Mike Gonzalez is a 2nd degree black belt, former MMA Champion and creator of the Championship Mindset program, a program where Mike coaches individuals to better develop their focus. Mike is also one of the leaders of the Awakened Warriors Men's Group here in Austin, which is how we met.
In this episode, Mike and I discuss the importance of "administering your medicine" , expressing yourself, and stepping into discomfort in order to do so. We also talk about his focus program and some of the tools he implements to help people develop better mindsets and hone their focus, such as:

We also discuss Mike and Derek Gutierrez's upcoming father-son retreats which they are planning on hosting soon. We discuss what we can expect from the retreat's, why they are so beneficial for individuals and why we are both passionate about retreats.
