It delves into the struggle between the discomfort of someone’s current situation and the fear of making a change. Some argue that until the pain of staying in that situation outweighs the fear of breaking free, a person will remain, even if it’s dysfunctional and they yearn to escape.
The post shares a client story that illustrates the subtle shift that acts as a foundation for escaping the old situation by making small adjustments to react to the situation someone is trying to escape.
