The end of 2024 is quickly approaching. In episode 23 I talk about how I will incorporate an end of year review into how I am approaching the close of the year. I start with the process that author and speaker, John Maxwell uses and then discuss some of the observation I see from how he does this that I intend to incorporate into my own process.
Here is a quick summary of some things to consider as you do your own end of year review.
1.Be deliberate. Schedule specific time and go to a specific place.
2.Review everything you did and determine:
- what you should do more of
- what you should do less of
- what should you eliminate all together
- anything you need to add
3.Identify any changes you need to make.
I will do my own end of year review in a few weeks and will likely identify some changes to make. Once I do, I will share these with you and would welcome conversation with you about your own end of year review and changes you are making. You can use the links below to reach out to me.
Let’s continue the conversation!
