The Arizona Registrar of Contractors, frequently referred to
as the ROC, was established in 1931. Its duties are to license and regulate
residential and commercial contractors.
Tom Cole is the Director of the ROC and joins us today to discuss what the Registrar of Contractors does and why it is so important to the health and safety of people in Arizona.
Joining Tom today is the Department of Real Estate’s
Commissioner, Susan Nicolson. Tom and Susan will provide us with insight on how the Department of Real Estate and the Registrar of Contractors work together to protect the public.
