Chef Christina is the CEO & Founder of Meals of Dopeness a meal prep, delivery service that was born out of her desire to help her personal training clients meet their nutrition goals, while eating food that they actually liked. Traditionally, we think of meal prepping as boring and basic, but not Christina's meals - these meals are dope!
