Are you comfortable sharing your story with others? A lot of people would just keep their story to themselves. Why? Is it because of fear of judgement, fear of vulnerability, lack of trust, shame or lack of support?
I believe, we all go through different kinds of trauma in life. You are not alone. So don't be scared.
It is important that sharing our story can be a powerful and healing process. It can help us connect with others, find support, and feel understood and validated. If you are struggling to share your story, consider seeking support from someone (a therapist, a coach, counselor or a trusted friend) who can provide a safe and non-judgmental space for you to open up and express yourself.
When you share your story, you are fulfilling God's plan for you. That is helping others live the life they love.
