What if you could access the 95% of your mind power that operates below conscious awareness? Dr. Alain Salas, creator of the Goal and Success Clearing methodology, reveals how our subconscious mind shapes virtually every aspect of our lives—and why most self-improvement efforts fail to create lasting change.

The numbers are staggering: while your conscious mind processes information at just 11 bits per second, your subconscious absorbs a mind-boggling 11 million bits per second. This powerful hidden system stores every experience you've ever had, particularly those from early childhood when we function primarily in a hypnotic-like state. These experiences become the programming that automatically runs your life, creating either empowering beliefs that serve you or limiting beliefs that hold you back.

Dr. Salas explains his revolutionary Mind Clearing System through a simple computer analogy—your brain is the hardware, your subconscious mind is the software, and your results show up on the "screen of life." Traditional approaches like therapy, affirmations, and visualization often fail because they attempt to reprogram 95% of your mind power using only the 5% you're consciously aware of. Instead, his system communicates directly with the subconscious through its native language—imagery—allowing for rapid transformation that often resolves issues in just one or two sessions.

From his adventurous beginnings living on a sailing boat in France to developing a methodology that has helped thousands break free from limiting beliefs, Dr. Salas shares his insights on how anyone can delete negative programming, download empowering beliefs, and create new outcomes in their lives. Discover how to break free from "subconscious stress loops" and unlock your full potential by bringing your entire mind to the party.

Ready to transform your life by accessing the untapped power of your subconscious mind? Visit TheMindClearing.com to learn how Dr. Salas's methodology can help you achieve your goals and overcome limitations you may not even realize are holding you back.

Speaker 1 (00:03):
Hi, I'm Carlene and this is Diva.
Tonight we are changing thingsup a little bit.
Tonight I have with me Dr AlanSalas.
He is the creator of the Goaland Success Clearing.
So basically you help otherentrepreneurs with their goals,

(00:24):
especially with your trackrecord 4,267 clients and
counting and you have the numberone bestselling book for
chiropractic physician and mindand body expert on Amazon.
So you obviously have abackground in chiropractic.

Speaker 2 (00:45):
Yeah, that's my basic things and after I specialized
in mind and clearing the bookthat I wrote maybe 10 years ago
was about the brain, the brainpower secret and after I got
intrigued with the mind and whatI discovered has been leading
me to create the mind clearingsystem, has been leading me to
create the mind clearing system, and in the mind clearing system

(01:06):
there's a goal and successclearing and also the body
clearing, which is abouttreating pain symptoms and
inflammation in your body right, and so that's more for the
physical healing part and forthe mind also, like the goal and
success, clearing is about howto we're going to talk about
that, but how to bring thesubconscious mind to the party
and use 100% of your mind powerto be successful and achieve

(01:30):
your goals.

Speaker 1 (01:31):
So when you use the mind clearing system, how is it
different than, like meditation,mindfulness?
You know there's a lot ofself-development programs that
have become very popular now.
So your mind clearing system, you said you're targeting the
pain, so how does that work?

Speaker 2 (01:52):
Yeah, so it's much more specific, right, because
there's different ways.
I do my self-meditation hourthere, right In the morning,
like four o'clock, five o'clockdepends what I'm in mood for,
right.
But basically you wantsomething specific though, right
?
You know, is it like, what isit that you don't like in your
life that you want to change?
Right?
And so that's basically whatthe mind clearing is about, and

(02:14):
so I'll change the deepest, thedeepest changes that we can have
.
It's in our subconscious mind, and I'm sure we'll talk about
that more deeply.
But and and so there's onething, and the second thing is
you want to make sure that youspeak the same language, but the
subconscious mind.
I used to travel a lot, and whatwas the most frustrating in my,

(02:35):
in my traveling?
It's like when I met a cool guyor a cool girl and I couldn't
communicate because we didn'tspeak the same language.
It was very frustrating, right.
And so imagine, in that podcastwe lose the sound, right?
I mean, sound goes down.
So I'm going to communicatewith sign language, I'm going to
write down some stuff, and somepeople actually can have only

(02:55):
the audio, right?
So we won't be able tocommunicate, right?
And so that's why, when youcommunicate the same language
than the subconscious mind does.
Well, it's much easier.
Everything is much easier.
You can target whatever youwant to correct right.
You don't even need to identifywhat's the problem.
You need to say, okay, I don'twant this, I want this instead

(03:20):
and I want to make sure it'sgoing to happen into my life.
Those are basically the threesteps of my mind clearing Delete
what you don't want, theprogram you don't want, right.
Download what you want insteadand create or manifest that into
your life.

Speaker 1 (03:31):
I think that sounds great, but I think it sounds to
me like it's a different way ofthinking and I think, depending
on like you said you said a lotof things in terms of
communication, on like you said, you said a lot of things in
terms of communication and Ithink a lot of us have like
negative self-talk or justthings in our mind.
So when you say you can'tcommunicate, are you talking the

(03:53):
language barrier or is itsomething else, Like what was
the issue when you met thatperson?
Like you met a nice gal or anice guy.
Well, what I mean by that?

Speaker 2 (04:04):
it's like you have to understand how the subconscious
mind communicates, right, because we've got kind of a two
mind right.
We're living in two worlds inthe same time.
So one is called the outerworld, right, and so the outer
world is what we call ourconscious mind.
So it's basically you know yourself-identity, your personality

(04:25):
, who you think you are, youknow.
So that's definitely yourconscious mind and what you are
aware of.
So you're aware of what yourthoughts, your emotions, your
behavior and your action, right, and so it's basically how you
perceive your reality, theoutside world, right.
And after you've got anothermind that is like very hidden,
it's very secretive, you don'treally know what's going on, and

(04:48):
it's called the subconsciousmind, right, and the
subconscious mind recordseverything, carleen, that you
have been doing in your life.
Every single thing is recordedthere.

Speaker 3 (04:57):
There's no secret, there's some secret For the good
and the bad right?

Speaker 1 (05:06):
What you made me think of is Freud, sigmund Freud
from when I learned inuniversity.
There is, you're talking aboutthe conscious and the
subconscious, and Freud talkedabout the id, the ego and the
superego, which is the ego.
Is, you know, like you're whatyou think about yourself, like,

(05:26):
because a lot of people thinkwhat their ego and that they're
you know, they're macho and likea guy is like macho, strong,
intelligent and that's the waythat he carries himself, right,
whereas the it and the ego, theyaffect that in itself.
So it takes three stages of themind.
So when you're talking aboutthe conscious mind, which is
what you know is happening, andthe subconscious sounds to me

(05:50):
like that talk where someone'stalking to you but you're also
thinking, oh, something aboutthat person, right?

Speaker 2 (05:58):
Yeah, well, the conscious mind is basically your
ego.
Right, that's what we're awareof, your ego, you.
You know, we always think theego is a bad thing.
It's not necessarily a badthing because it's how you can
perform, also in life.
Right, that's, that can be alifesaver.
You know, if there's a tiger, you know you fight and flight
and I want to go.
Right now, if I cross the street, I need to use my analytical

(06:20):
mind, my ego, right, but it canbe in the way when it's negative
, right, and so how can the egocan be negative?
It's because it's not comingfrom the ego itself, it's coming
from the subconscious mind.
Because the subconscious mindnot only like there's, you know,
like I said it, just everythinghas been recorded right in your
life, but also it's like whereyour skills as a podcaster,

(06:42):
mother, whatever it is right,it's all the skill, the skills
you need to perform in life.
They are coming from yoursubconscious mind, right?
Also, like your automaticprocess in your body, like in
your physiology, that you don'thave to think about it, like
your heartbeat, your breathing, your digestion, it's coming from
your subconscious mind, right, and you can talk about super ego

(07:05):
and all that.
I like to keep things simple, right?
If you conscious, you're notconscious, period, and after
it's like collaboration.
Now talk about fraud, I thinkis nice.
But what I like better it'scarl jung, because carl jung was
really the, the master for me,and he's the one that says if
you really want to transformyourself and heal yourself, you

(07:26):
need to make the subconsciousconscious, and so it means to me
that he had a profoundunderstanding, and actually Jung
was a disciple of Freud.
And after they had differentideas and then they separate, as
you know, right, but basicallyso, this is it, so that's a
subconscious world.
It's very mysterious, right, and so what it is really.

(07:48):
But basically so, this is it,so that's a subconscious world.
It's very mysterious, right, and so what it is really.
And so I want to tell two thingsto your audience, right?
The number one thing is likeyour conscious mind collects
data at 11 bits per second, right, 11 bits per second.
That's what we are aware of.
We are conscious mind.
Our subconscious mind collectsdata at 11 million bits per

(08:09):
second.
It means I'm right here talkingto you, and the information
that I'm aware of it's only 11bits per second, and the
information that I'm not awareof it's basically 11 million
times more.
So that's crazy, right?
I mean, that's very intriguing.
So I started to dig more aboutthe subconscious mind and what

(08:30):
I'm going to tell you guys.
You know, maybe it's going torethink.
Have you rethink about who?
You are truly right?
So our conscious mind is onlyfive or ten percent of our mind,
meanings that our subconsciousmind is 90 to 95% of our mind.
Meaning that when you want toheal yourself, when you want to
transform yourself, when youwant to grow, what are you going

(08:51):
to be focused on?
On your conscious mind.
Meaning that you're going touse only 5 or 10% of your mind
power.
So I thought why not bring 90to 95% of your mind power to the
party in order to achieve yourgoal, to resolve your problem
and the challenge that you havein life?
Does it make sense to you, carly?

Speaker 1 (09:12):
Yeah, it does, because we don't use that much
part of it.
They say the average persononly uses a certain percentage
of their brain.
Right, and so if we were ableto use of our mind, yes, but
you're saying that there's a wayto do that with the mind
clearing system that you'vecreated.

Speaker 2 (09:33):
Obviously, yeah, you have to talk the same language,
exactly all right, yeah I madethings complicated because I'm
an english.

Speaker 3 (09:41):
Everybody does yes we do, but I'm an english major
Everybody does?

Speaker 1 (09:42):
Yes, we do, but I'm an English major first and so
I'm just remembering how I canrelate to the conscious versus
the subconscious mind.
But of course I think whenthings are simple we understand
better and so we can relate.
So as long as we're on the samepage, whereas you're not on

(10:03):
page 12 and I'm on page 13, thenyou know it makes things
complicated, right.

Speaker 2 (10:09):
Yeah, and to make things even simpler, if you
compare the mind to a computer, right, so let's do that.
So the brain will be the harddrive, because the brain is the
physical aspect of it.
Right.
Your software will be yoursubconscious mind, right.
Your programs, right.
And basically and after, yourbehavior is reflected on the

(10:32):
screen, or the screen of life, right.
So if you've got goodprogramming, you're going to
love what you see on your screen, right?
If you've got programming thatare not good for you, you're
going to hate what you see onthe screen of life.
So that's basically what it is,right?
We all have been programmed.
You have been programmed, Ihave been programmed, everybody
listening to that program hasbeen programmed.

(10:55):
And this program happened a lot, from zero to seven years old,
because we are like sponges.
Actually, we use differentbrain waves.
We use theta wave, beta wave, and so it's almost like we are
in an hypnotic stage, right?
And so what we see in theoutside world, we think it's the
truth, right?
Okay, so we assume things, andif you assume things one or two

(11:17):
or three times, it becomes aprogram and that program is
stored in your subconscious mind.
So we're not really aware ofall the programs we have been
acquired by mostly other peopleor different circumstances in
our life.
So you've got two kinds ofprograms, colin.
You've got programs that areserving you, right, and so it's
kind of like your mind isworking for you instead of

(11:39):
working against you.
Right, when you've got the bestday, everything is unfolding.
You know, I'm working it today.
That's wonderful, right.
And so we call that empoweringbelief, right?
Empowering belief, that's thegood programming, the positive
programming, positiveprogramming.
And of course, you've got theother one, right, when your mind
is working against you, likeman, you cannot do anything.

(11:59):
Today, you are evencounterproductive.
You wish you would have stayedin bed, right, because what
you're doing is not working andit's almost harming you.
You see what I mean.
We all have days like that, right, so it's can, when your
mind is working against youinstead of working for you, and
we call that limiting belief ornegative programming, to keep it
simple, right.
And so if you've got lots ofnegative programming, right,

(12:22):
you're not going to like whatyou see on the screen of life,
right?
You say, if you ask me, how areyou doing, I say, oh man, you
know, life is always suffering.
Everybody or my friend aroundme are successful and I'm a
nobody, you know, and I'm always, you know, struggling and all
that.
But if my software, right in myprogram, it's like we're very

(12:44):
good, empowering belief orpositive programming, you ask me
, how are you doing?
I say, oh, never better man, Imeet wonderful people on
different podcasts.
You know, I cannot believe Icreated my technique that can
help so many people and I needto spread it out and that's
really the the last purpose ofmy life.
Right, there's no way I'm goingto retire.
I'm passionate and I love whatyou, what I do.

(13:04):
So I mean, that's what makesthe difference.
So we don't want those negativeprogramming to be overpowering
us.
Right, because what happened iscan, in a way, a very simple
way, it's our past, because wecan be programmed anytime, right
, zero to seven.
There's lots of programming, right, but we can program
anytime, like in case of ptsd.

(13:26):
If you've got a big trauma inyour life, right, that's going
to affect your life big time, right?
So that's going to be anegative program in your
limiting belief in your, in your, in your software, right in
your subconscious.
And so we want to make surethat our past because this is
all acquired from our past, atconception, ideally we have no

(13:46):
program.
And after, when we are in thebelly of the mom, because the
mom can have negativeexperiences that can be passed
on and even rewire the brain ofthe fetus, right, and so we
start to have programs.
But basically, even when we areborn, why we love so much the
baby?
Because they have no ego.
The conscious mind is veryminimal, very minimal, right,

(14:09):
and so it means it's allsubconscious mind, right.
And after we start to have somenegative programming, like the
limiting belief that we don'thave.
If you scare a baby because youknow, if you burn a baby by
accident, right, the baby isgoing to remember that, right,
and maybe be afraid ofeverything that's hot and smelly
or whatever it was right, andthat creates a program, right,

(14:31):
and so those programs areacquired mainly from others and
some specific situations thathave been traumatic, right, and
so those programs are acquiredmainly from others and some
specific situations that havebeen traumatic, right, and so we
don't want.
If you want to be on control inyour life, you want to make
sure that you can correct withlimiting belief, right, you want
to delete them, downloadinstead some empowering beliefs

(14:51):
and make sure you can createthat in your life right Like
that, you can change literallyall the things you don't lack in
your life.

Speaker 1 (14:57):
Yeah.
How do you start doing that, though?
Because I think there'sdifferent ways to change the
negative beliefs you have inyour mind.
There's various things to do,but with your system, what do
you think is the starting point, like where, yeah, Well if you
look at the field, the field, they say, oh, you need to

(15:18):
journal.

Speaker 2 (15:19):
You know, in my field that's what they say you need
to journal, you need to feelthis, you need to do a ton of
affirmation, a ton ofvisualization and and literally
have an iron.
Will you know and hope for thebest.
And on top of that they tell, tell you, you need to find out
what are your limiting belief.
I say, well, good luck.
You're telling me that you'regoing to use five or ten percent

(15:40):
of your mind power to crack 90to 95 percent of your mind power
.
Good luck, that's all I have tosay and that's why it's not
very specific, right, and that'swhy it's so hard to make it
happen.
With the mind clearing.
It's like remember we made theanalogy.

Speaker 1 (15:55):
Is it like hypnosis?
No, it's not.

Speaker 3 (15:58):
No, no, no, nothing to do with hypnosis, nothing to
do the only thing that is commonis we access the subconscious
mind.
That's it.

Speaker 2 (16:07):
But it's basically let's see, you've got a program
you don't like in your computer, right?
So you're going to step numberone, you're going to delete your
program.
After you're going to go to thePlay Store and get and download
a program that works better foryou.
After what you're going to seeon the outcome.
You're going to see on thescreen, you're going to like it.
That's it.
That's that simple.
So what is the same language?
That a subconscious mind ispictures, Because when you

(16:30):
remember a dream, you alwaysremember, right, the dream is
coming from your subconsciousmind.
You always remember a picture,a series of pictures, a movie,
right?
And so the key is, like, what Icreated is literally a program
that you're going to send to.
You're going to visualize you,for example, if you are too
anxious, right, you don't liketo be too anxious, right?

(16:50):
So you're going to visualize apicture in which you are very
anxious, right, too anxious,right.
So you're going to visualize apicture in which you are very
anxious, right, and you have tobe in that picture, and you're
going to send that program toyou.
In that picture I will help youto customize the program to you
specifically and we delete that, and after I will ask you,
visualize totally the opposite, what you want, instead of being
anxious.

(17:10):
So you say, maybe I want to bepeaceful, right, so?
So, as you visualize that youknow the picture that will make
you feel that you're reallypeaceful, you have to be on that
picture and I will customizethat program to you.
I'm just a guide, helping youto use 90% of your ability to
heal yourself, basically right,to use your subconscious mind,

(17:31):
right.
And so, basically, that'sbecause that's your picture,
it's not mine, right.

Speaker 3 (17:35):
That's like a big difference.

Speaker 1 (17:37):
Are we fully in control of our actions and
reactions to like our consciousmind?
Because it sounds to me likethe subconscious mind affects
the conscious mind a lot, youknow, like Everything.

Speaker 2 (17:52):
Yeah, 90% of it, 95% of it.
So everything it's like a giventhat everything that you don't
like, that you react.
Why?
Why did I say that?
What I did?
It's coming from yoursubconscious mind, like I'll
give you an example, like here'sthe thing.

Speaker 1 (18:07):
Like yesterday I was at work and I made a mistake.
So when I cashed out, like likeI, I was over and I'm like I'm
fixated on it, like even though, like we've already finished the
trans, that like I've alreadycashed out, my shift leads
already done dealing with that.
But in my mind I'm like wheredid I make the mistake?
And I'm trying to figure it out.

(18:29):
You know what I mean.
Like there's, oh, there's onlyone way to pinpoint it.
But that's just me wanting toknow.
I know, like how it's possiblethat it didn't balance right.
It's a small amount, but Isometimes, like you said, in
your mind you're like fixated onthis.
Like how could I prevent it?
What did I do?
Did I give the wrong change?

(18:49):
Like you know, all these thingsthat you know percolate in your
mind because you're just likewell, for the most part, I
usually have no issues when Icash out.
You know what I mean.
So when I do make a mistake, Iharp on it for a longer period
of time.

Speaker 2 (19:04):
You do that because the way it makes you feel yeah,
because that's the way it makesyou feel you feel bad about it
and that's why you are fixatedon that.
So here's how like another wayto see the mind, let's let's
visualize a triangle, right andinside you've got limiting
belief, right, so let's pretendmy limiting belief.

(19:26):
I've been told when I was youngI'm a loser, right, so my
limiting belief is a loser.
So I'm going on top of atriangle.
That's my thinking.
So I'm going to think I'm aloser.
On the bottom right side is theway I feel my emotion, so I'm
going to feel like a loser.
On the bottom left side ofresult, right, if I've got loser

(19:47):
result, I'm gonna feel evenmore that I'm a loser.
I'm gonna think, man, I knew Iwas a loser, but such a loser,
right, and that's gonnareinforce, reinforce, reinforce
what we call the subconsciousstress loop.

(20:07):
That is, that is in your program, a loop running in your
subconscious mind you're noteven aware of.
So in your case, if I take yourexample, you thought the
thinking is like how can I,could I make a mistake?
Right?
So it makes you feel in acertain way maybe guilty, maybe
shame, maybe whatever it is foryou right and after your
behavior, translate that becauseyou cannot stop thinking about

(20:29):
it.
Right, you're going to befixated on that, and so your
action is going to be to befixated on that.
And more you fixated on that, more you're going to feel, more
like the negative feeling that Iexpress, right, and you're
going to think even more man,how could I make a mistake?
I'm such an idiot, or whateveryou're going to say, right, you
see what I mean.
And we caught up on this loop.
That's why we can get out ofit's hard to get out of that

(20:52):
things.
That's why we get.
Get out of it.
It's hard to get out of thatthing.
That's why we get excited DivaTonight.
Glamour for your ears.
This is 40, a femaleperspective.

Speaker 1 (21:04):
We talked about this whole methodology.
But you know, dr Salas, I dowant to say that, starting from
the beginning, you currentlylive in Kansas City.
Like, I want to start a littlebit about you so that whoever is
listening know a little bitabout who you are and how you
got here, right?
So you currently live in KansasCity, but we hear that European

(21:25):
accent, right?
So tell me a little bit aboutthat.

Speaker 3 (21:29):
Yes, really, come on, you are the first person who is
telling me that?

Speaker 1 (21:34):
No, no, I hear it, I'm paying attention.
You're either Francophone, you're definitely not Anglophone
.
Yeah, I'm French.

Speaker 2 (21:43):
I used to live on my sailing boat, actually in south
of France.
I used to rent boats and I wasliving the life.
I was young, I was 22 years old, I started my own business,
never looked back, right, and soI was, you know, traveling a
lot when I was not working.
I was working maybe sevenmonths a year.
So for me life was aboutadventure, right, and I figured

(22:05):
out why, you know, it was soimportant for me to have a boat,
because my dad was a verynegative person, that's why he
got sick, you know, and couldn'twalk after 40 years old in one
of his disabilities, but verycontrolling.
So I wanted freedom, right.
For me, it was all aboutfreedom, obviously, to respond
to that right.
And so what is the symbolism offreedom?
A boat, obviously, right, Icouldn't be a bird, so a boat

(22:29):
will have been the next thing,You could have gotten a plane,
but you know yeah but the boatdepends on nature, you know the
wind, remember it's a sailingboat, so the wind just bring you
there, and so it's more.
And so for me it was adventure, right.
So I used to party a lot, youknow.
And after, when I was visitingall the countries for months, at

(22:50):
the time I'm like, yeah, partymore.
So I was living the life, likeeverybody said, man, you know,
that's perfect.
But after I had a calling oneday, after eight or nine years,
you know, doing this, and I sawmyself helping people, and so
for me it become I'm, I'mblessed, you know, my uh,
actually my calling and mypurpose has been given to me.

(23:13):
I was minding my own business.
They used to call me the gypsy.
I had to maybe have even longerhair than you do, right, and
party all the time.
So imagine when I told myparents I said oh, you know what
?
I'm going to go to the US andbecome a doctor.
Well, that was crazy.
They knew I was crazy, but notthat much.

Speaker 1 (23:34):
That is definitely the adventurous side of you.
You know what I mean, because Iwanted to go away for school
too, but, like my parents werelike, my mom was like no, no, no
, you're going to stay here andgo to school.
I wanted to go to.
I think at one point I wantedto either go to Western or
McGill, like somewhere outsideof the house.
Like you said, when yourparents are so strict and
negative, you want to get out asquickly as possible, like you

(23:57):
know.
But well, I didn't move outwhen I was 22.
But listening to you talk aboutlike the life of just leaving
home, like that is, I think, formany, like a really hard
decision to make and when you doit you're like it was.
Do you think it was worth it inthe end?
Now that you you think back, doyou have any regrets?

Speaker 2 (24:17):
never, I never had any regret in my life, because I
understand that everythinghappened to me, even if I judges
that, uh, uh, it's negative, right, oh man, why this?
You know, I don't say that, youknow, because I, you know, it's
all about perspective in life,right?
So if you see yourself like avictim mode, remember we talk

(24:38):
about that, oh, why me and allthat?
Right?
So if I'm a victim mode, I'mgoing to see all the challenges
coming on my life that areagainst me, right, that they
want to be negative towards me,right, but there's another way
to see that, that way that youare creating your life, right?
So everything happened for areason, right?
And so what?
What's going on when you've gotchallenges?

(25:00):
Or say you should bless itbecause it's a way for you to
learn about yourself, right,that's it.
So, when you understand thatthere's always a reason when
things are happening, this is achallenge.
That's why I don't say problem.
I say challenge because theproblem is is a challenge.
That's why I don't say problem.
I say challenge Because theproblem is negative.
A challenge is not.
It doesn't have to be so.
Challenges are going to teachyou something, and if you learn

(25:22):
that, the wisdom that comes witha challenge.
Right, it's not going to happenagain and you're going to raise
your level of consciousness.
Right, you're going to become abetter person for sure, right,
and so that's how I see life.
See, like, so, for me, there'sno way I can have any regrets.
It's always.
There's always a stepping stone, you know, making me going
higher and higher and with a manclearing, but the same thing,

(25:43):
because, let's see, if you gotregrets, right, we'll do man
clearing on that.
We delete the regret instead ofwhat you have been regretting.
We replace it, but we download.
You know what you wish youwould have done, and you create
a different action and differentbehavior after you don't have
that regrets anymore.

Speaker 1 (26:02):
Yes, that is so true, but I think it takes time to
unlearn those behaviors, especially if you've been
conditioned in that environmentfor so long.
I say we talk about negativebehaviors but like if you've
been, if you grew up in ahousehold where you were told
you you're stupid, over and overagain you start to believe it

(26:26):
and then, or like you start toyou want to like.
For me I'll give you an exampleI've always it took me a long
time to get out of that mindsetwith my mother, who was always
like it just seemed like nothingwould ever make her happy.
If I got an 85, why can't youget a 90?
You know it was.
Yeah, nothing was ever goodenough and just the sheer

(26:48):
motivation for me was alwaystrying to excel.
But then, once you get to thatstepping point, you're like well
, it just seems like there'snothing ever going to be good
enough.
So now I have to do it formyself, not for to prove to my
mom that the self-proclaimingprophecy that I'm gonna make her
happy.
You know what I mean.

Speaker 3 (27:08):
so yeah, that's why you felt so guilty when you make
a mistake.

Speaker 1 (27:12):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, I know Sometimes.

Speaker 2 (27:15):
I try not to.
We think it takes time becausewe're using only 5 or 10% of our
mind.
With a mind clearing andtechnology like that, it doesn't
take time.
It's one, two treatments,you're done.
You're done with this.
Yeah, yeah, See that's why wethink it takes time, and
sometimes it takes so much timeit never happens Because these

(27:37):
programs are so negative.

Speaker 3 (27:39):
You see, that's the thing, Because you don't speak
the same language.

Speaker 2 (27:43):
You can do all the therapy that you want.
You know, talk about fruit.
You can do all the therapy thatyou want.
It's not going to heal you.
It's not possible becauseyou're dealing with only 5 or
10% of your mind.
So, how successful you are, that's going to maybe bring you
some ha-ha moment, but it'snever going to change your
programming.
Your subconscious programmingis not going to be changed

(28:05):
Nowhere, because you use onlyyour conscious mind.
And I will argue that it canmake you worse.
Why?
Remember the loop we described?
I'm a loser, right.
So more you're going to talkabout the story.
Remember the loop we describedI'm a loser, right.
So more you're going to talkabout the story, more you're
going to reinforce who's feelingand all that.
Yeah, why I cannot get out ofthat pattern, right?
I'm telling my therapist andall that he's telling me to do

(28:26):
this and that it still doesn'twork.
So that's going to reinforcethat program.
That's going to drive you nuts.
Why?
Because it's not the cause ofthe problem here, it is.
I believe in the law of causeand effect.
What does it mean?
For every cause there's aneffect, for every effect there's
a cause.
By the way, for my kids.
I say cause and consequences.
I've got eight years old.
I said there's cause andconsequences.

(28:48):
You did this.
That's your consequence, whatyou have to, okay, anyway.
So it means that if you drawthat wisdom from the cause and
effect, it means that if you'vegot a problem and I say a
problem, not a challenge ifyou've got a problem in life and
you want to resolve itpermanently, you need to know
two things.
You need to know number onewhat's causing your problem and

(29:10):
how to fix it.
So if we adapt that, is it yourconscious mind causing the
problem?
No, so you cannot fix it.
Period, we're done.
End of discussion.
That's how we'll debate withthe therapist.
I'm not saying that they don'thave a good heart and they don't
want to help you, right?
I'm not saying that.
I'm not saying they've got badintention Of course I'm not.

(29:31):
But what I'm saying?
They don't have the righttechnology and it's proven.
For example, you go to mywebsite.
I've got much more testimonialscoming in, but you can look at
testimonials, like a testimonialof one person who was hoarding.
You know hoarding when theyaccumulate things.

Speaker 3 (29:46):
Yes, yes, she tried everything.

Speaker 2 (29:48):
She had one treatment on mind clearing.

Speaker 1 (29:56):
The next day she ordered a container and cleaned
up all the things with the helpof her daughter.
That's how powerful it can be.
No, it's good.
It's good for sure.
How does it work Usually, like?
I mean, you're in the US, I'mhere in Canada, Like, if anyone
wants to try this method becausethey've tried other things, you
know, they go on your website, which is what is it called?
Again, what's your website?

Speaker 2 (30:14):
TheMindClearingcom.
Themindclearingcom.

Speaker 3 (30:18):
TheMindClearingcom yeah.

Speaker 2 (30:19):
I've checked it out yeah they go to contact and
there's a form that shows up and, like you said, because we can
talk about this forever, but ifyou don't experience this, you
don't know.
That's basically it right, because we are meant to
experience things, that's how weget the thing.
So, whatever is bothering you,we'll grade it from 0 to 10.
10 being the worst, and youvisualize your picture.

(30:41):
You say, oh, it's an 8 over 10.
And at the end of the sessionwe last an hour.
It should be 0 or 1.
And if the feelings come back,it means you've got more
resistance.
That triggers that program.
And so we go after thecircumstances of why it has been
reset and we're done.

Speaker 1 (30:58):
That's it.
I love how you make the brainsound like it's a program, like
we could just reprogram it.
You know what I mean.
But it is, you know it is, itis.
This is a side note, this is mybrain working here.
Have you ever seen the moviewith Jim Carrey?
It's called what's it called?

(31:23):
My gosh.
Anyways, the movie is this okay.
So the main concept is that hemeets this girl and they have
this incredible love story andeverything's complicated and I
guess she doesn't want to bewith him anymore.
So she erases him from her mind, so she goes to a doctor and
she erases him completely.
So when he finally sees heragain, she has no recollection

(31:44):
of who he is because of whatthey've done.
Now, this is a movie, but Imean in many ways, I guess.

Speaker 3 (31:51):
But what's different?

Speaker 2 (31:52):
it's like you don't you can you know, you still know
it still doesn't impact.
You See, that's the thing, because you're always going to
have challenge in life.
Life is a vibration, everythingis a vibration, like a wave.
Right, so you've got positive, and negative Doesn't mean good
and bad, right.
So you know, in life that isnot going to be rosy and
butterfly and picky and all thatall the time, of course not.

(32:13):
And butterfly and piggy and allthat all the time, of course no
, that's not how it works.
When in, in disney, when theysay, oh, they're, they're
married and they are, they willbe happily ever after, we know
it's a bunch of bs, you knowthat's how it works, right, and
so the problem is not having thechallenging, the problem is how
you react to it.
Right, if you keep like peaceof mind, an open heart and an

(32:34):
open will, right, if you're likethis, it, you can cruise from
that and you can learn from it.
But if you get overwhelmingemotion because of what's
happening to you, if you've gotnegative thoughts, overwhelming
emotion and undesirable behavior, therefore unproductive and
uninspiring action, of coursethat's not going to work for you

(32:56):
, right, and so you're going tobe caught up on that spiral,
that negative programming.
Remember that subconsciousstress loop.
And it's like you say.
It's hard to get out of itbecause the tool that you have
been told to use will never getyou out of it.
That's patchwork, becauseyou're using only five or ten
percent of my mind.
I know what I'm saying is verycontroversial, right Of course,

(33:19):
because there's so manytherapies.

Speaker 3 (33:22):
I'll explain and I'll prove it by the results.

Speaker 1 (33:25):
Yes, I understand that, and it's not only therapy
that people are using, butthere's also self-improvement
courses and workshops.
Yeah, exactly.

Speaker 2 (33:36):
All what we do in life is if you, if you bring the
subconscious mind to the party, like carl jung said again, if
you bring the, the subconsciousconscious, I mean miracle happen
and you realize how powerfulyou are.
You're not a victim, you're notthe little me, you're not five
or ten percent of your mind, youso much more, because you were

(33:57):
conceived with hundred percentof that mind power.
And after you got all thoselimiting belief, that goes in a
way, the way if I zoom out tohave people understand better
what I'm talking about, like theultimate things about talking
about consciousness, right.
So visualize, like, for example, god, what do?
Awareness, whatever you want tocall him, whatever is your

(34:17):
belief system, is the sun, andafter a spark of the sun creates
your spirit and this is allnon-duality, like pure love, no
good and bad and things likethat.
And after you've got the skyright and after you've got the
physical you and me right, somepeople there are so many clouds
in the sky they say there's nosun, never felt, it doesn't

(34:40):
exist, right.
And so what is the cloud?
What are the clouds?
Where are you limiting belief?
So when you start to get rid ofsome limiting belief now you
can take a glimpse at the sun, right, you realize, oh, it's
there.
Now you can feel the warmth ofthe sun, and so you get rid of
more and more limiting beliefsand you're getting more
connected to your spirit.
And after you've got theawakening, the realization that

(35:02):
you're not only flesh and bone, you are spirit, living a
physical experience, and that'sa game changer for your life, I
know.

Speaker 1 (35:11):
But the thing is, I think, with anyone who is
listening, is finding therealization that you want to try
something new like this, because it's hard to wrap your
mind around it.
You know what I mean.
Because it's like anything new,it's a new way of thinking, and
so maybe even just the bookitself would be the starting
point for them to be like okay, let me read your book and see if

(35:35):
this is like you know, read thebook first so that they can get
a better understanding, right?
Because with anything new inlife, we are always going to be
rigid.
I find even me, just listeningto you say it, a part of me is
saying oh, this is this seemslike something that is positive
and reinforcing the fact thatyou know, if I change, if I use

(35:58):
more of my mind, I'll be able toachieve the goals I already
that I want to achieve.
Like it's not that I haven'tachieved so many goals like
yourself, like you said, depending on the kind of person
you are, you will persevere,right?
So I think with anything inlife, it takes the power to want
to do it Like you have to, likedetermination, like there's so

(36:20):
many things, but you have tohave the want and the desire to
change, because some peoplenever change.

Speaker 2 (36:27):
Well, you know, that's what we say about
insanity, right.
Yes, insanity, you're going toget the same result yes, the
same result.

Speaker 1 (36:36):
Doing the same thing over and over again and
expecting different results yes, that's it so either you, you do
that, which is insanity, right?

Speaker 2 (36:47):
or you just you just say you know what, there's
nothing that can help me, right?
And so that's why I want totell people, if you think that
you have been everywhere andtrying everything, there's no
hope for you.
It's like they didn't find whatwas causing your problem and or
they don't know how to fix it.
That's that simple.
It's not complicated at all.
You know, that's that simple.
And so there's this newtechnology that I created that

(37:09):
can really help.
And so if your gut feelingright, which is basically your
subconscious mind, right, that'syour intuition, the wisdom of
your subconscious mind talk toyou and say I'm going to try it,
what do you have to lose?
