We look at the definitions and explanations of the syndrome, as well as discuss how we have individually felt like an "imposter" in our respective fields. Awards and competitions are a thing of contention in the creative community. Normally community driven competitions, are considered friendly, open, and a place for you to learn from your peers. However, there are the bigger competitions that seem to have sketchy fine print. But do these bigger awards matter? And what should you be cautious of when participating?
