120: I AM... PROGRESS!

Ending 2020 and at 36 years old, Sean found himself at a loss. He felt like he had tried everything and that the person he had become and all the negativity he felt was someone else's fault. Depressing thoughts and negativity seemed to be getting worse and worse and the scale kept climbing. At 320lbs, Sean had enough. Starting 2021, Sean decided to try some things he had never done before in an effort to start feeling better, to start being more positive, and to start living a better life. Where did he even get started? Sean decided he didn't like the relationship he had with alcohol and made an effort to take a break. This was the beginning of change and the start of positive progress. Sean has now passed his 3rd year sober, has lost 100lbs, has become more positive and has a completely new mindset.
