Today’s guest is Elayne Otstot. Elayne is a Communications Specialist from Huntsville, AL whose work is driven by a passion for disability advocacy. Elayne is particularly dedicated to expanding public understanding of person-centered approaches and working with public agencies to make sure that support systems reflect person-centered values. Elayne is highly skilled in plain language communication, and she has deep experience in working with disability policy and home and community-based services.
