到了现在，恐怕是再怎么强调“面对面吃饭”这件事儿的重要性也不过分的。
也几乎最近一年意识到“人要有明确一点的生活”是什么意思。
所谓的“明确”指的是，你可以追求一箪食，一瓢饮，或者功名利禄，万丈高楼。但前提它得是一个具体的事物。有着踏踏实实的要素构成。比如: 有产出的创造性活动，公共性表达、人与人之间真诚的连接、一起吃饭，参加有互动的体育运动、理解周遭。换句话说，你不可能（永远）只追求一种“感觉”。
生活有一个落脚点，而这个落脚点越早明确下来，越不容易困顿。我身边也偶尔有些在现实中感到失落的朋友（包括过去几年的我自己），每次聊天我们安慰彼此的结论几乎都是，不能再“功利”再“俗气”了，没办法，只有靠着这种热气腾腾的、明亮清澈的生活要素，才能在世间找到对应和支撑。
