I love providing representation of folks thriving after 65. 

Which is why I only interview folks over 60 on the podcast – because if you see it, you can be it right?

But, as you may know from prior episodes on the podcast, I’m constantly sharing how important it is to have intergenerational relationships and conversations.

Please meet Stefano Selorio, 25, the Founder and CEO of Carevocacy, a company dedicated to empowering older adults with digital literacy skills that enhance their access to healthcare, while bridging generational and technological divides.

This conversation brings together voices from two generations—myself at 68 and Stefano at 25—to emphasize how intergenerational relationships and collaborations can make a powerful impact. In this case, it’s on health and wellbeing for older adults.

Stefano and I explored the essential role of technology in healthcare, making health resources accessible to all, regardless of age, background, or tech familiarity.

Stefano shared some specific ways digital literacy skills, including understanding AI, can directly impact health equity for older adults.
