Speaker 1 (00:00):
Did we just become best friends, francesca Fields?
Yes, I think by the time thissession is over, not only will
we be besties, we will be.
I'll be coming up there tovisit you in the Panhandle.
Yeah, because I always startwith how we met, but this is
actually our first time likemeeting.

(00:21):
Meeting, yeah, but welcome tothe podcast.
And I want to just give thelisteners because I do have some
listeners around the globe, believe it or not.
That's the beauty of podcastingyou never know who's going to
be listening in another country.
It's awesome.
So we actually haven't met inperson, but we are both living
in Florida.
So I don't know if you knowthat, but I am in South Florida.

(00:42):
Are you cold?
I'm freezing.
And while I'm freezing, because, number one, I'm at work and
it's very, very, very cold whereI work.
It's like 60 degrees at school,because I work in a high school
and today is hit the slopespirit day for our Christmas
spirit week.
So I'm in my spirit sweater andI also have a hat and a scarf
and we're all dressed up for thewinter, but it is chilly here

(01:05):
Now.
You must be cold because you'rein what?
North Florida.

Speaker 2 (01:08):
Yeah, it actually gets cold here, yeah.

Speaker 1 (01:12):
So what part of Florida do you live in?

Speaker 2 (01:14):
I live in between Destin and Panama City.

Speaker 1 (01:17):
Beach.
I am dying to get up therebecause I've seen pictures of
the beaches and they're sobeautiful.
It looks like Caribbean.
It's gorgeous.
I drive eight hours to go tothe beach and I think next
summer it's going to have to bea yes and I'm going to either
fly up there or something, butI'm going to get up there and so
maybe by the time this is over,I'll be coming to visit you.

Speaker 2 (01:37):
Yeah, bring it on.
We have visitors all summer.
We just.
Our house is literally a hotelall summer.

Speaker 1 (01:43):
I love it, yeah, okay .
So I always start with how wemet and the story is that I saw
you on Instagram.
So I have been very, verycurious about digital marketing
for a very long time because Iam a high school teacher.
I used to teach financialliteracy, personal finance,
honors and businessentrepreneurship.

(02:03):
So, as an entrepreneur, I'malways watching what's happening
in the world, and especiallymarketing.
I have like a marketing brain.
So your Instagram feed, yoursocials, get saturated with all
this digital marketing stuff andall these people making money
online.
And I know it's true, I knowit's valid, I know it is
legitimate, but there's so manyscammy people out there.

(02:27):
So I have to tell you.
I watched your socials for awhile and then I was like I like
her and I always have a goodintuition about people, but I'm
like when you responded to me inmy DMs and actually started
engaging, I was like, okay, she's for real, because you have
to.
If somebody doesn't feel likeyou are going to take time for
them, why on earth should theysupport you, right, right?

(02:49):
So I want to talk about alittle bit.
Your socials caught my eyebecause you are authentic and
you help people that are likeyou.
That maybe you wanted a littlemore flexibility.
You want to.
You know are interested indigital marketing but don't know
how to get started.
So tell me a little bit abouthow you ended up here, because

(03:12):
also in the past I know you'vedone some network marketing and
you had some good success.
So tell me how you got here tothe digital marketing journey
that you're at today, and thenwe'll talk about all the stuff
we're currently doing.

Speaker 2 (03:21):
Yeah Well, I was a social worker before everything.
I got my master's degree insocial work.
My life goal, or heart plan, Iguess you can say, was to help
abuse children.
So, starting an undergrad, allthe way through grad and then
getting my master's, I was inthe child abuse and protection

(03:45):
space, which I just loved.
You know, being a lightenedworld in that way, it's a very
crazy job to be an investigatorfor child protection.
There's no stability, it doesnot pay well, it's just, it's
great.
You have to have a heart for it.

Speaker 1 (04:02):
Yeah, the day is terrible.
I mean, I can't believe whatthey pay these social workers.
And you have to have a master'sdegree.
It's criminal.

Speaker 2 (04:09):
I took home 2000 a month and I worked 50 hours a
week with a master's, which isfine.
I wasn't doing it for the money, it was really like what I
wanted to do, but literally, youknow, some days I'd go into
work and I would leave at 3 pm.
You know, it was like a slowday.
Sometimes I'd go into work andleave at 3 am, Like you just
never knew what was going tohappen.

(04:30):
And when I had my first baby, Ihad every intention of going
back to work after my maternityleave, but I didn't have good
childcare set up.
It was just like I want to beat home.
I don't think I can do that.
So for about a year I was justat home and my husband was

(04:50):
getting a startup off the ground, a software company, which is
insane and I just kind ofstarted to think like I want to
do something outside ofmotherhood, that is, just me
reaching for goals or whatever.
And so I got into networkmarketing.
I had no idea what it was atthat point.

Speaker 1 (05:09):
This was, like you know, nine years ago, or
whatever Can you say can you saywhat companies to work for
network marketing or no?

Speaker 2 (05:17):
Well, I did a couple I'd rather not.
I did a couple of health andwellness companies, okay, so we
sold like health supplements.
I did one for a while and thenI went to another.
The second company I joined iswhere I had a lot of success.
I grew very quickly.
I made a lot of money.
It was really I was verysuccessful.
I was the second highest earnerin the company.

(05:39):
But what started to happen wasI had four kids.
My husband owns a business.
He is not interested in being astay at home retired husband.
That's never been.
You'll never see me talk aboutretiring my husband because
that's just not not our journey.

Speaker 1 (05:57):
I always struck up with people that I retired my
husband.
I would like to retire myself, which will never happen because
I love to work anyway.
Why am I retiring him?
Why is he getting retired?

Speaker 2 (06:08):
He's not too.
It's like he's you know, hewants to, he is, he is brilliant
, he is such a like an amazingentrepreneur.
He's so smart.
So, yeah, thank you.
What was happening was I wastraveling all the time.
I was on zooms, all the time Ihe I was basically this like

(06:30):
working parent I mean, I mightas well have had a traveling
corporate job and it was hurtingour family, and so it didn't
matter how much money you weremaking, how successful you were,
you.
I really was at a crossroads oflike which way do I want to go
Like?
Do I want to get back to whatis like truly eternally

(06:52):
important to me, or do I want tolike continue on this path?
And so I made the decision tostep back completely.
I got off of social media.
I just completely stepped back, and so, after about eight
months of Literally doingnothing, I like read six books a
week I just completely got backto myself, got into a lot of

(07:12):
Bible studies and justrecalibrated.
I Was just scrolling on social.
I was kind of like softlylooking at social medias again
and started seeing these womenwho were making crazy money
online but it wasn't networkmarketing, which I didn't even
know was possible to like makegood money online without it

(07:35):
being through network marketing, which I was right, never gonna
do again.

Speaker 1 (07:38):
Well, and you know the network marketing, I have to
say, because I lost 145 pounds,I had a massive weight loss.
Yeah, I could have easily wentdown that rabbit hole with a
couple of different companiesand people try to recruit me all
the time Because of the weightloss.
Yeah, I have to tell you Ididn't want to build a team, I
didn't want to go people, Iwould share the stuff I was
doing if somebody wanted to buyit, fine, and we'll get into

(07:59):
affiliate marketing later.
I think I probably missed someopportunities, but I think that
you know, it just didn'tresonate with me.
I didn't want to buy a team andbuild a team and you know it's
all so much recruiting and itjust it just didn't feel good to
me.

Speaker 2 (08:14):
It's a lot, it's a never, it's just a it's.
It was so wild to me because itwas always touted as like a
time freedom type business andit was never that, ever say it
takes a lot of work, lots ofwords.

Speaker 1 (08:31):
Talk about that in a minute too, because I want to
talk about passive income andthe work involved because you
know.
It doesn't come without effort,oh Gosh no, it doesn't.

Speaker 2 (08:39):
I'll never say I work one to two hours a day.
That's just not, that's not sowho doesn't happen?

Speaker 1 (08:43):
Who was the person that you saw as you were
scrolling?
You said you were doing like asoft scroll back on socials,
which I.
First, I admire you for takingthat social media break, because
I think a reset is.
We all probably need it, eventhough that's how you make a lot
of your money now is on thesocial media.
It's so ironic.
Yeah, tell me who caught yourattention and what.

Speaker 2 (09:05):
It was a youth, the girls in the seven dollar course
, legendary marketer Opportunity, which I'd never heard of
before.
I didn't understand how itworks.
I just saw Really normallooking women making a hundred
to two hundred grand a month andbeing like what is that real,

(09:25):
yeah?
And just starting to researchlike what is what is this?
What does this look like?
I didn't understand how theywere making that money and so
I'm kind of the person that hasto wrap my head around it and
then, you know, can run with it.
So I did a lot of research.
I had to do some legal researchbecause I was still making a
passive income from the networkmarketing company I was with and

(09:47):
we had, you know, straightnon-competes and stuff like that
.
And so I just started doing theresearch and Bought the course,
bought the, the upsell and forabout three weeks was launched
on social media trying to Getthat off the ground.

Speaker 1 (10:05):
But I was at the course that talks about, like
the, all the side hustle videos.
Yes, so I did a lot of thosepeople and I know that you are
always transparent.
That's one thing I love aboutyou You're always transparent.
You say I didn't take thosevideos down.
You can see the beginning of myjourney when I was making the
side hustle videos, and that'sanother thing.
Like I Followed a few of thosepeople who I almost fit the

(10:29):
bullet and I went no, I don'twant to do this for $2,500,
because that's a lot of money.

Speaker 2 (10:36):
It's a lot of money.
And there was just a couplethings where I was like I can't.
I can't like in my conscious, like good conscious, like
promote this.
I'm talking about ways to makemoney that I don't do and that I
don't even think work.
I am telling people to $7course because they tell you to,
when in reality I know thatthey're gonna be pitched to

(10:58):
$2,500 course.
I don't really want peoplespending $2,500.
Like that is a lot of money forpeople.
So in three weeks I was justlike I can't.
I mean, I was talking to myhusband.
I was like I feel like my soulis being crushed, like I don't
want to do this, you know.
And that's when the MasterResale Rights course kind of
started popping up and I wasskeptical.

(11:22):
I was like okay, is this justanother place where I'm gonna
put money and then not feelaligned, like am I wasting money
?
Like what?
I felt like really nervousabout it.

Speaker 1 (11:33):
Well, on top of the, money you've already spent,
because you had already made asignificant it.
So to go and say I've alreadyspent $2,500, what's another
$500?
That's a lot to say.
How do I do this?

Speaker 2 (11:44):
At that point, for us it was because I had made a lot
of money and I was making agood paycheck, but that paycheck
, if you're not actively workingfor it, it's going down.
And so, yes, we had the money, but also, like we're really wise
, and I had spent $2,500 on thiscourse, I had spent $500 on an

(12:06):
Instagram course, so I'm 3,000in the whole and I'm like, am I
just putting another 500 intothe bucket?
And, like you know, I reallywas nervous about where that
journey would take me.
But as I researched and gotinto it and started going
through the course you boughtthe course, started going
through it, setting my stuff up,I was like, wow, this is like,

(12:28):
this is chocked full ofpractical good information and
skills, and one sale is gonnamake me my money back.
And so that was my goal.
And then, once I got that sale,I was like, all right, I need
five more sales to recoup my$500 investment.
And then it just kept going andgoing and going and it was

(12:49):
something that gave me, like Ifelt my like light come back on,
like I felt a passion, and Iwas doing it in a way that
really aligned with my familyand how present.
I wanted to be as a mom in theboundaries that I wanted to have
around my business and aroundsocial media, and so I'm very
conscious of that and it's justbeen.

(13:12):
It's opened my eyes to a worldI didn't know was there.
Digital marketing is a wholewide world, versus being in like
a network marketing company.
That's just this little bubble.
Right, you've got your certainset of products, your certain
comp plan.
It's this like if you leave,we're gonna disown you.

(13:32):
And then here it's just like.
It's a wide, open world.
You get to make your decisionsof what works best.
And yeah, it's just been, it'sbeen awesome.

Speaker 1 (13:42):
I don't you know, I don't know what it's gonna be.
I have to tell you so foranybody that's listening, and
when I do my show notes, I'llput everything in there.
I'll put your Instagram handle.
So I am a beginner.
So I was mulling it over.
I was thinking about I lookedat the $7 course and I was like
no, I'm not doing a $2,500episode and everything I had

(14:04):
read about people saying youreally need that to be
successful I was like no, I'mnot doing that, but I'm a
gambler.
So I was like you know what?
For me, $500, I'd spend that ina weekend in the casino and I
love to have fun with mygirlfriends and we spend that in
a weekend having a girlsweekend out.
So I said, am I worth it?
I am definitely worth this $500.
And I budgeted and I was likeI'm gonna allocate this to my

(14:27):
digital marketing journey.
But I saw you in your page andkind of shift to online profit
secrets and the Captivation Huband I was like, okay, this looks
really good.
So I was watching and watching, and watching and then I said
you know what, I'm gonna do it.
This is the weekend I'm gonnabuy the course.

(14:48):
Also, I'm a financial literacyteacher.
So I know you talk a lot aboutniches and people finding their
niche.
So for a beginner like me, I'mthinking to myself how am I
going to sell these courseswithout feeling like I'm selling
a course to sell a course tosell a course?

(15:09):
And then how am I gonna addvalue?
Because I know I have a coupleof good niche opportunities.
So I almost thought could wetake one minute to do a niche
drill down session with me?
So it's like I'm 50.
I just turned 50 in July.
That's a huge milestone.
And I do not have a goodretirement account because
nobody taught me.
My kids are good because I'm afinance teacher and now I'm

(15:30):
making sure, at 18 years old, they're starting their
retirement account, which is noton anybody's mind at 18 years
old.
Had it been on my mind, weprobably went behind this
conversation today.
But I feel like I'm 50.
My target market is people likeme.
That's never too late that youcan change the trajectory of
your life if you are interestedin digital marketing or you have

(15:52):
a business and you want to takethat next step.
When I'm really attracted to iseven if you have a physical
business or an e-commerce storeor you make crafts or whatever
you do.
Just the value in the funnel'scourse alone I think is amazing,
and I think Captivation Hub isan amazing platform.
But I have to tell you I am anaffiliate for a skincare company

(16:17):
that I love and I thought isthere a way for me to bring that
into the Captivation HubBecause I have an affiliate link
?
So I know that you did someaffiliate marketing and you talk
about your eight streams ofincome.
Can you tell me what thoseeight streams are?
Can you give us a little moreidea of how you built the eight
streams of income and kind ofwhat they are?

(16:39):
And do you have anything thatis affiliate based besides, like
OPS and Captivation Hub, whichI'm hoping to be an affiliate
for eventually I'm dying.
I'm trying to get through mytraining so I can apply for
affiliate when it opens on the18th of December.
I'm like I really, really wantto be an affiliate because I
want people to come with me onthe journey.
So part of my niche is I'm abeginner too.
Do it with me, let's do ittogether.

(17:00):
The other part of it is, ifyou're like me, in that 50 bucks
and you don't have your couplemillion in your retirement
account.
Let's try to get there together.
And then the other part of meis like how can I ask people to
join me and say, make money withLydia, if I haven't made any
money yet, I don't have anysales yet.
So I think it's just like thatloaded burrito.

(17:21):
You're wondering how do I getpeople to take the bite and come
on the journey with me.
So could we talk about youreight streams of income?

Speaker 2 (17:28):
Yeah, they all tie in together, so I don't have an
income stream that is outside oflike what I'm doing here.
So I've got three digitalproducts.
One of them is very low ticketand I don't really push it.
It's just that people ask.
Is that the funnels for everyone.
No, it's like an ebook.

(17:51):
Okay, so you have an ebook, like creating your own products
ebook.
Yeah, okay, what else do youhave?
And then I've got the twocourses OPS and Revenue
Revolution.
Okay, your MRR great.
And then I'm an affiliate forfour different softwares.
So when I started with Masterisa, right, the three different

(18:14):
softwares that I used inconnection with it were Stand
Store, systemio and Namecheap, which is the domain.
So in my welcome email, whensomebody would buy the course
for me, that was automated tosend out, I gave them a step one
, two and three Create yourSystemio account, had my

(18:35):
affiliate link, buy your domainname from Namecheap it's the
best one, the cheapest one thatI found right here, it's my
affiliate link and set up aStand Store for a free trial, if
you want to use Stand Store, had my affiliate link.
And so I just always sent myaffiliate links through my
welcome email.
So that's what I did for monthsand had built up a residual

(19:02):
income with those which love,yeah.
And then when, three and a halfmonths into that, when I was
approached to partner up withOPS and Captivation Hub
obviously Captivation Hub islike if you haven't been in the
business, you might notunderstand the value that it
holds.
But if you've tried to messaround with other softwares and

(19:25):
then you get to Captivation Hub,you're like oh my gosh, this is
nuts, this is like it's amazing.

Speaker 1 (19:30):
It's insane, yeah, so I just want to be transparent
with everybody that I paid the$397 and I bought OPS from you.
Right, I haven't fit the MRRyet because I'm still trying to
understand everything I'm doing.
I may incorporate that.
I don't know, but I thought, even just for my other affiliate

(19:50):
items, just the funnels and themarketing tools in Captivation
Hub.
And then what was the newestone that you guys gave us when
we bought OPS?

Speaker 2 (19:59):
the online course creation or course creation,
yeah, so learning how to createyour own course from literally
start to finish, a to Z.

Speaker 1 (20:07):
That is what is really attractive to me, because
, as an educator, I want tobuild my own course 14s that
gives them.
If you do nothing else in yourlife, do this when you started
18 and you're going to setyourself up for success later on
.

Speaker 2 (20:23):
I think it's so wise, and even if a teen's not
interested in buying it, theparents will be Parents.

Speaker 1 (20:29):
Yeah, and like I don't think a lot of parents
even know how to set their kidsup for success, no, they don't,
because I had a friend and shewas like you know, whenever my
friends post happy birthday totheir kids and they're 23, 25,
28 and I'm seeing these kids ageand I go how's the Roth IRA
doing?
How's their retirement going todo?

(20:49):
They don't have any of that.
Okay, if they're going to gowork for a company and they're
not going to be an entrepreneurand everybody is an entrepreneur
people like the stability.
I am actually one of thosepeople who likes the little
stability of my day job becauseI love my job.
Like I don't have plans to quitmy job.
I love my job but I would liketo secure my retirement income.
So I think that's part of myniche and my target audience is

(21:12):
if you're like me, we didn'thave that education when we were
young.
We didn't have a Lydia to teachme when I was 18.
So what can I do now to changeintroductory in my life?
Well, if you own a business, buy the Facebook and Instagram
ads, course, and get thatbusiness flowing better,
something like I think there'sso much value.
But I think also people wantthe fast cash, they want the

(21:36):
fast path and they get attractedto what's called passive income
.
It takes effort to seteverything up.
So right now I'm still learning.
I haven't set everything up,but I have to say I did the
rapid start and so I alreadyhave the ability to sell three
products and I want these peopleto come on the journey with me.
So I haven't officially postedmy first reel in my separate

(22:01):
Instagram for the business, butI have a nice little following
on Instagram and, like one of mymost recent weight loss reels,
I do that.
I like trending reels and I didthe one that was like three
photos to say I did that and myfirst photo was like my largest
picture.
And then I did the second one, which was like a Disney picture
that I always take this weightloss update picture Cause I had

(22:23):
this one where I'm really heavyin front of the castle and then
I take a fresh one every time Igo.
Love that.
And then I'd have a recent onethat I was at a gala, really
formal, glammed up, and I havelike 2600 views.
I think that's a decent like.
I think I'm trying to startmoving some of my personal to my

(22:45):
business page to say, hey, evenif you don't want to join me,
watch my journey.
And I think also I'm givingmyself one year.
So I said, if I do this for oneyear we were talking about it
on Thanksgiving what would mylife look like by next
Thanksgiving?
Great, I'm not sure if it's.
I made $500, 5000, 10,000,maybe it's a million, I don't

(23:06):
know.
It's limitless, I really feel.
But I feel like if I don't dosomething, I'll never know and
I'll just keep scrolling, watching everybody else making
this money online.
I mean, it resonates with you, right, cause it's like you see
people and you're watching andI'm watching you Now when people
see your success.
So tell my listeners and you'revery open about this how much

(23:30):
you've made since you startedthis journey back in May.

Speaker 2 (23:35):
Through everything almost, and it might actually
officially be that, but almost2.3 million, that's incredible.
It's insane and honestly mygoal was 100K by the end of
summer.
If I thought who that would beso amazing.

Speaker 1 (23:53):
But you can officially call yourself a
millionaire.
Yes, you can officially callyourself a millionaire.
Yeah, that's Fran.
That is just, it's huge Wild.
It's wild Now, taking intoconsideration, obviously, you've
got to pay the IRS their share.
You have to.
I know we've talked aboutopening an LLC, getting a good

(24:18):
CPA, getting some good advice, but you do have to make
estimated tax payments and payin when your kids get to a
certain age where they could beon the payroll I've got two on
payroll.
You can pay them $12,400 a yearof free money, tax free.

(24:38):
I mean.
There's so many benefits foryou and your family.
It's like, why wouldn't I dothis?
Yeah, Now for the person likeme who's listening I still have
a full-time job.
I am not a stay-at-home mom.
I'm not quitting my job.
Even if I had a million insales in the next six months, I
would say that's my retirementand I'm not going to stop

(25:00):
working.
How do you encourage people andwhat do you tell them to do?
How do you get that first sale?
Because it's tough to get thatfirst sale.
How did you get your first sale?

Speaker 2 (25:12):
Well, when I started my account, I was doing TikTok
and Instagram.
You start from zero.
Nobody starts with a head start, unless they had a previous
business, but even then theystarted from zero.
Like everybody starts from zero.

Speaker 1 (25:30):
You'll see in the caption in my Instagram bio it
says from $0 to limitless orunlimited.

Speaker 2 (25:38):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (25:38):
Follow me on my journey.
I want people to see, and if Itotally suck at this and I fail
a year from now, who cares?
At least I tried, but I don'tthink it's going to suck and I
don't think I'm going to failbecause I'm still doing my
trainings.

Speaker 2 (25:50):
Yeah, that was my first post.
It was literally like this isday one.
I have no followers, I've madeno money, I have no experience,
but my goal is this Like can Ido it?
Kind of like this vulnerable issomething that people who are
even considering the prospect ofstarting but feel like that

(26:13):
will relate to and we want tofollow and watch.
And then a lot of what I did wasI always think about what did I
want to see when I didn't knowanything about this, like what's
my attention?
Like somebody made a comment onmy post today and it makes me
laugh.
But they were just like wow, you're really good at this, but

(26:34):
like you keep repeating yourselfand it's getting old.
And it was somebody that waslike, wow, another of one of
your same posts.
And I'm like, well, that's themindset number one that holds
people back from success, because I'm not talking to
everybody, I am talking tomyself.
Six months ago, who was seeingthe same kind of posts over and

(26:58):
over again.
That finally solidified in mybrain OK, I'm going to try this,
and so that's who I'm talkingto.
I'm not talking to everybody.
Yeah, so I always thought aboutthat and I would talk about the
success that I was seeing otherpeople have what excited me the
most about, about theopportunity, and I just kind of

(27:19):
built off of that.

Speaker 1 (27:20):
And I want to talk to everybody about your giveaway,
because when I see people whoare successful, my first thing
is what are you doing to giveback?
What are you doing to gift, like I will?
Probably, if I ever get to thatlevel of success, I'll go
randomly buy people's coursesjust to give them a sale,
probably just because $27 forthe cheapest one.
I could do that, right?

(27:41):
I want to talk about yourgiveaway.
So you're going to give away$1,000 of three different people
on the 20th of December, right?
Yeah, yeah, I shared your post.
I'm hoping I'm a random winner,because I would love that.
Yeah, but I think it'simportant to give back.
So, and also for tax purposesbeing charitable is a tax

(28:03):
advantage.
It is, yeah.

Speaker 2 (28:05):
But it feels good.
It does feel good.
We love to give back.
We monthly have missionaries,we support organizations, we
support our church.
We do random things, bigger, random, bigger donations.
I like to find people outsideof an organization to help.

Speaker 1 (28:29):
I would love to gift this course to somebody that
doesn't know how to get startedor doesn't have that $397,
because I do feel like this istruly a gift.
I hope I get to that level oneday where I can do that.
One of my biggest goals ispaying off my HELOC.
I had to take a second mortgageto pay off some debt and I was
going through some financialstress and I want to get that

(28:52):
paid off.
I want to have $100,000 sittingin my son's college account.
So he says I want a nicerapartment, mom.
And I say, yes, you can havethe nicer apartment.
And it's funny because my kidsthey're like I know, I know
you're starting a digitalmarketing business.
And I think they're kind oflike, yeah, what's she trying
next?
Because I have done the networkmarketing thing and I've been
down the rabbit hole in a fewthings and I actually do have an

(29:14):
LLC because I have a dogsitting business, which now I
don't want to do anymore.
So I give that to my daughterand she does all the dog sitting
jobs and we love our dogclients just because we have
regulars now and we can't saygoodbye and we love the dogs,
but dog sitting is not going tomake me a millionaire.
Right Dog sitting for $50 a day,no matter how many clients I
have, it's not going to get methere and I like to work smarter

(29:37):
, not harder, and I think as wewrap up here.
So I want to be considered ofyour time.
What is one thing you would sayto somebody out there who's
seeing all the scammy posts, who's seeing all the things
about affiliate marketing?
Who's seeing the ghost commerce?
What is ghost commerce anyway?
Why are they calling it ghostcommerce?
They don't know what that is.

Speaker 2 (29:57):
I think because they're insinuating that people
aren't showing their face.
Ok, I don't think that.

Speaker 1 (30:07):
I am very attracted to affiliate marketing, so I
just think that it's so great, but you have to invest the time.
So what do you say to somebody?
Because I know at the time thatyou started this, you weren't
working full time.
You were able to really dive inand lock into two, three days
just training.
What do you say to somebodywho's on the fence?

(30:29):
What would be your best adviceSomebody who's on the fence
about starting this journey ifthey're interested?
Because I do have friends thatare interested but their
husbands say it's a scam.
Why are you going to spendmoney on that?
For instance, I have a friendwho's a photographer.
I said you have photographybusiness.
I see you posting your photoson Facebook, right?

(30:50):
Wouldn't the Facebook andInstagram ads, of course,
benefit them?
I mean, even just one simplething, even if they don't want
to do the whole OPS andCaptivation Hub and all that,
right?
Wouldn't that be somethingbeneficial to somebody?
What do you say to people whoare on the chat?

Speaker 2 (31:04):
I think the OPS is beneficial to anybody who wants
to learn how to start a digitalmarketing business, or has a
traditional business and wantsmore of a digital presence.
I think the OPS course whatwe're trying to do with that is
basically make it the course forthe foundational skill set and

(31:27):
to help you expand your currentbusiness or your new business,
digital marketing.
There's nothing easy, it'ssimple.
There's something easy about ityou have to have the skill set.
There's no way around that.
There's no shortcut.
You have to learn the basicskills if you want to start a

(31:48):
business, especially if you wantto have a long-lasting business
that you can eventually buildupon.
We're just trying to make itthat it's not a shortcut course.
It is the real deal.

Speaker 1 (32:00):
It takes effort, it does take effort, it does.
Yeah, how are you feeling about2024 and what are you excited
about in any new goals for 2024?
Before we wrap up, your firstgoal was 100K and then you blew
that.
You added some zeros there,fran.

Speaker 2 (32:20):
I know it's so awesome.
I just hope to keep going andimpacting and being a positive
force.
I just hope to keep going.
I tend to just put one foot infront of the other and I think I
would tell somebody who's veryoverwhelmed at getting started
make smaller goals for yourself, even if the goal is like, okay,

(32:42):
30 minutes a day, I'm going towatch this course.
That's what I did.
I was like, okay, I'm going towatch a module or two modules a
day and then I'm going to dothis.
It was just a one foot in frontof the other.
It's like what I'm doing withthe different offers that I have
.
Anytime something's presented tome, it's like okay, really look

(33:02):
into it, does this add value?
I haven't found anythingoutside of the revenue
revolution and online profitsecrets that I truly feel could
add value.
It's kind of just like a takeit as it comes and one foot in
front of the other.
My goal for sure in 2024 is tofind really smart ways to let my
money work for us.

(33:24):
We found a few ways alreadythat does that, but I would like
to have at least five streamsof income that, in and of
themselves, completely pay forour expenses, so that if
something happens to one, we'reokay.
You know what I mean.
That's kind of just fortifyingour future, no matter what
happens, is Right.

Speaker 1 (33:45):
I'm always so curious .
I'm like did you pay off yourhouse already?
You decide to just go all in.
Some people go crazy.
They buy a Ferrari.
Who knows what they do.

Speaker 2 (33:55):
But the beauty of it is.

Speaker 1 (33:56):
it's your money and you can do whatever you want
with it.
I want to get my retirementsecured.
I think that's going to be partof my niche is women like me
over 50, not a lot in retirementand join the journey, or people
that have a business that wantto help take it to that next
level.
Do you have any questions forme or do you have anything you

(34:19):
want to say to me?
Because I am somebody whobought OPS from you, I know
that's awesome.

Speaker 2 (34:25):
I just think you have so much to give Once you really
get your foundation down.
I think that you, with yourexpertise in financial literacy,
just branding yourself as thatand adding value in those ways
to people because I getquestions like that all the time

(34:45):
what can you do to invest, orwhat's the best way to do an LLC
?
There's so many differentquestions that people have that
I think you could really pullthat value into your brand.

Speaker 1 (34:59):
One of my best friends in the world is a CPA.
She teaches tax law to CPAs allover the country.
At that point when I'm ready toput either one of my kids on my
payroll, I want to get to thatlevel.
I have that support and then Iwas thinking of having her come
on and do a webinar.
There's so much opportunity.
It just excites me so much.

(35:19):
I was so discouraged the firstcouple of days because I'm like,
oh my God, what did I getmyself into?
Did I really just do this?
Then I thought I'm going to dothis Exciting.
I'm super excited for theonline course creations because
I want to create my own course.

Speaker 2 (35:33):
I think everybody should want to do that
eventually, not off the bat.
It's too overwhelming off thebat for people.
Once you're in it and you startto learn the temperature of the
market and what people need, creating your own course and
continuously creating solutionsto the needs that people have is

(35:53):
how you're going to have a longlasting business.

Speaker 1 (35:56):
I hope, as we stay in touch and get to know each
other better, I'm going to comeup and we're going to make a
reel together.
Let's do it.
It's going to be like.
This is where I started seeingyou on Instagram.

Speaker 2 (36:08):
Now I'm here with you .

Speaker 1 (36:10):
We're going to make a cute little reel.
We're going to dance.
Let's do it.
Then we're going to talk aboutour results together.
I think that would be so fun.
That would be so fun.
