Along with serving as state EMS director in Wisconsin. Mark's career is a testament to, dedication, resilience and leadership in the face of crisis. Today, as the director of the Office of Emergency Services for Durham County, North Carolina, Mark oversees emergency preparedness and response for one of the state's most dynamic counties. His work spans coordinating resources, leading teams, and ensuring the safety of residents through both natural disasters and day to day emergencies.
