Nicole is an intimacy and communication coach and mentor and in this episode we discuss Nicole's experience exploring different kinds of relationships throughout her life. She discusses what she has learned throughout these relationships and gives insight into how we can better communicate, date and form intimate relationships with individuals.

I really enjoyed this conversation because I have been surrounded by very traditional relationships my entire life and was excited to hear a different approach to dating and intimate partnerships. Not only is the conversation eye opening and perspective shifting, but Nicole also provides very valuable tools that we can use to improve communication with not only our intimate partners, but also our friends and family.
