In this spontaneous episode, I dive into the concept of integrating spiritual practices into our daily lives, transforming them from isolated moments into a continuous, all-day experience. Inspired by the idea of reframing empty moments into intentional, meaningful ones, I explore how small actions and affirmations can connect us more deeply with the divine and enhance our overall well-being. Whether it's through meditation, prayer, or simply expressing gratitude during mundane tasks, the goal is to cultivate a constant state of mindfulness and connection.

Additionally, I share exciting updates about upcoming projects and events, including the launch of the 'Seven Days of Love Experiment' and my participation in the Bitcoin conference in Las Vegas, where I'll be discussing the empowering role of Bitcoin in combating human trafficking. I invite listeners to join these initiatives and reflect on how they can extend their spiritual practices throughout their day, fostering a more compassionate and critically thinking world. Join me in this journey of love, awareness, and action.

Unknown (00:04):
Happy spring, everybody.
How's everybody doing? I have some friends in El Salvador right now who are going to do,
like, a spring equinox ceremony
with these Mayan elders. It's so cool. So I hope you're doing well down there. I hope everybody
who is listening right now, this is a completely last minute thing I wanted to put together.

(00:25):
I'm so excited. I've been working on some really cool projects I'm gonna share with you guys in,
in just a minute. But, you know,
it this just I get, like, sticky notes
of little,
messages that, I'm being guided to share with you. And so
I have a very cool daily practice.
How about you? Do you do something that

(00:47):
you know, are you meditating each day? Are you doing some mantras? Are you singing? Are you
praying? Are you reading the Bible? Are you reading sacred texts? Are you reading,
Be Here Now? Are you doing something that is helping you
have that most beautiful connection with God, spirit, divine, universe, whatever you love to call,

(01:08):
the great creative life force that made everything?
I started really getting and I and I've always known this. You know, we've got James Clear who talks with,
you know, atomic habits. Right? And we think about atomic habits of, oh, put something by your toothbrush, and then you're gonna remember to pray or do whatever. And so there's all these different ways that we can,

(01:33):
triangulate
our
truthful
experience about how to have a daily experience with God.
And
it's soulful Sunday, so I thought, well, why not do this today?
And it just you know, I always talk about, like, if you're in the grocery store I work with coaching clients, and it's like, if you're in the grocery store, if you're waiting for the teapot to boil, if you're, you know, changing the toilet paper in your bathroom, it doesn't matter. There's literally an infinite number of opportunities for you to pause.

(02:06):
Start now. Allow a pause. You guys will learn that in my 11 x love program.
And connect
with your soul, with the sweetness, with the divinity. Right? And so,
so I wanted to talk about that today because,
you know, thinking in terms of
is it a daily practice or is it an all day practice? I guess I should have made a caption for that. Val, that would be good.

(02:33):
And so
practice
versus
all day practice,
which is better
for you?
And so
some people
compartmentalize

(02:53):
the way that they are. You know? And they think,
I did my morning practice. I did my morning yoga. I did my workout at the gym. I read my book. I journaled. Blah blah blah.
What if you started reframing
your practice as something that is your whole life?
That would be cool. Right? Like, what would you be doing a little bit differently?

(03:19):
My son used to make fun of me
because I would stand at the, you know, the little water thing on your refrigerator, and I'm filling up my coffee pot. You know? And it takes a little while to fill up the whole coffee pot so you can have coffee.
And I would do, like, these little, you know, side leg lifts or some little butt leg lifts.

(03:39):
You know? And he was like,
mom, you know that doesn't work. I'm like, yeah, it does. Totally works. Why don't you try it? Like, do 50 in a row on each side and tell me you don't feel feel the burn, dude. And,
like so the way that my mind works is, like, I don't want any
stagnant, stale time in my life. Sure. There's times when I'm just, like, I literally will just stare out the window and look at the birds or the trees or, you know, whatever's going on outside or the little

(04:07):
sparkles down in,
you know, in the city, the city lights from where I can see.
And so that's fine to kinda just be in a state of flow and a zone of, like, this is cool. But I think what's cool too is, like,
why not I mean, we literally only have a limited amount of time here on Earth.
So what if we started reframing

(04:30):
all those little,
quote, unquote, empty moments
and did something
intentional with them and did something
meaningful with them for us? And so whether it's a mantra, whether it's a, I'm a money magnet, or I help people learn Bitcoin,
or my body is perfectly healthy and pure, whatever it might be, like, you have

(04:51):
so many chances each day
to do those things.
So why not? You know? Because every time you do an affirmation, every time you do a little positive
message, like you're coding yourself, you're coding the energetic system of the world to listen to you and to for God to hear your prayers. So it's like, well, why not pray all day long?

(05:11):
Why not meditate all day long? Why not be in a state of abundance all day long, in a state of power all day long? And it's not easy. I mean, it takes a lot of practice, you know, and you have sticky notes everywhere and trying to remind yourself to do these things. But I think it's super important to, like,
well, why not take advantage of those,
those kind of empty moments? Again, not all of them are gonna be filled up, you know, with

(05:35):
the the these things. But if we have this
new way of looking at an all day practice versus a, like, well, I only talk to God from, you know, six to 06:30 in the morning, and then I'm busy because I'm on client calls or I'm on blah blah blah,
dealing with the kids. So why not continue to say, how can I evolve this evolutionary

(05:56):
experience that I have, this peer to peer relationship with God,
and expand it
into all of these things? You know? You're waiting for the egg to fry. You gotta wait.
I'm gonna flip it over. Okay. That's fourteen, fifteen seconds that you could do something with. Be like, wow. Thank you, god. Thanks for the eggs. Thanks for the heat. Thanks for the butter that my eggs are in. You know? Thanks for the spatula and the pan, and thanks for the roof over my head that's not leaking on my family. So

(06:22):
just fourteen seconds, I just did that. So why not, you know,
love the fact that you've got these moments in between?
You know? So I I just wanted to kinda do a tiny little video here, and I'll be putting in the course. But what I want you guys to do is sign up for
the seven days of love experiment. I made this little free you know, I wouldn't even call it a total course, but it's just some videos that I made for you. Each one of them has a different song. Each one of them has a different,

(06:51):
lesson and intention with the music and the vibration of the songs. And then, you know and I'm gonna be starting this 11 x love code course very soon. I'm uploading all the things. You guys are gonna have it, and it'll be value for value.
But
what I really wanted was for y'all to,
you know, have something for your day and, you know, have this, like, little mini playlist that's gonna make you feel better, hopefully,

(07:13):
you know, and have an opportunity
to tune in and get excited
for your life. So
that's it. I just wanted to do this tiny little share with you. I felt like putting my fun hat on because it's Sunday, and why not be glittery Sunday? I got this in Nashville at the Bitcoin conference.
I'm gonna be excuse me. I will be at oh my goodness. I was up late and up early.

(07:37):
I'll be at the Bitcoin conference in Las Vegas. I'm gonna be hosting a panel on human rights excuse me. Bitcoin for human trafficking
with, Bob McDonnell, who's the founder of House of Life and Mi Casa Kids in El Salvador, and Ryan Mata. We're gonna be talking about how Bitcoin is a tool to help, you know, empower young people who have been sex trafficked,
who have been raped, who have been abused, and now, unfortunately

(08:01):
and fortunately,
they're pregnant. They're pregnant with their abusers' children. So, wow, who are the most vulnerable people on Earth? I have to say that these girls are. And so I'm so excited to do this work and be in service of these folks.
So, you know, come say hi in Las Vegas, and, of course, we're gonna be doing the the Nostra booth and the Women in Bitcoin branch with Nat and Callie and all the other wonderful ladies who put that on. So I'll be volunteering there as always. And, I can't wait to see you guys in Vegas, but get the seven days of love experiment, you guys. It's super cool. You're gonna love all the music, and, hopefully, it'll help you have a a happier day.

(08:37):
And then get make sure you're subscribed to the newsletter. You can get all the stuff there on the dj valerie belove dot com forward slash subscribe.
And
I need your support. Everything I'm doing right now is value for value,
and I'm gonna be doing value for value two point o, which I'll explain in another video. But what I want you guys to start thinking about is, you know, we are in the middle of

(09:00):
psychological warfare. You know, we've got people out there that are lying to each other, people who only read headlines, and then people who are making Molotov cocktails and hurting innocent people. So it doesn't mean you have to agree with people's philosophy
about business or life or politics, But when violence starts getting into the equation,
something has really gone over the edge here. So we need to pull it back, get critical thinking back, make critical thinking sexy again. I just posted that.

(09:29):
But come back to a place of your heart, not just critical thinking, but what is
what is compassionate loving?
You know? Love them anyway. You don't have to agree with people, but you don't have to be violent either. So,
so let's check, you know, check out this music experiment. And then wrapping it up, like like I said, I wanna do this super quick video.
What is something you can do all day? So instead of just having, you know, your thirty minute, your sixty minute, whatever your daily practice is, how can you extend that through all these different parts of your day? Right? You're tying your shoelaces.

(10:01):
Thank you, God. I have shoelaces.
Yay. Look. My feet work. I can walk. How cool is that?
Super powerful. So that's it. I just wanted to make this little video. I send you guys lots of love. Thanks for tuning in, and I wish you the most wonderful, blessed day of your life. Again, make sure go grab the experiment,
and I hope to see you guys either in,

(10:22):
Vegas. I'm gonna be in,
La Isla Mujeres in October.
I'm gonna be in,
at the Bitcoin campout. I'm gonna be at,
adopting Bitcoin. So and my dream my total dream is to be at the Africa Bitcoin conference. That's like a bucket list for me. So I hope to see you guys there. And, again, I just wanted to do something super quick. So thanks for tuning in. God bless you, and I wish you the most most blessed day that you've ever had of your whole life. Thanks. Aloha.
