So what's your favorite thingabout the Longmont Humane
Society?
SPEAKER_00 (04:37):
Um...
You know, Longmont's a big town, and the Humane Society does a
lot of different things toservice that town.
Medical, you know, not justadoptions.
They'll do medical procedures.
They'll take unwanted strays, cats and dogs.
They'll take, you know, lost andfound pets until they find their
(04:57):
owners again.
They just do all the things thatwe need, cats and dogs.
And I do like cats, if you'rewondering.
SPEAKER_01 (05:03):
Okay, yeah.
My question was going to be,like, how many—what's your
number— You know, like, youknow...
Stripes down your arm, tattoos.
How many you got?
The
SPEAKER_00 (05:13):
cats and I are
simpatico.
We get along.
SPEAKER_01 (05:14):
Okay, good, good,
good.
And how'd you end up at theHumane Society?
Did you just run in or what?
Did they just take you?
I don't know if they would.
They
SPEAKER_00 (05:22):
did, you know.
I was with the family, but itwasn't a good fit for them.
And things changed, so theHumane Society took me in.
And like I said, when peopleshow up, I put on my A-game.
So I'll be adopted pretty soon.
SPEAKER_01 (05:32):
Yeah, I can see
that.
I can see that.
Maybe by somebody here at theOktoberfest.
And what's going on today?
I mean, I just saw you come outin the last hour or so.
What have you been doing aroundhere?
What's going on?
SPEAKER_00 (05:42):
Oh, you know, it's a
great place.
There's an obstacle course fordogs.
There's just lots of grass andtrees for us to hang out on.
So I've just been walkingaround, enjoying the atmosphere,
listening to music, playing withkids, a couple of selfies here
and there.
So it's been a good day.
SPEAKER_01 (05:54):
Gosh, that's so
special.
Okay.
You know, we're not trying tocut you short or anything like
that because you're a big, talldog.
We always ask the owners, butYour owner clearly isn't here.
I mean, I don't know if Marcy'shere and, like, taking care of
you or not.
But anyway, if you could sayanything in English, because
(06:15):
dogs bark, what would you say topeople that are around you?
What would you say?
SPEAKER_00 (06:22):
I would like to
quote my favorite game show
host.
Remember to spay and neuter yourpets.
SPEAKER_01 (06:27):

I donate as much as I can fromthe sales that I have because
(07:21):
it's important to me.
I don't want dogs to go.
Dogs and cats work with allsorts of rescues of that nature,
but...
It was fun.
It was cool to sit down with atalking mascot.
You look at mascots, sometimesyou're like, do you say
anything?
Anyway, thank you, Boz.
(07:42):

that I've been using for my pitmix, Roo, because he eats just
so fast.

of their pets, dogs inparticular, but mine I caught
(08:05):

technical term is And it's byOutward Hound.

It's been a while, but I forgotthat that was an important thing
to me.

couple reviews.
But it works wonderful.
(08:51):
I didn't know that the companydoes so much, which I presume
most do.
There's not just a one and done, which I think is great.

They have a great missionstatement.
Their mission is to enrich thelives of pets and their families
worldwide with innovations thatdeliver happiness.
(09:12):
You can't beat that with astick.
No, don't fetch that stick.
But they have a lot of neatinteractive pieces on their
website.

He's been slower than my bluehealer.
she's done in no time very foodmotivated dogs that are also
ready in the morning and they'reon a time schedule so they're
once in the morning once atnight and he's ready to go with
it but it's a great product Ithink that 4.5 out of 5 stars is
(09:59):
adequate for it great pricepoint and You know, it's great
for what I need them to do.
It does exactly what I want outof a product that slows my dog
down.
