Episode 20 is the fifth in a series of episodes exploring practical steps you can take when you feel stuck or simply cannot seem to get started moving toward your dream.
In this episode I talk about the importance of involving other people, specifically people you know, love and trust, in your plan or dream. These people can inspire you, encourage you, coach and teach you, amplify your efforts, and even – if need be- provide you a gentle push to just get started. Never under estimate the power of having a team on your side.

For review, the six steps are:
1.Overcome Limiting Beliefs
2.Set goals
3.Develop a plan
4.Build a coalition for support
5.Learn from failure
6.Celebrate the small wins
