Speaker 3 (00:13):
Drama, Darling.
Speaker 1 (00:19):
Welcome in, everybody, Welcome in. It's a Love Island reuniony cap.
It's okay, okay, I have a couple of jobs to
be sharing with you guys joining me to do this
as Jamie Morior and Emily Theresa's ladies.
Speaker 2 (00:34):
Welcome in, Welcome on this day of Travis and Taylor.
Love is around us, Love Island.
Speaker 1 (00:42):
Oh my god, there was a recoupling and it is
Taylor swept in, Travis Kelsey closed off, they went into
the what was it? Where do they go hideaway? Thank you?
It's been so long. And here's the thing, it's been
too long. We waited too long, Emily, you called it.
We waited too long for the reunion because I wasn't
(01:04):
that interested and then I got in and then you know,
but I'm excited to talk about it. But congratulations to
Taylor and Travis. And the post was your English teacher
and Jim Teacher are getting married. I love that.
Speaker 4 (01:17):
I loved it. I love that, and I love that
for you, Lisa Barwell.
Speaker 5 (01:23):
I'm not even the biggest hugest Taylor Swift fan or
Travis Kelsey. That post made me legitimately happy. I think
they are a great match. I just love when millionaires
get together billionaires because they know neither of them are
with each other for the money or the cloud. They're
like two kind of down home people who found each other.
And yeah, I'm into it.
Speaker 1 (01:44):
The cloud now the cloud? And you said it, Jamie,
and you said it?
Speaker 3 (01:53):
Did you hear that?
Speaker 1 (01:53):
Should I do it a little bit louder?
Speaker 3 (01:55):
I heard it.
Speaker 4 (01:56):
It's correct.
Speaker 1 (01:56):
People in the back, Yeah.
Speaker 4 (01:58):
I agree.
Speaker 5 (02:01):
I also want to say about this whole reunion, I
will say one of the best parceled out good moments
in a reunion in recent memory. They to the last second.
They waited till the last minute to show that clip.
Like I thought it was a good They canceled everything
out nicely, kept our interest.
Speaker 4 (02:19):
That's frue.
Speaker 1 (02:19):
Yeah, they sure did. Speaking of parcels, I just want
to do a very quick mention about well, I mean,
this isn't like an official like news. You know, we're
not doing a full serving dish, but I just want
to mention that that Karen Huger's release date has been
(02:39):
moved up. Okay, so this just in and I got
this from the Jasmine brand. They have the exclusive on
this that a source has told them that the sixty
two year old is set to be released next week
on September second, just in time for Labor Day. This
marks an early release for Karen, who was sentenced back
in February to two years with one suspended, twenty nine
(03:03):
hundred dollars in with in fines, and five years of probation.
Now she was originally reported to have like five years,
so this is quite the uh sped up process. She
was driving under the influence and and she ran into
(03:24):
a dream. We got that footage of her in the
car where she was talked about Andy Cohen and being
the concubine.
Speaker 2 (03:32):
Of She's she's the concubine of Thomas Jefferson.
Speaker 1 (03:36):
Yes, and among some other things that she said she's
the descendant I hope not the actual concubine.
Speaker 2 (03:41):
Well, this is what she was saying. We don't We
couldn't fact check any of this, so legend.
Speaker 1 (03:47):
She couldn't either, you know.
Speaker 4 (03:50):
Ah, this is her like I like that off.
Speaker 1 (03:57):
Oh, I think I know where Jamie was scurright off.
But yes, go ahead, Emily.
Speaker 2 (04:03):
Oh, I was going to say, we were trying to
remember if it was like maybe like her fifth d
u I or w I allegedly I'm off on the numbers.
Don't come for me spoke, So.
Speaker 4 (04:14):
Wait are you? Are you saying she has several d uys. Gosh,
that's a mess YEP. That's my one sound.
Speaker 2 (04:26):
That's her original, that's that's her breathalyzer.
Speaker 5 (04:33):
Yes, that's her iner.
Speaker 1 (04:45):
And like what sound that you know, the sound that
it makes when you're allowed to go and it starts off. Okay,
So that's just basically a little little uh serving for you,
little little single, serve if you will. The Karenhuter release
date and Taylor and a Mouse thank you, and on
(05:07):
the Darling Zoom hangout we called it an amuse douche.
Speaker 4 (05:12):
I love that.
Speaker 1 (05:16):
So you, guys, I just want to tell you before
we begin this Love Island reunion recap. I love you.
I love you guys. Down, I love you down, Okay, Yeah,
and that's.
Speaker 2 (05:28):
A weird way of showing it.
Speaker 4 (05:32):
Very I love you. This is I talk. I love you.
Speaker 1 (05:36):
Don alright, let's talk about this reunion that was not
the greatest of great uns of all time, but that's okay.
We're gonna talk and talk about all the exciting stuff,
And I mean.
Speaker 4 (05:50):
I don't know what you're talking about. I thought that
was a banner fucking reunion.
Speaker 2 (05:54):
Really actually thought it was pretty good. Wow, only because
a lot of time has passed and I found I
thought I wasn't interested, and then things and then you were.
I didn't think I would like I was way too
Like here's why I even remember Cocoa.
Speaker 1 (06:10):
Whoa right, I'm like Adrina, oh right, right, right right.
It's just by the way, Adrina doesn't she doesn't it
sound like one of the Little mermaid sisters, you know.
Speaker 4 (06:19):
It's like.
Speaker 1 (06:24):
Like they all sound like a little like arial classic girls.
Speaker 4 (06:28):
Yeah, you just not a Sheena good as gold.
Speaker 1 (06:32):
She would love to be a real sister. No, I
guess I just like I was like, I can't believe
I have to get back into this now. I'm kind
of over it. I just want to continue moving on
with my life. That's sort of where I was. I
jumped in and I just felt like once I heard
the news about the breakups, I was like, well, then
what are we doing? You know. That's why I had
(06:53):
a hard time with it. But I did think it
was a good reunion. Like enter your point Jamie about
it being all the way to the end when we
got to unseen footage of hood. Uh, we finally got
it and I've got to go there. We have to
go there immediately.
Speaker 2 (07:08):
Well, we should also say, for those that don't know
Pepe Iris have unfollowed each other, Brian and Amaya have
unfollowed each other.
Speaker 1 (07:19):
No yes, And Amaya posted like kind of a cryptic
one of those messages on you know, a video where
it's like the ones who you love must you must
let go and now we are free, like you know
that type of thing. So she has posted something and
it's actually a little bit more uh, I don't know, polarizing,
(07:39):
because it was something along the lines of when you
find out somebody's not who they are, you know that thing?
And we know yeah. And then and then Iris posted
like took down all of her pictures of she and
pepe Pepe and then she posted like a picture of
a beach. So well that speaks volumes, right, you know
(08:02):
when someone posts the picture gone fishing.
Speaker 2 (08:05):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (08:06):
What bothers me about this the most is it proves
Emily's right. And I don't like that.
Speaker 1 (08:11):
You know, we do that.
Speaker 2 (08:13):
We don't have a sorry, I don't have a trombone,
a whippo, and what was it that she's right about?
Speaker 1 (08:24):
Exactly?
Speaker 5 (08:25):
He said that a Maya and Brian it was bullshit,
and she said Pepe and Iris were bullshit, and I
was like, I think they're both real.
Speaker 4 (08:31):
And now look who's left.
Speaker 5 (08:32):
The Latria and Nick still not sure what's going on there, I.
Speaker 1 (08:36):
Said, and they're still together.
Speaker 5 (08:39):
Well, I really believed in uh Iris and Pepe that
fuck men are just not all of them. Okay, definitely
not the darlings, but my god, Pepe is a hole.
We knew it from the start. And I like Iris,
she has a good heart. She should have stayed with
that other guy, Tyler.
Speaker 1 (08:56):
Teaching Taylor whatever the pilot name is.
Speaker 4 (08:59):
He needed to be with J D.
Speaker 1 (09:01):
T J, Marie uh and Seana Shanaya.
Speaker 4 (09:11):
Janus.
Speaker 5 (09:12):
Yeah, I just uh, Brian, I'm so disappointed in you.
That could have been a power couple for life, those two.
Speaker 1 (09:19):
Yeah, you know. I Brian the fact that this whole
thing came out with him at this club, and he
was like, I was paid to be there, but I
made a bad decision. And am I just laughing through this?
Speaker 4 (09:34):
It was so uncomfortable story though, Do you guys know
what that is.
Speaker 2 (09:38):
It was on TikTok and I didn't pick.
Speaker 4 (09:41):
What was that? Loud traffic going down my street.
Speaker 2 (09:46):
Jack's on his golf cart, drunk, drunk drag behind him,
behind him.
Speaker 1 (09:54):
J goodbye, goodbye it that's my dartboard light years. Jamie
lives in Valley Village.
Speaker 4 (10:02):
That's right? Do you forget it?
Speaker 1 (10:06):
Okay go? Yeah video.
Speaker 2 (10:07):
I guess I knew it was around on TikTok, and
I kind of like I didn't. I saw one very
grainy video, but there was another thing. I just didn't
care to like figure it out because I wasn't that
invested in them. Had this been like any other couple,
I probably would have been like, oh, here we go.
I really like a Maya. I could give two shits
(10:27):
about Brian and when the when the reunion dedicated what
felt like ten hours on a draw ad whatever Adriana
and Brian's and dramas and Brian's misunders about Chats, I
was like, this has now. That was the slowest moment.
(10:49):
I just don't care like Brian.
Speaker 4 (10:50):
I don't care about.
Speaker 1 (10:51):
That's where I was. I landed there a couple times
during this reunion, and I felt like it could have
been I don't know, an hour and fifteen, you know,
but I understand they really have to get to everybody
they do. I mean, I completely get it. And so
it is really disappointing to know that we have two
couples that broke up and neither one of them are Nicolandria,
(11:13):
which I thought would be the first to go. And
they'll probably hold on a little longer than they expected
because they're not going to just be you know, they're
not going to follow. I still don't really believe them.
And you know that question that Andy asked Alandria, He's like,
was it worth the weight? Was the journey worth the way?
(11:35):
And she didn't understand what that meant. And then she
was like, yeah, I'm like, wait a second, I don't
know if they've experienced the journey. Oh.
Speaker 2 (11:44):
I think that they have. I think she's just uncomfortable
talking about it.
Speaker 1 (11:48):
Okay, all right, she's a lady.
Speaker 4 (11:49):
In reality show about dating.
Speaker 3 (11:54):
Wow, use her.
Speaker 4 (11:58):
I'm still mad about and I.
Speaker 1 (12:02):
Know, Dearrye.
Speaker 2 (12:03):
Okay, but what if what if Pepe is with Hannah?
What if Hannah's gorgeous speech about friendship over heartbreak turned
Pepe's eyes back to Hannah, I.
Speaker 5 (12:21):
Just think that Pepe is a hole. I think he'd
rather be out on the street do and whatever. I
don't think it's true. I'd like that, actually, I'd be like, well,
you know what, lover's lovers love and this was.
Speaker 4 (12:30):
What needed to happen. But I just have my doubts.
Speaker 5 (12:32):
I think it's more like he's just out here because
he's famous now, so he's getting all that famous tang.
Speaker 4 (12:40):
Yeah, I'm about to drink at all. Don't respect it
at all. That's right.
Speaker 2 (12:46):
I know we'll get there.
Speaker 4 (12:47):
Amy.
Speaker 2 (12:47):
You got to remind me to ask, well, can you
did anybody clock that Charlie Hannah exchange in the green
room for fucking maximum awkwardness? Because I am a Charlie
Hannah stand from day one. Charlie was my number one.
Speaker 4 (13:01):
Guy, the British guy in the group.
Speaker 2 (13:05):
So he walks into the green room, she's standing there.
He goes in just for a peck on the kiss.
She turns her head so hard, the hardest it was,
and and he's like fidgeting and like, oh shit, oh shit.
And then he realizes they sit down. He's like, oh shit,
this was all on camera.
Speaker 1 (13:24):
Oh Mama, Mia we just want a good match.
Speaker 2 (13:27):
It's okay.
Speaker 5 (13:29):
Yeah, anyway I didn't was that I didn't clock that
or else. It moved through my brain as other things
filled it about this reunion. But you know what I
didn't like at the end when they were like, Hannah,
would you ever do it again? She's like, yeah, I
know what, Charlie.
Speaker 1 (13:43):
Yeah, that was weird. That was weird. That was really
I wanted to hear more about that. And then I
also loved that they were they had the green room cameras,
and I loved hearing comments from them during when everyone
else was out there. That was a highlight.
Speaker 4 (13:57):
It's great.
Speaker 1 (13:58):
Yeah, can we just like quick get to hood Uh's
unseen footage of the movements that she put upon Ace
in that challenge?
Speaker 4 (14:09):
Yes?
Speaker 5 (14:09):
But might I say, first and foremost, a lot of
what they showed us was also stuff Chris was doing,
licking Shelley's inner thighs.
Speaker 4 (14:17):
I'm like, okay, double standard.
Speaker 5 (14:20):
Much like when I was watching the unseen footage, I
was actually noticing what Chris was doing a lot too, right,
But I do think that Hudah was riding an erect
penis perhaps.
Speaker 1 (14:31):
And definitely grinding it well. She was grinding it, and
she licked his privates when he was sitting down.
Speaker 4 (14:41):
But so did Chris do that exact same thing?
Speaker 1 (14:44):
Well, I think she liked right, I mean he licked
her legs. He didn't lick over her you know, bikini
or whatever it was she did.
Speaker 2 (14:54):
Well, if we're going on just what we saw, would
you say, Jamie.
Speaker 4 (14:59):
Amy's you know, her bikini area, very good, good language.
Speaker 2 (15:04):
If we're going on what we saw, we did not
see her actually put mouth to dick, so but tongue
she put tongue to d any she actually did.
Speaker 1 (15:17):
I or she it looked that way to me. She
was over it, and Chris said you shouldn't you know,
he said licking a d And then the funniest part
was when Shelley was like, in all seriousness, seriousness, saying,
I just really don't think I should have to tell
somebody to not lick the person who I'm connecting with,
(15:40):
d Dick. Yeah, so it is verified by Chris and
Shelley that she licked his day through.
Speaker 2 (15:49):
And you take that as fact through his pants? Yeah, no,
that's right, but even to verify, yeah, but we didn't
see that.
Speaker 5 (15:57):
Not to keep harping on this, they're right, Okay, that
was too far. But I don't remember in the original
airing scene Chris lick up and down Shelley's thigh.
Speaker 1 (16:07):
I didn't either, and I'm surprised that nobody. You're right, Jamie,
because like no one brought that up at that point,
like hey, by the way I did.
Speaker 2 (16:18):
It was just the fallout for Hoodah and what we
didn't see totally over like eclipsed that for me, So
it made it seem minimal compared to whatever we didn't
see with Hooda. But now that we've kind of seen
it all, it's like a close second.
Speaker 4 (16:36):
Also, I thought it wasn't oh, go ahead, my darling.
Speaker 1 (16:39):
Well, she was grinding pretty hard on that.
Speaker 2 (16:43):
Yeah, I didn't like it.
Speaker 5 (16:46):
I want to say one little thing that I think
that we knew. She put her button his face already.
I think the shocking part for me was this ling
the d and then the grinding upon a erect D.
Speaker 1 (17:00):
Yes, the grinding. Honestly, the grinding was the most shocking
to me because like the licking the tea is totally inappropriate,
but like you know, I could actually give that a buye.
But when you see her like gyrating on him like that.
I thought, it's just unnecessary. And to Shelley's point, why
would you go that far on someone you're a not
even interested in it? You have absolutely no skin in
(17:23):
that game. And then b she it's her friend, Like
I know, there's a sisterhood and you know, sisterhood kind
of schmisterhood on Love Island. However, at that point, like
somebody said, they were five weeks in and Shelley and
Ace were pretty tight at that point.
Speaker 2 (17:38):
It was a challenge. It was the heart rate challenge.
She was trying to get that heart rate up. Okay,
she went to far David Buster's energy.
Speaker 4 (17:46):
To that challenge. Yeah, she went too far.
Speaker 5 (17:50):
And we said this on our recap, which everyone listened
to every episode, and then this will seem even fresher,
but we said that, like and subscribe share. We said
on a previous episode that she was caught up in
the moment and she went to fucking far. Like she
admits it, she went too far, and there's no excuse
(18:11):
for it. Really, it was two damn far.
Speaker 1 (18:13):
But when you're a sexual beast, you can't stop yourself,
you know, And I tell myself in the mirror every day.
Speaker 2 (18:21):
I mean, it is fucking gifted.
Speaker 1 (18:23):
I love she Ampy denied.
Speaker 2 (18:27):
Wow, I don't enjoy her personality. I don't think she's
completely changed since the show ended. As I reflect Andy's
like in twenty eight days, Oh that was awesome.
Speaker 1 (18:40):
That's why Andy Cohen needed to be there for those
snappy little follow up questions like that, which is ye you?
So you had some self reflection. You're a completely different
person after one month, you know, because Arianna is there
as almost like a support system and encouragement, a beam,
(19:00):
a beacon of light. Uh, And so her vibe is
very different she is not. That's why I actually did
like Andy being there. What did you guys think about
the pairing?
Speaker 5 (19:12):
Loved it made my heart, say, made my heart sing
with happiness to see them together in this capacity and
started from the bottom.
Speaker 4 (19:20):
Now we arah for uh, for Ariana.
Speaker 1 (19:25):
We just wanted a match. It's okay.
Speaker 2 (19:28):
They were a good match.
Speaker 1 (19:29):
They were totally a good match. And I liked how
they traded the questions. And I think that it was
you know, with Love Island it being a couple's show,
it was nice to have a couple hosted.
Speaker 3 (19:42):
You know.
Speaker 2 (19:42):
That's good point, even though they're not.
Speaker 1 (19:45):
Lovers, right right, But that's okay. We know we don't know, yes,
we don't true, we do not know.
Speaker 4 (19:52):
Wow.
Speaker 1 (19:57):
When Houdah was asked the question about like, I think
it was I don't know who asked it, Andy or Ariana. Well,
if somebody if Shelley did that to Jeremiah at the
time when you and Jeremiah were together, how would you feel?
And her answer wasn't answering that question.
Speaker 2 (20:15):
She said, she said she made it to Chris.
Speaker 1 (20:17):
Yeah, she did it to Chris, and I was laughing
the whole time, and we're like that, we know you
didn't give two shits about Chris. Eventually, you guys didn't
end up getting along. You didn't care, you did not
like him. Of course you were laughing all along. She
never answered the question. She was so ambivalent with all
of her answers that it made me feel I don't
want to ever be friends with this girl, you know,
(20:39):
I know, God right.
Speaker 4 (20:41):
It's Netflix, shit too, Flix. That was so interesting.
Speaker 5 (20:45):
I can't answer because of Netflix legal illegal to answer
because to Netflix.
Speaker 4 (20:50):
I'm like, what's what is going on? Show?
Speaker 1 (20:55):
Another dating show? I don't know which one.
Speaker 4 (20:57):
I don't know.
Speaker 1 (20:59):
Hooda's Hive hood Is.
Speaker 4 (21:02):
I don't know, maybe.
Speaker 5 (21:03):
It'd be her own show, maybe about her and her daughter.
I mean, she is, she has the star quality about her.
I don't hate hood It, to be honest, but I
do think she's interesting and a little bit toxic of course,
but she's she She One thing I did.
Speaker 4 (21:17):
Agree with her about is what you see is what
you get, and that's the truth. And I do think
she's like that.
Speaker 5 (21:23):
And I bet you she did grow a little, as
would any of the three of us if there was
a camera on us for thirty days acting a fool,
we might be like I think.
Speaker 2 (21:32):
I think she was media trained in the last month.
Oh interesting, like say the correct things, and she was like,
run through all the paces for this reunion. I bet
they rehearsed for this reunion, asking her all the questions,
reasking you know, a court like a like a lawyer.
Speaker 1 (21:52):
Yeah, that's why she came off with that energy, which
didn't seem very like she didn't give two shits really
about anybody.
Speaker 4 (22:00):
Now.
Speaker 2 (22:00):
He came off like a politician, right, and I didn't
like that.
Speaker 1 (22:03):
There's no heart. And when it came down to Olandria
being like why didn't you post? And then Shelley being like,
you didn't have our back. That was so sad to
see their friendship crumble over something like that that she
could have just easily spoken to And you know, that's
what matters. And I understand Huoda was getting hate too,
(22:23):
and she was saying she was getting you know, racist hate.
But there was a serious connection between Huda and Olandria
about her being a bully and about the women on
the show being bullies, and Huda wasn't naming them, so
then they were assuming and then the hatred and the
racism came their way. And she knew that, and I
(22:46):
felt like it is her responsibility at that point to
call out what exactly she meant and to diffuse the situation.
Soon she said that she said it in press. That's great,
and that was the day that Olandria okay to day
that her But I was like, it's but it's kind
of too little, too late, Like she asked you to
do a post. It's not that big of a deal.
Speaker 2 (23:07):
That's not where the Yeah, that's that's not The bullying
wasn't in the press. The bullying was in social media.
So that's where you are.
Speaker 1 (23:15):
That's where you would do it right, right, you can
even get to the press these days.
Speaker 4 (23:19):
Who knows what the press even means these days.
Speaker 1 (23:22):
Yeah, but they one to a Mississippi one too in
the press.
Speaker 2 (23:29):
Because the reality is that you if you say that
it's not Landria and Shelley, then you're saying that it's
you know, somebody else on the show. And also, they
didn't bully you, so you just know one bobulous so
you can continue this victim order.
Speaker 1 (23:50):
Okay, Well, yes, I don't.
Speaker 5 (23:53):
I don't agree with the hate, and I know they
all got it. I don't think they bullied her to
the extent that they got bullied. But there was some
little bit of mean girl energy even in that one
clip where she's like posing and they're all like, we're
not looking at her, but they're.
Speaker 2 (24:11):
Just ship on that whole fucking villa for three days,
making it in situation. Eventually people are going to react
to that, and then they're going to band together and
be like, this is not okay to be treated like this,
because she she was a rain cloud over that villa
and making everybody like step in line.
Speaker 4 (24:33):
But I just don't chris her when she's like sitting
alone and you know, and all.
Speaker 1 (24:38):
That ship yeah, you feel bad when she's alone, and when.
Speaker 5 (24:42):
I see people alone eating alone, just like any anyone
in the fucking cafeteria.
Speaker 4 (24:49):
So she did, she did.
Speaker 5 (24:51):
Yes, you're right, Amy, any other person can go, jeez,
I feel bad she's getting laughed at like that.
Speaker 4 (24:56):
But she warranted a lot of that behavior, you know
what I mean exactly by her behavior. That's what Emily's saying.
Speaker 1 (25:05):
And I get that you read what you saw, but
it's always whenever you see somebody getting treated badly. It
doesn't mean that we don't have empathy towards that, that's
for sure, So I don't.
Speaker 5 (25:16):
They didn't like her. They didn't like her. They didn't
like her, though, Emily, they used to like her. Then
they stopped liking her. They didn't like her anymore, you.
Speaker 2 (25:24):
Know, right, And then but I did mean girl is
like not this.
Speaker 4 (25:29):
No, I didn't mean she was the meanness she was.
She was, yeah, not mean.
Speaker 2 (25:34):
Now, she was pathetic. So you kind of felt bad
for her while she was being an asshole. She's still
being an asshole.
Speaker 4 (25:41):
Yeah, No, you're right, you're right.
Speaker 1 (25:43):
What did you guys think about the argument about Jeremiah
love bombing hood?
Speaker 2 (25:50):
Uh?
Speaker 4 (25:53):
Yeah, he did. He fucking did.
Speaker 5 (25:55):
He's a he's a piece of work. When we get
into the fashions, put a shirt on.
Speaker 4 (26:01):
Don't like that? Hmm you dressed like a fucking Chippin'
dalesial guy. Yeah, chipping Dale.
Speaker 2 (26:15):
I mean controversial.
Speaker 3 (26:16):
I didn't think.
Speaker 2 (26:18):
Now here's the thing I remembered while I was watching that.
I was like, oh, yeah, I think I skipped their
first episode or so of getting locked in. So I
don't really want to speak too hard on the love
bombing because I think that happens at the top. But
from what I saw, I just I didn't see what
we would I would consider love bombing a k A.
(26:41):
What Sandoval does if we're.
Speaker 4 (26:43):
Condaring it that.
Speaker 1 (26:44):
I didn't see it either. I think he came in
too hard. But this whole like premeditated plan of love
bombing somebody as like Ace was saying, oh, when the
when the bombshells come in, just tell your girl that
you love her and then she won't leave you. It
seems to me, and Jeremiah is saying it's all joke.
(27:06):
It seems to me that there could be truth to that.
But also at the end of the day, it seems
like Jeremiah was like, goofin a lot and nobody has
a sense of humor, like because they're taking everything everyone
says so seriously. Because and look at Ace. I mean,
he's shown up, he's got these glasses like he's done,
he's standing on business.
Speaker 2 (27:25):
You know, he looked like he looked crazy. Said at
the Traders reunion as well, He's like it was like
that kind of green. It was like that yeah, yeah, yeah.
Speaker 1 (27:36):
But I was like, you know, I kind of felt like,
does anybody have a sense of humor here? Because I mean,
if you can't joke around then and people are starting
to use that against you, then what do you?
Speaker 2 (27:46):
What do you?
Speaker 1 (27:46):
What are we doing? Like, let's let's loosen up. But
Huda did say you did come on too strong, and
she's saying it's love bombing. I don't know. I guess
she could argue she did it to him.
Speaker 2 (27:59):
You could argue we were talking about moving in and
all this stuff. You could argue she also. I mean
I think that they both were in a really heightened
state of emotion just being on this show. The adrenaline
was going and they locked it in hard and were
trying to like check that. Remember how many times Hood
it with check Them with Jeremiah on that too, and
be like, well, that's what's.
Speaker 1 (28:20):
So crazy, is it? Like She's like, yeah, you came
on too strong, and I'm like, you almost lost your
fucking mind at the beginning of the season.
Speaker 5 (28:29):
You got might I just also say, you know, I
thought maybe I would save this for the end, but
this was a jacked up season from start to finish
by yes, who are influencers who wanted to be on
TV more than they wanted to find love. Also, by
the way, one of my most prized possessions my Hooters pen.
Speaker 3 (28:52):
Oh my god, I love it.
Speaker 1 (28:54):
But I have a problem with Hooters.
Speaker 3 (28:57):
Or you should call so.
Speaker 5 (29:00):
I just think that, like everyone was fake the entire season.
I don't believe not one couple really found love to you.
Speaker 1 (29:07):
Know what, Jamie, I have something to say about that.
Speaker 3 (29:09):
I don't respect it at all.
Speaker 1 (29:11):
I agree. In fact, Chris seemed like the only real
one there.
Speaker 2 (29:16):
Yeah, he was my second choice. Like once Charlie left,
I didn't have a vibe for anybody until Chris got there,
and then I was like, I'm into Chris. But yeah,
Charlie and Chris and you.
Speaker 1 (29:29):
Know, and I want to talk about this. I want
to talk about this after the break, about how everyone
was voted off and we got to see some unseen footage.
So yeah, and that hypocrisy and the hypo exactly.
Speaker 4 (29:44):
Key, exactly.
Speaker 1 (29:45):
Okay, guys, I got a text, so we gotta take
a break. You guys know I'm no stranger to a
nice THHC gummy, So let me just talk about how
LOOMI came into my life becau how serendipitous that I
enjoy a gummy here and there and the next thing,
you know, I get to do ads for Loomy. I'd
(30:07):
like to think I know what I'm talking about when
it comes to this, so I can genuinely say I
seriously love this brand Loomy. I've been enjoying their hybrid gummies.
The flavor is sour strawberry cookies. So I took one
the other night. And here's the thing. What I love
about it is it's not too much. This strain is
a hybrid. First of all, it's the best of both
(30:27):
worlds between sativa and indica edibles, so it's perfect for
daytime or nighttime use. So for me, I love it
because I can have the perfect amount of creativity and
relaxation when I'm writing my comedy bits, or when I'm
reading for my show, or if I'm just plain old
watching one of the reality shows that I recap, and
(30:48):
the other night I was binging McBee Dynasty and I
was having such a great time, And then another time
I was brainstorming ideas for my show. And if you're
more into like a major relaxing moment, you can try
their Indica Dominine gummies, which offer a grounded and sleepy feeling,
and they're really good at nighttime and that can help
with sleep in pain. Give them a try before you meditate,
or after a big workout or just before bed. Loomygummies
(31:10):
are so consistent, mellow, and super delicious, and they're specifically
designed to make you feel good, not stoned. Whether you're
looking for an end of the day distressor, a midday
mood boost, or help getting the best sleep ever, Loomygummies
has a strain that's right for you. Loomygummies are available nationwide.
Go to loomygummies dot com. That's lumigummies dot com and
(31:35):
use code drama for thirty percent off your order. Again,
that's lumigummies dot com. Code drama Oh hey, don't mind me.
I'm just checking out my autoimmunity biomarkers and my kidney
and liver biomarkers. Seventy one are in range. Don't mean
to brag, but six are out of range. Listen if
(31:55):
you're wondering what the heck I'm talking about, well, I'm
talking about function Health. Now let's get into it. I
use function Health and you should too, darlings. It's the
only health platform that gives you access to the kind
of data most people never see and the insights to
actually take action. Inside function you can test over one
hundred and sixty biomarkers from heart and hormones to toxins,
(32:18):
inflammation and stress. You can also access multi region MRI
and CT scans, all tracked in one secure place over time.
It's an enhanced view of what's happening in your body.
That's why top health leaders like doctor Mark Hyman, doctor
Andrew Huberman, and doctor Jeremy London are all behind function Health,
and your darling is too. I just did my second
(32:42):
round of blood draws and I was all prepared to
watch a little bit of below deck and I didn't
even have time. The next thing I know, I'm done,
and I got my test results back so fast, so
I was able to jump on the function Health platform
and see what's up, See which biomarkers are in range,
see which ones are out of range, and you get
a text. Function Health is going to hitch up with
(33:02):
a text and tell you, hey, your results are in now.
This week our darling topic is copper, fairy tin, and iron.
So most people think, if I have low iron, I'll
take an iron supplement, no big deal. But having low
iron might not be the issue and supplementation could actually backfire.
Iron plays several essential roles. It's a part of hemoglobin,
(33:25):
which carries oxygen in the blood and supports both energy
production and immune function. But in order to be absorbed, transported,
and stored properly, iron relies on fairy tin and copper.
Who knew Function Health knew? Faytin is your iron storage protein.
Think of it like a bank. Low faerytin means the
body's reserves are running low. High fairy tin can reflect
(33:48):
iron overload or other stress in the body, since ferytin
also rises during illness or inflammation. Copper, on the other hand,
is essential for mobilizing iron from storage, so without enough copper,
iron can get stuck in tissues unable to be used.
The best approach is see a more complete picture test
your levels of all three iron, feryton and copper. Where

back talking the Love Island reunion with two Islanders themselves,
Jamie Moyer and Emily Dereesis. Gals, are you ready to
talk about the unseen footage about when they made decisions
about who to send home? When it was like Iris
and Hannah and Amaya and then Jeremiah.
Speaker 2 (34:57):
Austin and Pepe yes ringleader. Okay, yes, thank you, stop
bullying us.
Speaker 4 (35:05):
We'll talk about it.
Speaker 1 (35:08):
No, I love you down, you guys, I love you down.
Don't be like that. Don't be like that.
Speaker 4 (35:13):
Do you know there is this great song I'm gonna
love you down.
Speaker 3 (35:17):
Yeah, let me love you down, skates.
Speaker 4 (35:27):
Who is it? Who sings it?
Speaker 2 (35:30):
I'll be sure. I don't even know anymore.
Speaker 4 (35:33):
Definitely, no, I'll be sure.
Speaker 1 (35:34):
But it takes me to a roller rank. You're right, roller, It.
Speaker 4 (35:38):
Takes me back to the nineties, then me love you?
Speaker 2 (35:42):
Well? Why are you looking at that.
Speaker 4 (35:44):
Zero percent chance you'll ever come up with the name? Okay,
that's great. What is it? Uh song?
Speaker 5 (35:52):
Bye uh Ready for the World Melcoln Riley Junior's former
band Ready for the World. Wow, these one hid ready
You're from the world. Immediately after that fucking amazing song.
Speaker 1 (36:08):
Speaking of songs, what was the song that Iris and
Hoodo were singing loudly in the background? Say it or whatever?
Speaker 4 (36:15):
Do you guys?
Speaker 2 (36:15):
Yeah?
Speaker 4 (36:15):
Right, no, But was.
Speaker 1 (36:20):
Sierra?
Speaker 5 (36:21):
By the way, Speaking of Sierra, I thought it was
very cool that they just glossed right over.
Speaker 4 (36:26):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (36:26):
I mean, did anybody else think that? Andy said she
was going to be there? He said everyone was at
the reunion. When he was talking about it, I think
on Randy and Andy, he said.
Speaker 4 (36:40):
And everyone Randy and the problem.
Speaker 2 (36:45):
I was listening to Randy radio.
Speaker 1 (36:47):
Oh that's right. That makes so much sense he gets,
he gets bad information, gets it wrong. Okay, let's go
back to the unseen footage. So all right, when they
were talking about like who to leave with the girls, Okay,
obviously everyone was just diehard Amaya. We knew that was
we all we all co signed on Amaya not leaving.
Speaker 2 (37:10):
Right at that time, I absolutely thought Amaya should have left.
Believe Amaya. At that point in time, this was Amaya
was striking out every time, and I couldn't believe that
was It felt very much like last season when they
kept when they took off Rob's girlfriend, they kicked out
(37:33):
Rob and everybody blamed Leah for it.
Speaker 4 (37:36):
Her name was Andrea.
Speaker 2 (37:40):
Her name was Andrea and.
Speaker 1 (37:45):
A siren.
Speaker 4 (37:46):
Oh could you do this to me? I wanted her so.
Speaker 5 (37:50):
Bad, challenge, I was ready to I wanted to sleep
with her no more times.
Speaker 4 (38:00):
Now, why doesn't ridan after the villa? Do we know
that answer?
Speaker 1 (38:04):
Well, you didn't want to, I guess right, yeah, right,
that's a bummer because I really liked him. Wait, so
I now I'm remembering Emily. I agree with you. I
agreed with you then that Amiya should go home because
I felt the same way. So that being said, the
Hannah versus Iris was interesting because I wanted Hannah to
(38:27):
stay and they voted Hannah out. But but you know
what's also very telling is that they showed the results
from America about who was on the bottom both of
those times when they had to vote, and Hannah and
Jeremiah were both on the bottom. So they did what
America wanted and that shocked me.
Speaker 3 (38:48):
That's what I wanted.
Speaker 2 (38:53):
But it's so the crazy thing is this reunion started
with with Ace and Shelley talking about how people were
just voting for friends and all that and it wasn't
about love. And I was like, both of you guys
led the charge. I'm not going to say ringleader because
apparently that's not what they but they they really were
(39:14):
instrumental in leading the charge to protect people that they liked.
Speaker 1 (39:19):
Oh my god, yeah, because like Taylor, Taylor should have
gone home in my opinion, when it came down to
the guys, Yeah right, yes, and instead they had you know,
Jeremiah went home and Austin was on the block. Where
is that from? What's the block from? I don't even
know what fucking reality show that is on the block,
you know what I mean? It was it's another.
Speaker 4 (39:41):
On the chopping.
Speaker 1 (39:43):
Chef top are It's not top chef, No, it's I.
Speaker 4 (39:50):
Am hungry, and that you cannot deny.
Speaker 1 (39:55):
We just weren't a good match. It's okay, it doesn't matter,
we'll figure it out later. But A and Shelley with
the way that they try to explain even still in
this reunion about who should go home makes zero sense.
And it's the most hypocritical statement I've ever heard, like
how people were playing and how Iris was doing it
better than Hannah, and Hannah had experimented with this person
(40:16):
one day and then the next day she's with this person,
and yet that's not playing the game. How is tell
me how that's not playing the game? That's exactly what
you want her to do. It makes zero sense. It
was infuriating, and at least Shelley and as on the
same page. I got to say, that's great. I'm glad
they're on the same page because that will be good
for their relationship if they feel.
Speaker 2 (40:39):
I felt so bad for Shelley though watching she was
there was such a sadness about her during this entire reunion. Yes,
and I will say, when you widen the lens and
watch everyone there was just a sadness on everyone.
Speaker 1 (40:54):
Including Marianna. Arianna was just sad, like you could. I
was glad that Andy was there because Marianna did have
a sad vibe about her. Yeah, but maybe she always
has a sad vibe about her.
Speaker 4 (41:05):
I don't know.
Speaker 2 (41:07):
Yeah, but nobody seemed to be happy to see each other.
Nobody seemed to be like excited about this. The only
one that was happy was Hoodah, who was like laughing
at weird times and we're yeah, yeah, happy to.
Speaker 4 (41:22):
Be in her fucking million dollar Netflix contract.
Speaker 1 (41:25):
Yeah, and also like laughing her ass off at some
scapegoat meme that went right over my head.
Speaker 4 (41:32):
Yeah, and now we google it. I'd like to know.
Actually that was.
Speaker 1 (41:36):
Okay, yeah, you google it.
Speaker 2 (41:37):
Well, well we continue, because not even Nick Nosy, you know,
he's going he's loving down those memes and he didn't even.
Speaker 1 (41:46):
Know what she was talking about, and Iris didn't know.
And she's she's a self proclaimed doom scroller as she said,
which I appreciated. You know, Iris is so sweet. I
loved when she was talking and she was gen and
Lee so upset about going home being split up from
like Charlie at that time.
Speaker 2 (42:05):
That's Sanna, that's Canna.
Speaker 1 (42:08):
Those two I cannot get straight. Okay, but Na, I
love Hannah.
Speaker 4 (42:13):
This is a thing.
Speaker 5 (42:14):
Sorry, I discovered it. Sorry I heard you mix them up? Amy,
how embarrassing.
Speaker 1 (42:19):
Don't bring it oh again, Jamie, I am so sorry.
We just want a good match. I wasn't a good
match for them, all right, what does the scapegoat meme?
The thing is is that hood has said they're coming,
they're coming up.
Speaker 2 (42:33):
That tell this on the webs, on the on.
Speaker 5 (42:37):
The show, houd has said escapegoat twice on an miss cape.
Speaker 4 (42:45):
God, I misspoke.
Speaker 5 (42:47):
Everyone was laughing, And now I'm looking at hundreds of
memes that say so that's where Houda got escapegoat from
escapegoat escapegoat.
Speaker 4 (42:57):
Everything's her saying escapegoat.
Speaker 5 (42:59):
So she was really the same face because she misspoke
and said escapegoat, just like always says ear regardless.
Speaker 2 (43:08):
Two of them are hand in hand, you're regardless of
what she said at the reunion.
Speaker 5 (43:14):
Yeah, I've always stipulated that irregardless should be a word.
Speaker 4 (43:18):
It makes more sense.
Speaker 1 (43:19):
It sounds pretty good, but it is not correct. Yeah, okay,
you know the people that were having fun were the
people in the green room before they came out. That's
why I liked going there. That was fun to me.
Speaker 2 (43:32):
Yeah, except for Charlie and Hannah. Whatever the hell that was?
Speaker 4 (43:36):
That was nuts?
Speaker 2 (43:36):
What is?
Speaker 1 (43:37):
What were some of these outfits?
Speaker 2 (43:38):
Do you guys?
Speaker 1 (43:39):
Can we look at some of the outfits real quick?
Because like a Maya Boyd did she look great?
Speaker 5 (43:44):
Like?
Speaker 1 (43:44):
Her makeup and hair were stunning.
Speaker 2 (43:46):
It looked amazing.
Speaker 4 (43:47):
Clark Arianna looked amazing.
Speaker 1 (43:50):
See, I got it. I did not like Ariana's look.
I did not like I did not like that necklace.
I did not like that dress. Sorry, sorry, not sorry,
She's gorgeous. Didn't like the dress in the in the
and the jewels. How about you, James, I mean Jamie,
you don't like you liked it?
Speaker 4 (44:05):
You liked it?
Speaker 2 (44:06):
Emily, I am scrolling to see it was forgettable to me?
Speaker 1 (44:13):
Or Yeahandria's beautiful Nick looked pretty ridiculous, but I ridiculously
awesome because it's such a bold choice.
Speaker 4 (44:25):
Uh.
Speaker 2 (44:26):
It good with Landria's dress on its own, it was
like it was like when you used to get your
prom shoes ded, and if you would wear those prom
shoes with anything else, it looked terrible. But with the
dress it looked right. He was wearing died prom.
Speaker 1 (44:42):
SHOESDA looked amazing. Love that that's my favorite look.
Speaker 4 (44:46):
Yeah, okay, my favorite look as well.
Speaker 1 (44:48):
Gatt.
Speaker 4 (44:50):
Yeah, I like Jeremiah put a shirt on you idiots?
Speaker 1 (44:56):
Did you guys?
Speaker 2 (44:57):
By the way, when Grayson came out, I couldn't believe that.
She said that she was exactly that is that time
when her and Pepe were dating and we never saw
Pepe and I was starting to say, did Pepe do something?
Why has he not been on an episode?
Speaker 1 (45:13):
That's just right?
Speaker 3 (45:15):
And then in the.
Speaker 2 (45:16):
Reunion Grayson said, I know, but I was you wasted
my time.
Speaker 4 (45:20):
I was there.
Speaker 2 (45:20):
You and I were together for two weeks and I
was like, wow, where we saw you? Yeah, thats a.
Speaker 4 (45:31):
And her outfit was terrible.
Speaker 2 (45:35):
Oh.
Speaker 1 (45:35):
I don't even remember her, like one way or the other.
That's what's crazy about it. I don't remember her being
in the villa. I don't remember her.
Speaker 5 (45:43):
I remember her being in the villa because it was
that was the question that how to put in Yeah,
don't you feel Pepe is just using you as a
replacement for Hannah?
Speaker 4 (45:51):
Which wasn't but it was a little bit shady. How
she didn't say She's the one who said it.
Speaker 1 (45:57):
Belle A, as Andy called her, which was hilarious. Okay,
so Bella. She looked like a mermaid caught in a net,
but a very sexy net and a very sexy murmur.
Speaker 2 (46:12):
I liked a Maya's dress sitting down because the top
of it caught the light in such a pretty way
and we didn't really see the bottom of it because
she was behind people, but.
Speaker 1 (46:22):
It just was really pretty, like the bottom was like,
you know, Austin was he looks great. I love this
rose colored.
Speaker 2 (46:32):
He was fucking nice.
Speaker 1 (46:33):
What was that about?
Speaker 4 (46:35):
He was out of body experience for him.
Speaker 1 (46:38):
Can anybody explain that, like what happened?
Speaker 5 (46:41):
Was that?
Speaker 2 (46:42):
Just?
Speaker 4 (46:42):
I bet you no.
Speaker 5 (46:43):
I bet he has attension deficit disorder, much like myself.
I bet he's just kind of like about other things.
He was a little overwhelmed. I don't, I don't, okay,
dugg up. I think he was overwhelmed and possibly didn't
even want to be there vibes. And also I think,
like you know, when you're dating someone like he's he
was dating Jade and.
Speaker 4 (47:03):
It didn't work out.
Speaker 5 (47:04):
It's like his mind couldn't get past the fact that
she's sitting right across from him.
Speaker 4 (47:08):
Like he couldn't stay up, He couldn't keep up.
Speaker 2 (47:11):
He was also on gummies. He had taken an extra
gummy to get through. Yes, his nerves. Yes, I'm gonna
allegedly that's my theory. There's no truth. But something was
going on to he. He was like so disconnected that
I was like.
Speaker 1 (47:30):
All the ems, like we need medical intervention here, and
I was starting to get a little bit worried. Clark
looked so stunning from head to toe. Yes, yep, I
think it's my favorite. And I'm so bummed we didn't
hear more from her, Like she really we didn't get
and she's kind of like the unsung hero for me
because I did not when she came in. I was
(47:52):
not vibing with her. I didn't know if she was
there for the right reasons. But she's so steady and
so you know, like I got why Taylor chose her,
and he was really into her. She just has such
good energy and like, I just don't feel like Taylor
deserves her.
Speaker 5 (48:10):
But whatever, they heard the couple though, No, I think
that they're the couple now that I'm rooting for they're
the ones I think that are really a couple.
Speaker 4 (48:18):
But they don't live in the same state either.
Speaker 1 (48:20):
That's going to be really tough.
Speaker 4 (48:21):
Very disappointed on Brian. I just really thought he might
have realized that he found a good one. What a
dumb ass.
Speaker 1 (48:28):
Yeah, what about all so young too?
Speaker 2 (48:31):
I mean, that's the other thing going to give them
grace on that.
Speaker 4 (48:37):
My best friends are high school sweethearts.
Speaker 2 (48:40):
Well were they on Love Island Season seven?
Speaker 1 (48:49):
You guys, Jayden, Jayden and Austin. That conversation was pretty good,
Like she had him dead to rights and I really like,
I enjoyed her so much in a moment, and she
would she goes error message when he wasn't responding.
Speaker 2 (49:06):
But I will never say I'm not saying her name
right a drama also.
Speaker 4 (49:10):
Had a drink in a great way.
Speaker 1 (49:12):
Yes, she sure did. I saw the text right.
Speaker 5 (49:16):
It's like, yes, she just had her own back. She
had her own back when she goes Yeah. Clarification, He
never said I was boring. He said the conversations were.
Speaker 4 (49:22):
Boring, and I agree.
Speaker 1 (49:24):
Yeah, you know, what would be fun if there was
somebody who had a conversation, if a couple had a
conversation and in the middle of it they'd be like,
I'm not feeling this, are you no? And then they
just laugh about it and move on Like that would
be refreshing if two people were like, are you yeah,
this isn't working? You know, wouldn't that be kind of
funny to watch?
Speaker 2 (49:44):
It would be, And I feel like it would be
punished on this show because you were closed off, you
didn't even try, and then when you try, you're like,
you get shit on for that too.
Speaker 4 (49:54):
Well.
Speaker 1 (49:54):
Ason Shelley would have a problem with it, that's sure.
Speaker 4 (49:57):
What about is outfit? His little bang? I just love
that little weirdo.
Speaker 1 (50:03):
Who is it? The guy that was like the nick
to for n Oh, yeah, with the curl nick the
girl with the curl. Yeah, I always liked him. Yeah,
that curl is really something else. I saw somebody post
a side by side of him and Dereate from that
(50:23):
reunion when she had that.
Speaker 5 (50:28):
I didn't see that, but that's fucking hilarious, you know,
and thinking that, oh, yeah, you're right, you're right, you're right.
Speaker 1 (50:35):
Oh my god. Well Chris looked great, it went. He
his outfit was very him, you know, so chill, so relaxed,
he was like, what do they call it?
Speaker 2 (50:47):
Man?
Speaker 1 (50:48):
Man splitting man spreading all over that couch like no
one's business. And I loved that for him. I loved it. Okay,
so is there anything oh zach Ka popped.
Speaker 2 (51:02):
Up on the screen for like, oh my god, when
they cut to him asleep, was that was great too?
He would he came in the hardest and he was
he was like in like a lion, out like a lamb.
Speaker 3 (51:17):
He was like jo.
Speaker 5 (51:20):
They brought them, they brought him all out. But like,
did Vana ever speak? Coco got way too much screen
time with her foolishness.
Speaker 1 (51:29):
Yeah, stand a little for a second. One second.
Speaker 5 (51:35):
Yeah, I mean, you know, I guess if I could
go back, I would have liked Huda to be more
a confrontational with Jeremiah. I'd like to have seen that
conversation a little more. I think could have probably had
several more. I can't speak due to netflixes that they
cut out maybe, but I would have loved to hear
more about Taylor and Clark Nick and No laundry are
(51:57):
very guarded. I don't know what it is best as
friendship or what. M Yeah, there was just maybe it
was a balance wise a little off as the reunion
could go.
Speaker 1 (52:08):
Amaya was so funny when she said when she was
talking about Zach Kay and she said, when the cameras
turned on is when you became this Grammy Award winning actor.
Speaker 4 (52:17):
Oh yeah, you're amayah.
Speaker 3 (52:22):
Yah.
Speaker 1 (52:23):
So funny.
Speaker 2 (52:25):
I love that.
Speaker 4 (52:26):
I love that.
Speaker 2 (52:27):
That was fun too, just to hear some of like
the behind the scenes about like getting chats with people
and how you are hustling to do that because it
just seems like people are just lounging around all day
and like, I guess I'll talk to you. Meanwhile, it
seems like you are on a schedule and you better
be talking all day. Yeah, it's interesting.
Speaker 1 (52:47):
That was interesting.
Speaker 4 (52:48):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (52:48):
And then the whole thing about when Jeremiah was like,
don't talk to my girl today. I'm gonna be talking
to her all day. And I was like, yeah, that
is a joke, Like lighten up, yes, lighten up.
Speaker 2 (52:58):
Yeah, you can no sense a hume for him.
Speaker 1 (53:00):
Oh my god. So uh And I really like, at
the end of the day, I ended up liking Ace
way more than I expected to.
Speaker 4 (53:08):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (53:09):
So o.
Speaker 1 (53:09):
And then also speaking of behind the scenes architectural digest,
Oh yeah.
Speaker 5 (53:14):
Maybe Okay, look at the brain on brown over here website.
Speaker 4 (53:20):
Then what did you read on the nast deck?
Speaker 1 (53:26):
Right after this, they had some behind the scenes about
the villa and and like the design of it, and
it was some pretty interesting thing, Like they were explaining
the space, the outdoor space, and you know six sixty
thousand square feet the refrigerator has like when they open it,
(53:46):
there's stuff in there. But behind the refrigerator is a
secret door where they restock it from behind, so that
the Islanders never see it, which see them restocking.
Speaker 2 (53:56):
That's what they do in the UK too.
Speaker 1 (53:59):
Is that true?
Speaker 2 (53:59):
And the same with the closets. Did they talk about
the closets?
Speaker 1 (54:03):
What about stuck the closets?
Speaker 2 (54:04):
They stucked the closets from behind two.
Speaker 4 (54:06):
So you open the closets and close where you aren't
their own.
Speaker 2 (54:11):
Clothes apparently like they might be, but like they are
restocked from behind the scenes, wandered Jesus Christ, tell Jamie
says bless you to herself.
Speaker 1 (54:32):
She just deliberately asked Jesus himself.
Speaker 4 (54:35):
I literally you know what my mom said to me yesterday.
This is so funny. She goes every day when I
leave my house, I say, fuck and I was like,
I was like what. And then I was over there
yesterday and she did it again. She goes fuck. I go,
what are you saying? She says, p h w K.
(54:57):
I said, what is it? She said, phone wallet, keys?
Speaker 2 (55:02):
Okay.
Speaker 4 (55:03):
But then even yesterday she's leaving, we were at our
house and she goes fuck.
Speaker 1 (55:06):
And I go what.
Speaker 3 (55:07):
She goes, keys.
Speaker 1 (55:09):
Probably, my god, your mom is a national treasure. I
thought she was gonna say, because there's always something frustrating
that happens when you're going out the door.
Speaker 2 (55:20):
And I totally agree, like she's gonna have to deal
with people or something.
Speaker 4 (55:23):
I always wonder about her neighbors too, because we also
like scream, yell, laugh, yell, yell, yell, like it's like,
I don't I've got pepper on it. We're like that,
you know, neighbors are probably like what the fuck?
Speaker 3 (55:39):
What the phone wall?
Speaker 1 (55:40):
Like keys is going on? Okay, So more behind the scenes,
more behind the scenes stuff.
Speaker 2 (55:46):
I want more behind the scenes of Jamie and I
I know, don't we all.
Speaker 1 (55:50):
Let's put some cameras up there. That's actually one another
thing of behind the scenes is that there are never
cameras in their face. Mostly you know, unless it's for
the raunchy challenges and other special occasions. But a majority
of the filming is done through the robocams operated from
a control room and the production Yes, and the walls
(56:12):
are like little windows which slide open and a camera
lens comes through it. The kitchen, fire pit, and lounge
area all feature these concealments. Beyond that, there are four
manned cameras in the villa, as well as a mobile
rail camera that's that are remoted that are remotely operated
on a railway track. Oh that's pretty interesting.
Speaker 5 (56:31):
Everyone Amy memorized all that. She just said all of
that with her eyes closed. Again, see how you committed
that all to memory.
Speaker 1 (56:39):
Thank you so much, Thank you so much. It's a
normal cupboard in the kitchen, and then they have a
door in the back which leads to the back of
the house kitchen where they keep all the glassware and
may food and drinks. The Islanders will just open the
cupboard and be like, hello, any more peanut butter, and
they'll put it in there, and this saves them from
(56:59):
having to come out on the set as much as possible.
They're also secret doors throughout the villa that the crew
can use to sneak in and clean up. That's that's
interesting because there's a lot of we all know about
the cleanup.
Speaker 2 (57:10):
Oh they're talking about Sierra cleaning that up, cleaning up Sierra,
getting her out of there.
Speaker 3 (57:15):
All right, no, thank you, thank you.
Speaker 4 (57:19):
Confuse the gal that got ejected and they come with us. Oh,
Sier there, I.
Speaker 1 (57:24):
See, I forgot who it was, and oh my god,
that's hilarious. Emily, good lord. Alrighty.
Speaker 2 (57:33):
I mean it has been a lot of time and
I'm nine on episode nine thousand of UK Love Island
and I still could pull out Sierra.
Speaker 1 (57:43):
Wow, I'm really gifted. Yeah you are.
Speaker 4 (57:48):
I thought that it wasn't that Amy forgot Sierra. It
was that your bit was muddled.
Speaker 3 (57:53):
Fuck phone.
Speaker 4 (58:00):
I like the bit once I understood it. Emily, thank you,
and that's what it is.
Speaker 2 (58:05):
That's my bits.
Speaker 3 (58:06):
Take time.
Speaker 1 (58:07):
Okay, Should I share any more little secrets? Sir? We
Oh okay. The usage of circles throughout the Villas design
this year has been a big topic of discussion online,
and some fan theories have mused that the circles serve
as a reminder to the islanders that they're always being watched.
(58:33):
The circles were big this year, they said, especially in
Casa More. We went big on the circles, and the
Islanders sit on a semi circle sectional, forcing them to
make eye contact with each other during tense moments. The
reason for that shape is to be able to have
intimacy with a large group of people and to be
able to see and interact with each other. That's what
the production designer explained. They're they're forced to be close together,
(58:56):
which is also good footage for the camera. So, I mean,
just some cute stuff. Oh, oh, one more thing, One
more thing, because we always bring this up. Why does
no one use the pool? We always talk about that.
It's because you know the Sikes. Yeah, it's a running joke.
They just they you know, they can't put their mics
in in the pool and so there's a lot of
lost footage if they were to go in there. So
(59:17):
they just try to avoid it at all times. All right,
is there anything else you want to talk about before
we wrap up this season seven of Love Island.
Speaker 4 (59:28):
I think we left it all on the table.
Speaker 5 (59:30):
It was an interesting season, surely, But you know, my
first season was last season with Jenney and Leah and
Rodame and I loved it. I thought that season was
so authentic. This season felt very measured, and I do
think that the ACE was trying to vote strategically and
(59:51):
tailor to get the certain people out. And I don't
think anyone was really there looking for love but didn't
get that vibe. So that's my two sense. You know,
it just seemed a little manufactured, and it makes me
curious for the new season because you know it's it
happens sometimes with housewives too, which is why Salt Lake
City was such a refresh, and maybe others, but that's
(01:00:14):
the one that jumps out at me when people understand, Oh,
the Valley, when people understand what they're on, unlike Salt
Lake in the Valley, which the Valley maybe is growing,
but they just don't understand how popular their show's going
to be. They're more authentic, and Salt Lake, I think,
are very authentic housewives. I think now when you look
at certain shows like even Atlanta with that brit they'd
(01:00:37):
come on trying to do something for TV, and that's
what this. I don't respect it at all, and that's
what I think this season was. I feel scared that
maybe Love Island the great experiment could be over.
Speaker 1 (01:00:50):
I'm petrified, you know, and Love is Blind.
Speaker 5 (01:00:53):
Let's not forget one season of Love and Blind when
that Alex married that guy and they had a baby,
and then like that guy's act married his lady and
they had a baby. Like there's a lot of people
on Love AND's Blind that were legit. But I also
just think these shows are these people are not stupid.
They don't know how they're gonna make their money. They
want to use these shows as launching pads, so they're
(01:01:15):
just not themselves.
Speaker 2 (01:01:17):
Yeah, which I think I think is another reason why
maybe Amaya, I'm speaking audience of Jamie, hold your applause.
Speaker 1 (01:01:28):
Damn it, sorry, Emily, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead.
Speaker 2 (01:01:32):
Say I can't win with Jamie's fans.
Speaker 1 (01:01:37):
Okay, I'm gonna put a beat called jams.
Speaker 4 (01:01:39):
They're called jam Okay.
Speaker 1 (01:01:42):
Emily, you've got to beat behind you.
Speaker 2 (01:01:44):
I want applause. I want Jamie's fans to lift me up.
I think that's why Amaya went so hard kind of
brushing over Brian's possible infidelity at the top, because it's
like there's so much branding based on them as a
couple that like she was trying to keep that going.
Speaker 1 (01:02:03):
You are so right.
Speaker 2 (01:02:04):
You're right, and I don't faulked her or any of them.
To Jamie's point, they got to make a living and Monny, okay,
thank you, celebration for me.
Speaker 5 (01:02:16):
Also, Emily, you had one of the best bits of
the day when you said this was the sound of
Karen Huger's Dui machine.
Speaker 4 (01:02:22):
In her car.
Speaker 1 (01:02:23):
Oh good, that's brilliant.
Speaker 2 (01:02:26):
Save it for the reunion montage.
