Tiffany Largie (00:01):
Hi, hey, how you doing, how you doing, how you
doing, how you doing.
So, man, oh man, oh man.
The art of 2019.
It's like, as I sit here andI'm getting ready to board a
plane, all I can think to myselfis my gosh.
It has been an entire year ofme doing the damn thing, trying
so many things, fighting forwhat I believe to be possible,

(00:26):
being willing to look inside ofmyself and say, gosh, can I
really do this?
And I gotta tell you, it's likeI think what I'd like to do is
walk you through my top threelessons.
Hey, kim, how you doing?
Can I have a quick heart, aquick hello?
How you doing?
Alright, so my goal for this isto walk you through my lessons
of 2019.
I'm about to board a plane, I'mat the Charlotte Airport and

(00:48):
I'm headed back to the WestCoast.
Am I a Charlotte or Raleigh?
I don't know, but I'm headedback to the West Coast and I'm,
and I spent the last two tothree weeks just sitting inside
of my thoughts, my heads, memories, friends, family, tough
moments, tough conversations, decisions, things I had to share
with people and get stuff offmy chest.
That wasn't really good forthem, but it was good for me.

(01:10):
It was important.
So, hey, how you doing Carmen?
How you doing Latoya, glenda,hi, hey, give me a quick heart,
give me a quick hello, high five.
So the goal of this is I'mgonna walk you through my errors
of 2019, the things that I haveto I'm taking away with me,
after sitting and building firesfor the last couple of weeks
and hiding out here in the state, as I plan for my 2020 and get

(01:32):
to the next level.
What's real is that there's acouple of things that I I want
to walk you through.
So, number one, number onething I'm changing for 2019-2020
.
Well, sometimes in business, wethink that we need to have a lot
of offers and we have a lot ofoffers, and then we're like, oh,
but I want to serve and helpeverybody, so I'm offering this,
and then I'm offering a littlebit of that, and then I'm I'm

(01:54):
offering this program, thisproduct, and this way and that
way, and what I've ah-ha'd formyself is that not only is that
a bad decision, but it's verydestructive, and I realize that
the more things that we put outinto the market, the more we get
distracted from what we do best.
And even though we're goingreally wide.
It's like my statement to youis it's best to have one core,

(02:17):
badass offer that you can putout into the market and feel
really, really good about, instead of having two to three
offers that are really good butthat always puts you in
different um puts you indifferent positions like puts
you in different frames of mind.
It's like I think sometimes, you know, I look at our
community and we have such adiverse community that in
business I've not always, but Itend to offer different things

(02:39):
to make sure that we, we takecare of the world, and for me,
it's like I don't think that wecan.
We can.
I don't think that I did itmaliciously, but my
understanding is that, man, if Icontinue to do that, we're
gonna miss out on serving thepeople who we serve best by
having too many offers.
So let me tell you what thewinning strategy is for 2020.
So, irma Marvis, if you'rethere, give me a high five, give

(03:02):
me a what's up, what's youdoing?
Welcome, welcome to 2020.
Oh, oh, welcome to 2020.
Oh, okay, so having one coreoffer, having one solid offer.
It's like I know for a factthat there's two things.
One you have to have one core, very strong offer that starts at

(03:23):
a price point of over athousand dollars.
So let me just take time.
It doesn't mean that you'reselling at one time for a
thousand dollars, but it's Idon't what I don't want you to
do.
I don't want you to have 20,make 25 moves in your world and
have 10 sales calls and get 10yeses and you're still not able
to break ten thousand dollars orfive thousand dollars or seven

(03:46):
thousand dollars or in a dollaramount that allows you to
justify why you're doing whatyou're doing, because nothing is
more frustrating than workingall the time.
Let's see what they have to say.
Oh, they're like Tiffany, don'tsmuggle in any alcohol or
anything else like that.
I got you, I'm done drinking,thank you.
So what I don't want you to dois I don't want you to get

(04:08):
distracted.
A lot of times it's easy for usto.
I'm in an airport, so if you'relistening, you're listening and
hanging out with me in thisairport as I've gone through
security and all types of thingsand now they're talking on the
air.
Let's see, they'll be done in asecond.
Thank you, you're welcome.
So I I allowed myself to getdistracted in certain sectors.

(04:30):
There are four quadrants of yourgame, that you've got to be on
top of your physical game.
Your physical game If you arehuffing and puffing going up the
stairs, if you don't have thestamina to stay up past 10
o'clock, if you find out thatsome days you're just so tired
you can't think straight, if youfind that after two o'clock
your energy gets really, reallylow.
It's like man.
I negotiated so often with myenergy.
I negotiated with my health.

(04:51):
I negotiated my physical game.
My second was it was like Iwasn't putting enough things in
my body, like I wasn't drinkingenough water.
There are days where I wouldcompromise how much water I got.
So it's like I decided for 2020I can't.
I have to have a trainer inplace.
Like I do a lot of great thingson my own, but if my physical

(05:14):
game, my body, is 911, I have tolet an expert be in front of
that space.
I need to have an expert be infront of that space because I
want to push my body harder, Iwant to get to be stronger, I
want to deliver more, I want todo more, I want to be more.
Second it focus.

(05:35):
So I decided to come to NorthCarolina because I realized that
I needed to change myenvironment in order to make the
hard decisions, so that I was aneutral ground to move forward.
And what that meant is that Ineeded to put myself a neutral
ground, like think about neutralground and ask yourself what do
I want for 2020?
What do I want for this year?

(05:56):
I said to myself last year am Itrying to build a multi-million
dollar company or am I buildinga billion dollar company?
And in about December 1st ofthis year, I was like you know
what, I'm not after another Xmillions.
Yes, I could get to eightfigures.
Yes, I could get to ninefigures.
And I'm like, yeah, that'sgreat.
But I'm like how the hell do Iget to a billion dollars?

(06:16):
That was a question I askedmyself.
I I mildly entertained thatquestion in the middle of 2019.
I don't think I really pursuedit.
I don't think I reallyentertained it.
I don't think I really let itsift inside.
It was like, no, let's just addanother million or let's just
get to this next level.
But the more I sat inside of myown strength, my own what I'm
capable of, my own results, howwe do the damn thing, I'm like

(06:37):
why aren't you thinking bigger, tiffany Larkin, why are you
settling here?
And it's like, why would Ithink of a billion?
Simply because I can.
I am able body, I have beengiven the opportunity to dream.
There are people who have diedbefore me to allow me to be
where I am today, to run hard,to have the strength that I have

(06:57):
, the mind that I have, theexperience and the story that I
have.
And it's like I have no choice.
I have no choice but to toallow myself to be whatever.
I have no choice but to allowmyself to be at 100%, whatever.
100% is to me.
And I said to myself why am Ialways thinking in terms of
millions?
Has anyone ever thought that?
Think about what I'm saying?

(07:18):
Ask yourself have you everlooked at yourself and say it
said what am I worth?
What is my knowledge worth?
What am I capable of doing?
Every time I walk into acertain arena, I see an entire
sea of Amazing people and I'mlike I think we're all just
thinking too small.
Our brains have so much powerand they're capable of so much.
And I'm like why am I thinkingwith an M?

(07:40):
I should be thinking with a B.
I made a decision to step into2020 and I'm like, my mindset is
no longer foot.
I'm no longer focused onmillions, I'm focused on a B.
I'm putting a B, I'm replacingthe M with a B.
If you hear me right now, ifyou hear me, I'm gonna ask you
to put a B in the chat.
Literally, I'm just gonna askyou to stay with me and put a B

(08:00):
in the chat of B, so that I knowyou hear me, because I'm like
man, what will it cost me if Ithink so small?
You know, the reality is thatit's gonna take the same amount
of time, energy and effort forme to get to figure out even
what it now.
The truth is that I don't knowwhat it's like to be at a
billion dollars.
I have never built a billiondollar company.
I've never consulted a billiondollar company.

(08:20):
I've had a shot at consulting abillion dollar company.
I have.
I've had a shot at consulting abillion dollar company and that
.
I tasted that and it was likethey were doing 1.9 billion
dollars.
And there's still a prospecttoday.
And all I say to myself everyday is why am I not chasing

(08:41):
bigger?
Why am I not having that biggerconversation?
Why am I always focused on M's?
Why not focus on B's.
My statement to you today isdamn it, don't use it.
Let 2020 get a hold of you andthink small.
I don't care what it is yousaid for your goals, I don't
care.
It doesn't matter Whatever goalyou set for yourself.
I want you to know that you'reworth more and damn it.

(09:04):
I want you to know that you cando more.
You know, I moved to NorthCarolina.
It's bittersweet for me to behere in this state and that's
why I came back here to dream, because this is where I built a
Seven figure business.
This is where I walked aroundas a black woman and learned
that I was black, learned that Iwas woman and learned that I
was not part of the conversationand I was not wanted.
I was not entertained inbusiness.
I came here with a couple ofboxes and and we rented our

(09:28):
house off of the internet.
I didn't have a business.
When I walked in here, I had anidea and I had a dream in 2010,
you know, between March 1st whenwe started, and November 17th
when I gave birth to Kayla and Ihad a surprise pregnancy.
So I found out after I movedand left everybody in Florida,

(09:49):
that I was gonna have a babythat I was not thrilled about
having at that time.
I was not.
I was far from thrilled.
I was like devastated.
I was like, are you kidding me?
I can't get pregnant right now.
I cannot have a baby.
I already have two kids.
I just signed a contract sayingI'm gonna produce hundreds of
thousands of dollars a month.
I can't do that, but there I am, pregnant till forever.
I'm in this state wherenobody's interested in seeing a

(10:10):
black woman, and the truth isthat there's only one thing that
I did.
I went to an event and I spenttime with people who are making
Millions of dollars.
I came back from thatexperience and Between March 1st
and November 17th, when Kaylawas born, I hit 1.3 million
dollars for the first time fromzero.

(10:32):
And it's like you know.
I don't say that you can justgo from zero to a million
dollars, and I don't want topaint the picture that that's
what I believe every personshould do, but I.
But until that moment, until Iallowed myself to entertain that
a million was possible, I hadbeen making hundreds, hundred
thousands.
That's it.
What's here is possible if youallow it to sit here and own

(10:53):
yourself the value and say I cando it because I am me.
I Am me like I had to look atmyself because there was no one
behind me.
I didn't have a husband behindme, I didn't have a friend
helping me and have a parent.
It was me looking in the mirrorand going I can do it.
I hit a million dollars.
The next year I hit a milliondollars again.
The year after that I hit morethan a million dollars.
I did a couple million dollars.

(11:14):
It's like I want to share withyou.
Not only is it possible, but Iwas still a black woman in a
racist state, in a place yes forsure.
I was still in a place wherepeople were not sure because I
had big earrings and bright redlipstick.
No one really entered I mean, not nobody but it was tough for
me to break into conversationsand I had to.

(11:35):
I had to own the value for thenext person, own a value.
So it's like, as I said tomyself before my still thinking
in terms of million, as I did adecade ago.
So a decade ago, I hit my firstmillion dollars in business in
one year.
Now I want you to be clear Idon't believe in any capacity I
can.
I'm gonna hit a billion dollarsin a year.
That's not, that is not it atall.

(11:56):
But it doesn't change the factthat, even though I don't know
how to get there, I'm gonnafight for that.
I'm gonna fight for that nextlevel of me.
I'm gonna fight for that nextlevel of possibility.
I'm gonna fight for that nextlevel of legacy.
I'm gonna fight for that nextlevel and I really want you to
do the same.
I'd love to hear right nowShelly, hi, monique, hi Allison,
hi Latoya, hi, okay, so I'mgonna ask you really quickly as

(12:21):
you think about what's your goallike, what is your goal for
this year?
Do you have a revenue goal?
Can you just tell me yes or no?
I want to know really quicklyin the chat Do you have a
revenue goal?
Because just yesterday, as Ilooked at hey petty, how you

(12:42):
doing, hi, hey Tracy, how youdoing, all right, so just, you
don't have a revenue goal.
Ah, I can't wait to meet you do.
Okay, shelly, you have arevenue goal, awesome, perfect.
Let me ask you this Latoya, youdon't have a revenue goal.

(13:02):
Everyone needs to stop whatyou're doing right now.
I want you to look around, whatever room You're in, and I
want you to ask yourself what amI fighting for in 2020?
What am I fighting for?
What am I fighting for?
I just said so.
My goal, one of my goals, is todo this year, is to do art all
the revenue that we did in theyear of 2019 to produce that in

(13:28):
a quarter.
That is one of my goals, thatis one of my personal goals, and
I know that that's the firststep of me getting to the next
level.
I know that that's the nextstep of me taking my business,
my company, my brand, mythoughts, my dreams to the next
level.
Because I Still don't know howyou get to a billion dollars
like, I don't even have a clue.
But I'm like why the hell am Igonna think small?

(13:48):
Why am I gonna believe thatit's impossible for me to do it?
I'm not gonna believe it'simpossible for me to do it.
So I'm.
I don't want you to believeit's impossible to do it.
If I can go from zero, if I canleave and go to North Carolina
as a black woman and generate amillion dollars in a year, trust
me when I say that you can runcircles around me.
Some of you have amazingservices and business and

(14:10):
products that you do.
And it's like I don't want youto just shoot for $5,000.
I don't want you to shoot for,you know, $45,000.
I want you to believe theimpossible.
I want you to step into theimpossible because you're great.
As scared as I am, I gotta tellyou when I thought to myself and

(14:30):
listen, I want to know what itis.
I'm telling you, when I thoughtto myself yesterday, last night
, I was like I've barely likegone to sleep because I was, as
you can see, like I've barelygone to sleep.
I've been hanging out all day.
I had people at the house and Iwas like, oh my gosh, this is
so crazy, tiffany, what are yougonna fight for?
And last night at midnight, Iwas like shit, I'm gonna do it.
A billion dollars.

(14:52):
And I have been thinking aboutit and I'm like I need to move
all of my company and all of myefforts into building a bigger
business.
I need to stop thinking smalland I'm gonna do it.
I want you to come with me,even though I don't even know
the way.
But trust and believe.
Like trust and believe.
So let me say this reallyquickly who is coming to the Do

(15:14):
the Damn Thing World Tour?
Because I'm gonna show you howto get to other first million
for sure.
Hey, are you doing?
Is there anybody who needs tocome to the Do the Damn Thing
World Tour?
Who has not come, who has notgotten their ticket yet, because
I'm actually giving awaytickets?
Ah, did I?
Can I say that out loud?
Oh, I don't know if we put itout in the email yet, but I am.
I'm giving out a handful, yes, giving out a handful of special

(15:39):
things.
So if there is there someone outthere right now who's like hey,
I absolutely need to figurethis out.
Yay, kim, I know you're coming.
I don't know how to comment inthis.
Here, I'm gonna put my calendar.
I'm actually gonna put mycalendar.
Speak to.
Can someone write this for mewwwSpeakToTiffanicom.

(16:00):
Speaktotiffanicom.
I know this is crazy, but Ican't seem to figure how to do
this on this device.
But if you can just put that inthe chat, if someone literally
I'm not kidding, I land tomorrowmorning and if you're like, I
need to figure out, I need helpin getting there, please
wwwSpeakToTiffanicom.
Okay, and let us help youfigure that out in the next 24

(16:24):
hours, because I promise youit's gonna be pretty sweet.
So if you haven't figured it out.
It's not on your radar.
Trust me when I say you don'tnot want to be there.
It is gonna be the greatestevent that I've ever produced.
It is my birthday and I wantyou to spend.
I'm selfishly want you to comeand help me blow out candles.
And, more importantly, if youhave a friend and you're like I
know that I got a friend whoneeds to come, or I know another

(16:46):
business owner I didn't giveanyone a Kwanzaa, christmas,
hanukkah gift please book thetime.
I'm telling you you won'tregret it.
So there's two reasons why youwant to go.
One you're like I don't have arevenue goal for 2020.
I don't know how to get there,but, damn it, I can't have
another 2019.
Or you're like I flipping gottafigure out how to come to this
do-the-damn-thing World Tour inFebruary and I need help.

(17:06):
Trust me when I say we have alot of resources and partners
and we can help you make ithappen and figure it out.
Alright, so number two quadrant.
So you have your physical game.
You have your goal game.
The third is you have to.
You can't have too many offers,so your offer has to be really
strong.
Everybody has to have like asexy offer, what we call an

(17:27):
irresistible offer, what I'llcall a do-the damn-thing offer.
It's a dynamite core one offerthat says to the world this is
what I'm doing.
Or number four is reallyimportant to me because it's
something that it's like man, ifyou can just put it into
perspective G-O-G-O-G, you needto work on your core.
Five people my first 30 days isgoing to be me nailing my

(17:51):
partnerships with five peoplewho are going to help me build a
bigger business.
Five people who are playing ata really high level game.
So before in the past, I havefocused on having five people
who support me and encourage me,etc.
And I do have that and that'sawesome and I've done a great
job manifesting that and notmanifesting, but nurturing that.

(18:13):
Here are the two other pocketsthat I will not end 20 in this
next three days.
So five people who are playingat a bigger revenue game that I
can watch, be close, to, haveaccess to and dive into.
Okay, so that's one.
They have a skill in a veryspecific area, but their skill

(18:34):
is my business weakness.
The other five I'm frozen.
You can't see me.
You're, I'm frozen.
Ah, can you see me now?
Well, let's see if thisfinishes record because it looks
great to me.
So the other five is teen, soyou need to start working on

(19:03):
your teen.
It is not a good idea for youto know that okay, perfect,
phoenix, fantastic, perfect,it's unfrozen.
Okay, perfect.
So number number four you needa team.
I In 2019.

(19:23):
I found myself trying to figurea lot of things out, and so I
spent a lot of time working onareas that are below not below
my pay grade, but they'redefinitely not value there.
What's the right word Like?
Let me just say this youLiterally 100% Need to be
focusing all your mind, energyand effort on what you do best,

(19:47):
and you have to find otherpeople To do the other things.
In the last 30 days, we broughton two contractors.
I can't, could not, not that Icouldn't afford, but it's not a
good business move for me to tryto bring on a team member and
if you above.
So it's like I needed to plugup two To holes and they're not
permanent, but a.
They're definitely goodband-aids until I get to the

(20:09):
next chapter.
I spoke to someone this morningabout coming to work on my team.
I spoke to someone yesterdayabout Coming to work on our team
, and it's like I have to go andfind the talent that I want to
help me get to the next level, because this time the time, the
moments that I don't have thatperson hired what's easy is that
I just start doing it, I juststart getting involved, I just

(20:31):
start working Outside of what Ido best and it's like I can't
because I gotta Focus on what Ido best and do more of it,
because if I'm worth $500 anhour and I'm worth in our
company, in our company it'sabout $2,000 an hour for my time
.
Which is why I'm like youshould totally get to the event,

(20:51):
because for like a couplehundred dollars, I'm going to
help you build your entirebusiness and life map and it's
everything I've ever taught in aframework that I've never
shared with anybody.
But I've been working on it allyear and mastering it and
applying it to our own businessto get to the next level.
But it's almost like a board ofdirectors.
I am no longer interested ingoverning myself like.

(21:14):
One of the questions I askedmyself all the time now is how
do I remove myself?
At what point can I stop beingthe CEO of this company?
That's literally like the otherquestion I'm like I know it's
not this year, but I have tostart thinking in those terms,
because I hold my company backby being the CEO.
Does everybody understand whatI'm saying?
I hold my company back by beingthe CEO because I'm actually

(21:34):
the artist, I'm the story, I'mthe teacher.
It's tough for me to be theteacher and the CEO sometimes,
because I have to.
I have to make tough decisions.
I've got to put myself inplaces where it's like white
what?
And All I'm thinking of now isgrowth, and I can't be thinking
about growth if I don't havepeople around me.
I don't care how you do it, butwhat I'm telling you right now

(21:58):
Like either.
You like the faster you putyourself in a place where you're
not doing all the work butthere has to be work for you to
do the faster you win.
The last role you should begetting rid of is your sales
role.
The last road you should begetting rid of is yourselves.
Your last rear that road.

(22:19):
I'm gonna tell you this.
So actually, this is numberfive.
Okay, so, number five one ofthe big things that I'm changing
is how we communicate with theworld.
Like we have a podcast now, which is fantastic, which is
great, but one of the otherthings that we have been lacking
in a little bit is ourconsistency, especially in
telling our story on socialmedia, just general, organic
social media.
So between social media andit's like what's my next

(22:42):
container blogs.
So, man, I stopped writing, butI write in so many other areas.
I don't want you to think interms of constantly creating
Content, but I do want you tothink in terms of your voice.
Your story has to have anavenue where your customers, or
people who are listening to, cango to every single week and

(23:03):
hear your voice, like if therewas one thing you were gonna
implement marketing lies in thenext 30 days.
You need a voice.
You need a container for yourvoice.
It is how I have generated amillion dollars all over again
without paying for ads, withoutinvesting in great funnels,

(23:23):
having fancy pages built.
You need a container for yourvoice.
There are different types ofcontainers and, depending on
your lifestyle, it'll determine.
This year, this quarter, we'reincreasing the amount of
containers and getting better atcleaning up some of the
containers that we have, becausewe know people are finding our
voice and they're finding ourinformation or they're finding
our content awesome.

(23:44):
Now we just need to get theminto the next step.
Okay, so it's like, as you thinkabout this, I want you to ask
yourself when does my voice liveif it lives on Facebook alone?
That's not a good container, because Facebook is not
searchable In theory, instagramis not searchable, linkedin is
sort of searchable, but YouTubeis stupidly searchable, right?

(24:07):
So I want you to think in termsof my content.
My, my story needs to bedistributed in the form of a
copy of content that sits in acontainer that's specific, so
that people can keep coming backto the same place and dipping
in and they're hearing yourstory, they're consuming your
story and allows them to thentake action.

(24:28):
We really got very good atdoing this, probably the second
half of last year, with some newcontainers that were searchable
, and I got to tell you theresults from the little bit of
effort, the little bit ofinvestments We've made.
At me I put a person whofocuses on that.
It has changed my business andit has made me go God.
We really have to pay attentionto these containers and we got

(24:49):
to pay attention to what'shappening in the containers and
we have to do it consistently, consistently.
So, so tough.
Some of the things I'm doingover the next 30 days is which I
think I'm gonna share whenanybody be interested in sharing
me, sharing my daily kind ofregimen.
I'm gonna be going throughalmost a bootcamp the next 30
days as I take my game to thenext level and and I'm gonna be

(25:12):
waking up and I'm godly hourBecause not just to get more in,
but so that I have more time tobe centered and I can be
focused and I can be clear I'mdoing the damn thing.
So it's like I don't know whatthing it is for you, but for me
that's my first thing first, andI'm going to go back to celery
juicing every day, because whatI've noticed is that, like these
last two weeks, I've beendrinking I haven't been celery

(25:34):
but, but it's been, but I've butI, every day, I feel amazing.
Everyone's like Tiffany, howare you?
Well, how are you doing all ofthat?
But you're not.
How are you doing all of that?
But I'm like, I don't know whatit is, but I'll tell you this
I've been taking really goodcare of my body Celery juice,
lots of water, lots of movementand I'm like now I need to put
it into a formula so that I canhelp more, even more people,

(25:56):
because I've been taking on Godlike an amazing care of my body
last six months, more than Iprobably ever.
But I'm gonna take it up to thenext level in the next 30 days
and I'm gonna machine some ofthe things that I do and when I
see you in February, on mybirthday, as I walk into a brand
new year of doing the damnthing that, I'm at another level
.
So let me just put this again.
So, is anybody interested?

(26:16):
Phoenix, how you doing?
So good to see you, carmen, kim, monique, I love it.
I'm thinking of sharing thisevery day for the next 30 days
and I think if I'm able to dothat, then hopefully it'll help
you, because maybe I'll start aboot camp.
Let me think about it on theplane.
I might just start a boot campin here.
That's like 30 days until I dothe damn thing world tour,

(26:38):
whatever you, I guess that wouldbe it.
Would you be interested in that?
If we did that, we just got ourlives together, together, and
I'll do it for myself, and thenI'll share what I'm doing and
how I'm doing it.
I think that's what we're gonnado, something like that I'll
come up, I'll have the team comeup with something by Monday.
You gotta have your mind.
You have have your heart andyou gotta have your spirit ready

(27:00):
to make money.
You gotta have it to make money.
I don't know what the boot campis, but the boot camp is coming
and the boot camp is gonna comein the next couple of days.
That's exactly what we're gonnado, because you gotta get
yourself together, and if you'rewilling to do the things with
me, we can do them together.
And if that means that we'reall mother effing waking up at
six in the morning and our assesare moving and dancing together
, then shit, that's exactly whatwe're gonna do.

(27:20):
The key is you gotta move everyday, you gotta put a couple of
things in your body and yougotta take a couple of moments
not to meditate but to remindyourself what you're grateful
for, to be clear about howpowerful you are and then, more
importantly, to get ready to dothe damn thing.
So, phoenix, let me ask reallyquickly are you coming to the do
the damn thing world tour?
Are you coming to my birthdayparty?

(27:40):
You were invited to my birthdayparty.
Are you coming?
You were invited to my birthdayparty.
You come, kim, carmen, I knowyou're gonna be the Moonee.
I'm so excited.
Does anyone else other thanAlison have a friend that
they're like?
I really want my friend to come.
Please head towwwspeak2tiffaniecom.
In the next couple of daysyou're gonna talk to one of us

(28:00):
and I promise you're gonna helpyou figure it out, or we're
gonna help you figure out yourrevenue goal If you're a client
or if you're a master.
Remember, if you do not, weneed a revenue goal.
Your revenue goal is 911.
And I just told you what I'mvying for not this year, but
that's my new and as I thinkabout it, I go you're a February

(28:21):
two.
You're a February baby two.
Yay, that's so exciting.
So that means you shouldtotally come.
You're Valentine's Day.
I'm so jealous of you.
Like I am so jealous of you.
I'm on the eighth.
So, phoenix, are you gonna cometo my birthday party?
Is there?
If we can help you make ithappen, are you gonna come?
You're gonna come hang out withus.

(28:43):
So I'm gonna extend an offer, right, yeah, I'm totally gonna
extend an offer for sure.
So Phoenix is like no, she'slike I don't know who the hell
you are.
So with that, I'm gonna saythis is way longer than I
planned for it to be.
Has this been good?
Has it served you?
Did you book the time?

(29:04):
Can you head towwwspeak2tiffanycom?
And one of your babies is onthe eighth Monique, I love it.
We're meant to be connectedtogether forever.
I flipping, love it.
So excited.
Okay.
So wwwspeak2tiffanycom.
If you did not get all five ofthese, I encourage you to go
back, watch it again, write itdown, because this is exactly

(29:27):
what I'll be spending the next24, 48 hours in.
It is me alone flying back?
Oh no, that's not true.
I have my baby.
Hold on, everyone wanna see mybaby.
Let's see if we can get her tocome.
Hold on, maya, we're gonna seeif we can get my baby to come.
This is my baby.

(29:47):
Who's coming back?
Maya, they look like you don'tlook excited.
Come on, let's try it again.
Show your I'm excited face.
I'm excited.
So we're gonna say so.
Maya's gonna be at the.
Do the damn thing.
Roll to her, right, maya?
Yeah, cause we're skippingschool.
Sometimes we're skipping schoola little bit, but it's my

(30:07):
birthday and we're gonna have alot of fun on my birthday and
I'm your favorite person, so youkinda have to be there.
Am I still your favorite person?
You look like you're not sure.
I'm not BTS and I don't dancelike them.
Yeah, you do.
Okay, but my daughter is coming.
She's the only one coming backwith me to Los Angeles because

(30:29):
she's now working at our companyand I'm her favorite.
She might, she might, for today.
She's my favorite.
I'm putting it on camera.
But my daughter is actually nowworking for a company.
She's gonna be working for thenext couple of weeks, which is
so exciting.
She's really excited about it.
So she's gotta go to work.
And it was like mom's gotta goto work.
We can't hang out with theother kids here in North
Carolina.
We gotta go to work.
We got work to do.

(30:49):
That's it.
We got work to do.
We got what?
Kayla, what I mean Kayla, maya, what did you say to them?
What did you say to me thismorning?
What?
Maya came in the kitchen andMaya's like we gotta go because
we gotta go make that bread.
Oh yeah, I was like I knowthat's right.
Maya was like we gotta go.
Everybody in North Carolina wegotta go.
Let's get this bread.
We gotta go get this bread.
I was like I know that's right.

(31:09):
I was like who raised you?
And I was like, oh, my God itwas me.
And then I had a little bit ofexcitement.
I know this is horrible, thisis awkward mom stuff, but if you
don't do it for your babies, who you doing it for?
Right, if you don't do it formy daughter's a fool.
So she's going to work, and, yep, she's going to work.

(31:32):
But the reality, the bottomline, is that, listen, you not
making the next level happen isnot optional.
Me forcing my daughter to geton a plane early with me is 100%
about me teaching her to do thedamn thing.
She's gonna watch me grind, hustle, focus, discipline myself
, challenge myself, wake upearly with no one else there.

(31:54):
Well, everyone else is havingfun in North Carolina.
The next week I'm gonna beworking and my pumpkin gonna be
working.
We're gonna be making thatshmoney.
Is that what we say?
Is that what the young ones say?
See, I'm young, ha ha ha ha.
So Maya's like is that shmoney?
It's whatever you want, okay,okay.

(32:15):
So here's the bottom line.
Bottom line is, if you haven'tgotten to the do the damn few,
don't have a ticket to the dothe damn thing world tour, I'm
gonna say please make sure youconnect with us.
Okay, we're allowed us to stalkyou and as simple as this I
absolutely adore you.
I cannot wait to watch you win,and if there's someone out

(32:40):
there, the boss is always rightIsn't she hilarious?
Don't make the mistake that Imade.
Don't make excuses as to in thefuture, next year, next month.
Don't say, oh, it's not theright time.
I did that for seven, sevenyears, eight years, and I could
have made.
I could have gotten to amillion dollars a whole lot

(33:03):
faster if I had just stoppedletting the relationships,
husbands, drama, family bullshitjust get in the way.
I want you to come celebrate mybirthday with me, because I'm
selfish and I love you and Iwant us to be together, but I
also want you to build a lifethat you absolutely love.
So I'm making a very specificoffer to book time, literally to

(33:25):
connect with me while I'msitting in my office for the
next few days, before my wholeteam doesn't come back until
Monday, and where I can help you, I can help you.
That's it.
So, guess what, I love you andI hope you have an amazing night
.
This is our very first FacebookLive for 2020.
And I'm so excited about thisyear, I'm so flipping excited

(33:49):
and I cannot wait.
I cannot wait, and I know myhair needs a brush and I
probably need some makeup and mynails are probably at their end
.
But in this moment, this isprobably my favorite visual.
I'm looking at the camera andall I'm thinking about is this
day will never happen again.
This is the first day of thenew decade, of a whole new

(34:13):
decade of us doing the damnthing, and gosh, gosh.
I can't wait to see it again.
So if you're watching this live, make sure you book the time If
you want to be added.
Let me also say that.
So on January I think it'sninth we're doing a very long
training.
I'm gonna be helping everyonebuild their game plan and if you

(34:37):
want to have the workbookthat's going to come with it,
you have to register for it.
It's not, it's completely free,but if you're watching this
live, please make sure that youput that date down and you plug
in the word workbook If you wantto make sure that you get
registered and don't miss it.
If you're watching this onreplay and want it on replay you

(35:00):

Yeah, so hashtag workbook orhashtag replay.
I love you.
