Pills, Threats, and The Punisher Night seven of Diddy or Didn’t He delivered more courtroom drama as Pugs Moran recapped the day’s events. Proceedings started late again due to jurors stuck in NYC subway delays, confirming the jury isn’t sequestered. Inside the chilly courtroom, even Diddy looked uncomfortable, bundled up in a baby blue sweater. David James, Diddy’s former assistant, returned to the stand with more details about his ex-boss’s daily drug use—including Percocet, ecstasy, Viagra, and pills to boost sperm count—all provided by a dealer named “One Stop.” James also described how he was once given a gun and forced to accompany Diddy to confront Suge Knight. That moment, he said, convinced him to quit. Cassie’s mother, Regina Ventura, testified briefly that Diddy once demanded $20,000 from Cassie and threatened to release sex tapes. Unable to pay, Cassie’s mom mortgaged her house to cover the demand. The money was later refunded, but the blackmail was clear. The defense declined to cross-examine. Then came Sheray “The Punisher” Hayes, a male escort hired repeatedly by Diddy and Cassie for their infamous “freak offs.” Hayes testified that Diddy watched, often masked and naked, while Hayes and Cassie rubbed each other with baby oil. He said the vibe felt like acting in a live porn film, with Diddy directing the action. On their final session, Hayes was unable to perform under pressure. He’s since written a self-help book about erectile dysfunction, which includes a fictionalized version of his time with the couple. The day ended with limited testimony from federal agent Gerard Gannon, who participated in the raid on Diddy’s home. More is expected from him tomorrow. Also on deck: rapper Kid Cudi, who will reportedly testify about his own run-ins with Diddy, including a car explosion that followed a heated feud. Despite all the salacious details, Pugs noted again—no clear evidence yet tying Diddy to the actual racketeering charges.
