Shero Forever-Kennedy, aka the Radical Bounce Back Coach, is an up-and-coming international speaker, author, and life coach. After facing a 30-year prison sentence for drug trafficking that ended her military career, she found herself in an ongoing spiral of depression and hopelessness. Afraid of going back to prison, she ended her marriage of 9 years and decided to start her life over. She moved to a new city, started a fitness business, and wrote her memoir, I Changed My Mind.
