Today I sit down with my friend Lucia. She is a pediatric occupational therapist, fitness coach and super mom. Lucia talked about growing up in a small town, her walk with Christ and her struggles and rewards of being a single mom. Lucia has a passion for fitness and booty building in particular. She coaches women on how to grow their glutes as well as how to eat for the body of their dreams. Lucia talks about what it means to be skinny fat and dispels the rumors of lifting weights as a female.

Even though I grew up in the church and had faith in God, I felt so lost and hopeless.
I had to face my greatest fears and my days were filled with anxiety and depression.
Through the ups and downs, I learned so much about myself and this life.
I'm ready to open up and shine my light again!
