- Create a list of non-negotiables. These are the things that you must do no matter what- such as dinner with your family, morning meditation or prayer, etc.
- Gratitude changes things! Be grateful for what you have because no matter your situation, it is probable that you have more than others.
- Make sure you have a tight village. Friends who support you, your family, and your dreams.
- Get an accountability partner.
