Joey Molina is the founder of Zion Worship and they just dropped their very first EP called “Sights and Sounds” yesterday January 29th!
Joey has dedicated almost his entire life to music and leading worship. His unbelievable talent in music and leadership have provided him with the necessary tools to build up a team that is designed to build a house for the Lord.
In this episode, we discuss Joey’s experience with planting multiple churches and how he envisions the purpose of Zion Worship. Joey and I talk about the value of growing a team with an emphasis in a family-like culture, building mental endurance, and Joey’s description of what success and failure looks like in a church.
