Colossians chapter number three.
And I want to give you today thekey to all spiritual victories.
It's a key to all spiritualvictories.
If you are battling withsomething in your life, you are

struggling in an area, if yousee things in the scriptures
where you're not up to par orexceeding par, if you're not
developing in some areas and youmaybe there's some character
issues, or maybe some thingsgoing on in your health, or
maybe some things going on inyour family.
I am going to give to you todaythe key that will help you
obtain the spiritual victorythat you want to have in your

life.
I know that you don't want tolive the way you've been living.
You want to have the abundantlife.
I don't know about you, but I'mtired of Christians coming and
shouting about promises theynever obtain.
I don't want people coming to mychurch shouting on Sunday,
living in defeat from Monday toSaturday, just hoping to get
back to Sunday so they can feelgood and shout about their
problems, shout over theirproblems again.
And hopefully, maybe somewherein the sweet by and by, God's
(04:28):
going to do it.
Listen, if you will apply whatI'm talking about today, you'll
begin to do these things.
God gave me a prophetic word,and I'm going to share that with
you as we go on.
That if you will do what I'mtalking about in October, you'll
begin to implement what I'mtalking about in October, you
will begin to see thingsdifferently and walk in
different levels in November andDecember.
Are you ready for that?

Let's get into this.
This is very, very important.
Colossians chapter 3, versenumber 10.
But actually, you know what?
I'm going to jump up to verse 1,because I think that's
important.
Very, very important.
Verse number one.
If then you were raised withChrist, so if you were raised
with Christ, if you have beensaved in Jesus Christ, and then,
and that's the reason why we getwater baptized, because we have
(05:10):
death, burial, and resurrectionin newness of life.
If you were raised with Christ,seek those things which are
above.
Hallelujah.
Where Christ is, sitting at theright hand of God.
Now you do understand thatyou're seated in heavenly places
with him.
So we're supposed to seek, watchthis, and live to the level
(05:30):
where we are seated.
We're to seek and we are to liveat the level where we are
seated.
The moment you got saved, you'llnever be more saved than you
were the day you got saved.
Jesus has made you saved.
You are saved.
You are seated together with himat the right hand of the Father.
We are joint heirs of Christ,seated together with him in
heavenly places.

That word heavenly places in thebook of Ephesians is the word
Eperaneus.
It is the arena of which allspiritual battles are waged, won
and war, or won and lost.
Everything happens in theEpiraneus realm.
It is the spiritual arena whereevery spiritual battle is waged.
Are you ready?
And lost or won in that arena.

So what does he say here?
We're seated in that place.
Seek those things.
Let me stay with this too.
You've got to seek out theanswers to your victory.
It's not just enough to pray.
You've got to get into the word.
And I'm going to talk about thatin a minute.
You've got to get into the word.
And I want to challenge you todo something.
I believe if you will begin todo what I'm talking about, you
are going to see dramaticchanges in your life because the

Bible promises that.
Verse number two, set your mindon things above, not on things
of the earth.
You can't get heavenly blessingseeking things on the earth.
For you died.
The old you, everything that wasyou.
When you gave your life toChrist, God did not give you
some makeup and do some cover-upand cover up your sins.
(06:58):
He gave you a complete brand newface.
You are a brand new creature, anew creation in Christ Jesus.
Old things, 2 Corinthianschapter 5, verse 17, have passed
away.
All things have become new.
Old things have passed.
Everything has become new.
So what am I doing?
I am seeking the things that areabove, where Christ is, but
(07:20):
where I am with him as well.
I died and my life is hidden.
Now see this.
Now, this is where we get lost.
Your life is hidden.
What life?
The Zoe life, the life of God,the blessing of Almighty God.
Come on, somebody.
The healing you want, thedeliverance you want, the spouse
you're looking for.
Come on, the children thatyou're going to have one day, or
(07:41):
your children, maybe they'resaved or not saved.
I don't know where they are.
But whatever you're looking tosee, wherever you don't have
that abundant life, that Zoelife, it is hidden, not from
you, but for you.
That's why it says in verse one,seek those things which are
above.
Matthew 6, 33, seek ye first thekingdom of God and his
(08:02):
righteous.
And all these things will beadded.
Things in the spirit realm thatare of value, you have to dig
for.
So stay with me here.
You died, your life is hiddenwith Christ in God.
Verse 4, when Christ, who is ourlife, appears, then you will
also appear with him in glory.
(08:22):
So when he appears, when youbegin to see who Christ is, when
you begin to get a revelation ofwho Jesus is, you'll begin to
see who you are.
You'll begin to walk in yourabundant life.
You'll begin to walk in yourblessing.
And now watch this.
This is important.
You've got to seek some thingsin order to find some things.
Seek and you shall find.
Ask and it shall be given.
And knock and it shall be open.

It is a pursuit of the valuablethings of the kingdom that
brings you into the abundantlife.
Now, what am I seeking?
What am I pursuing?
What am I doing?
Now here's where I get to thekey.
Now I gave you some other pointshere that will put you in that
direction.
But if you understand theimportance of the seeking and
going after those things, you'regoing to understand what I'm
about to talk about right here.
Now look here.
(09:04):
Collapse chapter 3, verse number10.
And have put on the new man whois renewed in knowledge
according to the image of himwho created him.
Wow.
Your inner man.
Now listen, when you got saved,you got an inner man.
(09:25):
You have an inner spirit manthat God gave to you that you
can walk in the abundant life.
Hallelujah.
That is so good.
I hope that we will get that.
Now I want you to go with mereal quickly over to uh let's
see here.
Ephesians.
Let's go to the book ofEphesians.
We are going to look at chapternumber three.
(09:46):
And I want you to see this herebecause this is important.
Ephesians chapter three.
We're going to go back toColossians in just a minute, but
I want to show you this.
When you gave your life to JesusChrist, you now have a spirit
man.
You now have an inner man.
He must be developed.
Now I just read to you inColossians chapter three that
(10:06):
the inner man, the spirit man,the new man, when we talk about
2 Corinthians 5, 17, old thingsare passed away, all has become
new, he must be developed.
I am convinced.
Now watch.
Why believers don't walk ingreater levels of victory is
because we lack the applicationto develop the new us.
If you're a person that likes towork out, you don't get muscles
(10:28):
and strength and a toned body bynot developing it.
You don't get it by eatinganything you want.
You have to eat a specific diet,you have to eat a certain way.
You've got to exercise orcertain things you do.
People that look great, theylive a different lifestyle.
It is the same way with yourspirit man.
If you do not develop him, ifyou do not grow him, if you're
(10:49):
not in church, I tell people atleast twice a week, make sure
you work out that spirit man onSundays and on Wednesdays, and
then developing a daily prayerlife, getting into the word of
God.
If you don't do those things,you will go from prayer line to
prayer line, prophetic word toprophetic word, you will go from
preacher to preacher, Sunday toSunday, and you will never see
(11:12):
the abundant life in your life.
The moment you got saved, youhave an itty bitty spirit man.
Now you have to begin to developthat spirit man to begin to walk
in the fullness of who God hascalled you to be.
Now look here, Ephesians 3,verse number 14.
For this reason, I bow my kneesto the Father of our Lord Jesus
(11:32):
Christ, from whom the wholefamily in heaven and earth is
named.
Look at this.
That he would grant you,according to the riches of his
glory, to be strengthened withmight.
Through his spirit, in where theinner man.
My good God Almighty, that yourinner man would be strengthened
(11:55):
with might.
Look at this.
This is so powerful.
He would grant you to the richesof his glory to be strengthened
with might through the spirit inthe inner man.
Why?
The stronger you develop yourinner man, the more dominion you
will walk in.
(12:16):
I'm convinced people get intoprayer lines, they don't
maintain healings many times.
People say, why not?
Their inner man isn't strongenough.
You have to remember you have aninner man, you have your soul,
and then you also have yourcarnal, your carnal, carnal
nature that is crucified withChrist.
You have that body, spirit,soul, and body.
Now, this is the reality.
(12:37):
If your carnal man is huge andit's influencing your mind, and
your spirit man is little,doesn't mean you're not going to
heaven.
It just means you're dominatedby carnality.
So what do I have to do?
I have to be renewed in thespirit of my mind.
I this is the key to gettingvictory in your life.
If you want to see dominion comeinto your life, you've got to
(12:58):
strengthen that inner man.
That's why he's praying,according to the riches of the
Lord, that you be strengthenedwith might through his spirit.
Why?
The Bible says in Ephesianschapter 6, be strong in the Lord
and in the power of his might.
You've got to put on the wholearmor of God.
You've got to put on that innerman.
You've got to develop that innerman.
You have to strengthen thatinner man.
(13:19):
And what will happen as thatinner man gets stronger, you
will begin to catch revelation.
God will begin to, that's why hesaid to seek it, go after it,
develop it.
And how do I do that?
This is the number one key thatI believe most believers do not
walk in.
Number one, prayer.
That is important.
(13:40):
A lot of believers do not pray.
They don't spend any time inprayer, they don't meditate on
prayer, they don't get into thepresence of God and stay alone
until they're no longer alone towalk in the spirit.
But those that do pray, they'remissing this key.
This is the key to spiritualvictories.
How much word content are youputting into your spirit, man,
(14:01):
daily for the development ofthat inner man for the area you
want to obtain victory in?
You got to remember the word ofGod from Genesis to Revelation
is like going into a pharmacy.
You've got all theseprescriptions.
Now, this is the reality.
If you are battling with sometype of skin infection, if you
(14:21):
got this skin infection, youneed an ointment for it.
You can't take vitamin Ctablets.
You can't take just any oldantibiotic.
If you have high blood pressure,you can't take an antibiotic.
Now watch this.
It doesn't mean antibiotics arenot good or will not work, but
it is not going to treat yourcondition.
(14:42):
So what do we need to do?
If we have a spirit man, we haveto seek spiritually the things
that the man needs in order todevelop and grow it so that it
can have the appropriateantibiotics, nutrients, whatever
it is, supplements that you putin.
So my question, my thing to you,and Mr.
(15:04):
Producer, I want you to put thisin here's your homework.
Put down homework, put a colonor semicolon, and then and then
put down in there, here's yourhomework.
I want you to find 15 to 20scriptures that you will read at
least once a day.
You may not read every singleone of them, but you take some
time and you meditate on thosescriptures.
(15:28):
Here's your homework.
This is what the promise of theLord gave me.
See, you have to develop yourspirit man.
You have to develop him that hegets bigger and stronger.
Think about it.
When you feed your children, ifyou've had children, if you feed
a baby, they don't talkimmediately, they don't walk
immediately, but you keep onfeeding them.
You keep on feeding them.
You keep on feeding them.
(15:48):
And then eventually they get toa point where they stand.
Then they get to a point wherethey're talking words.
Then they start laughing.
Then they start taking thingsin.
What happened?
There's a development of thatnatural man or woman.
Well, there's a develop of yourspiritual man or spiritual
woman.
And you have to feed it the foodof the word.
The Bible says that withoutfaith, it's impossible to please
(16:10):
him.
Faith cometh by hearing, andhearing by the word of God.
Your key to spiritual victory inthis season.
This is what the Lord's womansaid.
If you will begin to meditateupon the scripture, if you will
begin to pray and to meditate onthe word, you are going to see
some things differently becauseyou're going to begin to see it
(16:31):
through God's lens.
You're going to begin to see itthrough your spiritual inner
man.
God is going to strengthen youwith might according to the
inner man.
Hallelujah.
And how is the inner manrenewed?
Let's go back over toColossians.
I want to read it to you again.
Now I'm setting up this wholething for you so you have an
understanding on how to getvictory.
Maybe you're battling with fear.
(16:51):
How many scriptures are youfeeding your inner man in order
to defeat fear?
Now, these are what you have tounderstand.
If you have carnality here andyour spirit man is here, what
will happen as you pray, asyou're in church, as you're
reading the word daily, thatspirit man will begin to grow
and eclipse that carnal mind,that carnal nature.
(17:12):
You already have it, but you'vegot to feed that inner man.
You've got to put him to work.
You've got to feed your faith,starve your doubts, feed your
faith, starve your poverty,starve, starve uh your sickness,
starve your depression, starveyour fears, starve your low
self-esteem, but feed that partof your inner man the word, that
(17:36):
it gets into your innerconscience and begins to renew
your mind, that you get renewedin the spirit of your mind.
And then your spirit will beginto see things differently.
You'll begin to see thingsdifferently, and then what will
happen?
You will get keys to the kingdomand your life will be
supernaturally transformed.
(17:57):
This is why a lot of people donot walk in victory.
Now, let me show you a couple ofpassage scriptures here.
I want to go to Joshua chapternumber one.
Joshua chapter one.
Let me show you something here.
This is really good today.
This is why a lot of people,well, you know, I just listen,
when you are battling with fearwhile you're reading the book of
Revelation, that ain't gonnahelp you.
You can't be reading the book ofObadiah.
(18:18):
You're gonna read Leviticus.
You know, you're gonna read eventhe book of Genesis.
Now, there may be some storiesin there, but you need to
pinpoint when you get anantibiotic, they give you clear
directions.
They say, hey, I want you totake this amoxicillin for 21
days, twice a day with food.
And you know what you do whenyou start getting better?
They say, Don't stop taking it.
You got to keep on working thatantibiotic all the way through.
(18:42):
My question is, what's theantibiotic that you're taking
spiritually daily to treat andto develop that spiritual man of
yours?
You've got to put that word inthere.
Now look at this here.
Let me show you something.
This is the word of the Lord foryou.
Joshua chapter one.
Let's start in verse number one.
I was got verse eight's where Iwant to get to.
I'm gonna look at verse one.
After the death of Moses, theservant of the Lord, it came to
(19:03):
pass that the Lord spoke toJoshua, the son of Nunmost
assisted, saying, Moses, myservant, is dead.
Now therefore, arise.
Here's the promise.
Go over the Jordan, you and allthis people, to the land which
I'm giving him.
So he shows them an inheritance.
He shows them what he's gettingready to do.
And he says in verse 3, Everyplace that the sole of your foot
will tread, I've given it toyou.
As I said to Moses, from thewilderness in this Lebanon as
(19:26):
far as the great river, theriver Euphrates, all the land of
the Hittites to the great seatoward the going down of the sun
shall be your territory.
So he's given them all thisstuff.
Look at it.
Verse 5 (19:34):
No man shall be able to stand before you all the days of
your life.
See, we love all this, don't we?
As I was with Moses, so I willbe with you.
As I did it for your daddy, yourgranddaddy, and your great
granddaddy, I'm will bless youas well.
Verse 6, be strong and of a goodcourage.
For to this people you shalldivide as an inheritance the
land which I swore to theirfathers to give them.
Only be strong, and that thoumayest observe to do according
(19:57):
to all the law which Moses, myservant, commanded you.
Do not turn from it from theright hand or to the left, that
you may prosper whithersoeveryou go.
Here's your here's here's here'sthe key.
This is why a lot of peopledon't obtain spiritual victory
in their life.
This book of the law shall notdepart out of your mouth.
Look at this.
But you shall meditate in it dayand night.
(20:20):
Why?
Out of the abundance of theheart, the mouth speaks.
Now, if I am dominated withcarnality, even if I am in
prayer, if my mind isn'trenewed, if my spirit man isn't
built up, I will still gravitateback and speak and see back to
the old man, what I've beentaught in the past.
(20:41):
If you got fear, you can pray,but you got to renew your mind.
And then you've got to operateand you've got to walk in the
light of the word.
What do I mean by that?
As you're reading the word, yourspirit will get illuminated.
God will give you steps to take.
God will give you insight.
God will begin to show you howto walk in that victory.
The word is powerful.
The Bible says that the heavensand the earth were created by
(21:01):
the word of God.
Hebrews chapter 1, verse 3.
The worlds were formed,fashioned by the word of God, so
that the things that appear werenot made by the things that do
appear.
So everything in this naturalrealm, including our physical
bodies, was created from thesubstantive word of God.
That means it's still subject tothe word of God.
If the word of God was theoriginator, that means it has
(21:24):
the ability to create still, andthat the whatever it was
created, whatever was created bythe word is still subject to the
word.
Why is that important?
Because anything that you seeright now that was created by
the Word of God is still subjectto the authority of the Word.
Why is that important, Pastor J?
Because anything that you needto change in the natural can
(21:45):
change when you work the word.
Why?
Because if you work the word,whatever was created by the word
is still subject to the word.
So my body was created by theword, it's subject to the word.
So I got to get into the word sothen I can walk in the authority
of the word.
And guess what happens?
You begin to see your lifechange and things will begin to
shift.
But he says, This book of thelaw shall not depart out of your
(22:07):
mouth, but you shall meditate init day and night that you may
observe.
Now look at that.
This book of the law shall notdepart out of your mouth, but
you shall meditate in it day andnight that you may observe.
Now watch that.
This is important.
What you observe is determinedby what you meditate and by what
you speak.
So watch, let's go in reverseorder here.
(22:27):
What I speak, you ready, goes bywhat I meditate on.
Because out of the abundance ofthe heart, the mouth speaks.
What I see goes by what I ammeditating upon.
So your seeing and your speakingare all products of what you put
into your spirit.
Come on, somebody.
Hallelujah.
This is the reality.
(22:49):
You've got to get into the wordfor yourself.
What does it say?
Now go back to Colossianschapter 3 again.
I want to read it to you again.
So then you get this.
This is so good today.
This is going to help you walkin your new season, walk and
obtain the spiritual victorythat you have for your life.
Colossians 3, verse 10.
And having put on the new man,how do I do that?
(23:11):
Who is renewed in knowledgeaccording to the image of him
who created him?
Who created the inner man?
Jesus Christ.
That's why it says, if you goback up to verse number four,
um, where when Christ, who isour life, appears, what does it
say?
Then you will appear with him inglory.
So Christ created the new man.
(23:33):
We are in Christ.
So as we see him, as we well,how do we see Christ?
We see him in the word.
So if you want to walk invictory over fear, you've got to
put scriptures of courage.
What does the Bible say aboutfear?
Why?
Because it builds up who you arein Christ.
That inner man is renewed inChrist, and he will get bigger
and bigger and bigger until whathappens here?
(23:56):
Look at you'll be renewed inknowledge.
And then what happens?
You begin to see feardifferently.
Then all of a sudden, couragebegins to come alive within you.
That inner man, just like a babythat was first crying and
couldn't do anything.
Now I have kids that are 11 and10 years old.
At one point, I had to doeverything for them, but I kept
feeding them.
I kept feeding them.
And they slowly developed andbegan to grow and began to get
(24:19):
stronger and stronger andstronger and stronger.
It's the same way spiritually.
The problem is we aren't beinglook at it, didn't say we're
renewed in prayer.
We're not renewed in theanointed.
We're not renewed in churchservices.
We're not renewing it.
Not that we can't have part ofthat.
My point is that it's renewed,though, in the knowledge
according to the image of himwho created him.
(24:39):
So if I want to be renewed inthe spirit of my mind, I've got
to get into that word.
Here you go.
Here's your homework again.
You've got to take 15 to 20scriptures on the area that
you're believing in that name.
Well, what do I got to do?
Seek.
Seek those things which areabove, where Christ is.
Set your mind.
Look at this.
Colossians 3, verse number 2.
(25:00):
Set your mind on things above,not on things of the earth.
Stop looking for earthly thingsor earthly people.
Start getting into that wordevery day.
And then once you find yourscriptures, well, how do I find
them?
How do I go to Dr.
Google?
Go to Deacon Google and say,Deacon Google, you can even use
AI, ChatGPT.
Use AI.
Go through and say, I needscriptures on what the Bible
(25:22):
says about fear.
And then just begin to read.
And then read on it and fillyour mind with the word.
Hallelujah.
Fill your spirit with the word.
Put your mind on it every singleday.
If you're looking for healing,don't just get into a prayer
line and not go home and read.
Read that so then your spiritman is renewed each and every
(25:43):
day, that you will walk in thefullness of the victory and the
authority of God's word.
Come on, somebody.
Every day, renewing your mind inthe image of him who created
him.
Jesus is the image that createdhim, created who?
The inner man, that new man,that person.
If any man be in Christ, he's anew creature.
Old things passed away, all hasbecome new.
(26:05):
That new man was created byJesus Christ.
And it is the knowledge of JesusChrist through the word that
builds up that spirit, man, thatyou can walk in the fullness of
the Holy Ghost and power.
Man, my good God, that's goodpreaching.
I hope somebody will give me anamen right there.
Because I'm telling you, this isa key to spiritual.
(26:25):
We don't talk enough about theword.
In our church now, I have ascripture of the month.
I just recently implementedthis.
Scripture, we read it everysingle service.
Wednesday night, we had servicetonight.
That'll be read tonight.
Hallelujah.
We will read through thescriptures.
We will meditate on it.
You will meditate on it.
And listen, on Sunday morning,we will read through the
(26:46):
scriptures.
Every Sunday and Wednesday, wewill read through it.
And I told people, memorize it.
Our scripture this month is 2Corinthians chapter 10, 3
through 6, about how our weaponsof our warfare are not counted,
but mighty through God to thepulling down of strongholds,
casting down thoughts, andimagining the exalt self of the
knowledge of God and bringingevery thought into captivity to
the obedience of Christ.
So we're going to meditate onthat each and every day, along
(27:07):
with the scriptures that weneed.
Why?
What's the prescription?
My brother calls themprescriptures.
So meditate on it day and night.
Last scripture, and I'm going tolet you go.
Go to Psalm, the first Psalm,Psalm number one, and I want you
to see this here.
Blessed is a man who walks notin the counsel of the ungodly,
(27:30):
nor stands in the path ofsinners, nor sits in the seat of
the scorpion.
But what does he do?
His delight is in the law of theLord.
What's the law of the Lord?
The word of God.
And in his law he meditates dayand night.
Where do we just read that?
Joshua 1.8.
He'll meditate day and night.
And what will happen?
He'll be like a tree plantedthat it gets roots in your mind,
(27:50):
in your spirit.
He'll be like a tree planted bythe rivers of water that brings
forth its fruit in its season,whose leaf also shall not
wither.
And whatever he does shallprosper.
Wow.
Now one last thing though.
I wanted to go back and finishthis up.
Joshua chapter 1, verse number8.
This book of the law shall notdepart from your mouth, but you
shall meditate in it day andnight, that you may observe to
(28:13):
do all that is written in it.
So there's something you got todo.
So you got to keep putting yourmind in that word so that you
have the strength and the power,the ability to do it.
What does he say?
For then, after you've donethese things, you will make your
way prosperous, and then youwill have good success.
Wow.
The key to spiritual victory isdeveloping the spiritual inner
(28:36):
you, the inner man.
How is he renewed?
He's renewed in the knowledge ofJesus Christ, the image of him
who created that spiritual man.
So what am I doing?
I'm telling you, I want you foryour homework, get into that
word, find yourself 15, 20scriptures.
Go ask Pastor Google, DeaconGoogle, Doctor Google, Pastor
(28:56):
AI, however you want to do it.
Get in there and ask them.
And then take all thosescriptures, write them up, cut
and paste, whatever you need todo, however you want to do it,
and read those.
And the word meditate even meansto mutter.
And maybe I'll talk abouttomorrow about what happens and
how it's meditating on thescripture, how it changes your
(29:16):
perception, how the word of Godwill change the way you see
things.
But the devil will plant thingsin your mind too.
So then you'll begin to seethings the way he wants you to
see it.
Because watch this, as a manthinketh in his heart, so he
becomes.
That's scripture.
That's in the book of Proverbs.
As you think, as you meditate,as you believe, you will become.
(29:37):
Why?
Watch this, and I'll talk aboutthis tomorrow.
The devil and the Holy Spirit,they both use the arena of the
imagination, which is where allfaith is.
Faith is in the arena of theimagination, in order to bring
into existence the things thatare in the unseen realm, into
the seen realm.
(29:57):
And that's what I want to talkabout, and that's why it's so
important.
That you meditate upon the word.
Let me pray for you.
Father, in the name of Jesus, Ithank for every person today.
Thank for the anointing of theHoly Ghost.
I thank you for your word.
I thank you that they're goingto walk in the power of the
inner man, that they can havethe spiritual victory that they
want to have in their life, inevery area of their life.
So, Father, as we feed that partof us, help us to grow, help us
(30:19):
to develop, help us to becomeall that you've called us to be.
And Father, we thank you, givingyou the praise, the honor, and
all of the glory.

developing in some areas and youmaybe there's some character
issues, or maybe some thingsgoing on in your health, or
maybe some things going on inyour family.
I am going to give to you todaythe key that will help you
obtain the spiritual victorythat you want to have in your

life.
I know that you don't want tolive the way you've been living.
You want to have the abundantlife.
I don't know about you, but I'mtired of Christians coming and
shouting about promises theynever obtain.
I don't want people coming to mychurch shouting on Sunday,
living in defeat from Monday toSaturday, just hoping to get
back to Sunday so they can feelgood and shout about their
problems, shout over theirproblems again.
And hopefully, maybe somewherein the sweet by and by, God's
(04:28):
going to do it.
Listen, if you will apply whatI'm talking about today, you'll
begin to do these things.
God gave me a prophetic word,and I'm going to share that with
you as we go on.
That if you will do what I'mtalking about in October, you'll
begin to implement what I'mtalking about in October, you
will begin to see thingsdifferently and walk in
different levels in November andDecember.

Let's get into this.
This is very, very important.
Colossians chapter 3, versenumber 10.
But actually, you know what?
I'm going to jump up to verse 1,because I think that's
important.
Very, very important.
Verse number one.
If then you were raised withChrist, so if you were raised
with Christ, if you have beensaved in Jesus Christ, and then,
and that's the reason why we getwater baptized, because we have
(05:10):
death, burial, and resurrectionin newness of life.
If you were raised with Christ,seek those things which are
above.
Hallelujah.
Where Christ is, sitting at theright hand of God.
Now you do understand thatyou're seated in heavenly places
with him.
So we're supposed to seek, watchthis, and live to the level
(05:30):
where we are seated.
We're to seek and we are to liveat the level where we are
seated.
The moment you got saved, you'llnever be more saved than you
were the day you got saved.
Jesus has made you saved.
You are saved.
You are seated together with himat the right hand of the Father.
We are joint heirs of Christ,seated together with him in
heavenly places.

That word heavenly places in thebook of Ephesians is the word
Eperaneus.
It is the arena of which allspiritual battles are waged, won
and war, or won and lost.
Everything happens in theEpiraneus realm.
It is the spiritual arena whereevery spiritual battle is waged.
Are you ready?
And lost or won in that arena.
(06:13):
So what does he say here?
We're seated in that place.
Seek those things.
Let me stay with this too.
You've got to seek out theanswers to your victory.
It's not just enough to pray.
You've got to get into the word.
And I'm going to talk about thatin a minute.
You've got to get into the word.
And I want to challenge you todo something.
I believe if you will begin todo what I'm talking about, you
are going to see dramaticchanges in your life because the
(06:36):
Bible promises that.
Verse number two, set your mindon things above, not on things
of the earth.
You can't get heavenly blessingseeking things on the earth.
For you died.
The old you, everything that wasyou.
When you gave your life toChrist, God did not give you
some makeup and do some cover-upand cover up your sins.
(06:58):
He gave you a complete brand newface.
You are a brand new creature, anew creation in Christ Jesus.
Old things, 2 Corinthianschapter 5, verse 17, have passed
away.
All things have become new.
Old things have passed.
Everything has become new.
So what am I doing?
I am seeking the things that areabove, where Christ is, but
(07:20):
where I am with him as well.
I died and my life is hidden.
Now see this.
Now, this is where we get lost.
Your life is hidden.
What life?
The Zoe life, the life of God,the blessing of Almighty God.
Come on, somebody.
The healing you want, thedeliverance you want, the spouse
you're looking for.
Come on, the children thatyou're going to have one day, or
(07:41):
your children, maybe they'resaved or not saved.
I don't know where they are.
But whatever you're looking tosee, wherever you don't have
that abundant life, that Zoelife, it is hidden, not from
you, but for you.
That's why it says in verse one,seek those things which are
above.
Matthew 6, 33, seek ye first thekingdom of God and his
(08:02):
righteous.
And all these things will beadded.
Things in the spirit realm thatare of value, you have to dig
for.
So stay with me here.
You died, your life is hiddenwith Christ in God.
Verse 4, when Christ, who is ourlife, appears, then you will
also appear with him in glory.
(08:22):
So when he appears, when youbegin to see who Christ is, when
you begin to get a revelation ofwho Jesus is, you'll begin to
see who you are.
You'll begin to walk in yourabundant life.
You'll begin to walk in yourblessing.
And now watch this.
This is important.
You've got to seek some thingsin order to find some things.
Seek and you shall find.
Ask and it shall be given.
And knock and it shall be open.
(08:44):
It is a pursuit of the valuablethings of the kingdom that
brings you into the abundantlife.
Now, what am I seeking?
What am I pursuing?
What am I doing?
Now here's where I get to thekey.
Now I gave you some other pointshere that will put you in that
direction.
But if you understand theimportance of the seeking and
going after those things, you'regoing to understand what I'm
about to talk about right here.
Now look here.
(09:04):
Collapse chapter 3, verse number10.
And have put on the new man whois renewed in knowledge
according to the image of himwho created him.
Wow.
Your inner man.
Now listen, when you got saved,you got an inner man.
(09:25):
You have an inner spirit manthat God gave to you that you
can walk in the abundant life.
Hallelujah.
That is so good.
I hope that we will get that.
Now I want you to go with mereal quickly over to uh let's
see here.
Ephesians.
Let's go to the book ofEphesians.
We are going to look at chapternumber three.
(09:46):
And I want you to see this herebecause this is important.
Ephesians chapter three.
We're going to go back toColossians in just a minute, but
I want to show you this.
When you gave your life to JesusChrist, you now have a spirit
man.
You now have an inner man.
He must be developed.
Now I just read to you inColossians chapter three that
(10:06):
the inner man, the spirit man,the new man, when we talk about
2 Corinthians 5, 17, old thingsare passed away, all has become
new, he must be developed.
I am convinced.
Now watch.
Why believers don't walk ingreater levels of victory is
because we lack the applicationto develop the new us.
If you're a person that likes towork out, you don't get muscles
(10:28):
and strength and a toned body bynot developing it.
You don't get it by eatinganything you want.
You have to eat a specific diet,you have to eat a certain way.
You've got to exercise orcertain things you do.
People that look great, theylive a different lifestyle.
It is the same way with yourspirit man.
If you do not develop him, ifyou do not grow him, if you're
(10:49):
not in church, I tell people atleast twice a week, make sure
you work out that spirit man onSundays and on Wednesdays, and
then developing a daily prayerlife, getting into the word of
God.
If you don't do those things,you will go from prayer line to
prayer line, prophetic word toprophetic word, you will go from
preacher to preacher, Sunday toSunday, and you will never see
(11:12):
the abundant life in your life.
The moment you got saved, youhave an itty bitty spirit man.
Now you have to begin to developthat spirit man to begin to walk
in the fullness of who God hascalled you to be.
Now look here, Ephesians 3,verse number 14.
For this reason, I bow my kneesto the Father of our Lord Jesus
(11:32):
Christ, from whom the wholefamily in heaven and earth is
named.
Look at this.
That he would grant you,according to the riches of his
glory, to be strengthened withmight.
Through his spirit, in where theinner man.
My good God Almighty, that yourinner man would be strengthened
(11:55):
with might.
Look at this.
This is so powerful.
He would grant you to the richesof his glory to be strengthened
with might through the spirit inthe inner man.
Why?
The stronger you develop yourinner man, the more dominion you
will walk in.
(12:16):
I'm convinced people get intoprayer lines, they don't
maintain healings many times.
People say, why not?
Their inner man isn't strongenough.
You have to remember you have aninner man, you have your soul,
and then you also have yourcarnal, your carnal, carnal
nature that is crucified withChrist.
You have that body, spirit,soul, and body.
Now, this is the reality.
(12:37):
If your carnal man is huge andit's influencing your mind, and
your spirit man is little,doesn't mean you're not going to
heaven.
It just means you're dominatedby carnality.
So what do I have to do?
I have to be renewed in thespirit of my mind.
I this is the key to gettingvictory in your life.
If you want to see dominion comeinto your life, you've got to
(12:58):
strengthen that inner man.
That's why he's praying,according to the riches of the
Lord, that you be strengthenedwith might through his spirit.
Why?
The Bible says in Ephesianschapter 6, be strong in the Lord
and in the power of his might.
You've got to put on the wholearmor of God.
You've got to put on that innerman.
You've got to develop that innerman.
You have to strengthen thatinner man.
(13:19):
And what will happen as thatinner man gets stronger, you
will begin to catch revelation.
God will begin to, that's why hesaid to seek it, go after it,
develop it.
And how do I do that?
This is the number one key thatI believe most believers do not
walk in.
Number one, prayer.
That is important.
(13:40):
A lot of believers do not pray.
They don't spend any time inprayer, they don't meditate on
prayer, they don't get into thepresence of God and stay alone
until they're no longer alone towalk in the spirit.
But those that do pray, they'remissing this key.
This is the key to spiritualvictories.
How much word content are youputting into your spirit, man,
(14:01):
daily for the development ofthat inner man for the area you
want to obtain victory in?
You got to remember the word ofGod from Genesis to Revelation
is like going into a pharmacy.
You've got all theseprescriptions.
Now, this is the reality.
If you are battling with sometype of skin infection, if you
(14:21):
got this skin infection, youneed an ointment for it.
You can't take vitamin Ctablets.
You can't take just any oldantibiotic.
If you have high blood pressure,you can't take an antibiotic.
Now watch this.
It doesn't mean antibiotics arenot good or will not work, but
it is not going to treat yourcondition.
(14:42):
So what do we need to do?
If we have a spirit man, we haveto seek spiritually the things
that the man needs in order todevelop and grow it so that it
can have the appropriateantibiotics, nutrients, whatever
it is, supplements that you putin.
So my question, my thing to you,and Mr.
(15:04):
Producer, I want you to put thisin here's your homework.
Put down homework, put a colonor semicolon, and then and then
put down in there, here's yourhomework.
I want you to find 15 to 20scriptures that you will read at
least once a day.
You may not read every singleone of them, but you take some
time and you meditate on thosescriptures.
(15:28):
Here's your homework.
This is what the promise of theLord gave me.
See, you have to develop yourspirit man.
You have to develop him that hegets bigger and stronger.
Think about it.
When you feed your children, ifyou've had children, if you feed
a baby, they don't talkimmediately, they don't walk
immediately, but you keep onfeeding them.
You keep on feeding them.
You keep on feeding them.
(15:48):
And then eventually they get toa point where they stand.
Then they get to a point wherethey're talking words.
Then they start laughing.
Then they start taking thingsin.
What happened?
There's a development of thatnatural man or woman.
Well, there's a develop of yourspiritual man or spiritual
woman.
And you have to feed it the foodof the word.
The Bible says that withoutfaith, it's impossible to please
(16:10):
him.
Faith cometh by hearing, andhearing by the word of God.
Your key to spiritual victory inthis season.
This is what the Lord's womansaid.
If you will begin to meditateupon the scripture, if you will
begin to pray and to meditate onthe word, you are going to see
some things differently becauseyou're going to begin to see it
(16:31):
through God's lens.
You're going to begin to see itthrough your spiritual inner
man.
God is going to strengthen youwith might according to the
inner man.
Hallelujah.
And how is the inner manrenewed?
Let's go back over toColossians.
I want to read it to you again.
Now I'm setting up this wholething for you so you have an
understanding on how to getvictory.
Maybe you're battling with fear.
(16:51):
How many scriptures are youfeeding your inner man in order
to defeat fear?
Now, these are what you have tounderstand.
If you have carnality here andyour spirit man is here, what
will happen as you pray, asyou're in church, as you're
reading the word daily, thatspirit man will begin to grow
and eclipse that carnal mind,that carnal nature.
(17:12):
You already have it, but you'vegot to feed that inner man.
You've got to put him to work.
You've got to feed your faith,starve your doubts, feed your
faith, starve your poverty,starve, starve uh your sickness,
starve your depression, starveyour fears, starve your low
self-esteem, but feed that partof your inner man the word, that
(17:36):
it gets into your innerconscience and begins to renew
your mind, that you get renewedin the spirit of your mind.
And then your spirit will beginto see things differently.
You'll begin to see thingsdifferently, and then what will
happen?
You will get keys to the kingdomand your life will be
supernaturally transformed.
(17:57):
This is why a lot of people donot walk in victory.
Now, let me show you a couple ofpassage scriptures here.
I want to go to Joshua chapternumber one.
Joshua chapter one.
Let me show you something here.
This is really good today.
This is why a lot of people,well, you know, I just listen,
when you are battling with fearwhile you're reading the book of
Revelation, that ain't gonnahelp you.
You can't be reading the book ofObadiah.
(18:18):
You're gonna read Leviticus.
You know, you're gonna read eventhe book of Genesis.
Now, there may be some storiesin there, but you need to
pinpoint when you get anantibiotic, they give you clear
directions.
They say, hey, I want you totake this amoxicillin for 21
days, twice a day with food.
And you know what you do whenyou start getting better?
They say, Don't stop taking it.
You got to keep on working thatantibiotic all the way through.
(18:42):
My question is, what's theantibiotic that you're taking
spiritually daily to treat andto develop that spiritual man of
yours?
You've got to put that word inthere.
Now look at this here.
Let me show you something.
This is the word of the Lord foryou.
Joshua chapter one.
Let's start in verse number one.
I was got verse eight's where Iwant to get to.
I'm gonna look at verse one.
After the death of Moses, theservant of the Lord, it came to
(19:03):
pass that the Lord spoke toJoshua, the son of Nunmost
assisted, saying, Moses, myservant, is dead.
Now therefore, arise.
Here's the promise.
Go over the Jordan, you and allthis people, to the land which
I'm giving him.
So he shows them an inheritance.
He shows them what he's gettingready to do.
And he says in verse 3, Everyplace that the sole of your foot
will tread, I've given it toyou.
As I said to Moses, from thewilderness in this Lebanon as
(19:26):
far as the great river, theriver Euphrates, all the land of
the Hittites to the great seatoward the going down of the sun
shall be your territory.
So he's given them all thisstuff.
Look at it.
Verse 5 (19:34):
No man shall be able to stand before you all the days of
your life.
See, we love all this, don't we?
As I was with Moses, so I willbe with you.
As I did it for your daddy, yourgranddaddy, and your great
granddaddy, I'm will bless youas well.
Verse 6, be strong and of a goodcourage.
For to this people you shalldivide as an inheritance the
land which I swore to theirfathers to give them.
Only be strong, and that thoumayest observe to do according
(19:57):
to all the law which Moses, myservant, commanded you.
Do not turn from it from theright hand or to the left, that
you may prosper whithersoeveryou go.
Here's your here's here's here'sthe key.
This is why a lot of peopledon't obtain spiritual victory
in their life.
This book of the law shall notdepart out of your mouth.
Look at this.
But you shall meditate in it dayand night.
(20:20):
Why?
Out of the abundance of theheart, the mouth speaks.
Now, if I am dominated withcarnality, even if I am in
prayer, if my mind isn'trenewed, if my spirit man isn't
built up, I will still gravitateback and speak and see back to
the old man, what I've beentaught in the past.
(20:41):
If you got fear, you can pray,but you got to renew your mind.
And then you've got to operateand you've got to walk in the
light of the word.
What do I mean by that?
As you're reading the word, yourspirit will get illuminated.
God will give you steps to take.
God will give you insight.
God will begin to show you howto walk in that victory.
The word is powerful.
The Bible says that the heavensand the earth were created by
(21:01):
the word of God.
Hebrews chapter 1, verse 3.
The worlds were formed,fashioned by the word of God, so
that the things that appear werenot made by the things that do
appear.
So everything in this naturalrealm, including our physical
bodies, was created from thesubstantive word of God.
That means it's still subject tothe word of God.
If the word of God was theoriginator, that means it has
(21:24):
the ability to create still, andthat the whatever it was
created, whatever was created bythe word is still subject to the
word.
Why is that important?
Because anything that you seeright now that was created by
the Word of God is still subjectto the authority of the Word.
Why is that important, Pastor J?
Because anything that you needto change in the natural can
(21:45):
change when you work the word.
Why?
Because if you work the word,whatever was created by the word
is still subject to the word.
So my body was created by theword, it's subject to the word.
So I got to get into the word sothen I can walk in the authority
of the word.
And guess what happens?
You begin to see your lifechange and things will begin to
shift.
But he says, This book of thelaw shall not depart out of your
(22:07):
mouth, but you shall meditate init day and night that you may
observe.
Now look at that.
This book of the law shall notdepart out of your mouth, but
you shall meditate in it day andnight that you may observe.
Now watch that.
This is important.
What you observe is determinedby what you meditate and by what
you speak.
So watch, let's go in reverseorder here.
(22:27):
What I speak, you ready, goes bywhat I meditate on.
Because out of the abundance ofthe heart, the mouth speaks.
What I see goes by what I ammeditating upon.
So your seeing and your speakingare all products of what you put
into your spirit.
Come on, somebody.
Hallelujah.
This is the reality.
(22:49):
You've got to get into the wordfor yourself.
What does it say?
Now go back to Colossianschapter 3 again.
I want to read it to you again.
So then you get this.
This is so good today.
This is going to help you walkin your new season, walk and
obtain the spiritual victorythat you have for your life.
Colossians 3, verse 10.
And having put on the new man,how do I do that?
(23:11):
Who is renewed in knowledgeaccording to the image of him
who created him?
Who created the inner man?
Jesus Christ.
That's why it says, if you goback up to verse number four,
um, where when Christ, who isour life, appears, what does it
say?
Then you will appear with him inglory.
So Christ created the new man.
(23:33):
We are in Christ.
So as we see him, as we well,how do we see Christ?
We see him in the word.
So if you want to walk invictory over fear, you've got to
put scriptures of courage.
What does the Bible say aboutfear?
Why?
Because it builds up who you arein Christ.
That inner man is renewed inChrist, and he will get bigger
and bigger and bigger until whathappens here?
(23:56):
Look at you'll be renewed inknowledge.
And then what happens?
You begin to see feardifferently.
Then all of a sudden, couragebegins to come alive within you.
That inner man, just like a babythat was first crying and
couldn't do anything.
Now I have kids that are 11 and10 years old.
At one point, I had to doeverything for them, but I kept
feeding them.
I kept feeding them.
And they slowly developed andbegan to grow and began to get
(24:19):
stronger and stronger andstronger and stronger.
It's the same way spiritually.
The problem is we aren't beinglook at it, didn't say we're
renewed in prayer.
We're not renewed in theanointed.
We're not renewed in churchservices.
We're not renewing it.
Not that we can't have part ofthat.
My point is that it's renewed,though, in the knowledge
according to the image of himwho created him.
(24:39):
So if I want to be renewed inthe spirit of my mind, I've got
to get into that word.
Here you go.
Here's your homework again.
You've got to take 15 to 20scriptures on the area that
you're believing in that name.
Well, what do I got to do?
Seek.
Seek those things which areabove, where Christ is.
Set your mind.
Look at this.
Colossians 3, verse number 2.
(25:00):
Set your mind on things above,not on things of the earth.
Stop looking for earthly thingsor earthly people.
Start getting into that wordevery day.
And then once you find yourscriptures, well, how do I find
them?
How do I go to Dr.
Google?
Go to Deacon Google and say,Deacon Google, you can even use
AI, ChatGPT.
Use AI.
Go through and say, I needscriptures on what the Bible
(25:22):
says about fear.
And then just begin to read.
And then read on it and fillyour mind with the word.
Hallelujah.
Fill your spirit with the word.
Put your mind on it every singleday.
If you're looking for healing,don't just get into a prayer
line and not go home and read.
Read that so then your spiritman is renewed each and every
(25:43):
day, that you will walk in thefullness of the victory and the
authority of God's word.
Come on, somebody.
Every day, renewing your mind inthe image of him who created
him.
Jesus is the image that createdhim, created who?
The inner man, that new man,that person.
If any man be in Christ, he's anew creature.
Old things passed away, all hasbecome new.
(26:05):
That new man was created byJesus Christ.
And it is the knowledge of JesusChrist through the word that
builds up that spirit, man, thatyou can walk in the fullness of
the Holy Ghost and power.
Man, my good God, that's goodpreaching.
I hope somebody will give me anamen right there.
Because I'm telling you, this isa key to spiritual.
(26:25):
We don't talk enough about theword.
In our church now, I have ascripture of the month.
I just recently implementedthis.
Scripture, we read it everysingle service.
Wednesday night, we had servicetonight.
That'll be read tonight.
Hallelujah.
We will read through thescriptures.
We will meditate on it.
You will meditate on it.
And listen, on Sunday morning,we will read through the
(26:46):
scriptures.
Every Sunday and Wednesday, wewill read through it.
And I told people, memorize it.
Our scripture this month is 2Corinthians chapter 10, 3
through 6, about how our weaponsof our warfare are not counted,
but mighty through God to thepulling down of strongholds,
casting down thoughts, andimagining the exalt self of the
knowledge of God and bringingevery thought into captivity to
the obedience of Christ.
So we're going to meditate onthat each and every day, along
(27:07):
with the scriptures that weneed.
Why?
What's the prescription?
My brother calls themprescriptures.
So meditate on it day and night.
Last scripture, and I'm going tolet you go.
Go to Psalm, the first Psalm,Psalm number one, and I want you
to see this here.
Blessed is a man who walks notin the counsel of the ungodly,
(27:30):
nor stands in the path ofsinners, nor sits in the seat of
the scorpion.
But what does he do?
His delight is in the law of theLord.
What's the law of the Lord?
The word of God.
And in his law he meditates dayand night.
Where do we just read that?
Joshua 1.8.
He'll meditate day and night.
And what will happen?
He'll be like a tree plantedthat it gets roots in your mind,
(27:50):
in your spirit.
He'll be like a tree planted bythe rivers of water that brings
forth its fruit in its season,whose leaf also shall not
wither.
And whatever he does shallprosper.
Wow.
Now one last thing though.
I wanted to go back and finishthis up.
Joshua chapter 1, verse number8.
This book of the law shall notdepart from your mouth, but you
shall meditate in it day andnight, that you may observe to
(28:13):
do all that is written in it.
So there's something you got todo.
So you got to keep putting yourmind in that word so that you
have the strength and the power,the ability to do it.
What does he say?
For then, after you've donethese things, you will make your
way prosperous, and then youwill have good success.
Wow.
The key to spiritual victory isdeveloping the spiritual inner
(28:36):
you, the inner man.
How is he renewed?
He's renewed in the knowledge ofJesus Christ, the image of him
who created that spiritual man.
So what am I doing?
I'm telling you, I want you foryour homework, get into that
word, find yourself 15, 20scriptures.
Go ask Pastor Google, DeaconGoogle, Doctor Google, Pastor
(28:56):
AI, however you want to do it.
Get in there and ask them.
And then take all thosescriptures, write them up, cut
and paste, whatever you need todo, however you want to do it,
and read those.
And the word meditate even meansto mutter.
And maybe I'll talk abouttomorrow about what happens and
how it's meditating on thescripture, how it changes your
(29:16):
perception, how the word of Godwill change the way you see
things.
But the devil will plant thingsin your mind too.
So then you'll begin to seethings the way he wants you to
see it.
Because watch this, as a manthinketh in his heart, so he
becomes.
That's scripture.
That's in the book of Proverbs.
As you think, as you meditate,as you believe, you will become.
(29:37):
Why?
Watch this, and I'll talk aboutthis tomorrow.
The devil and the Holy Spirit,they both use the arena of the
imagination, which is where allfaith is.
Faith is in the arena of theimagination, in order to bring
into existence the things thatare in the unseen realm, into
the seen realm.
(29:57):
And that's what I want to talkabout, and that's why it's so
important.
That you meditate upon the word.
Let me pray for you.
Father, in the name of Jesus, Ithank for every person today.
Thank for the anointing of theHoly Ghost.
I thank you for your word.
I thank you that they're goingto walk in the power of the
inner man, that they can havethe spiritual victory that they
want to have in their life, inevery area of their life.
So, Father, as we feed that partof us, help us to grow, help us
(30:19):
to develop, help us to becomeall that you've called us to be.
And Father, we thank you, givingyou the praise, the honor, and
all of the glory.
In Jesus' name.
Amen.
Amen.
Listen, it's time for you towalk in spiritual victory.
This is the key for you.
It's time for you to walk in it.
I want you to take thathomework, meditate on those.
God said, those that willmeditate through the month of
(30:42):
October, they will begin to see.
Now don't stop meditating inOctober, but as you start it and
you begin to jump in with us,you're going to begin to see
things differently in Novemberand December.
Get into the word and watch thegreat things.
I, natural eye, has not seen,ear, natural ear has not heard.
The heart hasn't entered intothe heart of man, the natural
(31:02):
heart, the things that God hasprepared for those that love
him.
God's got things prepared foryou.
As you seek it out, he's goingto reveal them unto you by his
spirit, and you're going to walkin the abundant life.
