Well, it's been a great week thus far here on
Dimensions.
And listen, we're going to goout with a bang on this Friday.
I've got something I need totalk to you about for just a
moment, because I believe someof y'all have set your face like
Flint.
You've made a decision to makesome adjustments and changes in
your life.

can do nothing.
And listen.
Now that we've spent that timein the presence of God, going
throughout our day doing what wedo, listen, now you can wrap up
your day today with the word ofGod and get ready for a great
weekend.

God's put in my spirit.
You got to be aware ofdistractions.
God's been speaking to us allweek about the importance of
having a mentor in our lives,the importance of coaching, the
importance of having somebody tohelp us to grow and develop.
I am tired of the body ofChrist living beneath their
privileges.
I'm tired of the body of Christconstantly needing healing.

(03:35):
I'm tired of the body of Christbeing busted and disgusted.
I'm tired of all that, and Iknow you are too, and that's why
you're tuning in.
And I believe that God wants usto grow up in the things of him
and become the best version ofourselves that he's called us to
be, and that's why we needmentorship, that's why we need
coaching, that's why we needdiscipleship.
Remember, discipleship is not anevent, it's not a class.
It's a lifelong journey thatyou're always learning and

(03:58):
growing and developing.
You're always going onward andupward.
You're always pressing towardsthe mark of the prize of the
high calling, forgetting thosethings that are behind and
reaching for those things thatare ahead.
Paul said I press towards themark of the prize of the high.
You do realize, sometimes inlife you got to press.
Sometimes it's difficult andyou got to press, which leads me

(04:20):
right into what I'm talkingabout.
You got to be aware ofdistractions.
When pressure comes, you haveto learn how to press.
You've got to learn how topress in this day and in this
hour.
I press towards the mark of theprize of the high calling.
See, what happens is, peopleusually start the race off real
well, but then what happens?

(04:40):
Distractions come, pressurecomes, and then you know what we
do we stop and we deviate fromthe course.
We stop doing the thing thatGod has called us to do, and
that is the devil's number onejob.
Remember the commanded blessingalways resides where the
command is.
You have to be obedient to thecommand in order to get the
blessing, and listen.

(05:00):
That's why I want to encourageyou today that you have what's
called singleness of vision.
Keep the main thing, the mainthing.
What has God told you to do?
What has God spoken?
And there are many of you, andI've made it very, very clear,
and through the scriptures thisweek, that I believe it is so
important that we are a peoplethat are being discipled.

(05:21):
Whatever is coming into theearth the deception, the
darkness, the coldness.
Matthew, chapter 24, talksabout how, because lawlessness
would abound, that the love ofmany would grow cold.
God doesn't want you to growcold in this season.
God wants you to be rooted andgrounded.
The Bible says once again Iwill shake everything, and
everything that can be shakenwill be shaken.

(05:42):
We are in a season where God isgoing to shake things up and
you want to make sure you'rerooted and grounded.
You want to make sure that yoursoul has been anchored in the
Lord, that your mind is anchoredin the word, that you are full
of the Holy Ghost, that you arefull of power, that you are full
of his presence, that you arefull of his joy, that you are
full of his peace, that you arefull of his love, that you're

(06:03):
full of his presence, becauseyou're gonna need it in this day
and hour and you're not calledjust to survive.
Come on, ladies and gentlemen,you are called to thrive in this
season.
God wants you to be salt, hewants you to be light, he wants
you to be a witness, he wantsyou to be a blessing wherever it
is that you go, and you canonly have that, and grounded
that only comes to people thathave been discipled, that have

(06:23):
been mentored, that have beendeveloped, and that's what God
wants for you today.
Don't just go and sit in church, don't just go there and be a
body, don't just go there andserve in church.
Go there, get mentored, getdiscipled, let somebody walk
with you, humble yourself, getunder somebody, develop a
teachable spirit and let peoplebegin to pour into your life the

(06:43):
grace of God that'll help youdevelop and become the best
version of yourself that God hascalled you to be.
This truly is the season.
The wall of creation is waitingfor the manifestation of the
sons of God.
Oh, I believe with all of myheart that right now you're
listening and you're watching,because the glory of God is
coming upon your life and you'renot called to just be a

(07:03):
reflector, but you are called tobe a possessor of the anointing
and the glory of God.
That's why the devil isfighting you and is attacking
you the way that he is.
It's because there's anointingupon your life that the devil
wants to snuff out.
But I'm here today to encourageyou, to tell you get taught,
get discipled, get mentored, sowhat God has put in you remember

(07:26):
every prophecy, every anointingis dormant potential.
You still have to work out yourown salvation.
You got to work out.
You got to get in the gym.
You've got to press.
Come on somebody.
You've got to press.
And sometimes the devil willcome in with negative thoughts.
Sometimes the devil will sendnegative people.
Sometimes the devil will sendthings into your life to say get

(07:47):
off track and get distracted.
Do all these things.
But don't do that.
Set your face like Flint.
Now there are times that youhave to be willing to take a
step back.
There are things that happen inlife.
Maybe you're working out andyou're doing your thing and then
one day your body gets sick.
You got to take a break.
But as soon as you get back in,get right back in.
Maybe you're going through somethings in your family and God

(08:10):
told you to do some things andsome things popped up and now
you've got to address thosethings.
You've got to get back.
You've got to address thosethings.
You've got to get back.
You've got to come back to thatplace.
You've got to realign.
You've got to get back to whereGod has called you to be,
because the commanded blessing,ladies and gentlemen, is where
the command is, and that's whyit's so important not to be
distracted.

(08:31):
Don't be distracted in theseason.
If God's told you to be inchurch, oh yes, the devil's
going to send wherever he canhit you to stop you from being
there.
Why?
Because if you get there,everything else will work.
Everything will work whenyou're not distracted.
Now I need you to do me a favor.
I need you to go with me.
I believe it is a Luke chapter10.
I didn't plan on going here,but I believe this is it.

(08:51):
Yeah, luke, chapter 10, 38 to42.
Now I wanna show you what Imean by distractions.
Don't be distracted, even whenyou're being discipled.
Don't be distracted.
There are things, yes, yougotta deal with.
There are things that willhappen in your life.
There are things that you haveto deal with.
There are things that'll comeup.
There are things that aredistractions, but watch this.
This is the reason why it's soimportant to be prayed up.
When you're prayed up, youavoid distractions.

(09:16):
Now let me show you why.
Because when you're prayed upand walking in the spirit, you
see everything through aspiritual lens.
So when things come, yourealize why they're there,
because you see it through themind of Christ.
Now, watch this.
The number one way that thedevil will start with
distraction in your life isprayerlessness, prayerlessness.

Prayerlessness is the door todistractions.
Prayerlessness is the door todistractions.
Why is that?
Because the devil will sendthings.
Watch this.
He will send things of value,but he will misprioritize them.
He will send things watch this.

He will send things of your waythat are valuable, that have
importance, but he willmisprioritize them.
Let me show you what I mean.
Here's a distraction.
You're in the middle of prayingyou ever done this Been?
In the middle of praying and 50million things come to your
mind that you need to do.
50 million things come to yourmind that you need to do.

(10:19):
50 million things come to yourmind that you need to do.
So you know what I do.
I start training the devilDevil.
If you're telling me all thosethings, well, I'm going to do it
just while I'm in prayer.
I'm just going to write themdown.
Thank you for reminding me, butI'm going to keep on praying.
I don't start going and doingthem.
I don't start learning.
I'll put them down and thenI'll go from there.
Why he wants you to get up andgo and do something else.
If God calls you to fast on acertain day, it is amazing.

(10:40):
I'll just be totallytransparent.
When God is calling me to fast,I will have energy.
And he called me to seek hisface.
I don't mean just to go withoutfood, I mean fast and seek his
face and read the word and study.
I will have energy to do amillion things.
I mean a million and one thingswill come to my mind.
Man, I got to get this done, Igot to get this done and I'll
just suddenly have all thisenergy to go get this, that and

(11:00):
a third.
That is carnality.
That is a distraction, but whenyou are prayed up you can
recognize those distractions andit doesn't veer to the left or
right.
When you're not prayed up,you'll start thinking that thing
is the Lord.
You'll start thinking that youneed to do that thing.
You'll start thinking, oh, mygoodness, I can't go to church.
The devil, what you're supposedto be in church, have your

(11:20):
family in church and guess whatthe devil will do?
He will send things on Fridayand Saturday preparing you for
Sunday.
So then you're so up late andyou're all frustrated and you
can't get up in the morning yousleep through your alarm.
Listen, ladies and gentlemen,when God makes something a
priority in, the devil alwayssends things of value but
misprioritizes them.
He will cause a number four tobe a number one and make the

(11:41):
number one be a number four.
He will cause a three to be atwo.
He'll put everything.
The devil is a devil when he isleading you away from the will
of God.
He will take things out oforder in your life.
Keep the main thing, the mainthing Whatever God has spoken to
you to do, whatever he hascalled you to do, I'm here

(12:02):
prophetically to tell you to doit, and don't be distracted.
If he told you to go to church,be in church.
If he told you to budget yourmoney, budget your money.
If he told you to get up andpray, get up and pray.
If he told you to have a datenight, have a date night.
Whatever he told you to do,stay committed, why the
commanded blessing is alwayswhere the command is.

(12:25):
Where has the spirit of theLord commanded your life?
Stick with it, stay with it.
Yeah, I said with it.
Stay with it.
Don't veer to the left, don'tveer to the left, don't veer to
the right.
Be steadfast, unmovable.
Now look at what happens whenyou're not prayed up, when
you're not at the feet of Jesushow you will get distracted in
your life.
Look at Luke 10, verse number38.

(12:46):
Now what happened is they wentthat he entered a certain
village and a certain womannamed Martha welcomed him into
her house.
Wow, I'm going to show yousomething here in a minute.
And she had a sister calledMary, who also sat at Jesus'
feet and heard his words, butMartha was distracted with much

(13:12):
serving.
I got to do this, I got to dothis.
I got to go here.
I got to do that.
She approached him and saidLord, do you not care that my
sister has left me alone toserve?
Therefore, tell her to help me.
Jesus answered some powerfulverses right here.
Martha, martha said it twice.
When God speaks twice, it'sbecause he needs to get your
attention.
You are worried.

(13:33):
One passage says you areanxious and troubled about many
things.
Look at this many things, verse42,.
But one thing is needed andMary has chosen that good part
which will not be taken awayfrom her.
Now look at this.
Jump back up into verse 38.

(13:53):
Look at how powerful this is.
And a certain woman namedMartha welcomed Jesus into verse
38.
Look at how powerful this is.
And a certain woman welcomed.
A certain woman named Marthawelcomed Jesus into her house.
You can have Jesus in your homeand not be aware of why he's
there.
You can have the blessing inyour house and not appropriate
it correctly.
You can have Jesus in your life, in your home, and you're

(14:15):
sitting there.
He come to visit you and youare completely distracted with
the number one reason why he'sin your house my good God,
almighty.
What does that mean?
The presence of God can show upin your life.
God can give you certain things.
He'll show you what Jesusvisits your house with, whatever
it is that he visits you with,and then you're so busy doing
everything else.
It's like, wait a minute, youshould be sitting at his feet

(14:39):
and you can tell when you'redistracted because you start
blaming other people.
Why do I know that?
Now, watch this.
When you are offended with otherpeople because people are not
helping you, most of the timeyou are out of order.
Hmm, preach Pastor Jay, I'mtrying.
Every time you have somethingin your life where you are
offended and mad at people, theywon't help me.

(14:59):
They won't do this.
99% of the time you are out oforder.
Why?
Because if you are doing it asunto the Lord, it doesn't matter
if other people help you or not.
It doesn't mean you can't askfor help.
What it means is that you'reserving their.
Serving is not a predicamentbased upon how you feel about
your serving, because Martha wastroubled and anxious about all
these things.
She's serving and doing allthis stuff.

(15:20):
She's like somebody help me.
She's frustrated, she's angry,something was out of order.
And what did Jesus say?
You are troubled and anxiousabout many things, but Mary has
chosen the one thing singlenessof vision.
Singleness of vision.
She chose the one thing thatwas important and she made sure

(15:41):
that was done.
Matthew 6, 33, very, verypowerful passage of Scripture
Seek ye first the kingdom of Godand his righteousness, and all
these things will be added.
Let's go over there, matthew 6.
Let's actually start here, inverse number 19.
Verse number 19, and we'regoing to jump around a little
bit, and it says do not lay upfor yourself treasures on earth
where moth and rust destroy,where thieves break in and steal

(16:04):
, but lay up for yourselftreasures in heaven where
neither moth nor rust dothcorrupt, where thieves do not
break in and steal, for whereyour treasure is there, your
heart will be also Wow.
So don't seek after the thingsof the earth.
Don't seek after the things,don't be distracted.
And then he goes to.
The lamp of the body is the eye.
Therefore, your eye is good,your whole body will be full of

(16:25):
light.
But if your eye is bad, yourwhole body will be full of
darkness and therefore, thelight that is in you is darkness
.
How great is that darkness?
So keep your eye.
He said listen, if what'silluminating your vision is dark
, your whole body, your wholelife is going to be out of order
.
He said have singleness In oneplace.
It actually says the lamp ofthe body, of the eye.
If, therefore, your eye issingle, your whole body will be

(16:45):
full of light.
And what he's saying by singleif your eye is focused on the
right thing, everything will befull of light.
No one can serve two masters,for either you will hate the one
and love the other, or elseyou'll be loyal to the one and
despise the other.
You cannot serve God and mammonand I call mammon stuff you
can't serve God, you can't dowhat God's called you to do and

(17:06):
still seek after things.
Look at, therefore.
Now he moves on.
Therefore, I say to you do notworry about your life, what
you're going to eat, what you'regoing to drink, nor about your
body.
What you will put on Is notlife more than food and body
more than raiment.
And then he looks down at verse27, which of you, by worrying,
could add one cubits to hisstature?
So why do you worry aboutclothing?
Consider the lilies of thefield, how they grow.

(17:29):
They neither toil nor spin.
And yet I say to you that evenSolomon, in all his glory, was
not arrayed like one of these.
Now, if God so clothes thegrass of the field, which today
isn't tomorrow's stone, into theoven, how much more will he
clothe you?
Oh, you have little faith.
He ever thought about that?
No bird ever goes without ameal.
Think about that for a minute.

(17:49):
I was out a couple of days agoat a restaurant and I was eating
outside and all these birds andI was thinking about and not
that people should litter, but Ithought about how the food
that's left on the ground.
Did you ever think about this?
That that's God's way of usingprovision for the birds?
Think about it.
Somebody leaves a piece ofbread, somebody leaves something
on a table.
Birds come along and pick it up.
Do you realize what that is?
Is God's provision to them?

(18:10):
Now, that doesn't mean weshould leave food out on the
table and food, that's not mypoint, but I was looking at that
and I began to see it through adifferent perspective, if we
can begin to look at thingsthrough a different eye, through
a spiritual eye.
That's why I'm saying it's soimportant to be prayed up.
You can't have victory in thislife, you can't walk by faith,
you can't walk in the spirit,without being prayed up.
You have to spend time in thepresence of God.

(18:30):
Your lunch, it's just thatsimple, and you cause you will
not be able to accuratelydiscern.
I'm sitting there eating and I'mwatching the birds and this
scripture comes to my mind andLord said look at that.
That person left that food.
That's my provision for thosebirds.
They, they, they they'll hangaround outside of a restaurant
where people will drop crumbs,and those crumbs are the
provision of the father for thebirds, and nobody has to go.

(18:53):
Oh my gosh, we gotta make surewe got food for the birds.
God makes sure they have whatthey need.
My good God.
And if he takes care of thebirds, hallelujah, if he takes
care of them to make surethey're fed, how much more is he
gonna take care of you?
Oh ye, of little faith.
So that's the reason why I saydon't get distracted with things
.
Don't get distracted withthings.

(19:16):
Don't get distracted with thejob.
People all the time they'rewilling to leave church.
If God feeds the birds, he'sgot a job for you.
The problem is we don't trustthe Lord enough to believe he'll
take care of us.
But look at the birds, he said.
Consider the birds, considerthe lilies of the field.
They don't toil nor spin, butyet still God clothes them.
God takes care of the birds.

(19:37):
Why won't he take care of you?
Oh, you have little faith.
He purchased you by his bloodand you are eternal.
He's going to provide, butthere is a method to it.
You have to have singleness ofvision.
The devil wants you to beworried.
Look at this here, verse number31.
Therefore, he's sayingrealizing all these things that

(19:57):
I just broke down to you, don'tworry.
What are we going to eat, whatshall we drink, what shall we
wear?
Look at verse 32.
You are not this, but this isthe warning.
For after all these things dothe Gentiles seek the unbeliever
, the ungodly, the worldlings,the people that are driven by
carnality, the people that arethe non-Christians, the people
that have lost their focus?

(20:17):
That is the Gentile way ofthinking.
That's why people want to havetheir eyes.
They got to have the newestclothes.
They got to.
They're living for this planetand this planet is dying every
day.
I was watching a video.
It was called Life After Peopleand it talks about how.
What would the planet be likeif people immediately vanished?
What would happen to it?

(20:38):
And, it's funny, how the earthwould begin to crumble.
Everything that man built willdie.
Do you realize?
Everything, ladies and gentlemen, on this planet is dying.
Man is in the process ofkeeping alive what is eventually
going to be destroyed.
We struggle, we strive, evenour bodies.
We fight to keep our bodieshealthy.

(20:59):
We want to stay young.
It's going to die.
It is going to die, you aregoing to die one day.
All of us are going to die.
It's appointed unto man once todie and then to judgment.
Everything in this planet everycar, every house, every vehicle,
every plane, every restaurantis going to crumble, they said.
When men leave all of a sudden,the buildings would begin to
collapse and within 100 or 200years, pretty much there'd be
nothing left on the planet.

(21:20):
The animals would overrun it,trees and weeds would begin.
Everything would begin tocrumble.
Everything would begin to fallapart.
Everything that man built wouldbegin to crumble and perish.
Why?
Because it's all dying, andthat's why Jesus said don't seek
after this, because it's dying.
It is dying, it is going to.
Yes, it's here for a season,but it's all going to be died.

(21:41):
The house I'm sitting in rightnow one day will be gone.
The body I'm in one day will begone.
Everything that you're seekingafter one day will be gone.
Only what you do for Christwill last.
We do, and it doesn't mean weshouldn't be healthy, it doesn't
mean we shouldn't take care ofour body, but it should not have

(22:02):
the priority over eternalthings.
Lord Jesus, help us today tokeep the main thing, the main
thing, to stay eternal in ourfocus, to stay eternal in our
thinking, to stay eternal in ourpassions.
Why All of this is crumbling,all of this is perishing.
People spend thousands andthousands of dollars to lift, to
nip, to tuck, to enhance, togrow, to get bigger lips, to get
bigger backsides, to get biggerchest.

(22:24):
Now we got liposuction.
We've got all these things,people doing everything they can
, facelifts, and nothing wrongwith those things.
My point is people live forthem and they become
misprioritized.
The devil, the devil, alwayswants you to misprioritize the
things of God.
Seek ye first.
Look at this here, for afterall these things the Gentiles
seek for, heavenly father knowsthat you have need of all these

(22:45):
things and he takes care of thebirds.
Go and take care of you.
Don't misprioritize the kingdomVerse 33, one of my favorite
life scriptures but seek yefirst the kingdom of God and his
righteousness, his way of doingthings, and all these things
will be added.
Oh God, that we would have theability to seek first the
kingdom.
Oh God that we would have theability today to shut everything

(23:09):
else out and to keep the mainthing, the main thing.
That we would not becomedistracted and troubled and so
busy serving, trying to keepeverything together, like Martha
, trying to do this and tryingto do that, trying to keep this
life together, knowing that itis fading, that it is dying.
God will take care of that.
You just take care of thekingdom.
Take care of the kingdom andall these things will be added.
He'll take care of all of therest.
Be in church, be in prayer, makehim a priority, tithe yes, I

(23:32):
said it, tithe.
Give God 10%, sow your finances, do what God has asked you to
do and watch everything be addedinto your life.
Many times, whenever the devildistracts you, watch it.
He distracts to divide, hedistracts to subtract.
So he distracts to divide andhe distracts to subtract.
But if you will have singlenessof vision, god will multiply

(23:56):
and add to your life.
But what do we do?
We focus on all these otherthings.
What did God tell you to do?
Sometimes just one or twothings, and the devil will fight
you tooth and nail to oh mygoodness.
He will fight you because heknows if you do that one thing,
he's not a match for you.
Do you realize?
Your blessing and breakthroughis in not being distracted.

(24:17):
Beware of distractions.
Beware of things that keep youfrom prayer, beware of things
that keep you from the house ofGod.
Beware of things that keep youfrom the command of God.
What is the command?
See, there's commands in theword, but then there's commands
that he gives you personallythrough your personal
relationship with him.
What has he asked you to do?
Do it, and that's what willhappen.
People will get to that pointand then they'll be led astray

(24:38):
and be off in the middle ofnowhere, not understanding that
God wants them to do the onething.
Today is the day for alignment.
I want to encourage you todayGet aligned in the things of God
, get aligned in the word of God.
Do the thing he's told you todo and God will multiply Some of
you that is simply beingdiscipled.
Get into that In our church.

(25:00):
That is our focus.
It's not building programs,it's building people.
Jesus never built programs, hebuilt people.
And in my job as a pastor andas a ministry, we are going to
build people.
If you're looking for a churchthat builds people so you can
become the best version ofyourself, you just found it.
If you're looking for a churchand a ministry where people are
striving for the presence of God, where the spirit of God moves,

(25:20):
where prophecy, signs andwonders, healings, deliverances,
breakthroughs, miracles beginto happen in the house of God,
you just found it.
But that's because we're apeople that have singleness of
vision.
We are focused on the kingdomof God.
Would you join with me today infocusing on the kingdom?
Keep his kingdom first andeverything else will be added.

(25:41):
Father, I bless your peopletoday From the tops of their
head to the soles of their feet.
Father, god, I pray theblessing of Almighty God to be
upon them today.
