In this very first episode of Cup of Joy I am sitting down and talking with my friend Jenell while we were in San Diego attending the Pays To Be Brave Event put on by the incredible Angie Lee.
Jenell Consorti is a licensed massage and bodywork therapist and Transformation Coach.
She specializes in helping women release emotional trauma trapped in the body through bodywork, breathwork, and emotional repatterning.
She is about to graduate from the Hungry for Happiness Coaching Certification program and is also enrolled in the Pause Breathwork Facilitator Training program.
Throughout this show you will hear us chat about being in alignment, showing up authentically and unapologetically and truly what it takes to be brave.
