It's amazing that we are stilldoing this journey and I'm so
grateful for it.
Season 5 is not to abuse, a linethat you hear everywhere, but
it legitimately is going to bethe best season we've ever had
here.
If you care about anything,you're going to care about
watching and listening to thisshow because, literally, it is
the only show that matters onall of the interweb where, this

season, we have listened to thefeedback, we paid attention to
the data.
What we're going to do is we'regoing to fill an entire season
based on the success of our show, and we're going to measure
that by your feedback.
What were the shows that youliked best?
We're going to go back andwe're going to theme it out
based on that.
What we're seeing is, over thepast five years, there have been

certain topics, specificallyinterviews of entrepreneurs and
thought leaders, that you guysnot only listen to in great
numbers when it goes live, butit's evergreen.
It lives on forever and youguys keep on coming back to it.
What we're going to do is we'regoing to dedicate an entire
season of interviewingentrepreneurs and thought

leaders with a specific list ofquestions.
What we've learned, even in thefocus groups that we have been
able to have as it relates tooutlining the episodes for this
upcoming year, is that there arecertain questions that matter
to you guys.
It's helpful for you to havethese questions answered because
these are the relevant topicsthat help guide you in your

journey.
When you highlight someoneelse's journey and you talk
about the good, bad and the ugly, it becomes a related element
and people can pull from thatexperience now to help guide
them in their own experiences.
Again, we're going to dedicateall of season five to just doing
that.
It's going to be amazing If youhave some incredible guests

already lined up.

Something that really isspecial also, that we're pulling

We're going to ask them aseries of questions that help

bring to the surface their story.
Why did you get started?
Why did you pick that product,that service, that particular
market?
How did you get started?
What were the challenges?
Were they avoidable?
If you can go back, would youavoid them?
If so, how?
What are the secret things thatyou're applying now?

That gives you the best successand the horizon.
Let's look past.
What is the future?
Look for these businesses.
We're going to end with somesecret questions.
You're going to have to tuneinto the first few episodes here
in order to see and hear whatthey are.
It's going to be amazing.
I'm thrilled for everyone.
I'm thrilled also to be in theroom with a lot of these

incredibly successfulindividuals and learn, just like
you guys.
It's going to be a lot of fun,but we're going to have that
long format.
What we're going to do is, afterevery single interview, then
I'm going to record a separateshort version of that particular
episode and really justhighlight the main points that

were made.
The reason we're doing this andthis is actually your feedback
that we've heard over the pastseveral years is there are
amazing episodes that reallyhave, like, touched certain
people, right, because I'm notgoing to make the assumption
that everything is important foreveryone, right?
So there are certain subjectsand topics that are just
important for different people,and what we've seen and heard
from you guys is that there were, there have been, some amazing

episodes that you just love andyou keep on going back to them,
which is awesome.
So what we're going to do is,once we have that particular
interview, we're going to recorda short version of those
highlights.
To this way, it's a resourcefor you guys, now that you've
found that incredible topicmaybe it's the entrepreneur that
represents a market, anindustry, a product or a service
similar to yours.
Now we're going to create thatother short version that you get

to now refer back to, to getjust get quickly to those
highlighted points, and thoseare going to be released in
these sort of package formatspart one and part two and it's
going to be awesome.
So, again, number one is we'rehaving a theme.
This is the first time we'rededicating an entire season to
one particular theme.

Number two if there are peoplethat you would love to hear from

them on our show.
This way, you get to get access, in a way, to these individuals
, their stories and the highlevel behind the scenes stuff

valuable sort of a season,because this is going to be
information that we're going totalk about, that people pay

thousands, tens of thousands ofdollars for training and courses
all over the place.
We're going to bring thesepeople onto the show and we're
going to talk about all of thestuff that they're doing and
their sort of secret tips of thetrade sort of speak, and so
that's why I really see this asbeing probably one of the most
valuable seasons that we've everdone.
And again, we've interviewedbefore.

We've had follow episodesbefore, but that was sort of
part of seasons.
Now we're going to have anentire season dedicated, with
intentionality, based on whatyou guys have shared with us,
and we're going to ask veryspecific questions.
That guides it.
This way, you know exactlyahead of time what we're going
to be talking about.
This way, you know what you'regoing to be getting out of this,

and this is going to be reallysort of a regular sort of
informational piece for you guysthat you should be tuning into
like on a regular basis.
This should become part of yourroutine.
Routine is tuning into Don'tFear Grit for season five every
time we release a new episode,because there's going to be
something for you to learn,because if you are interested in
becoming a more successfulentrepreneur, if you're

interested in becomingrecognized as a thought leader,
as a brand ambassador andbuilding your personal brand and
becoming more influential inyour space, then this is the
show.
This is literally going to bethe season where, every single
week, there's going to be anopportunity for you to pull a
golden nugget to help sort oflike make a deposit into your
journey, and it's going to helpyou get there even faster

because, remember, there'speople that have done this
before.
Right, they were not the firstpeople, and so if we can bring
those people on and they canshare everything, like with
transparency, just completehonesty about the good, the bad
and the ugly we tend to see,just highlight the good, right,
but there's a lot to learn fromthe struggles as well.

Entrepreneurs face and arm thenthe future entrepreneurs with
that information, so they'regoing to avoid those obstacles
and you guys can experiencesuccess a whole lot faster than
we have.
