Diane Canada sits down with Senator Marsha Blackburn to discuss her book, The Mind of a Conservative Woman. Senator Blackburn was very lighthearted as she talked about growing up in Laurel, Mississippi, where the HGTV show "Hometown" is filmed with Ben and Erin Napier. She talked about how the lessons she learned in that small southern town remain with her today, especially on the floor of the US Senate. She also shares some great nuggets of wisdom that we can take away today for our own lives in this turbulent political climate.
There will be a lot of hope on today's show!
