good two
color logos. The ones that do pulled off the
lions and the bears have a ton of intricate 2D detail.

(02:12:56):
Yeah, they do. If the Bills want to go that
route, I think that could reallywork.
All right, do a red Buffalo witha lot of this heavy blue shading
and add a lot of detail into it.That would work.
That would be great yes Falcons,a ton of detail.
It's only two colors, but there's a ton of detail.
I mean yeah, I guess there's white and silver in there too,
but it's but again, like if you're including silver in it

(02:13:20):
like that's I mean, that's kind of the point like with the
Buffaloes too, where it's like the so I I I kind of want to put
this in ham tier as it currentlyexists.
I think it it would be S tier. It would be sausage tier if if
done right, and there's some of the logos in here that you
couldn't really say that about like some of them.
You just have to say like, Nah, start from scratch, like the

(02:13:41):
Jaguar start from scratch the Washington W like it's just not
compelling at all. Hey, we are two hours and 13
minutes into our 60 minute live stream.
Joseph, what website are you on?So this is Chris.
It's called Chris Creamer's sportslogos.net.

(02:14:02):
sportslogos.net. I think there's a couple of good
sports logos websites out there. For some reason, Chris Creamer's
started appearing at the top of all Google search results, but
there's a different one out there that I like better.
I just can't remember what it is.
It's Chris Creamer. Yeah, that's it.

(02:14:25):
Well, no, I don't know what it is.
There was another one that I liked better, but I don't know.
It's gone now. Sports logo, history.
That's the one. I I think this is the one I
like. I think league logos, I think
this is the one. Maybe not.

(02:14:45):
What are we doing here? What are we doing here?
I don't know. I don't think this is the one,
no, but I have used this before anyways.

(02:15:07):
Nowadays, Chris Creamer is is the best one, but there's other
other ones out there, Drew says.If you could make a team, what
mascot would you choose? We're going to save that for
next week because I have it. I was taught.
I was texting a friend about it.This week.
I have it. I was pitching this as an
expansion team for Major League Baseball because they're at 30
teams right now. And if they get to 32 teams,

(02:15:30):
then they can do divisions of four like the NFL, and it works
so much better. So what to do that maybe, maybe
we do it next week. No, I think they should just
add. No, they should just add 2 to
the to one of the leagues. Yeah, just add them both in the
same one. Do The Who needs who needs more
competitions, you know? Yeah, yeah, yeah.

(02:15:52):
OK. Drew says perfect.
You each make a team. All right, I got mine and then
Jake, it's gotta come with come with yours and maybe maybe I'll
bring a second one that's like all generates people reject it.
Yeah, yeah, Two teams sounds good.
See if AI can actually, I have. I have both of them.
And I also. How dare you.
I wasn't. Trying.

(02:16:13):
To remove you. I was trying to remove this.
I was trying to put this on the screen because yeah, two hours
and 60. Gosh, you put that thing up like
an hour ago and I got a boogie. I got a boogie was so bad.
Ed policy was was in the in kindof the the share screen area we
were working with for at least an hour.
He's been sitting in the green room for so long that he fell
asleep. He has, he has.

(02:16:34):
Look at him. He's like, he's totally
uninspired to be here right now. He's like, I was ready to come
in so long ago. I hope that this was therapeutic
for you and that you feel betterabout.
Yeah, this was such a bad week. Some people out there are happy,
not us. But I feel better after this 2
hour therapy session and I'm going to feel much worse six

(02:16:55):
hours from now after all my latenight hard work I got to do.
So same. Film rooms.
We'll see ya. Did you say Go Birds?
No, I said film rooms. Film rooms.
Film like like Go birds. This would be the first time in
my life that I'd ever heard thatyou were an Eagles fan.
Anyway. So anyway, Romeo Dallas, should

(02:17:18):
I? Packers folks tomorrow got a
nice good look at him. See you next Tuesday.
In the words of the great Ed policy, go pack, go Tucker.
Crap.
