I didn’t grow up in safety. I grew up in silence.
A silence filled with secrets, shame, and survival.

From the time I could walk, I was trained to perform, to please, and to pretend. Behind every smile was a scream I wasn’t allowed to let out.
The abuse wasn’t just physical — it was spiritual, emotional, psychological… and yes, even sexual. It didn’t come from strangers. It came from the very people meant to protect me.

But God —
God met me in that dark.
He didn’t just hand me a flashlight; He became my light.
He showed me I wasn’t crazy. I wasn’t broken beyond repair. And I wasn’t alone.
He made a way out, and He’s still walking me out — one step at a time.

So why this podcast?
Because too many people are still trapped.
Trapped in patterns they don’t even recognize.
Trapped in shame they didn’t create.
Trapped in cycles of narcissistic abuse, gaslighting, coercion, and “Christian” manipulation.

DREAMTEAMunfiltered is my rebellion against that silence.
It’s where we talk about abuse with clarity, courage, and compassion — guided by truth and fueled by faith.

This season, we’re mapping the landscape:

• What is abuse, really?

• How do we spot narcissists and spiritual predators?

• What does the DSM-5-TR actually say?

• And most importantly — how do we heal and protect ourselves and our children moving forward?

If you’ve ever been told to sit down, shut up, or “pray harder” while someone destroyed you — this space is for you.
