Margot and Meaks discuss the season finale of season two, “Beside the Dying Fire” and the death of one of our favorite locations: the farm. We talk a good deal about the death of location and the beginnings of the Ricktatorship but we also can’t help trying to make sense of Lori one last time (she still doesn’t make sense to Meaks though Margot is very convincing). What do we know about some of the people we lose? Not a lot, but we do our best to eulogize them at any rate.
Other topics and tangents include: the TTRPG Sleepaway by Jay Dragon, the gunshots that herald the end of Carl’s childhood, being a child actor on this set speculation, the barn is full of walkers again!, and unpacking the distrust of Rick by everyone around camp once they get free of all the action.
