I've known him almost all of my life as my college roommate and through the years we worked together. He on the other hand, knows everyone (and I do mean he knows everyone). Art "Chat Daddy" Sims is who you would call an A lister's "A Lister" and he has the receipts to back it up. Everything I knew about fashion, independence, humor and freedom of expression I learned from him during our years in college. Now that we're older, it's funny how those very traits seem to define who we are. There are many sides to Art, and we talk about them, as well as his pivot to a fulfilling role with Guest House since his media career on radio and television.
