The Business of Dentistry and the Importance of a High Quality Customer Experience ft. Dr. Shimma Abdulla

In this episode, Dr. Abdulla shares how she has grown her business by providing a top-notch customer experience and making her clients feel "right at home". She also talks about juggling family and business.
