We are constantly provided gifts throughout our lives. No, I don't mean actual physical gifts like an Amazon gift card or game, but opportunities. These opportunities manifest themselves as a chance to work with the Dean of your university, a paid internship at a prestigious company, or maybe something as simple as getting accepted into a great research program. These are gifts that are presented to us in many ways, shapes, and forms and we should always capitalize on them. You never know what can come out of them in the short term but the implications for the long term. In this episode, I talk about those gifts that I had taken advantage of and how they changed my life several years later.
