The practical side of faith-walking requires surrendering our need for control—something I struggle with daily (I even planned my own baby shower!). We discuss letting go, stepping into obedience even when it doesn't make sense, and trusting God's perfect timing. My two-year-old daughter arrived years after we tried to conceive, when my older children were already in college—a testament to how God's timeline differs from ours but always proves perfect in retrospect.
