And I know it's been a littlebit and I'm back at it and I've
(01:58):
got a new rebranding.
So I've been working on somethings and I want to come back
with a little bit of a differentmessage, because today I want
to talk to y'all about theimportance of taking care of
your physical health.
I am on a mission, y'all, tonot only take care of myself,
(02:18):
but to make sure you all aretaken care of as well.
It is so important that youtake care of your physical body,
that you take care of what youneed to take care of so you can
live long and be prosperous.
In the name of Jesus, it is sovitally important that you take
care of yourself and do what youneed to do.
You know, a lot of times, ifthe devil sees a lot of us, you
(02:41):
know you're not going to betaken out with sin.
You're not going to be outthere sleeping around.
You're not going to be outthere getting drunk, getting
high.
You're not going to be outthere cussing.
You're not gonna be out theredoing some of those things.
You're not going to do that.
But if the devil could take youout by raising your blood
pressure, by not exercising, bynot eating well, by not whatever
(03:04):
it might be, oh my goodness,he'll do it.
And you know what.
This is the reality you willstill go to heaven.
You'll just get there a lotquicker.
So I'm going to talk to youabout that in just a little bit.
But the first thing I want tojump into is the whole thing
with the presidential election.
Y'all man, there is so muchgoing on in the world when it
comes to that, and it's crazy.
(03:25):
This is going to be a wild ridebetween now and November, and
one of the things that I thinkthat is so important, ladies and
gentlemen, is that we do notdevelop a messiah complex with
these presidents and vicepresidents and people that are
running.
We see President Joe Biden thatchose to step out of the
(03:48):
opportunity to be reelected.
Now we see Vice PresidentKamala Harris trying to step her
game up.
We see what's going on withPresident Trump, and I wanted to
take a minute because I knowit's been a moment, but I wanted
to take a minute because I amdefinitely, definitely
disappointed in the speech thatwas given during the Republican
(04:08):
National Convention.
Very disappointed withPresident Trump's speech.
In my opinion, he had anopportunity to have the world
eating out of his hand.
He had an opportunity to give aspeech like a Winston Churchill
would have given that FranklinDelano Roosevelt would have
given Theodore Roosevelt an FDRspeech.
(04:30):
It could have been anything andhe went in the direction that
he went, and we are right backwhere we were.
I remember back in 2016, when wehad President Trump and Senator
Clinton Hillary Clinton running.
Then I was wondering how in theworld, what are we supposed to
pick here?
How are we supposed to pick andpick something that's going to
(04:52):
be a blessing to us and help usget to where we need to be?
Now?
Let me say this it is important.
I want somebody in office thatis going to cater to our values.
So I tell people all the timeit's important to know you want
somebody in that position thatis going to support the church.
It is important and what ourbeliefs are on marriage and what
(05:15):
our beliefs are on gender andwhat our beliefs are concerning
abortion I mean, y'all know howwe feel in regards to that.
My wife and I have a pregnancycenter.
It's something that God hascalled us to do and, as a matter
of fact, we've got our galacoming up August 4th.
So excited about it, got DavidB Wright coming in Phenomenal
(05:39):
speaker.
We cannot wait.
This is an opportunity forpeople to buy into our vision
and help us.
You have to realize there areno grants and things on that
line that help us.
We've got to raise all of ourfunds.
And a big shout out to any ofour people out there that are
partnering with us andsponsoring us.
We so appreciate you all.
(05:59):
You're what keeps us going.
If it wasn't for you, babieswould continually be killed on
our watch.
But because of you and if youhaven't ever chosen to subscribe
with us and join with ussponsor, partner, however you
want to put it.
Please go tovoicesfortheunbornorg and take a
(06:19):
moment and just become apartner with Voice for the
Unborn.
You're partnering with a greatministry.
In three years, ladies andgentlemen, we have gone from
nothing, literally a rebuild ofa building, a build out rather
of a building.
We went and we have saved, now,I think, coming up on 70 babies
(06:41):
we have.
I've had the opportunity, alongside my wife, to emcee the
Pennsylvania March for Life.
Then I had the opportunity tobe the keynote speaker at the
Philadelphia March for Life.
I've emceed pro-life events.
I've been asked to speak atdifferent events.
We've been saving babies, we'vegot a television show.
(07:01):
All of this in just three years.
But it's because of yoursponsoring us, it's because of
your partnership, it's becauseof your willingness to so that
we can do what it is that we do.
So I want to appreciate all ofyou.
$50 a month, $100 a month, aone-time gift, whatever it all
(07:26):
helps us to continually keepsaving the lives of the unborn.
Which leads me to why I'mtalking about the presidential
election.
We need people in office thatare going to help us do the job
that God's called us to do.
The Bible says when therighteous rule, the people
rejoice when the wicked rule, the people mourn.
Now, I'm not calling any ofthese people righteous per se,
but what I'm saying is that ifthey are leaning towards the
(07:48):
things of God, if they'releaning towards pro-Israel, if
they're leaning towards pro-life, if they're leaning towards
these things, these are thingsthat we ought to consider.
Coming into the election and Ireally felt bad.
President Trump was within amillimeter of literally having
his head blown off and Godspared his life.
(08:09):
And I'm, leading up to thisRepublican National Convention,
I'm thinking in my mind what anopportunity for him to be able
to bridge the aisle, republicanand Democrat.
I even saw people on CNNtalking about okay, let's see
what he's going to do now.
(08:30):
When President Trump got shotand it took off part of his ear
he drops to his knees the Lordbegan to reveal to me that this
was an opportunity for him tohumble himself and that, if he
would go low, notice whathappened.
Secret service came and coveredhim and protected him, and when
(08:53):
he got up, those situations aremeant to change us.
I've seen a lot of correlationbetween him and Nebuchadnezzar,
who is still with a lot of pride, and how he continually began
to boast and, as a result.
Finally, the Bible says that hewas eating or walking around
like an animal.
His nails grew out long like aneagle's tail.
(09:14):
I think it was the illustration.
I mean, he was a mess becauseGod had humbled him and I was
praying that he was going to bedifferent.
Uh, that, for the sake ofAmerica, I never had a Messiah
complex with him or anything onnone of them.
Uh, I don't believe none ofthat.
But the reality is we are goingto have people in office that
(09:35):
are going to be ruling andreigning in that position, and
so we want to make sure that wepray for the right men and women
.
So, uh, but when he gave thatspeech and then he went in on
Crooked Hillary and and all thestuff with what crazy Nancy
Pelosi and all these things Iwas looking at said man, what an
opportunity to show everybodythat you've changed, to bridge
(09:58):
the aisle, you can still dogreat things without having to
call names and things along thatline and to perpetuate more
violence and animosity andtension that we just don't need
in this time.
And so I really felt bad thathe was not able to really give a
speech.
That I mean because, thinkabout it.
(10:19):
People are moved withcompassion when you see CNN
people getting on there saying,ok, let's see what happens.
My goodness, cnn does not likePresident Trump at all.
They report everything abouthim and they said, ok, he said
he's going to rip up his speechand he's going to step in here
and be a whole different personand, as we see, it didn't take
(10:39):
long.
He was back at it.
For me the speech was way toolong, but it is what it is.
So we just have to continue tokeep praying for protection for
him, protection for KamalaHarris, protection over senators
.
This is about the soul of ournation.
I believe that we are literallyin a window of time.
(11:00):
Something big is coming of time.
Something big is coming One ofthe things that you know I'm
going to get into later on butthe Lord impressed something
upon my spirit.
I was with my father about aweek ago, a little less than,
and we were talking one nightand the Lord dropped something
in my spirit about where we arein America and I was thinking.
(11:21):
The Bible says that Jesus said, before he comes back, that the
days would be like now watchthis.
The days would be like Sodomand Gomorrah, the days of Lot
and the days of Noah, threecorrelations that Jesus gives at
the end times would look likewhen he's about to return.
(11:42):
And I was talking to my fatherand, all of a sudden, you ever
had one of those moments whereit just comes alive in you and
this revelation just came alivein my spirit and man.
I said, wow, this is what theLord showed me and I want you to
see this.
I believe that America, theworld, is in this week.
(12:04):
Let me say it like this Ibelieve God could come back at
any moment, any second and atany time.
He could literally come backright now.
It just matters and isdetermined by what the church is
going to do, what the world isgoing to do, what the church is
(12:27):
going to do, what the world isgoing to do.
We are in this window where Ibelieve, even though the day and
the time God has already chosen, there is a window of what it
could be now.
It could be in five years.
God could choose to extend itbased upon whatever's getting
ready to happen.
Why do I say this?
Now, watch, jesus said it'll belike the days of Lot.
Now, watch Jesus said it'll belike the days of Lot, the days
of Noah, sodom and Gomorrah.
(12:56):
All three of those correlationshave one thing in particular in
common they were allunredeemable.
Sodom and Gomorrah.
They sent the gospel in.
They sent in angels to preach,to bring people out.
Abraham was interceding forSodom and Gomorrah.
They sent in the angels, theangels.
That's why, when Abraham waspraying, the angels then went in
and said all right, if I find10 righteous I'll spare the city
Could not find anybody thatwanted to be redeemed.
(13:21):
Matter of fact, the angels thatwere there meant to preach
grace and the gospel to them.
What did they do?
They wanted they were.
The men said bring those angelsin that we may have our way
with them.
So they wanted to molest anddegrade and rape the very angels
that were sent to help themescape the corruption and the
(13:42):
destruction that was coming as aresult of their corruption.
And then I was thinking aboutman.
You have the days of Lot, whichwere Sodom and Gomorrah.
Then you have the days of Noah.
Noah was when the Nephilim hadmade giants in the land with the
women.
They left their normalhabitation you see Peter talking
about it, you see it in thebook of Jude.
(14:03):
And they left their naturalhabitation.
There were Peter talking aboutit, you see it in the book of
Jude and they left their naturalhabitation.
There were giants in the land, the Nephilim and, as a result,
they were unredeemable.
And what happened?
The Bible says that Noah foundgrace in the sight of God and,
as a result, what do we havehere?
The ark hits.
He builds the ark, they escape.
I was thinking he builds theark and they escape.
I was thinking about.
(14:24):
I said wow, we are in a day andin an hour.
We need to pray that the churchis salt and light and we need
to pray that Lord, that therewould be 10 righteous Lord, that
there would be somebody thatwould call upon the name of the
Lord, that we would not continuedown this path.
And because I thought about, Iwas like man.
(14:45):
Now you have to remembersomething Before the rapture
comes, there has to be twobrides.
There's a pseudo church, ladiesand gentlemen, that is coming up
right now.
There is a pseudo church thatis coming up and I hope that
y'all are getting this right now.
There's a pseudo church, a fakechurch.
There is a antichrist beingdeveloped, and what I mean by
(15:05):
that?
A bride for the antichrist thatis being developed.
There's a pseudo church, a fakechurch, a false church that is
even going to have, I believe, the name of Jesus attached to it
.
That's why there's so much of abattle right now.
Oh, wait a minute, he gets usall these things.
People don't realize there's amorphing of the message of the
gospel.
(15:25):
The Bible talks about how, inthe end, there would be another
gospel that would come up.
We're seeing that.
Why is this important?
That's why we're seeing the hotget hotter, the cold to get
colder.
There's a separation betweenthe pseudo church and the real
church.
That's the reason why holinessis still going to be the right
way.
It's not going to be a peoplethat are compromised.
(15:46):
It's not going to be a peoplethat are saying it's okay to
have same-sex marriage, it'sgoing to be okay to change your
gender, it's okay to do all that.
That's going to be thepseudochurch is going to be okay
with those things.
Then the real church is goingto say no, this is what the
Bible says and that's what'shappening.
(16:10):
The Bible says that they wouldbe given over to strong delusion
the pseudo church, because theyrejected the truth.
They rejected it, evenhomosexuality.
They read in Romans, chapterone.
It was because they rejectedthe truth.
They knew it was.
God said I don't want God and,as a result, that's what took
place Now.
Mind you, that's what happenedin the days of Noah, that's what
(16:32):
happened in the days of Lot,that's what happened in Sodom
and Gomorrah.
Mind you, that's what happenedin the days of Noah, that's what
happened in the days of Lot,that's what happened in Sodom
and Gomorrah.
We are there right now.
I believe we are in a window oftime.
I don't know how long that timeis, but there is either going
to be the 10 righteous that aregoing to be spared, there's 10
that are right, and I'm nottalking about that.
There isn't righteous in thechurch.
I'm talking about two that arewilling to be redeemed or watch
(17:02):
this the church is going to beraptured, and then this
pseudo-church is that's beingprepared for the Antichrist.
Because, see, that's the thingwe're seeing.
We're looking at thedegradation of the moral fabric
of our society, the spiritualfabric of our society.
It's totally deteriorating, even in the church itself.
In a lot of ways isdeteriorating the message of it,
and I'm not saying that all are.
You can see, the impact islessening.
(17:25):
The great falling away ishappening.
Every time I turn around, I'mhearing of somebody else that is
falling, that is turning awayfrom the faith, that is leaving
the things of God, that ischoosing to walk away from what
they know.
Just heard of a situation it'sgone viral with Kim Burrell
apologizing to the LGBTQcommunity for what she has said
(17:47):
about their lifestyle, andthat's catching a lot of
attention, and so we're lookingat all of these things and
there's a pseudo church which isbeing prepared for the
Antichrist and there is the realchurch, and the real church
needs to stand up and declarethe truth Because, listen, the
reality of the judgment of thosethat are hearing the truth now,
that will be here when theAntichrist shows up, is that
(18:10):
they will be given over tostrong delusion because they
chose not to believe the truth.
They chose that.
It's not that they well, Ineeded to hear the gospel.
No, they heard the gospel I waslistening to.
Oh, my goodness, I can'tremember her name right now
Candace something, and if youlook her up online, you know her
.
I'm sorry maybe it'll come backto me in just a minute, but she
(18:31):
was having an interview withDon Lemon and she was going
after him and saying he asked AmI a sinner Because of what I'm,
what I'm doing and what I'mliving?
And she said yes, you are.
You are in sin as a result.
I want to find her name BecauseI want you to know and you
(18:54):
could check it out yourself.
Let me look here, candace Owens.
I'm sorry, there it is, candaceOwens.
I want to make sure I had thatright, candace Owens, and if you
get a chance, check it out.
And so he knew what the Biblesaid.
He knew that and she's tellinghim and he wants nothing to do
with it.
What do you do with that?
That is a people that canbecome unredeemable.
(19:15):
I don't care, I'm going to livewhat I'm going to live.
I'm going to do what I'm goingto do, and there's no place for
it.
That's what happened in Sodomand Gomorrah.
God said listen, I want toredeem y'all.
But he went in he couldn't inorder to have their way with
(19:36):
them.
That was their saving grace.
This is where we are and Ithought about I was, like you
can see, in our society, whereit's continually eroding and we
need to be praying that thereeither be a reformation or
there's going to be a rapture.
I believe that with all of myheart it's on this path and the
prayer is Lord, help us to besalt, help us to be light, help
(19:58):
us to preach the gospel, help usnot to compromise, help us to
stand strong.
Lord, let us preach it and Lord, may the hearts of people be
open to receive it.
God.
Otherwise, I believe we aregetting very dangerously close
for the world, but gloriouslyclose for the church of the
return of Jesus Christ.
One of the two things has tohappen.
(20:19):
We can, can you imagine whatour society would look like 20
years from now, outside of sometype of reformation and revival,
some type of awakening thatthere has to be something and
when?
If an awakening hits, which wepray that it does, the reality
is is that it's going to changethe fabric.
But God wanted to bring anawakening to Sodom and Gomorrah.
(20:41):
They didn't want it.
God opened up the ark toeverybody.
The Bible says Noah preachedfor 120 years.
Nobody wanted it.
Nobody wanted it.
And so, as a result, godallowed it to happen.
We are in that day.
We are in that day, we are inthat hour, and I thought about
it.
I was like, wow, what?
What Jesus said to be like thedays of Sodom and Gomorrah, the
(21:02):
days of Lot, and I said, god, what do they have in common?
None of them were redeemable.
Not that they.
Christ was out, they wereoutside of the reach of Christ.
When I say they weren'tredeemable, they were not open.
They had the truth, they hadthe revelation, they had the
knowledge.
They were not open.
They were not open.
And it's a sad reality.
When we see the church in a lotof major name speakers, a lot of
(21:23):
people in the church, you seesome people just pulling away
from the faith.
The Bible says that the love ofmany will wax cold in Matthew
24, because iniquity wouldabound.
Keep yourself unspotted fromthe world, walk uprightly, walk
holy.
Why?
Because it is so deceptive andthe less that the church carries
(21:44):
the light, the more easy it isto be deceived.
But the more that we shinebright, the more that we are
salt, the more that we can seepeople redeemed.
But my concern is that my prayeris God, may we find 10
righteous.
God, may we find, not thechurch, because the church will
be raptured out, just likeAbraham was brought out, just
like Lot was brought out.
(22:05):
But the reality is there'sstill a whole world out there.
He was brought out so God couldbring to them what needed to be
brought.
Well, I don't want to see thathappen to America.
I want to see America revived.
I want to see an awakening.
I want to see it happen.
But the reality is we need topray that the hearts of people
will be open and ready toreceive what's going on in the
world.
Ladies and gentlemen, so I'mgoing to be talking about that,
(22:26):
maybe a little bit more, butthere's so much that God's been
putting into my spirit aboutthat and I started saying man,
we need to really understandwhat it was like.
In Sodom and Gomorrah, and withLot and with Noah, all of these
people, there was sexual sinlike never before and they were
not open to being redeemed.
It wasn't that they couldn'thave been redeemed, they were
not open to.
(22:46):
It is critical.
Everything is so pivotal inthis moment.
I believe that we're in awindow of time, ladies and
gentlemen, that it's a flexionpoint.
It could go either way.
We could see this thingextended and God gives us more
time we could see it shortened.
(23:06):
I believe it could be eitherone.
A lot of people say, yeah, butall the prophecies and the
revivals and all that stuff, ifthe people are open, if the
nation is open.
You can't make people.
God sent the angels in to Sodomand Gomorrah, but they were not
open.
Noah preached for 120 years.
They didn't want it.
It's not that they didn't know, they did not want what he was
cooking, and so the reality isthat's where we are, and I'm
(23:30):
praying God.
May there be people that areopen to hearing the gospel, that
want to be redeemed, that wantto hear the message in Jesus
name.
So we need to continue to keeppraying for President Biden.
We need to be praying forPresident Trump.
We need to be praying forpossible the vice president.
(23:51):
Possibly it could be JD Vance.
We need to be praying for him.
We need to be praying for whoKamala Harris is going to pick
for her vice president.
Possibly it could be JD Vance.
We need to be praying for him.
We need to be praying for whoKamala Harris is going to pick
for her vice president.
We need to be praying forprotection, covering and, like
I've said before, we need tothank God that President Trump
was not assassinated.
That there could have put ournation into a downhill spiral
(24:15):
that may have been hard torecover from.
We are sitting on a powder kegof tension right now in the
world World War III, we've gotIsrael, we've got Palestine,
we've got Hamas, we've got theUkraine war.
It's all right there.
There's a powder keg ready tobe released into the earth and
(24:36):
we need to be praying, we needto be interceding, and I believe
that we're in a season that ourpraying, our fasting, our
seeking the Lord, ourwillingness to be salt, our
willingness to be light all ofthat, ladies and gentlemen, has
to now watch this.
All of that is going to dealwith what happens in the next
few months or so.
All of that is going to dealwith what happens in the next
few months or so.
My goodness, I mean, it could.
(24:57):
Just it's, it's, it's in thebalance.
We could see a massive revivaland awakening, but I also
believe that we're at a timewhere we could see the rapture
of the church.
Either one of those can happen.
It all depends on ourcooperation with God as the, and
then also the world'scooperation with the church's
preaching of the gospel.
So we need to really be prayingand interceding and standing in
(25:19):
the gap.
So that's what I wanted toshare with you all in regards to
that, but let me transitionhere to another thing that I
wanted to talk to you all about.
That, I think, is so important.
I think it's so vital that weneed to focus in on our health.
I want to take a minute becauseI know that there's going to be
people watching right now.
I'm on a mission right now to.
(25:42):
I've been changing my diet forsome time now.
I've been back in the weightroom and working out and making
time for that.
You know, I really feel in myheart that there's such an
importance of taking care ofyour physical health eating
healthy, not eating at BurgerKing and McDonald's and Taco
Bell and fast foods and friedfoods and your favorite sub
(26:04):
house and hoagie house If y'allwant to come hoagies, I call
them subs.
You know it's just so importantto take care of your health.
Be cutting down the intake ofyour sugar and the sodas and
aspartame and all of those typesof things.
Drinking more water.
It's just so important that wetake care of ourselves.
You know the devil would love toshorten your lifespan.
(26:26):
If he can't take you out withthe sin in the world, he'll take
you out, just simply, with theflesh.
What do I mean by that?
We love to eat.
You know it's kind of like oneperson I got a weight problem.
I can't wait to eat, and a lotof time that can be our issue.
It's our snacking late at night, our eating a snicker bar.
Ladies and gentlemen, there wasa time in my life when I first
got married Now this is a whileago.
(26:47):
I haven't done this in a while.
I would get donuts and candyand a big thing of Pepsi or Coke
and I would drink all that andeat all that and hot wings right
before I'd go to bed.
I'd eat all that type of stuffand I eventually cut all of that
out.
But you know and listen, pleasehear me.
I don't want anybody writing meany letters about this, but
listen.
There's nothing like learninghow to have a lifestyle change.
(27:10):
I've seen people do the gastricbypass, not faulting them for
that.
Uh, they got I don't know muchabout them.
They got the new drops that arecoming out.
People are losing weight fromit.
No, I, whatever floats yourboat, go ahead.
One thing I tell people is doyour research.
Uh, I definitely don't want toturn into uh, uh, no type of
clump.
Uh, turn into buddy love, because I'm trying to take
(27:30):
something that bypasses theprocess.
Do your research on anythingthat's out there, just like you
did with the mask, just like youdid with the shots, anything I
mean.
Whatever weight loss thing youwant to take, it's totally up to
you.
I just want to make sure I knowwhat's going in my body.
There's not going to be anylong-term effects, anything
along that line.
I want to know that.
But I say this to say simplythis ain't nothing like old
(27:52):
school lifestyle change.
You know no shortcuts and I'mnot saying that all of that is
wrong, please hear me but I'msaying there's nothing like a
lifestyle change.
It's important that you don'tjust try to get out of you know,
it's kind of like back in theday where they had six minute
abs and you put that littlething on your abs.
Nothing can give you thatexcept getting in the weight
room and putting in the work, and so one of the things for me
(28:14):
is lifestyle change.
It's important.
Now I'm not saying not to usethat other stuff.
So I just want to say thatagain.
I don't want a bunch of emailsand people contacting me because
I'm not going to respond to it,but what I'm saying is that
there are there, even in themidst of all those things do a
lifestyle change.
It's not eating the things youused to eat anymore.
(28:39):
It's making sure that you're.
Even if you lose the weight, youstill want to work out.
You want to make sure thatyou're running, getting your
cardio up.
You want to make sure thatyou're getting your blood work
drawn every year.
You want to make sure thatyou're getting your screenings.
You want to make sure thatyou're doing all those things.
What is that?
That colon screening?
I did it my way.
You know whatever you need todo as you're getting old
especially me.
Now I'm in my mid delay fortiesand you know I'm realizing hey,
you know I'm not getting anyyounger.
(28:59):
Staying healthy is important.
Watching your weight isimportant.
Watching your BMI is important.
Making sure that your bloodsugar is good.
Make sure that your cholesterolis good.
I don't know about y'all.
I mean I still got young kids.
Some of y'all that are my agemay have kids that are older.
My kids are young.
They're 10 and going to be ninein just a couple of months.
Here.
I want to make sure that I'maround.
I want to make sure I'm healthy.
(29:20):
I want to make sure that I canput in full work days.
I want to make sure that I havethe ability to keep on going
because I'm healthy.
You know there's somethingabout a body in motion stays in
motion, y'all, so it's important.
My brother said something yearsago that said nothing tastes as
good as looking good.
Ain't nothing like being ableto get into some clothes and
know that you're looking goodand looking slim?
And trimming down and takingcare of yourself and preserving
(29:43):
your sexy Ain't nothing likethat?
There's nothing like it.
But it takes a lifestyle change.
So do all the other things youwant to do, but change your
lifestyle, because you can evenlose weight, but if you don't
have a change of the mind, you're eventually going to put
it back on.
You're eventually going to doall those things that you're
going to be right back becauseyou're going to eat for the
wrong reasons.
You got to change the way yougot to prepare your meals.
(30:04):
You got to make sure you'redoing good, healthy smoothies
and things along that line, tomake sure you've got all your
vitamins and minerals andproteins and everything else,
and staying away from too muchred meat, which I am a fan of.
Listen, I love me a good steak.
I was just out in Buffalo, newYork with my son.
We had a father son trip and Iwent out there with him and we
(30:25):
went to a place called Russell'sIf you've never been there, out
on Transit Road, oh my goodness.
They got a 26 ounce ribeye withthe bone in.
Oh my Lord, they had garlicbutter melted on it Drizzle.
I mean.
I'm getting hungry justthinking about it, and I'm a
medium rare guy.
On top of that, love a goodsteak.
Nothing wrong with havingthings from time to time.
But, ladies and gentlemen, it'swhat we're eating consistently
(30:46):
that could be killing us.
You know, you have to askyourself the question am I going
to eat to live or am I livingto eat?
And it's important that youdevelop those things.
So I'm on a mission, y'all, andanybody that wants to join with
me say Pastor Jay, I'm in withyou.
I mean, start getting back, dropping your weight, dropping
all the sweets and the sugarsand all the things that are bad
(31:08):
for you and fried foods.
And you know and I've alreadybeen on a mission before I did
the keto zone.
That's my favorite thing to do,by the way, you can't live off
of that, in my opinion, but I dolike it for weight loss.
I think it's outstanding.
My body does not respond wellto carbs.
Some of y'all do.
You can do that Me.
If I cut carbs out and sugar, Imean I can drop weight like
ain't no tomorrow and work out.
(31:35):
Go and on some ellipticals ortreadmills or a bike.
You can be in a seated bike andjust pedal.
Start somewhere, startstretching, start changing your
diet, get your weight back downand get yourself to where you
need to be.
You know the hardest thing todo is just get to the gym, if
you can just get there.
That's why I don't.
I have workout stuff in myhouse and things like that, but
I love going to the gym, lovegoing to the gym.
There's something about gettingout and going and being there
(31:57):
and being around that atmospherethat works for me.
Now some people can work out intheir home.
That's great, but that's thebiggest thing for me.
I love being in the gym in theatmosphere, stretching all the
different types of workoutmachines you can be involved in.
You know they got the Jacobsladder thing, which my dad is
outstanding.
Big shout out to my dad.
He's going to be 70 next yearand I tell you what he looks
like.
He's in his early 50s, maybemid 50s.
(32:20):
I mean he is.
I mean he is just outstanding.
I told him.
I said, when I get to be yourage, if I can be as healthy,
looking as you, man, tell youwhat I am going to be a happy
man.
So that's in my genes, so I'mgoing to get myself to where I
need to be, and it's just soimportant, though, that we're
(32:41):
healthy.
You feel better, you know you'restretching, you're not cramping
up here, you're able to getaround, you're not going up and
down a flight of stairs.
And someone asked you, did youjust run a marathon?
You're sweating glycerin andyou sweat.
And it's like man, what is that?
It looked like, it looked likeoil.
I mean, it's just all thecholesterol coming out of you
and, uh, you know you can't.
You don't have no wind, youain't got no breath.
(33:02):
Uh, you know what I mean?
It messes with every area ofyour life.
You put on all that extraweight.
It'll mess with your love life.
I mean, man, you know, hey, ifyou want to stand strong and you
want to do what you got to do,ladies and gentlemen, man, you
got to preserve your sexy, andso it's important that you get
your weight down, get your heartup.
So then you know if you want tobe romantic, you ain't in there
(33:23):
holding your heart.
You know it's like.
You know we want to be healthy.
You want to be able to run, youwant to be able to walk, you
want to be ableion in your body.
It's important.
(33:52):
Even Paul said I will not bebrought under the power of
anything, whether it's food,whether it's nicotine, whether
it's alcohol, whether it'spornography, whether it's food,
whether it's anything.
You don't want that to haveauthority and dominion over you.
So the reason why I'm sayingall this, this is where I've
been for a little bit.
Now I'm slimming down.
(34:13):
I'm even holding this here.
You might be able to see it alittle bit.
This is just the beginning.
I used to have all of that.
I mean I'm getting it back,though I'm on a mission right
now.
I got a lot of things coming upand I want to make sure I am in
the best shape of my life andlooking the best.
I believe my best days are now.
I believe your best days arenow, and one of the areas that
(34:34):
the devil will attack you is inyour health.
You know you can pray and fastand stand in prayer lines and
all that, but listen, yourprayers and other people's
anointing will be rebuking.
I'm sorry, your lifestyle willbe rebuking other people's
prayers and anointing.
Sometimes, when you need God tobring a breakthrough in your
(34:57):
physical body, he sends you amessage like this this is the
anointing needed to get off ofthe couch, to get back into the
weight room, to go see yourdoctor.
Now, listen, let me say this aswell Some of y'all that never
go and get a mammogram or get apap smear or get your prostate
checked and get your colonlooked at and all you need to
make sure you take care ofyourself and a lot of time
because of fear, people don't go.
(35:17):
Well, I'm not going to thedoctors, I'm not doing this.
That's fear.
So think about this for aminute Now watch this the Bible
says whatever is not a faith issin.
So if you're allowing fear tostop you from going to the
doctor, if you're allowing fearto go, do that you are
empowering yourself to fail.
I want you to hear that you areempowering your life.
(35:38):
You're opening the door tosickness, disease, malady,
malfunction, cancer, everythingelse.
An ounce of prevention is wortha pound of cure, so it's
important that you are takingcare of yourself.
It's important that you'rehealthy.
It's important that you'reworking out.
Go to your doctor annually, find out what you need to do and
take care of your physical body.
(36:00):
I plan, by the grace of God, tobe around for a long time until
Jesus raptures me, and if hetarries that long do I get to?
I'm planning on living late, late, late.
I want to be healthy.
I want to be one of the peoplethat, 80, 90 years old, look
like they're 65, running, leaping over tall buildings, got
all this energy, full of vision, all of that.
(36:20):
That's what I'm looking to doand I want the same for you, and
I believe there's some of youwatching right now.
You've been battling with sometype of physical ailments and
things on that line.
You'd be surprised with justgoing and working out will do
for you.
You'd be surprised with justchanging your diet.
Yeah, it's going to bedifficult, but see, sometimes we
just like sitting on the couch.
We're on the couch, we'relaying in the bed.
We're not doing much.
Man, if you got to start in achair and get five pound weights
(36:44):
, start with something.
The Bible says God will prosperthe work of your hands.
Just give them something towork with, and I believe there's
going to be even a grace that'sgoing to come upon your life
right now, even as I'm talkinglife right now, even as I'm
talking you're feeling amotivation to begin to want to
get back and be healthy.
You're feeling a motivation toget back into the weight room.
Listen, spirit, soul and body, beloved, I wish above all things
that you may prosper and be inhealth, even as thy soul.
(37:08):
So that lets me know.
If my mind will and emotionsdoesn't prosper, nothing else
will prosper.
My health prospers as my mindprospers.
Getting our finances in order, man, how important is that?
Taking care of that deals withthe mind.
We want God to bless usfinancially, but then we don't.
We're not good stewards, we'renot taking care of what he gave
us to do.
So it is so important, ladiesand gentlemen, so vitally
(37:29):
important, that you're takingcare of your health.
Take care of your health.
Go get your cholesterol check.
Get your blood drawn.
Ladies, get all the femininetests that need to be done.
Gentlemen, get all the maletests that need to be done.
Make sure you're staying aheadof the game and ahead of the
routine.
Let's get back in line.
(37:50):
Let's take care of business.
Let's make sure we're going andseeing our dentist when we need
to.
Let's make sure that you'redoing all the things you need to
do, that you can be around andfinish your race strong, in
Jesus name.
You'd be surprised how, just byworking out how you have so much
more energy, get your heartrate up, man, you'll be able to
run and be able to do all sorts.
And when I say run, I meannecessarily just physically
(38:10):
running.
I mean just emotionally andmentally and spiritually, the
drive that comes as a result ofbeing in the weight room and
going back to the gym andrunning on elliptical.
I mean you can do like anexpress workout, even if it's
only 45 minutes to an hour a day, something to get back.
Some say, well, I can't do alot of impact.
Find a local YMCA or a placewhere it has a pool.
(38:33):
Start walking in the pool.
Do chair aerobics, anything.
I mean.
Nowadays there's so many thingsthat you can do.
You can turn it on YouTube Ifyou don't want to leave your
house and you're a person thathas the discipline to do that.
You can do P90X back in the day.
I remember that.
I mean there's a million thingsout there that you can do.
You can do chair aerobicssitting in a chair and just grab
a couple of water bottles.
This is my listen.
(38:54):
Let me show this real quickly.
If you only got Perrier listen, this is for the anointed,
sanctified, dignified pastor youneed to get yourself some
Perrier.
I'm telling you what this isoutstanding.
I love this stuff If you got toget a bottle and freeze it and
use that and start working outwith that, whatever you need to
do.
But you want to make sure thatyou're healthy.
(39:14):
You want to make sure you'rearound for your kids, your
grandkids, your great grandkids.
You want to make sure thatyou're taking care of yourself
in your mind and making surethat you're putting some
taxation on that body.
You know.
You want to make sure thatyou're eating the right things.
I don't know how many people getinto a prayer line constantly
need prayer.
A lot of times it's not.
It's not a spiritual problem,it's a stewardship problem.
(39:37):
Some things are spiritual, somethings are stewardship.
It's well.
Lord, bless my finances.
God bless my health, bless myhealth.
I've already blessed yourhealth.
The problem is you're notblessing your health.
You have to steward your health.
That means going to the doctor.
That means taking vitamins.
That means eating healthyGarbage in, garbage out, I mean.
(39:59):
It means watching what you'reeating.
It means eating well-roundedfoods and get up in the morning,
cut up some avocado and havesome scrambled eggs and some
turkey bacon or whatever it isthat you're going to do, and
have something to learn aboutthe different foods you can put
in besides just breads, whitebreads and all those types of
(40:19):
things and sugars and donuts andcakes and pies and all those
things, and cut a lot of thatout.
There's nothing wrong every nowand again having a little taste,
you know, but you don't want tobe living off of that stuff.
You don't want to keep allthese cookies and stuff like
that.
It's going to take you to anearly, early resurrection and
you don't want that.
You want to be able to livelong.
(40:39):
You want to be able to behealthy.
You want to be strong, you wantto be viral virile, you want to
, you want to, you want to haveall of that.
So it's important that's beenin my spirit that we take care
of ourselves.
Maybe I'll come back on anothertime and do some more weight
loss ideas.
I remember I had a doctor thatI brought on here years ago.
My wife and I did it and I justbelieve this is a time where we
(41:01):
need to take care of ourselves,we need to make sure that we're
healthy, we need to make surethat we're looking good and
feeling good and take care ofthings and working our way.
And listen, I'm not saying thereisn't time for gastric bypasses
and drops and all that.
I want to say one last time.
I don't have an issue withthose, but there's nothing like
just changing your lifestyle.
It'll work.
It'll work, but a lot of timesand I'm not saying this is for
(41:23):
everybody Sometimes some peoplejust look like all right, I want
to still eat what I want, Iwant to do what I want.
I want to lose weight on theKrispy Kreme diet.
That's what I want to do.
I want to be able to eat what Iwant, do what I want and be
able to lose weight.
Or I don't want to have, I wantsomething artificial.
I don't want to be artificial.
I don't.
I mean, I'm not, I'm notopposed to it.
So let me say it again.
I'm just saying this is for me,this is my opinion, this is
(41:45):
what I like.
I wanted to do it my way.
I wanted to be healthy.
I want a lifestyle change.
I want to lose weight because Iearned it.
I want to.
I don't want to have to comeoff of something and then
balloon back up because my mindand my body and all that wasn't
adjusted, it was just, it wasartificial.
I want it to reel in.
I'm not saying that otherthings are not.
(42:05):
I'm saying that's why I've seenpeople get a gastric bypass and
then they're right back wherethey were years later.
People can do drops anddifferent types of things and
substitutes and ozempic and allthat type of stuff, but if you
don't change your lifestyle, you're going to take that stuff
forever.
And is that stuff good forever?
I don't know.
I haven't done the research onit so I don't know.
I just pay for me.
Real simple I want to eathealthy, I want to eat good, I
(42:29):
want to work out, I want to beslim, I want to have muscle tone
, I want to wear what I want towear and know that I was
hilarious.
I was at a conference inCalifornia and a friend of mine
who I've connected with more andmore in the last couple of
years or so, but I'm sure you'veheard of David Binion, david
and Nicole Binion.
So I get to see him prettyoften, different places that we
(42:52):
connect in.
And so we were at Cornerstonetogether and then I met him out
there, him and his wife, with mywife, and we were out in
California and he was gettinggoing up to speak and he went up
there and he said Does mystomach make this shirt look
small?
I mean, I lost it.
I lost.
I never heard that one before.
Does my stomach make this shirtlook small?
Instead of saying, wait aminute, my stomach is just big.
(43:14):
But it's the emphasis, and hewas just joking or whatever.
But I'm thinking about that how, man, when you slim down, you
don't have to worry about that.
You know, and sometimes you gotto pay the cost.
But there's nothing like that, knowing that you have a
lifestyle change, that you'reeating healthy, that you know
even when difficult times come, maybe there will be attacks in
your physical body or whatever.
You know.
You know you have theconfidence.
(43:35):
All right.
This isn't because of a badlifestyle.
This isn't because you canprobably say it's a spiritual
attack, because I'm eating right, I'm doing right, I'm putting
good things into my body, so, asa result, I can even go in
integrity, and it doesn't meanthat God won't bless you.
But I don't want it to be Well,I didn't take care of myself, so
now I'm reaping where I sowed.
(43:56):
I want it.
We're like okay, I'm makinglifestyle changes, I'm getting
my weight down, my heart ishealthy, my blood is healthy, my
mind is healthy.
Even dealing with cognitivestuff, man, I mean omega-3 and
things like that.
How important is that forcognitive ability and the
ability I mean with Alzheimer'sand things like that?
I don't want to have to.
Well, I'm just going to eat anyold way, do anything I want to
(44:17):
do, and then hopefully they havea medication for one day I'll
be fine.
I want to be able to say youknow what, even if things come,
I can say it probably is ademonic attack.
Why I'm eating healthy, I'mworking out.
Devil, you're a liar, I cancount I If I'm not.
Now the question comes in am Idoing right?
Am I in the situation because Iate too much?
And all this sugar, I mean allthis stuff.
(44:39):
You don't want to becomeinsulin dependent, you know.
You don't want to becomeinsulin resistant.
I mean all these types ofthings.
I mean it's just, it's justimportant.
So I want to share that alittle bit with you, because
that's what's been in my spiritfor me, and you're going to see
me each and every time that I'mon here.
I'm getting smaller and smallerand smaller.
My pants are getting bigger andbigger.
(45:00):
I want to say does my stomachmake these pants look big?
That's what I don't say.
Does this, does my waist makethese pants look big?
You know that's what I want.
I want we're like I got to buya whole new wardrobe in Jesus
name.
Hey, join with me.
(45:21):
Listen, if you're going to goon a mission to say I want to
lose weight, I want you to typein the chat bar Pastor Jay, I'm
joining with you.
I'm joining with you.
We're going to commit to makesure we're losing weight.
We're going to commit togetting back in weight.
Some of y'all maybe you don'tneed to lose weight, but you
need to get eating healthy, because just because you're
skinny don't mean you're healthy.
You can be.
You can get cancer being skinny.
I mean you don't have to beoverweight.
It's not just like people thatare overweight and obese are the
(45:43):
ones that it can be skinnypeople.
It just matters what you'reputting into your body.
So you know you may have to dosome research Person who I have
loved researching with.
I mean, I tell you what he isjust such a blessing to me and
been with him on Cornerstone andman, I tell you what he is one
of the best doctors.
(46:04):
I tell you what Don Colbert isjust a phenomenal man.
And look him up online.
Deal with the keto zone.
Some people don't like keto, but whatever you choose to do,
that's just that's me.
That's the type of diet I'vealways liked.
It's always worked for metemporarily, but in that you can
make lifestyle change becausethen you can come back in and
implement different thingsaccordingly.
(46:25):
But all that sugar and stuff,oh man, I'm done with it.
I've been done with it reallyfor the most part, but I'm
really getting strict.
So I just want y'all to know I'mbringing it back.
Y'all, I'm bringing it back.
I'm bringing it back.
Join with me, say I'm bringingit back.
Hey, just type it in there.
I'm bringing sexy back.
I'm getting my sexy back frommy wife, from my husband,
whoever it is for you, for Jesus, whomever, but make sure it's
(46:48):
for the right person.
Don't bring sexy back in a badway.
