Medical cannabis patients in Pennsylvania are experiencing a severe shortage at the state’s legal dispensaries. Many people are angry, many are quite vocal about who is to blame for these shortages. Can these shortages be fixed? And when can we see relief?

In this episode, we'll be talking with some people passionate about their role as industry watchdogs. Doug Albert is a patient advocate and runs a popular facebook support group. Julia Kline, Jason Mitchell, and Skip Shuda are the founders of Soulful cannabis, a non-profit organization with the mission of creating the best industry possible.

We’ll discuss whether these shortages are just growing pains or are fundamental flaws in the program. We’ll detail the problems and search for solutions in this panel discussion.
