Afin de souligner les 10 ans des arrêts DC et Mabior de la Cour suprême du Canada, Droits positifs revient sur ces deux affaires — surtout DC, un cas qui a pris naissance au Québec.
On reçoit quatre personnes qui, à cause de leur travail dans le milieu communautaire VIH, sont directement intervenues dans les dossiers DC et Mabior, dont certaines jusque devant les tribunaux.
Nos animateurs et invité·es espèrent ainsi démystifier ces décisions qui ont fait l'état du droit en matière de criminalisation du VIH au Canada... malheureusement pas pour le mieux.
