Knikki Hernandez, a high school Spanish teacher in Central Virginia with several years of experience working alongside students and teachers to maximize learning gains and academic outcomes, her true purpose in life through teaching and how it transformed her world. Teaching not only gave her the chance to make a difference in others' lives but also helped her grow personally and professionally.
